As soon as the group arrived at the palace, they found Mobuji, the Minister, and one of Hiiro's soldiers waiting for them.

"Oh, everyone! We can't find Her Majesty!" Mobuji said.

"We can't find the captain either." one of the soldiers said.

"This does not bode well." Spade said.

"Lanshi!" Ajna said as Lanshi materialized.

"Hark!" Lanshi barked.

"Ranga!" Rimuru called out.

"Right." Ranga said as both canines started sniffing and following their noses.

They eventually led the group to a warehouse as they continued before Lanshi and Ranga stopped and pointed down a passageway as they entered an underground temple of some sorts before the area suddenly began shaking.

"Shaking in a temple…yeah, that's almost never good." Eddy remarked.

The group hurried on ahead before they caught sight of Queen Towa falling from up high.

"I got her!" Glacius said as she rushed to catch Towa.

Shuna soon formed a large barrier around them to protect them from the falling debris.

"Mr. Hiiro?" Baril asked as the group saw Hiiro, only that there was something wrong.

"What's going on with Hiiro?" Rayleigh asked.

"Glacius, you don't think that he…" Esmeralda started before she dodged a sphere. "What the?"

"Not you meddlesome pests again." a voice called out as Lacua stood by. "Quit getting in my way!" he said, throwing down a smoke bomb as he ran down a nearby hallway.

"Hey!" Theo called out. "We're going after him."

"All of you go on ahead." Azura said.

"Wait, you wanna stay here? Hiiro could easily chop your head off." Subaru said.

"Don't worry. She won't be alone." Esmeralda said.

"I'll lend my aid as well." Alear said.

Hiiro roared as he charged at the three only to be blocked by a certain swordsman.

"Honestly, to be like this…this is not like you." they said as the smoke showed it was Benimaru. "So come back to your senses, brother!"

"Rest, your majesty." Azura said to Towa before her pendant glowed. "~You are the Ocean's Grey Waves~"

(Cue- End of All *Sky*- Fire Emblem Fates)

"Rar!" Hiiro roared as he charged at her as the three warriors kept him away from the two girls.

"Sorry but we can't let you do that." Esmeralda said.

The rest of the group pursued Lacua while Alear, Benimaru and Esmeralda stayed with Azura to find some way to get Hiiro back to his senses.

"Azura…you need to stop singing. His rage can't be quelled." Esmeralda said.

"What kind of source does this power come from?" Azura asked.

"I think I might know." Esmeralda said. "It's a Curse Orb. That guy must've tricked Hiiro into eating it."

"He won't escape Lord Rimuru." Benimaru said. "I can assure you of that."

"Let's hope you're right." Esmeralda said as Hiiro continued to lash out.

The others chased Lacua in the mines as he rode in a mine cart.

"Meddlesome…keep out of my way!" Lacua said, firing magical spheres at them that exploded on contact.

"There is no escape for you." David said. "Not from anyone."

"Just how long do you plan to keep on running?" Simon asked, masquerized with Gouon.

"Seriously…how long do you plan to keep this up?" Connor said, firing a shot that knocked off the man's hat.

"Grrr…Oh." Lacua said, seeing a turn lever ahead. "Ha ha!" he said hitting it and creating an explosion as he disappeared down one of the tunnels.

"Sneaky bastard..!" Tanya said.

"You're nothing more than mere mortals accompanying a baby demon lord! I know for a fact he's only just borrowing the storm dragons authority! Without him, you all are nothing but…" Lacua called out.

"Man, shut the hell up, will you?" David asked.

Jexi looked ahead before he smiled as they stopped.

"What's wrong? Getting tired all…" Lacua said before looking ahead to see the track ahead was blocked off as it led to a magma pit. "Ah!" he called out as he crashed right through the blockade.

"Did he actually kill himself?" Leonie asked.

"At least he went out in a blaze of glory." Sachiko quipped.

"Not quite. Though how I wish he did." Theo said as they saw Lacua flying out of the mines. "Of course he can fly. Meaning he definitely is some sort of demon."

"Just the word I've been waiting for." David said.

Rimuru, Ranga and all the group's able fliers chased Lauca into the night sky.

"What's wrong? Have nowhere to run now?" Simon asked as he rode on Malphas.

"You're all really meddlesome…" Lacua growled before throwing more fireballs their way.

"Time." Rime said, freezing the incoming attack in time before rewinding it back to nothing.

"Lacua!" a voice called as Chikuan appeared at Lacua's side, sporting the same appearance as him. "Mind if I have a go?"

"Well, if it isn't the supposed good doctor. We were wondering why Towa didn't get better under your watch." Rimuru said.

"Ranga, you mind taking care of him?" Neumann asked.

