'Green with Evil' Part 2, Friday afternoon

The four rangers were shocked at what they saw. Instead of the green ranger attacking, there was an actual dragon attacking the city. "Should we go straight to the zords?" Kim said nervously. Zach nodded. "Billy, we can handle the dragon. You continue looking for Jason." Billy nodded and teleported out. "We need dinozord power now!" The three called out.

The Pterodactyl zord flew next to the dragon but was knocked out by its wing. "We have a problem! That thing is three times as big as my zord! It took us out just by flapping its wings." "Try to get it to the ground. I'll ram it with the Mastodon." The Pterodactyl zord dive bombed it from above. The Mastodon ran into it and the Saber Tooth Tiger pounced on it. "Uh guys, this thing's bleeding." Trini stated as her zord bit it.

"A real life dragon." Zach said nervously. The dragon suddenly shrunk to half the size of the Pterodactyl zord before making its escape through the legs of the giant cat zord. The dragon returned to its original size. However, blood could be seen along its wing. The dragon vanished in a beam of green light.

Two days later, Sunday evening, the command center

"Rangers, I present to you the Green ranger." Zordon said, gazing down at them. The rangers smiled for a few moments. "Hey Tommy, do you know anything about a dragon?" Zach inquired. Tommy shrugged, internally panicking. "My zord is a dragon. I'm the Green Dragon ranger. But other than that I just know basic myths and legends." "So Rita didn't tell you anything about the size changing dragon that fought us?"

"No." Tommy replied a little too quickly. "You know something," Kim sternly accused. "It disappeared in a flash of green light." "Tommy, if you want them to trust you, you must tell us what you know." Zordon said. Tommy sighed and rolled his left sleeve up. "What does a bite mark have to do with anything?" Jason remarked.

Billy shook his head. "It appears to me that Tommy is showing us that Rita bestowed upon him the ability to shapeshift into a dragon, specifically the one that attacked the city." "Trini, translation." Jason ordered. "He says the dragon we fought was Tommy." She said, sighing. "Indeed, I believe that is a miniature version of where the Saber Tooth Tiger zord's teeth made contact with the dragon's scales." "He thinks that's where my zord bit Tommy."

"Is that true Tommy?" Kim asked. He nodded. "Why did Rita make you grow instead of attacking us as a dragon?" Jason asked. Tommy shrugged. "My wing is sprained. Finster treated it and said that I shouldn't transform for a few weeks and avoid using my left arm for a week. It was actually very entertaining watching Finster argue with Rita about sending me into battle afterwards." The rangers laughed at the idea of the small dog-like creature arguing with Rita Repulsa.

"Could you show us your dragon form?" Zach asked eagerly. Tommy shook his head. "I'll have to pass. Finster is supposed to be pretty terrifying if you disobey him in the medical field. Goldar told me he'd rather face a hundred power rangers without his sword than disobey Finster's medical advice." "You're not going back to Rita." Trini pointed out.

"And there's nothing stopping him from teleporting into my room in the middle of the night." Tommy remarked. The rangers laughed again.

'The Spit Flower', after it beats the zords

"We're through!" Zach said. Tommy shook his head. "No, we're not." He declared. The others stared at him as his visor changed to an emerald green. Green scales covered his suit as he grew bigger. After a moment his transformation into a green dragon was complete. Trini winced upon seeing the bite mark from where her zord bit him.

He quickly took to the skies, breathing blue fire at the zords, carefully burning the plants. "Why is his fire blue?" Zach asked. "Blue fire means it's hotter than regular fire." Trini explained. The monster covered him in flowers and then set them ablaze. Tommy grew to three times its size. He then tore its head off but immediately threw it away. Tommy breathed his fire on the monster and its head, turning both parts to ashes. The ashes disintegrated.

Tommy flew back down to the rangers, turning back into his ranger suit. "You okay?" Kim immediately asked.

"Other than the awful taste in my mouth from when I bit the monster, yes." "And the flowers didn't hurt?" Jason asked. Tommy winced. "I'm fine." He quickly replied. "Nope, we've seen Jason say it like that plenty of times when he's not fine." Zach said. He grabbed Tommy's arm and teleported to the command center.

A few minutes later, the command center

Tommy yanked his arm away from Zach. The six rangers demorphed. "Excuse us for a moment." Jason said and pushed Tommy to the med bay. He then pulled Tommy's shirt off. Tommy had light burn marks across his waist and arms. "It's no big deal." Tommy said. However, he winced when Billy touched the one on his right wrist. "How are you going to hide that from your parents?" Zach asked.

