Welcome back to another Chapter of Paldean Memories….
Yeah, Sorry if the Last Chapter was short/Lackluster but I'll get a better Geeta Chapter soon down the line at least…. (And also show Rika as well since One: She's a Mermaid and Two: Geeta's Personal Right-Hand as well)
Speaking of Which, I figured another Chapter featuring Juliana won't hurt as well (And also to showcase her Childhood Friendship with Nate and Rosa (The B2W2 Protagonists) as well and help flesh Juliana out in this Fic)
Plus, I can also used this Chapter to basically Explain a Certain Line of Geeta regarding Juliana and Palafin Mermaid (In my Fics, the Dorsal Fin of Merfolk determines what their Species are like a Palafin Fin would make them a Palafin Mer) at least….
(Likewise, I'll explain my Opinions about the Recent Pokemon Presents down below so stay Tune for that but the New Trailer after the Ending of the Recent (At the time) World Championship is pretty cool, Seems like the Terapagos in the Scarlet/Violet Book IS REAL AFTER ALL (And Omni/Auroua Tera Type? Interesting…0), But more Importantly, ALL THE REMAINING STARTERS ARE BACK BABY!)

Story 5: A Mermaid's Experinces
Symposis: After the Events in Area Zero and the Near Death Experince She and her Three new Friends nearly had at the V, Juliana Chats with her Childhood Friends
Especially when being a Mermaid does have both benefits and Hinderaces, Like with her Usage of Terastalization as well as the Recent Events in Area Zero with her, Arven, Nemona and Penny….

World of Pokemon, Naranja Academy, Student Dorms, Juliana's Room:
'Well, It should be anytime now…" Said Juliana as she looked at her Rotom Phone (Currently in it's Tablet Mode) as she and her Pokemon are currently out of their Pokeballs…
After what happened in Area Zero and a Small Camp to get their minds off their Near death experience with the Paradox Pokemon (And the Late Professor Sada's Time Machine) lurking in Paldea's Great Crater…. Juliana and her new Friends Arven, Nemona and Penny returned back to the Narjanja Academy…
The Group decide to call it a Day and rest for the Time Being with Juliana deciding to chat with her Childhood Friends Rosa and Nate Coral as the Mermaid was waiting for the Call with her Pokemon and Koraidon outside of their Pokeballs as Quaval sat next to her Mermaid Sister with a Smile.
"(So Sis…. So you're calling Nate and Rosa for the First time?)" She questioned to Juliana as she smiled back to them.
"Well it's been a while…." Said Juliana with a Smile on her face. "And Besides, Meeting some Old Friends could be What I need to calm down for a bit after what happened in Area Zero at least…
"(True…)" Said Quaval as the Screen soon revealed two Bruntte haired Siblings with Fangs and Two Samurotts (Both wearing Collars with a Blue Marble like Gemstone in them) as Juliana smiled back to them.
"Rosa! Nate!" She said as they smiled back to them as they smiled back to her.
"Juli! It's been a while!" Said Rosa as Juliana smiled back as she let out some Palafin Clicks as well.
"Well Sammy, Steven, That's Juliana… She's our Childhood Friend form the Letters we gotten…" Said Nate to the Two Samurotts who smiled back to her.
"(HI!/Hello!)" Said the Two Samurotts with Rosa's Samurott Sammy being very excited like her Trainer/Sister while Steven is Reserve liked his Surrogated brother.
"(Well, I'm Quaval… Please to meet you Guys)" Said Quaval as she looked back with her Sister as Juliana smiled back to her Childhood Friends and then to her Team:
"Rosa, Nate… Meet the Rest of my Pokemon I meet in Paldea…. They're Pala, Peli, Tastu, Clod, Goo and Koraidon…." She said as her Pokemon began to greet them.
(Hello!/Nice to Meet you!/Eh…Hi?)" Said Pala, Peli and Tastu with the Shiny Tastugiri hiding behind Juliana afterwards.
"Goo!/Clod!/Aigas!" Finished Juliana's Clodsire and Goodra as Koraidon smiled back to the two People on Juliana's Phone.
"Aw! Your Team Looks Good Juli!" Said Rosa as she looks towards them, No doubt interested in both her Shiny Tastugiri and Quaquaval before Noticing Koraidon.
"Wait? Who's that?" Rosa questioned as Juliana Smiled back to her, no doubt the Strange Pokemon is pretty friendly towards the Mermaid right now.
"Oh, This is Koraidon, He's a Legendary Pokemon…." Juliana answered back to her Friend with a Smile.
"Legendary!? Really?!" Said Nate in shock as he and Rosa looked back in Surprised at the
"Well it's a Long Story…." Said Juliana with a slight hesitance which Rosa and Nate became shocked by.
"But I'll explain it to you if you want…" She said as Rosa and Nate gave a Small Nod of Ok which Juliana began explaining about Koraidon, How he met him, Save him form Stravation with her Mother's Sandwich, meeting Arven, Reciving Koraidon's Pokeball as well as her Gym Challenge, Taking down the Titan Pokemon while dealing with Team Star before eventually venturing down into Area Zero with Arven, Nemona and Penny to find out what the Former's Mother Professor Sada wanted him to do…
"Wait, Hold on Juliana?" Said Nate as he and his Sister interrupted the Story in Concern. "You said Terastalization effected you quite a Bit and why you only used it twice… So we're you ok in Area Zero as well?"
"Well sort of… Arven, Nemona and Penny helped out at least…" Juliana admitted as she recalled when they're in Area Zero together.

