Chapter Seven: Two advises from deep inside
When Lily woke up the next morning she asked herself how she should act in Hogwarts. More like herself or James.
Everyone expects me to be James Potter! But I am Lily… How can I flirt with girls and play stupid pranks?
She felt a little bit scared of standing up and getting to Hogwarts.
Here at his home it wasn't that hard to be trapped in his body but in a school full of people where everyone had certain expectations from him…
Right in this moment when she felt more lost than ever since she woke up in his body, she heard a whispering voice in her head.
The inner James suddenly said: "I love you Lily! And I always did… Please try to get yourself to go out with me! Also try to speak to Lily, maybe the rest of me is trapped inside your real body!"
She was shocked and relived when she heard this voice.

But no answer came. It stayed silent. She waited and asked again, but nothing happened.
Are you too weak to speak to me? What happened?
But as much she tried to get him to answer her, nothing happened. After a while she gave up. She assumed he couldn't answer.
Hmm… So you claim to mean it serious with me. I am not so sure whether I trust you. But I surely have to try to speak to my real body. Maybe this works…

When James showered in the morning he suddenly had to think about something that terrified him.
In Hogwarts it will be much harder to act according to what everyone would expect from a girl like Lily Evans.
He knew Lily very well and she was in many ways much different then he was. She was always on time and very diligent. As far as he knew she didn't like it to have a lot of attention and she read a lot.
Help! This will be very difficult. I have to read oh noo…
Right in this moment when he felt very very scarred and unmotivated the inner-Lily suddenly spoke to him again.
She said: "Don't be such a pussy! Don't get me some bad grades just because you are lazy! I have high expectations for myself so don't you dare to let me down! Do this and maybe I will one day consider to go out with you!"
He immediately tried to speak to the inner-Lily but she not again said anything.
Please say something if you can! Lily-inside-my-head please!
But all begging was in vain, the inner-Lily kept silent. So after several moments he gave up. He leaned against the wall of the shower and held the shower above his breasts.
So I have to try to be diligent and get good grades and maybe one day Lily will go out with me. But what if my real body asks me for a date. If things later get back to normal I will be thankful when Lily likes me more than before.
He turned of the water for a moment and looked down on his body.
I will try to learn more about Lily, use this opportunity to understand her feelings better and for now not say yes, should Body-James ask Lily again. But maybe later I might say yes.
