Hi there and welcome to another chapter of The Vessel of Darkness. Since some people like the concept Idea I posted here's another chapter, but to be clear I do not know if I'm making this a entire story just yet. But thank you for the pms and reviews! One more thing I'm changing the name of the story so it's not so edgy lol but I hope you guys continue to enjoy it.

Hidden Leaf Village : Hokage Monument

The spinning tower of demonic chakra that had consumed the village suddenly vanished. As the massive maelstrom of chakra disappeared, the demonic essence still covered the village. The feeling of pain, suffering, and fear caused a sense a dread to permeate with in a 100 yard radius.

Running up the Hokage Monument, Jiraiya narrowed his eyes thinking how can that vast amount of chakra just disappear like that. "Everyone be on guard!" He screamed out. The ninja behind him nodded and wordlessly dashed up the monument.

The group landed and all could sense the immense power emanating from the boy ahead. His presence alone set off many alarm bells. As Jiraiya approached cautiously towards Naruto, he realized how different the blonde looked.

He knew then that talking might be useless but he needed a way to reach him. As shinobi though, he also have to be prepared for the worst.

"Naruto," Jiraiya called out in a soft but firm voice.

'Naruto' didn't even acknowledge their presence, still preoccupied on testing his motor skills. Flexing his muscle; opening and closing his clawed hands. There was a loud cracking noise, and the Ninja winced, guessing that the boy bones rearranged throughout the transformation. However, the blonde still didn't make sound just testing the function of his new body. That's when Jiraiya really took in his students new form.

There the blonde stood, looking more mature then he was just a day ago. He was massively taller then before as well, a now towering 5'9 ft tall , when just a few hours ago he was 4'8. Now he's taller than any 13 year old should be. He also has a vulpine tattoo that start from the base of his spine and etched upward around his upper body and it glowed ominously, which added to the menacing look he has.

The blonde slowly turned around and faced him. Everyone present tensed at seeing the blonde boy face. Even Jiraiya, the most experienced was on edge seeing his students black and red eyes.

"Sanin.."

Jiraiya eyes widened, he knew then that something was wrong if physical appearance didn't sway him. There's no way Naruto would address him in this way.

Jiraiya still on edge smiled shakily and tried to appeal to his student "Na-Naruto.. you're alive, I'm so happy to see you standing again. I'm sure Tsunade will be overjoyed as well." He gave his student his traditional goofy grin "Now that you're alive we can continue to forge a way to end the cycle of hatred."

'Naruto' eyes slightly widened hearing those words and he then laughed slowly. First, just a small chuckle, but this soon evolved into full-blown psychotic laughter, which he had directed straight towards the heavens themselves. It felt like this was hardest he had laughed in years, what a cathartic feeling.

'He's totally losing his mind, could it be that the state of death and then coming back to life could be altering his mind? No.. This has to be the Nine Tailed Fox chakra corrupting him.' Thought Jiraiya.

The blonde went silent for a few minutes until he dawned an animalistic smile that sent shivers down everyone spine. His teeth were all sharp incisors, which had curled up into a toothy grin that managed to be even more psychotic now.

"Peace... that is what you desire isn't it Sanin? Yes. That's the answer. YES THAT IS IT!! YOU'RE SO RIGHT!! PEACE!!" 'Naruto' roared in a manic glee before dashing towards him. His speed was so intense that the earth below uprooted and it seemed he disappeared in a red flash to the normal eye.

Not expecting this type of reaction, Jiraiya was completely caught off guard when out of no where the blonde palmed his face sending both off the ledge in high speeds. While both were careening towards the ground the blonde dawned a sadistic smile.

"I FINALLY FOUND THE ANSWER TO YOUR LIFE LONG DREAM SENSEI AREN'T YOU PROUD!!!" The boy mocked, all the while Jiraiya tried to struggle and claw his way out 'Naruto's' strong grip. Using the momentum the blonde threw the Toad Sage through multiple buildings in the Village Square.

Boom!

'Naruto' landed gracefully on the neighboring building roof looking down at the Toad Sage. He then saw Kakashi and a masked man with brown hair appeared down below, helping Jiraiya out the rubble. The blonde stood there patiently as the Sanin struggled to catch his bearings. He stood strong and stared into the boy's eyes.

"It's about time Toad Sage. You mortals have been running around for centuries and now it's time for me to choke the life from you. Say goodbye to the Village the Third taught you to love, because you'll be joining him soon."