When in Area Zero/Great Crater of Paldea:
She admitted to herself whenever she's near a Terra Crystal, She felt some pain as well….
It wasn't fatal but it was almost like having your life being sucked away form you… Like being under a Mega Drain/Drain Punch to be exact…
But being inside Area Zero right now… It's almost like she was surrounded by
"Nrgh…" Juliana admitted as she staggered for a While, A Brief Flash of Light appearing in her Mind as she did, Said Light taking the Form of a Turtle like Creature as well.
"Juliana!" Said Arven as he rushed up to her with Nemona and Penny following behind as well.
"Are you ok?" Nemona questioned back to her Fellow Champion as Juliana slowly got up thanks to her and Penny.
"I'm fine Guys…" Wheezed Juliana as Arven gave a Sign of Relief.
"Well that's good to hear…But don't worry Juli! We got your Back!" Said Nemona with a Smile as Penny gave Juliana
"No Problem, Just Stay Close to me at least Juliana….If Koraidon's not willing to come right now, We have to be extra Careful…" Said Arven as Juliana nodded back, The Latter blushing as she did as the two of them, Nemona and Penny ventured into Area Zero with Arven being careful with Juliana to make sure she's alright as well.

"Well there's more besides that…." Said Juliana as she continued on with her Story on what happened in Area Zero, But taking a while to admit about Sada's Death as well, No doubt still haunting her when she first heard form the AI Version of Arven's Mother about her Passing at the Hands of the Other Koraidon whom murdered Sada in Cold blood as well.
"I See…." Said Nate in a Concern Tone about what happened to Juliana while she was in Area Zero. "I don't know what to say….But I'm happy you're alright at least…"
"I Suppose…. But don't worry! It's fine!" Said Juliana with a Smile as some Palafin Clicks escaped form her Mouth as she did.
"Me, Arven, Nemona and Penny made it out alive at least…" She continued with a Smile as she looked back to Koraidon whom licked her back as well to help calm her down after the Encounter with the Aggressive Version of Him back in Area Zero.
"Aw thanks Koraidon…." Said Juliana as she smiled back at the, Much to Rosa's Amusement at this.
"I See…." Said Nate, Still Concern about what happened form the Hoennian Mermaid as Juliana looked back to him and Rosa
"Still, You seemed to admit there's Something bothering you about your Usage of Terastization since even despite how you only used it twice, The First Time you got your Tera Orb and with you and Koraidon against the Other Koraidon…" He continued as Juliana node back.
"Yup…." Juliana added on as well. "Still, I wonder if Something calling out to me because of how I'm a Mermaid…A Palafin Mermaid to be exact."
"I'm not sure Juli…." Said Nate with a Shrug. "Form what I heard, Palafin Merfolk like you and Mrs. Nami are quite Rare with the Ability to form Change like Actual Palafins being rarer to the point it was often considered a Myth "Especially Compared to me and Rosa being Alomomola Merfolk and able to use our Healing Abliites normally."
"I Guess…." Said Juliana with a Shrug at this, No doubt she never bothered too much about her Species since her Mother and Grandmother are the Only Palafin Mermaids in her Tribe,
While the Palafins Merfolk are Rare, They're unable to achive a Hero Form like them compared to back in the Ancient times… But said Strength remains as Palafin Mers are considered stronger then other Merfolk species as well…."
"Well there's that old Story about the Hero of Hisui our Tribe Elders used to tell Right?" Rosa questioned back to her Brother and Childhood Friend as Juliana perked up what her Friend has just said.
"Yeah!" Said Juliana added on, No doubt aware of this as she smiled back to them.
"I loved that Story when Grandma told me and Mom about it!" She continued with a Smile as it was often Tradition for Elders of the Merfolk Tribes to often tell stories about their Origins and history to the Young Children before they went to bed, Something Juliana loved to hear as well.
"But Still, How's things been with you guys?" Qustioned Juliana with a Smile as she looked back to her Friends. "I mean Paldea's Pretty Peaceful right now, But how's things in Unova doing?"
"Well its been all good now that Team Plasma's Gone for good..." Said Rosa with a smile of her own.
"Well, Alright then, How about some games between us?" Juliana answered back as the Conversation went on between the three merchildren… As stress was vaniqushed in favor of them talking like they're in the Same Room.