"I'll put long sleeves and gloves on when I get home." He replied with a shrug. Jason rolled his eyes. Tommy didn't wait for a response and teleported home.

'On Fins and Needles', after school

Tommy and Jason stood side by side. "Let's combine both plans!" Jason said. Tommy nodded. They worked side by side to catch him in a net. Jason and Tommy both shot laser beams at him. Rita grew Slippery Shark right before it hit.

"You thinking what I'm thinking?" Jason asked. "That you should be the first human to go dragonback riding." Tommy answered. His visor turned an emerald green as he turned into a green eyed dragon. He grew to twice the size of the dragonzord when Jason hopped on. "Water beats fire!" The monster declared.

"And the dragon beats the shark!" Jason declared as Tommy head butted it. The monster went underground. "What now, Jason?" Jason heard in his head. "Tommy was that you?" The dragon nodded. Tommy flew around the fin as Jason thought it over. "Grab that fin!"

Tommy grabbed the fin with his claws. He lifted the monster up. "No fair!" Slippery shark cried out. "Let's roast that fish!" Jason shouted. Tommy burned the monster with his fire. However, it exploded instead of giving them cooked shark.

Command center, two minutes later

Billy, Trini, and Zach were cheering when Tommy and Jason appeared in the Command Center. Kimberly was giving her boyfriend the death glare. "Is something wrong?" Tommy asked nervously. Kim slapped him. "How dare you let your best friend go dragonback riding before your girlfriend!" The other four rangers laughed.

"But I carry you in public!" Tommy protested. "As a human! Not as a handsome dragon." Kim snapped. "And I'm going to go before your sister kills me." Tommy said to Jason before teleporting out. "Thomas James Oliver!" Kimberly shouted, teleporting after him.

"He's so whipped." Zach said. Billy and Trini nodded. "He's a black belt who can transform into a giant dragon yet he's scared of a short teenage girl." Trini remarked.

'When is a ranger not a ranger?'

Tommy was a dragon, flying Kimberly and Billy because he had promised her. As for why Billy came, Tommy didn't trust his girlfriend alone on his back. "Did I mention that I'm very afraid of heights?" Billy asked for the tenth time. Tommy twisted his neck around to glare at him with his white dragon eyes. As it turned out, his dragon eyes would be the color of his ranger uniform.

"The view with Adam's kaleidoscope is so cool from up here!" Kimberly exclaimed. Billy was still holding on to one of Tommy's neck spikes when z-putties appeared all over his back. "Sorry Tommy, but we're gonna have to fight on your back." Kim said. Billy gulped. "Relax Billy, you can teleport if you fall." She said as she helped him up.

Kim placed the kaleidoscope down before her and Billy started smacking the chests of putties. As soon as they beat the last putty, Adam's kaleidoscope fell over. Tommy dove after it only for it to turn into a monster. As soon as Tommy landed, the monster blasted them.

"Who are you?" Billy inquired. "I'm, uh;" Kim started. "That's a good question." They looked around and saw Tommy as a dragon. "What is that!" Billy exclaimed. "If I don't know who I am, what makes you think I know what that is?" Kim said, gesturing to the dragon who was now flying away.

Half an hour later, same location

"Should we try to find something familiar to jog our memories?" Kim suggested. "There's a narrow margin in your plan of action benefiting our situation." Billy stated. "Why are you talking so weird?" Kim remarked. "Maybe you're one of those intellectual people." Billy looked at his clothing. "I don't know. Perhaps I am." "You are." Rocky interjected, coming toward them with Adam and Aisha. "Billy, you're a straight A student."

"And Kimberly, you're my best friend." Aisha added. "I am?" She replied hesitantly. Aisha nodded. "We do everything together, we go shopping every day-" "Why would we go shopping every day?" Kimberly interjected. Adam and Rocky exchanged looks. "You always said we didn't need a reason to shop." "That is really pathetic." Kim said. Adam and Rocky burst out laughing.

"She doesn't like to shop anymore? That monster is way more powerful than any of us imagined." Aisha said. "Wait, monster?" Billy interrupted. All three nodded. "You know, from Lord Zedd on the moon?" Adam stated. The two shook their heads. "We need to get them back to the command center." Rocky said. Aisha grabbed Kimberly and Adam grabbed Billy before they teleported.

At the command center

"What just happened?" Billy asked. They turned and saw their three friends talking to Zordon. "What is that?" Kim said nervously. "Greetings, I am Zordon." "Wait Zordon, we're missing Tommy." Rocky stated. Adam turned to Billy and Kim. "Have you seen a guy in white clothing?" He asked.