"Naruto," Jiraiya called out, his voice firm but filled with concern. "I know you're in there somewhere. This isn't the path you should be taking. Remember your dream of becoming Hokage and bringing peace to the ninja world?"

Naruto smiled at Jiraiya, his slitted red eyes locking onto his former mentor. "Hokage? A naive dream from a long-gone past. What good did it do? Look around you, sensei. The world is in constant turmoil, suffering from the ignorance of its inhabitants."

Jiraiya's eyes softened with understanding. "I know the world can be cruel, but the answer isn't to destroy it. We must find a way to change it for the better, not eradicate it. You were the one who taught me about the power of friendship and never giving up on your ideals."

A sinister grin crossed 'Naruto's' face. "You're words are meaningless. I haven't forgotten my past, Jiraiya, but I've grown beyond those childish dreams. With Kyuubi's power, I can bring true peace. It's time to show the world the futility of their ways."

As the tension escalated, Kakashi and the ANBU unit kept a safe distance, ready to intervene if needed. Jiraiya knew he had to act carefully, as Naruto was now a formidable opponent.

"I won't let you destroy everything," Jiraiya said adopting a defensive stance. "If I have to fight you to bring you back to your senses, then so be it."

"Heh...Funny you have no chance of victory , yet you continue this resistance. Knowing full well you can't win. You humans are so fascinating in your flaws." the blonde chuckled at such blasphemy as the flames raged in the background.

With lightning-fast reflexes, Naruto lunged at Jiraiya, his claws extended, and the ground beneath him shaking with each step. The two clashed with incredible force, their blows creating shockwaves that rippled through the surrounding landscape.

As they exchanged blows, Jiraiya continued to speak, hoping to reach the Naruto he once knew. "You've been through so much, and I understand your pain. But this isn't the way to heal. Embrace your humanity, Naruto. Don't let Kyuubi's power consume you."

Naruto roared, his rage echoing throughout the battlefield. "HUMANITY? IT'S NOTHING BUT A CURSE! A HORRIBLE SICKNESS THAT CURSED THESE LANDS FOR CENTURIES! THE PATH TO MY UTOPIA LIES IN STRENGTH AND CONTROL. SOMETHING YOU MORTALS WILL NEVER ATTAIN!!!"

Jiraiya dodged a powerful swipe and countered with a swift kick, creating distance between them. "True strength comes from understanding and compassion, not domination. You're more than this power, Naruto. You've always been a symbol of hope!"

The battle raged on, both combatants pushing themselves to their limits. The surrounding environment bore the brunt of their power, and the ANBU unit struggled to keep the collateral damage under control.

In the midst of their intense clash, memories of their time together flooded the blondes mind. He remembered the unwavering support he had received from Jiraiya, the guidance that had shaped him into who he was.

As Jiraiya saw the turmoil in Naruto's eyes, he seized the opportunity. "You don't have to do this alone, Naruto. We can face the darkness together. Remember the bonds you formed with your friends and allies. They believe in you. I believe in you."

Naruto's grip on his rage faltered, and for a moment, the influence of Kyuubi seemed to wane. "But the pain... the suffering... I want to end it all."

"You can, Naruto," Jiraiya replied with unwavering conviction. "But not like this. Embrace your true strength—the strength of your heart. You can bring change without resorting to destruction. Let go of Kyuubi's hatred and find a new path."

The battle paused, both combatants locked in a stare. Naruto struggled with conflicting emotions, torn between his desire for a better world and the power Kyuubi offered. In that moment, the outcome of the conflict hung in the balance, and the fate of the ninja world rested on Naruto's decision.

"He's trying to appeal to him using emotion. Naruto is overwhelmed by hatred; he doesn't understand these sorts of things, so he's getting very confused. He doesn't have any idea how to respond to this..." Kakashi thought. Honestly, it was actually pretty dangerous what Jiraiya was doing, but Naruto seemed to be getting out of it. He had no idea what to do.

'Naruto' fell to his knees "What have done!?" he said out loud , his voice cracking significantly as his inner darkness wrestled from within.

"It doesn't matter. To me, you'll always be Naruto Uzumaki. The most unpredictable knucklehead of the Leaf. You may have done many horrible things, but... you're still you and nothing can change that. You never wanted any of this I know it..." The Toad Sage said softly

Kakashi and the members of Anbu were on edge, but they seemed to be in support of what Jiraiya was doing, as Naruto's chakra reached an all-time low.