"I'll end it quickly." Ranga said going for the doctor. "Death Storm!" he called out as the skies above darkened as a storm surrounded the doctor, killing him almost instantly.

"You might as well give it up right now! In case you haven't noticed yet, you're completely outgunned!" Rista declared to Lacua.

"I'm not going to let all my hard work go to waste! I won't lose to a baby demon lord!" Lacua said summoning a blade. "Besides…I still…have an ace." he said, showing a weird bracelet on his arm. It was colored a deep black and was extremely thin, showing multiple open spaces.

"That's…!" Ace said.

"The Bracelet of the Doting Sister! He had it the whole time!" Tiki called out.

"I know about your little quest. One false move…and I'll happily destroy it. Leaving your friend unable to go home." Lacua cackled.

"Now what? We kill him, we destroy the Emblem Bracelet." Aoesia said.

"Not quite. I may have an idea." Revali said.

"Enough talk!" Lacua said as he clashed with Rimuru and the fliers.

"If you're gonna do something Revali, do it now!" Koenig said.

"Teba… These arrows are for you." Revali said as he fired arrows right under Lacua, causing him to fly higher. "Now!"

As Lacua did fly up, some of the fliers got close to his arm and slipped the bracelet right off his arm just as Rimuru got close and destroyed his weapon.

"Aw…your little toy broke." Rimuru said, pointing his sword at him.

"Wait…you shouldn't do this…lest you incur the wrath of my lady." Lacua said.

"By your lady, you mean the supposed goddess who gifted the Cursed Tiara to the royal family centuries ago, right?" Tanya asked.

"Yes. That's right. Even with you skilled individuals…she could easily wipe you all out in a heartbeat and…" Lacua said.

"Lacua…" a voice echoed in his mind.

"Oh! Goddess of Creation, may I help you? Your faithful servant Lacua is ready to serve your every single…" Lacua said to the air.

"Shut up. It seems you thought you could do whatever you wanted just cause you incarnated and got a name." Violet spoke.

"No. I've made the queen use a great deal of power. Her body will be yours for the taking. I simply sped up the process." Lacua said.

"Seriously? Listen up. Though the goal of the game was to have the queens concede, I wanted it to be their choice. I don't remember asking for your help. I only asked you to observe, did I not?" Violet said.

"I beg your pardon but I thought the more she suffered, the more you'd enjoy it." Lacua said.

"All you did was ruin my fun. Man, you're useless. I don't need incompetent servants by my side." Violet said. "Time you got what was coming to you."

"Not sure what you were talking about with your goddess, but sounds like we don't have to worry about any retribution from her if we kill you." Theo said.

"Yep. Prepare to die, Lacua." David said.

"If I'm going to die anyway, you're all going with me!" Lacua declared, pulling out another Curse Orb and swallowing it, as he started gathering energy from the neighboring kingdom's army leaders, revealing their true undead forms as Lacua began turning a giant ball of demonic fire. "My Nuclear Flame… shall reduce all of you… and this entire country… to nothing more than a pile of ashes!"

"Seriously, he's gonna do this now? At least show some humility in your final moments." Rayleigh said.

"He's not bluffing!" Theo said as the fire began to grow.

"NUCLEAR FLAME!" Lacua called out as the large fireball consumed him as it prepared to blow.

"Devour all…Beelzebub!" Rimuru called out as he devoured the demonic flame before it could explode.

"So uncivilized." Tanya sighed before calling in to the rest of the Jura Forces on the ground. "It seems Lacua replaced all the leaders of the attacking army with his own personal lackeys."

"Well, that certainly changes things doesn't it?" Shion asked.

"Yeah…go ahead and finish them." Rimuru said as his commanders wasted no time in doing so. "Nicely done. Anyone in the opposing army who've lost the will to fight are free to return home. In the meantime…"

Back on the ground, Benimaru, Esmeralda, Alear and Azura were doing their best to hold back Hiiro in his berserk state, and he was only getting more violent and dangerous.

"Nothing seems to be working…" Alear said.

"In order for us to save Hiiro, we must find a way to destroy the Demon Orb inside his body." Marth said.

"I apologize but…" Benimaru said as his blade was cloaked with black fire. "I cannot afford to hold back anymore."

"Benimaru is correct. His behavior is getting more erratic. We can't afford to drop our guards." Esmeralda said.

"Then we have to put everything we have into our next attacks, and hope they'll be enough." Alear said.

Hiiro roared as he charged at them.

"Black Flame…" Benimaru said.

"Lodestar…" Alear said after Engaging with Marth.

"Slash!"

"Rush!"

Both attacks landed as the bridge they stood on collapsed as they landed on the ground below as they landed near Azura and Towa.

"Are you all okay?" Azura asked.