Meanwhile, In the Depths of Area Zero:
However, Somewhere deep inside Area Zero, Far Deeper then where Juliana, Arven, Nemona, Penny and Even Professor Sada thought was the Deepest part of Paldea's Great Crater, Which Said Depths was a Strange Realm where Time stood Still and Space is an Infinte Circle in it.
Like the Higher Levels of Area Zero, The Realm was an Ancient Paradise of Nature with Primordial Fauna and Waters pure and Clean…. The Ideal Paradise if one would call it…
But inside Said Realm was a Mysterious Temple…
Said Temple was similar to the Once Great Temple of Sinnoh (Which currently now is in Ruins as the Spear Pillar in Modern Day Sinnoh), Which was Made by the Celestica People Worshipped the Almighty Sinnoh and Creator of their World: Arceus…
Inside the Temple were Statues of the Hero of Hisui, his Ten Companions, Dialga and Palkia (The Sons of Arceus), Uxie, Mespirit, Azelf and Arceus himself….
But in the Center of the Temple was a Mysterious Trident, Embedded in Rock and before a Statue of Arceus itself.
Said Trident was the Devine Tempest, A Weapon wielded by the Hero of Hisui which itself was a Golden Trident, Ancient Hisuian Marking embedded the Weapon as the Symbol of Arceus
Inside said Symbol as a Small Hexagon like Crystal with a Tail like Point extending down form it
The Gem Sparkles a Strange Light Jade Colour Light as it fickles away, which it and the Trident patiently waiting for the day someone would pull it out once more….
Be it a descendant of it's former wielder or even a worthy Mer to wield it's power.….

Author's Note:
Yeah, Remember what Geeta mentioned in the Previous Chapter about Palafin Mermaids being Rare?
Well Besides a Reason why She's interested in Juliana…
Yeah, I figured I give an explanation for why… Palafin Mermaids are considered Rare and are considered the Original Mermaids in my Mermaid!Juliana Fics.
(That Said, Palafin Merfolk aren't like Once in a Blue Moon Rare however but moreso basically the Merfolk Equivalent to a Pesudo Legendary/Starter at least, Likewise All I can say is Geeta's Plans doesn't need to have a Palafin Mer, But they're considered the best chance to do so due to their rarity would make them more likely to be considered worthy…)
Likewise, the Whole thing about Hero Form not being a Thing for Palafin Mermaids is due to how it essentially became lost to time with it basically being a myth for them, Hence why Juliana and her Mother can't use the Palafin Hero Form as of now despite being connected to them (Their Dorsal Fins are the ones of Hero Form!Palafin's however…)
Similarly, Merfolk also have abilities based on what the Dorsal Fin of the Pokemon they share like Nate has Mentioned that they can use (He and Rosa being Alomomola-Mers means they have Healing Ablities)
But the Events in Area Zero as well as the Few Times she used Terastalization has awaken something in Juliana and likewise, The trident (The Devine Tempest) in Area Zero is calling out to her as well….