'Incredible; he's disabling him with just his words.' Thought Kakashi

Naruto punched the ground in frustration. "Make it stop! Please! Don't say anything more!" His voice becoming more like his old self.

To the surprise of everyone present, Jiraiya took a step forward.

He went up to the fallen boy, and knelt down before him. He was beginning to cross the line, but they were too mesmerized to stop him.

"It's alright... Naruto. You don't have to be angry anymore. All of the things you did... you can never put those things behind you, but you'll always have someone that cares about you."

"B-But..." Naruto began to protest but was cut off. Then at that point, the Toad Sage did the most surprising thing of all.

He hugged him.

It all happened at once, it seemed like. Naruto was on his knees, looking at the ground in despair, before Jiraiya just went up and hugged him directly out of nowhere.

Naruto screamed; he didn't know how to respond, but he shushed him with his words. Kakashi was stunned. They were all stunned. Naruto was completely disabled.

"Is he... crying?" Kakashi asked out loud in disbelief.

"It's alright... just let go of your hatred Naruto..." Jiraiya told him. Naruto sniffed, tears rushing down his face, before he nodded.

"Thank you... Pervy Sage. I-I'm so... I'm so..." he trailed off, pulling his face from his chest.

"HAPPY!" he roared, locking eyes with Jiraiya. The look on his face was an absolute nightmare, and all of the tears that he had been crying before were gone. He was not crying.

The Toad Sage stood there in shock, as Naruto extended his arm and thrust his powerful fist straight through his chest...

Time seemed to freeze to a standstill.

Jiraiya's eyes were dead, their familiar brown hue looking up at them rapidly as they began to mist over. Naruto had thrust his fist directly into his chest with a horrific squelching noise, and he did not survive the attack.

Had he still been alive, he would've paused to look up in the face of the former student he had loved as a son and seen that the tender display of remorse had been replaced by the visage of a pure psychopath.

But he wasn't even able to do that. Perhaps it was even merciful that he had died upon impact, the hole having been punched straight through his heart.

His dead eyes were frozen in a state of perpetual shock and pain, which he had realized in the final split-second of his life. Before his untimely death the last thought on his mind was sadly a memory of Naruto.

Mini Flashback Start

On a road leading to Tanzaku Town , we see Jiraiya and Naruto heading there on a mission retrieve the new Hokage. Naruto quietly cursing to himself trying to complete the third stage of the rasengan training, due to his lack of chakra control he's having a hard time controlling the shape of the sphere. While walking Jiraiya glanced in the corner of his eye in amusement "You know? For a disrespectful little brat you do impress me , it took years for the Fourth to get where you're at and it took me months yet here you are doing it in weeks, you're really something else Naruto " He said smiling

BOOOOOMMM

Naruto caught off guard from the half ass compliment lost focus and it blew up in his face , now laying in a small crater eyebrows twitching "uhhh thanks Pervy Sage but .." He said slowly turning red "CAN YOU SHUT YOUR SUPER PERVERTED ASS UP AND LET ME FOCUS" Imitating Iruka's big head jutsu. Jiraiya smack him in the back of the head and said "Serves you right disrespectful brat here let's rest up for the night seems like you need it"

Naruto just scoffed and set up camp , after everything settled down and while the fire started cracking on the wood , he brought up something that was bothering him "He-hey Pervy Sage.." he said awkwardly, "In my fist my C rank mission Sasuke saved my life. I tried to make friends with him but during the Chunin Exams he said he will sever his bonds and become stronger.. and that I can never understand his feelings.. hey you was friends with Orochimaru way back right Pervy Sage? Why did he dessert the village and decided to destroy the Hidden Leaf?"

Jiraiya stared into searching for the right words to say "Orochimaru went through a profound change after both his parents were killed.. and that's when he became obsessed with forbidden jutsu. I don't know if he was trying to resurrect his parents or reek vengeance on the village that he held responsible for their deaths.. My parents weren't killed so.. like you I was accused of not being able to understand anything about him or his feelings. Perhaps he was right , and I didn't understand a thing about him after all…" he said impassively.