"Yes but…" Benimaru said as Hiiro emerged. "No way…he survived both of those attacks?!" he said in disbelief.

Hiiro jumped at his attackers and was about to strike… but suddenly Towa jumped in the way. This made Hiiro falter and suddenly came to a halt.

"He stopped himself!" Alear said.

Hiiro struggled for a bit before he grabbed his sword and pierced his own stomach as the others watched as he jammed his hand into the hole and pulled out the orb, crushing it in his hand.

"No…this can't be happening…" Benimaru said as Hiiro reverted as he fell to the ground. "BROTHER!" he cried out.

"Hang on! We're coming to help!" Medina called as she and the other healers hurried to the scene.

"It wouldn't matter." Esmeralda said. "The Curse Orb has pushed his body beyond its limits, and he had to land a fatal wound to extract it. Not even Rimuru's healing potions can cure him now."

"That's quitter talk! C'mon, there's gotta be a way!" ZS pleaded.

"Unfortunately…this is the price for such great power…" Hiiro said weakly. "This is a good ending for me…"

"No brother." Benimaru begged.

"The others are waiting. It would be nice to see them once again. Queen Towa…it was nice and well worth having…a master worth serving." Hiiro said as he crumbled to dust.

"Dammit! A great guy and the best bro to the Kijin just died on us, and we don't have any Dragon Balls!" DW typed.

"I…refuse. I refuse to have him leave like this." Towa said. "Great tiara…grant me a miracle!" Towa said as the tiara glowed.

"Your majesty, no! If you use the tiara to bring Hiiro back, you'll die in exchange!" Alear said.

"This is the only way to save him!" Towa called out as the ashes reformed into Hiiro as he was brought back to life. Once he was, the tiara shattered.

"Your majesty…" Hiiro said before Towa took loads of backlash from the crown and started glowing yellow. "No… don't go, Queen Towa!"

Hiirro embraced Towa, just before she burst into golden light as it ascended up into the sky.

"This is the second time you saved me…yet…I couldn't even…" Hiiro cried.

"So that's it? Raja loses its queen, and Hiiro loses his master? Is this really how it ends?!" ZS yelled.

"...It should be…but why do I feel like there's more…?" Ethox wondered.

"What the…" Rista said as they saw the light particles reforming into Towa, reviving the queen.

"My queen…" Hiiro sobbed as he went and hugged her.

"How in the worlds…" Kumoko said.

"I take it this had something to do with your idea…Diablo?" Rimuru asked as the demon servant himself stood nearby.

"That would be right." Diablo said.

"I'll want a full report later on." Rimuru said.

"As you wish." Diablo said as he bowed.

Another celebration soon kicked off in Raja, for the country's safety as well as its ruler and best warrior.

"Phew…I dunno if it was luck or divine intervention, but both Towa and Hiiro both made it outta there in one piece." Connor said.

"And with nothing to get in the way of Raja, the country can finally recover and redevelop, heading to a brighter future." Lorenz said.

"Luckily, when Benimaru, Alear, Esmeralda and Hiiro went wild, a cave collapsed to show a vein of iron ore. Rimuru was happy to buy it up." Theo said. "It's safe to say we'll be keeping up relations with this kingdom for a long while."

"Theo, can I ask you something?" Alear asked. "If you're an adventurer's guild by trade, why do you expand your horizons by allying with nations like the Jura Tempest Federation?"

"Cause…I have a dream. Inherited from the one who raised me when I was young." Theo said standing on the ledge. "I want a world…where adventuring is commonplace and for everyone. New discoveries, new places, even new challenges. And…it's not just humans, elves or dwarves that go on them. All people should be adventurers. A world…where all is equal and there's plenty of things to quest for! In every true sense of the word…I want the world and beyond to be captivated…by that one word…Adventure!" he said.

"You gotta admit, that's so like him." Hope said.

"That's my brother for you." Ethox said. "So… what's so special about that bracelet you swiped off Lacua anyway?"

"It's one of seven Emblem Bracelets…the things we need to get Alear home to her own world." Dan said. "With this…we now have 3."

"Well, four if you count Marth. But if you wouldn't mind doing the honors." Revali said as he showed Alear the bracelet of the Doting Sister.

"Thank you Revali." Alear said, taking it. "Soar high, Emblem of Revelation!"

(Cue: Trial of Fates (Bare Your Fangs)- Fire Emblem Engage)

In a burst of white light, out from the glow came the familiar sight of a certain Eldest Princess of a Kingdom raised in the shadows. She raised her arms as if to embrace some of the group before placing her right hand on the pommel of her axe as she blew a kiss with her left hand.

(song fade)

"Camilla?" Azura asked.

Indeed, it was Camilla as she let out a yawn. "Feels like I have been asleep for ages. I would've liked if Corrin was among you, but it's good to see you nonetheless, Azura."

