After a short while of Yama leading Felix and company to the mercenary base, they arrived at what seemed to be similar to a monster fort combined with a large house.
"Is this the base Yama," asked Zelda, who like the others had never seen it before.
"It sure is," answered Yama, "Me and the other mercenaries and our families built it with inspiration of a monster base." "Midna visited earlier when she requested my help so the others know the situation and are preparing for battle knowing we'd come back for them."
Yama then knocked on the door to the base and it was answered by two identical children who looked about eleven years old.
"Father," said one of the kids who was a girl, "You're back sooner than expected."
"Did you find the royal family and the others," asked the other kid who was a boy.
"I managed to bring Midna to them," explained Yama, "Though the King died way before we could make it." "Everyone, these two are my twin children." "The girl is Ine and the boy is Silas." "They might be kids but they know enough from me to be mercenaries."
"Are the others ready to help us," asked Midna to Ine and Silas.
"Don't worry," answered Ine, "Every mercenary in our company is ready for battle."
"So what's the plan," asked Silas.
"We are going to get dragon parts to help us fight Thorin," explained Felix, "They are being guarded by monsters so we will need aid from the mercenaries."
"Got it," said both twins in unison, "We'll tell the others and we'll meet you outside."
"Hey Yama, "asked Haru, "Are your kids going to fight with us?" "They seem too young."
"I taught them what King Link taught me," explained Yama, "They may not be as powerful as me let alone His Majesty but they can handle many monsters."
"At least it won't be just them but the other mercenaries as well," said Feray.
A minute later, the twins came back with about forty mercenaries who represented all the races.
"Well looks like we are ready," said Cynthia, "I'll warp us all to the location of the dragon parts." "Don't be surprised by what's about to happen."
Cynthia then used her sacred power and warped everyone present to Hyrule Field. After the warping, everyone saw a forest full of powerful monsters.
"Should we wait for the Shiekah army since they're supposed to help as well," asked Saima.
"I think there's no need, " answered Zelda, "I see them coming to us."
Just as Zelda said, the Shiekah army and what seemed to be half of the Hylian army came over with Paya and Amina in the front.
"Queen Zelda," said Amina, "Paya told me you found the way to face Thorin so I had my half of the army join her forces to help."
"That's great to know Amina," replied Zelda who then turned to Cynthia, "Cynthia take command of Felix, Haru, Feray,. Haukea, Saima and Midna and make sure you seven get those dragon parts." "We'll cut you a path to them."
"Got it Mother," said Cynthia.
"Alright everyone," said Zelda to the entire army of Hylians, Shiekah and mercenaries we must fight these monsters and get the dragon parts they are guarding." "Now charge."
After Zelda commanded the charge, the army readied their weapons and charged into the forest. By the time the monsters noticed they were being attacked, they were already taking hits from mercenaries and Shiekah.
"Now where are those Dragon Parts," asked Haukea while shooting down an Aerocuda," "We need to end this quickly."
"They're with the especially strong monsters," answered Midna, "We should make it through with our allies taking down the monsters that are in the way."
"Then let's hurry and find them," said Cynthia, who the others agreed with.
The group of seven then looked for the strong monsters while slaying any regular monster that got in their way until they spotted a Stone Talus that some Bokoblins were riding.
"I've got this," said Midna who started unleashing some shadow power which caused the Stone Talus to explode, "We must be getting close."
As soon as Midna said that, the group was ambushed by a Lynel and a Hinox.
"I see something glowing," said Felix while they started fighting the Lynel and Hinox, "It must be the dragon parts."
"In that case," said Cynthia, "Midna lead the others to the dragon parts." "Felix and I will take care of these two."
Midna then led Haukea, Saima, Haru and Feray to the glowing while Felix started fighting the Lynel and Cynthia took on the Hinox. While facing the Lynel, Felix noticed he felt more powerful than before and realized it was the Master Sword's doing, despite that, he didn't let it get to his head and fought the Lynel with what he had. After fighting for about six minutes, Felix managed to defeat the Lynel and then saw that Cynthia took down the Hinox with a blade made of light.
"Looks like we did it," said Cynthia.
Just then, two Stone Taluses, two Lynels and two Hinoxes appeared and came towards Felix and Cynthia. By the time the couple readied themselves, the six monsters were quickly defeated by unknown power which was revealed to come from Feray, Saima, Haukea and Haru.
"Incredible," said Cynthia, "Does that mean you guys touched the dragon parts?"
"They did indeed," answered Midna, "And combined with my power, it was enough to defeat those things."
"Check it out," said Saima, "I can summon and control sandstorms."
""I can shoot my feathers as arrows," revealed Haukea, "They can even make gusts as they fly."
"I ended up getting ice powers," explained Feray, "I can either use my breath or my touch."
"And I have the ability to command fire and lava," said Haru, "I've never felt stronger."
"In that case," said Felix, "Let's use all this power and take down the remaining monsters."
The seven warriors then joined with their allies and slaughtered the remaining monsters.
"Is that all of them," asked Paya, "I don't see any others."
"Look at the sky," shouted Yama, "Gleeoks are coming."
Just as Yama said, four Gleeoks appeared and it was quickly confirmed that they were each a Flame Gleeok, Frost Gleeok, Thunder Gleeok and King Gleeok respectively.
"Brace yourselves," commanded Zelda as the Gleeoks were descending to attack.
As the Gleeoks were about to launch their power, a big shadow beam appeared and hit the Gleeoks making them fall.
"Was that the power of shadow beings," asked Felix.
"They're not Father's minions," answered Midna, "They are rebellious children of his minions and followers of Father who changed their opinions." "Father didn't know they would side against him and turned them into shadow beings just like me."
As Midna was revealing the fact to everyone, the shadow beings appeared.
"Looks like we made it in time," said one of the shadow beings who seemed to be leading the others.
"Thanks Cullen," thanked Midna, "I was worried that your power wouldn't be enough for that."
"Maybe individually," said Cullen, "But our combined power together was enough for even the King Gleeok."
"I don't think it was enough for that one," said Amina, who noticed the King Gleeok was still alive and recovering from the attack.
The King Gleeok then attacked and wiped out some of the allies before Felix went towards it with the Master Sword ready.
"I hope this works," said Felix to himself before attacking the King Gleeok with incredible strength which hurt it badly.
Cynthia, Feray, Haukea, Saima and Haru then followed and used their power which finished off the King Gleeok.
"Well that's that," said Zelda, "It seems that the dragon parts worked and now we have everything we need." "Now we should find Thorin." "Knowing him, he didn't stay at the castle."
"You're right Queen Zelda," said Cullen, "We shadow beings who betrayed him learned he is at the Great Plateau."
"In that case," said Zelda, "I'll call Sidon, Yunobo, Riju and Teba and let them know." "Knowing General Garry, he'll encounter the others and will learn from them."
Zelda then used her Hyrule Phone and called the leaders. After that, the four armies went their way to the Great Plateau for the next battle.