The two shook their heads. "Any living creature wearing something white?" Adam repeated. "You mean that thing that we were next to? It flew off." Billy stated. "Now that I think about it, the creature did look very handsome." Kim added. Alpha turned to look at Zordon. "Behold the viewing globe." All five rangers turned to the sphere. They saw Tommy on the viewing globe.

"Kimberly, this is your boyfriend." Zordon stated. Kimberly smiled. "He is kinda cute." "Ay yi yi yi yi. Do we have to tell Aisha, Adam, and Rocky about Tommy's secret?" "Yes Alpha, unfortunately we must. Kimberly and Billy, you along with Jason, Trini, and Zach were the only humans to know his secret." Zordon explained.

"Aisha, Adam, and Rocky are all aware that Tommy used to work for an intergalactic witch known as Rita under a spell. However, they were never told about the ability Rita bestowed upon him." The three friends exchanged glances before Zordon continued. "Tommy can transform into a green dragon. I'm afraid that he was a dragon when your memories were wiped."

"So we've got a dragon that doesn't know he's actually a human flying around?" Adam clarified. "That is correct." "So can't we just give them back their power coins?" Rocky asked. "I'm afraid not. Without their memories they don't possess the skill, characteristics, or abilities to become a power ranger." "Can someone wake me up?" Kim asked suddenly. "Because there's no way I'm actually speaking to a head in a tube or my boyfriend can transform into a dragon."

"Adam, how can we reverse this?" Aisha said angrily. "We need a prism." "Ok, Adam will take Billy to his lab to look for a prism. Me and Aisha will look for Tommy and Scatterbrain."

30 minutes later

Bulk and Skull walked out of the bushes. "Not so fast." Skull said. The monster looked around in confusion. Four of the power rangers had no memories and the other two were nowhere to be seen. It caught sight of Bulk and Skull in camouflage outfits. "Who are you!" Scatterbrain paused for a second. "Whoever you are, you're not stopping me from taking these captives to the moon."

"You're not taking the Power rangers anywhere." Bulk said sternly. "Not if we can help it." "Which I hope we can." Skull muttered. "Very well. I believe we shall have what you Earthlings call a showdown." As he was about to fire, a dragon swooped up Bulk and Skull. "We're flying on a dragon Bulk!" Skull exclaimed. The dragon snorted and dropped them. The monster fired again and the crystal hit the beam.

Day the island exploded, at the island

"Tommy Oliver." The mutant freak hissed. "Give me the gems." Tommy ran off as the island exploded. He barely had time to transform before he flew off.

Later that day, afternoon, at a beach

Hayley had heard her best friend's voice in her head. "Help. North beach." Which should be impossible. That would mean he was telling the truth about being able to transform into a dragon. Which was also impossible. Yet here she stood, looking at her best friend who was currently an actual dragon. "Use my phone to call Dana. Tell her that you're aware of a green dragon."

Hayley nodded. She picked up the phone. "Dana Mitchell here." Hayley took a deep breath. "I know the truth and I'm aware of a green dragon." There was a pause. "Where are you?" Hayley gave her location. "Help is on the way. Be prepared for questions about what you said. They are also aware of his disease so you can be honest." Hayley could tell she was in public by the fact that she stretched the word disease.

An hour later

Hayley was shocked when she saw three different power rangers come out of a train. There was Pink Lightspeed, Red Timeforce, and Red Mighty Morphin. "Dana." Hayley said to the pink one. "You're either Jason or Rocky, no idea who he is."

"Power down." All three said. "I'm Jason and this is Wes. I guess you already knew Dana." Dana had already gone to Tommy's side. "You weren't kidding when you said you knew the truth. Nor were you joking about Tommy's health."

"I didn't believe him till now." Hayley said awkwardly. Wes laughed. "It is unbelievable." He replied. "Anyway, do you know what caused this?" Hayley shook her head. "He was on an island with a few people. I only remember his roommate Terrance Smith and this millionaire Anton Mercer. If he had to turn into a dragon to escape then I don't think they made it."

"I'll have to take him to Lightspeed Headquarters." Dana said. "I don't have the materials to treat him here." "What do you mean?" Hayley and Jason said in unison. "Well, there is some medical equipment that you can only have in a hospital and I doubt I could take him to a regular hospital."

"I'll cover the cost of this. Anyway, you never told us your name?" Wes said. "Hayley Ziktor. I'm Kim's roommate but she went somewhere for vacation." She explained.