"Whoa! A total babe just popped outta that bracelet!" Kazuma said.

"That's Camilla, eldest princess of Nohr." Hope said. "I had a feeling it was her the minute I heard Tiki say 'Doting Sister'."

"Yes, she was often protective when it came to Corrin or the others or myself." Azura said.

"Thank you all for waking me. As you have correctly guessed, I am Camilla, princess of Nohr." Camilla introduced.

"Glad to have you with us." Jexi said.

"You came to find me because you need help getting to Elyos, isn't that right?" Camilla asked.

"That's right. You know where we can find the others?" David asked.

"No…I don't." Camilla said.

"I can still sense bracelets." Tiki said. "Unless you're trying to trade up for someone more beautiful."

"No no, I mean…" David said.

"I'm just teasing." Tiki smiled. "Anyway…I already have a lock on the next bracelet. Solistia."

"Oh yeah, that place Theo mentioned before, was it?" David asked.

"Yeah, he mentioned it on the way over here the first time." Hope said.

"Yep. However, it's not a place you can reach. Least…not by traditional means." Theo said.

"Then do you know any untraditional means?" Aelita asked.

"Of course. But…it's gonna cost you guys." Theo said.

"How much do we gotta pay?" DW typed while feigning a sigh, though he couldn't.

"I don't think he was talking about money." Nesma said.

"That's right. The price for this is…you have to take the guild along for the treasure hunt!" Theo declared.

"Somehow, we're not surprised." Luke said.

"Of course you can come with us. You're adventurers, after all. And you can't say no to an adventure like this." Alear nodded with a smile.

"So Solistia must be facing a similar situation like Orsterra did if we can't get there by normal means." Ace said.

"Alright! We'll be ready to roll as soon as you guys say the word!" Ethox smiled.

"Uh… actually, we might be held up." Ty said.

"Why, what's wrong?" Subaru asked.

"Gah! What happened?!" Rimuru cried.

Back at Tempest, the group found the area to be completely wrecked. And who was responsible? None other than Veldora and Milim.

"What did you two do to Tempest?! You guys completely wrecked the place!" Ristarte said.

"You were supposed to look after the village while we were gone, Veldora!" Subaru said.

"Well it's not my fault. Milim showed up and wanted to play so that's what we did." Veldora said.

"Yeah. Just playing. But who knew Tempest was so fragile." Milim said.

"We're very sorry. We tried to stop them, really." Rigurd said.

"But we just weren't strong enough…" Rigur added.

"I'd be surprised if you were." Rimuru said. "Okay, Veldora, you aren't getting any new manga till you've thought about what you did."

"Wait, no new manga?! But…" Veldora said as he soon fell and held his ankle in pain.

"I'd say it's completely fair you're just getting off with that." Ethox said before looking to Milim. "Now… what to do with you?

"Who, me?!" Millim asked before her head was grabbed by Frey.

"Milim, you and I need to have a little chat." Frey said before she dragged off her master.

"Oh, I'd hate to be her right now." Cheetah said.

"This is why we can't have nice things." Rimuru said, reverting to his slime form and melting.

Ethox sighed. "We're gonna be here awhile to repair the damage Milim and Veldora did."

"But they can't go without us cause only we know where the temple in the Town of Legends is." Theo said.

"Let me take em there, Theo. I know the way." Ty recommended before seeing the heroes pitching in. "Huh?"

"Sooner it's all fixed, sooner we can get going, right?" Jexi said.

"Don't worry. It's not a burden or anything." David said.

"Yeah…not like we're going to hop to another place right a…." Jexi said before realizing. "Ah…I almost forgot." he said before taking out the two Zikan Phones. "These are for you two. Courtesy of some new friends we made." he said to Theo and Ethox.

"Whoa, cool phones!" Ethox said. "Wait…new friends?"

"While you guys were taking down Zenos, a group from another dimension like Richard and Siege's came by to help us out with a… problem." Connor said. "They left us these phones to contact 'em. Jexi put out the call to see if they could help us out with our hunt too."

"Unfortunately, I couldn't connect with them at the time." Jexi said.

"It's okay, we can get that fixed when we meet them." Ultra said.

"Woo! New friends!" Ethox cheered.

"New friends later, clean up now." Mirror Match said, handing the Nobody a broom.

"Right, clean up now!" Ethox replied, still cheerful as he began sweeping the streets.

"So, eight new tales with new characters, huh?" Connor asked. "Been awhile since our last adventure like that. Wonder what's new this time?"

"Only time will tell." Ace said as he looked at Aelfric's symbol on his left hand and raised it to the sky.

So the group went on to repairing Tempest for a new adventure awaited them in a new continent with new travelers.

To be continued…