Now onto the Stuff about Juliana's Friendship with Rosa and Nate (As well as some other minor Details):
Yeah, I Admit, We all know how Vicious we Pokemon Fans can be when comparing things… So even if two things are high quality, One's bound to make the one they like more better by often bashing the other thing (AKA Putting down one thing to make the other look better, Which I admit, I'm also guilty of doing as well, Again, the whole bashing of SwSh I do often) with Fans can be extremely harsh on Post Gen 5 Content as well….
And It's similar to how some Dawn and May Fans can be pretty vicious about Serena despite X and Y/Diamond and Pearl being the Peak of Ash's Time on the Anime where Serena is often bashed for not being like Dawn/May at times (The Whole Crush on Ash/Shipping didn't help matters either…)
So I figured, Why not make Juliana and Rosa/Nate friends at least to try to show some Good Friendships with Paldea and Unova at least (Ok, Juliana's originally form Hoenn in my Mermaid Fics but you get the Idea)
Plus, I figured

And now for my thoughts on the Recent (As of this Chapter's Publishment) August Pokemon Presents as well:
Yeah it's Pretty Good at least! ;)
(Yeah, Sue me, At least it's not just purely about the Pokemon Sleep at least…Christ, I get being frustrated at Game Freak but can we try to approach things with a Glass Half Full approach at least? Just try to do some stress Relief activities if needed)
Sure it's not the Big Grand Event many of us were wishing but hey, It's still pretty good all things considered for the DLC Stuff at least.
And to keep things Simple, I'll be mainly talking about Masters EX, Dectective Pikachu Returns and the Hidden Treasures DLC at least.
But in terms of other stuff… I say It's pretty Decent at least…
Gotta admit, It's Amusing we're getting the Paldea Starters before the Galar ones in Go as well… And Yeah, Tastugiri Love in Café Remix is nice at least… (Heck, I got a Soft spot for those little guys at least)

Ok, Let's Start with Dectective Pikachu Return:
Yeah, At least it's clear Tim and Pikachu are still the Focus (UNLIKE WHAT DISNEY'S (AND THE MAJORITY OF HOLLYWOOD) BEEN DOING LATELY!)… And we also got a Look at Tim's Family (The Movie Mentioned Tim's Mom Died which was a Factor to why He and Henry didn't get along and how Tim didn't want a Pokemon) as well as What Game!Henry looks like as well.
The Sequels seems to basically imply that not only Howard (Who's not Roger's Dad in the Games) would be appearing in some way (Meaning Evil Ditto's not far behind as well) but also the Usage of Galarian Pokemon would be present. (Since Alolan Pokemon Appeared in the Original Game as Foreign to Ryme City, I wonder if it's the Same for Paldean Pokemon as well?)
Really, Racheal's (The Girl shown together with Tim and also Howard's Kid instead of Rogers) the Make or Break Character (Given how we're more or less Paranoid by what Hollywood has been doing with woman lately) but fortunately, It's clear Tim and Pikachu are still the Focus at least (Again, The Mario Movie ISN'T WOKE, Mario's still the Focus and Bowser was defeated by Both the Former and Luigi at the very least, Plus Peach wasn't as bad as Say MCU!Captain Marvel at least.)
Likewise, It does beg what's the Problem Causing Substance for Return since all the R (Mewtwo's Cells/Beserker Genes) are gone now, But since our Favourite Psychic Cloned Legendary is still present, We're still expecting him to be tied to the Plot as well (And since Howard is here, It means the Sequel may take inspiration form the First Game's Movie as well)
That Said, Love the Usage of Growlithe and Galarian Darmanitan for the Cases so it's not just Tim and Pikachu solving at least.
But overall, While I'm not getting Detective Pikachu Return… I do think it's pretty good so far at least…

Now for Masters EX (AKA Nemona's Debut and by Extension Gen 9):
I Admit, I didn't play Masters-EX, But It did do justice for Characters at least
I suppose it was well done all things considered… (Nemona's character means Paiso is her Heaven at least… Heck, If Journeys was allowed to Continue to Gen 9, Nemona would likely be in Alain's Place in the Masters Eight and Fight Ash to Promote Gen 9 as well)
Nemona's Character wasn't as Complex as Arven or Penny's but for what it's worth, She's still better handled then Marnie at least, And At least they let her be Besties with Hilda as well….
(Heck, Given how much People Riffed the Post Sliver Rivals for not being as Asshole-ish like him and Blue, The Fact that Nemona interacted with Blue and Bede with Zero Issues (On her End, Bede gets to suffer under Nemona's Battle Craze (Which for those who Hate SwSh and Like Scarlet and Violet, Is well deserved for how Bad Bede is as a Character)
Still, Imagine if Instead of Bede, It's ASH that Nemona meets during her Event, It'll make it even better but It's still worth it… We finally get the Chance to have Nemona and Ash interact in someway at least.
Still, Nemona's handled quite well at least… Let's pray Arven and Penny get the Same Treatment as well (Same with Juliana and Florian as well, Especially the Former since I'm writing Mermaid Fics of her as well)