Naruto taking everything in , remember something added "A missing nin I fought said we ninjas are tools and we're not supposed have emotions but weird enough after my friend Haku sacrificed himself for the nin , Zabuza went crazy and killed Gato .. everything is confusing"

Jiraiya shook his head " tsk.. Even I'm able to see that there's entirely too much hate in this shinobi world of ours." Naruto nodded his head in confirmation then added "This world has became ugly due too the hatred of people right?" Jiraiya closed his eyes and continued "Yes.. , I've always wanted to do something about all this hatred.. I'm just not quite sure how to go about it as of yet, but I truly believe that eventually the day will come, when all people will understand one another and live in harmony.."

Naruto dawned a sad small smiled "It sounds complicated to me" Jiraiya nodded and chuckled

"Well if I can't find a solution to this problem , then perhaps I will entrust you to find it instead , aye Naruto?" Naruto with a goofy foxy smile " Yes sir! I can't turn down a request from my master can I Pervy Sage?" Jiraiya let out a hardy laugh confusing Naruto "What? What the hell is so funny about that?"

Jiraiya smiled "Your smile is my salvation Naruto , I'm very glad I made you my student" He pulled out a sealing scroll and poof out a bottle of sake and a saucer and started pouring and gave it to Naruto.

Naruto reluctantly took it and nervously said "Don't you think I'm too young to drink ya know" Jiraiya let out another hardy laugh and said "Just this once I'll treat you like a man, come Naruto let's use this as a promise to bring this world to peace" holding up his bottle, Naruto smile brightly and puff up his chest "Oh yeah I'll bring peace to this world NO MATTER WHAT BELIEVE IT"

Mini Flashback End

The dead Jiraiya made nary a pop when Naruto pulled his arm from his dead body, and the horrible squelching noise rang again.

A vicious smile was on his face as blood began dripping down his arm in small droplets. He regarded everyone else before him; practically everyone was in a state of shock.

"NOOOO!!!" Kakashi said running past the smiling boy and doing a quick medical jutsu on the Toad Sage.

'Naruto' found the sight before him amusing. "You lack even a shred of intelligence, foul creature. Don't you see I'm helping you, soon you'll be with him and the other creatures you love."

Kakashi snarled and balled his fist.

"Hehehe. If you had any sense you'll know your death is a mercy for you and this world."

"Naruto stop this! There's no need for this!"

"But humanity deserves to die that's what you fail to realize"

Kakashi snarled "AND WHO ARE YOU TO DECIDE THAT?!"

'Naruto' simply closed his eyes then looked up towards the heavens "I look down from existence from a much higher perspective then you do. I witnessed creation of the Villages, this World and the truth of all things. That yields deeper understanding.. Wisdom. THE REALIZATION THAT ALL MORTALS SHOULD BE DESTROYED!!" He roared as his power shook the whole village.

Kakashi eyes widened at the display of power, he knew then he was no match for what monster is now. Quickly, he threw a smoke bomb and disappeared with Jiraiya corpse.

When the smoke cleared Naruto chuckled in amusement once again. "Ha! Fleeing like a coward? So much for the Will of Fire."

Suddenly, a Kunai flew towards him from behind; Naruto tilted his head to the left while raising his hand. He caught the kunai through his fingers and looked at it for a moment. Without even looking, he flung it backwards.

The blonde looked at the four masked men with an expressionless mask. He began laughed slowly as he licked his sharp teeth in anticipation.

"You dare attack me you insects, but I must thank you I needed to further test this body." Naruto said ominously with a crazed look in his eyes

One of them, having heard enough lunged towards him but having the power and fighting experience of a centuries old Tailed Beast, 'Naruto' could see the masked shinobi coming all the way. The masked man stabbed a kunai towards his face. Naruto side stepped the strike and twisted around swiftly. He lifted his clawed right hand and ripped off the man's shoulder, sending his arm flying off. The Anbu in a rare showing of emotions screamed in agony until the blonde back handed him away.

The boy laughed in sadistic glee "HEEAHAHAAA!!! With that level of speed killing you would be considered a mercy." The blonde mocked.

The masked man sneered under the masked and responded by twisting clockwise, while swinging his right leg. Naruto watched the incoming attack and jumped back, slightly, avoiding the kick.

When his left foot touched down the ground, the blonde sensed more movements. A second after touching the ground, another masked man, flashed just above him, and he swung his sword in a downward slash that was aimed at his right shoulder. Naruto leapt into the air, and twisted around. He slammed his foot on the back of the man's head, sending him flying away.

He then landed on the ground.

Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu ( Fire Style : Grand Fireball Technique )

The fire ball was coming in from behind. It was a pathetic excuse for a fire ball. In both life times he had seen bigger. Hell, even that Uchiha brat did better than this. Almost lazily, swiped his right clawed hand and the flames just died down in the blink of an eye.

"You mortals are nothing but insects, unworthy to even stand before me. It is quite pathetic really for the dogs who serves this village. Your power is nothing compared to mine…" Naruto said with a shake of his head. "Come mortals , let me end your suffering…" he said motioning for them to come.

When they didn't attack him, he became impatient so 'Naruto' picked up the discarded kunais from the ground. He held them all with just his left hand and then flung them towards the masked men while charging forward in a burst of speed.

The man he was facing dodged the kunai by tilting his head to the side. When he saw Naruto coming, he threw a right hook, but to the blonde; the speeds he reached compared to them everything seemed to slow down. Sidestepping the attack he watched the punch fly past him with both eyes. He held out his right hand and channeled corrosive chakra. He swung it and cut through the man's midsection, separating his torso from his waist.

The gurgled sound of agony echoed throughout as the man pathetically attempted to crawl away. 'Naruto' smiled savagely as he walked to the man before he dropped dead.

"Come now, dying by bleeding out would be too boring now wouldn't it..." The blonde said ominously as he planted his foot on the masked man head. As 'Naruto' applied pressure, the man's eyes bulged before his skull was completely crushed.

'Naruto' fell on his back when he saw another masked man stomping downwards. He rolled to the side just once to avoid the blow. When the man's foot crashed into the ground, 'Naruto's' right hand moved swiftly with his corrosive claws still activated. The nails cut through the man's left leg, just above his knee. He stood up and another swing cut deep through the jugular and blood gushed out as the man fell down headless.

"Only two more insects to go, COME FACE YOUR JUDGEMENT!!" He roared

Wordlessly both Anbu charged towards him: 'Naruto' stood still and waited for what felt like eternity. They flanked both his sides, swinging their blades in horizontal slashes. The swings cut 'Naruto' but he turned into a cloud of smoke.

The blonde flashed behind the man who'd attacked him from the left, he grabbed him by the back of his neck and pushed him towards his colleague. He shifted to the right when the other man pierced through his comrade's gut in order to get him. Naruto did the same, but his strike was marked towards the man's heart. His clawed hand pierced through and he dropped dead.

"This sensation is so intoxicating but this body isn't ready for full fledged war. I need time to hone my power while hiding , but where..." He thought for a few minutes until something clicked in his head. He smiled deviously.

"The land of Whirlpools.." Pleased with his handy work he disappeared.

Hokage Monument

Landing on he flexed his oppressive chakra that was felt by the entire village.

The ground shaking isn't new to seasoned Shinobi who's experienced many battles but no Earthquake in recorded history matched the one felt this day. That vast amount of demonic power caused untold destruction across the entire world. Though on edge, no one can determine the epicenter, so the significance of the Geological event went unnoticed by regular civilians. But unbeknownst of the people, Leaders readied for war and the many predators within the shadows kept a visual eye, waiting for a moment of weakness.

The story for the Tailed Beast are different though, instead of fear they rejoiced at the proclamation of the new dawn. They held hope to be one day freed from their shackles. To one day dance to the drums of liberation.

Tsunade looked up at the Hokage monument and when he saw the person her eyes widened. Her and many others looked up as well and gasped at what they saw.

For above the Fourth Hokage's head were one lone person. He wore no shirt and tattered pants.

"N-Naruto?" Sakura asked, not sure to be relieved or frightened of her friend's return. Naruto's face showed no emotion, nothing that the old Naruto once had. But there was one thing they saw: Hatred. Pure hatred in those once crystal blue eyes was all that was shown. But now they're red like a demon.

"People of Konoha, I will like to thank you for all the years of demonstrating why humans don't have a shred of decency among them. None of you deserve to live within my Utopia. For your crimes against me and the Earth, you will soon face the full might of a God." He smiled ominously and held his hand out above him

"But don't worry , rejoice as I leave this parting gift. Now what was that incepted Jutsu that human created?.. Ah yes Rasengan."

Everyone watched in horror when they saw a big black mass of corrosive chakra, hovering above them. The black sphere was the same size as the Hokage monument and with a single thrust Naruto destroyed it all. This is a requiem dedicated for the man who left it all behind. All that's left now is his overwhelming intensity.