Finally, Let's get on with the Show with the New DLC:
I have to admit! I Liked the new Paradoxs at least! (Raging Bolt/Past Raikou and Iron Crown/Future Cobalion)…
Yeah, Raging Bolt may look odd but given Raptor Suciune/Walking Wake, I'm fine with it… (Heck, The meaning of the Name of Inspiration for Raging Bolt (The Apatosaurus/Brontosaurus) means Thunder Lizard, So it's not as farted out of Chairman Rose's Butt as some may think…)
Speaking of Galar, We get two new Cross Gen Evos for both Applin and Durauldon…. They're pretty cool as well…. (Yeah Odd, Coming for the SwSh Hater writing this Fic but new Cross Gen Evos are a Plus at least)
Dlipplin is interesting at least, Not what one would expect form a Cross Gen Evo but hey, Could have been worse… But Archaludon is pretty cool as well…
It's a pretty cool idea concept wise (And Sure it's means we're getting an OP Monster whom's too much of a Liablity to keep in check but Overall,
Heck, We gotten used to Kingambit and Ursaluna at least, Let's Just hope Archaludon doesn't fall into Rypherior's Pitfalls at least.
Still, I Suppose it means Shelving my Mega Duraludon idea for something Else (Heck, Compared to Paldea and Unova, I didn't make a lot of Megas for Galar Pokemon)
But since Carmine is shown with Poochyena, Hopefully it means that we'll be getting a Cross Gen Evo for either Mightyena or Poochyena at least… It'll be great at least.
The New Characters are pretty Good so far…
But Perrin, Blair and Drayto are those that caught my Attention so far at least…
Perrin being Adaman's Descendant is a Nice Touch… Heck, It's nice to see Legends:Arceus stuff in as well… (Heck, Enamorus Subplot in Teal Mask anyone?)
Still, Since Isle of Armor managed to include the Alola Forms in them, So maybe the Same would apply for the Hisuian Forms at least (Heck, A Good Way to get the Final Stage Hisui Starters, Lilligant and Goodra without Legends:Arceus/Home would be nice at least)
Likewise, Drayto… If the Leaks are true, Then this Guy's Drayden's Grandson AND foreshadowing to whatever GameFreak's Cooking up Right now…
Guess Ingo was just the Beginning of something BIG….
And Blair, Yeah… Girl's pretty Sus to say the least… And She's certainly showing more then it meets the Eye (Especially since she's the Reason for the Events of Both DLCs as well… Interesting)
I won't go into That Much Detail but while I suppose my Evil!Geeta idea may not be happening if Briar DOES turn out to be a Villain (Especially since she's already have a lot of Red Flags with both the Raidon Wheels and Symbols on the Box Art as well…) I won't be surprised that Geeta would be tied to the DLC as well but regardless, I still got this fic for writing Her at least (Heck, I actually liked Geeta compared to Chairman Rose, Odd I know but be glad I'm not writing Bash Fics for Geeta compared to what I did with Marnie in my Smash Bros Fics….)
(Also Amusing Fact for those wondering: Both Geeta and Briar have their Eyes in a Rather Unique Fashion (A Bright hue in both of them) at least, Won't be surprised if their some connection between them and Area Zero besides Geeta's Ace being something connected to Area Zero as well but I'm keeping my Expectations low to avoid disappointment at least)
Heck, Tying Geeta to the DLC should fix her character at least… But that's just me…
That Said, The Scarlet and Violet DLC looks pretty Good…
Hopefully it'll make up for the Bugs at least (But Scarlet and Violet's Plot and Cast are at least better then SwSh's Poorer Cast and Story at least.)

Well, I have to admit, The August Pokémon Present may not be what people are expecting
But on the Bright side, Hopefully the Upcoming DLC would be good at least…
If not, Just do some Anger Management at least… (If you need to Vent, Just do it offline at least)
