Chris was seen standing in the first class section.
"Let's take a few moments to review some of features of our air craft. Safety is our number one priority. (Shows Owen asleep on the economy bench) So please remain seated with your seat belt fastened at all times. (Shows Chris throwing Zeke off the plane) The plane has one exit, located here. (Shows DJ, Harold, and Leshawna running from the scrubs) As we explore exotic destinations, take time to familiarize yourself with the local architecture. (Shows Tyler falling down the pyramid) The world is our playground. But remember, refusal to sing will lead to immediate disqualification. (Shows the teams coming up with their names) When dividing into teams, be sure to give your crew a catch handle. (Shows everyone's passports) Upon arrival at our final destination, one lucky competitor will receive a parting gift to remember, one million dollars! So stow that carry-on baggage and lock those tray tables in the upright position. We're taking off for one crazy ride, right here, right now, on Total... Drama... Wo-o-o-r-r-r-ld Toooooooooouuuuur!"
(After theme song)
All the contestants were still at the finish line with their team rewards.
Izzy pointed to their pink mat. "Ooh look, team colors."
"Why is our mat yellow?" Harold asked. "We're no cowards!"
"Relax sugar." Leshawna said. "The mat's gold because Team Victory's in first place!"
"I can't believe Duncan just, abandoned me on the pyramid. And now we're on different teams!" Courtney complained.
"Well, Chris did say you and Gwen were arguing eh. That would annoy anyone." Ezekiel said, causing Courtney to angrily shove him to the ground.
"What do you know homeschool?! Duncan wasn't annoyed, he was just impatient. I bet he's upset that we're on different teams too." Courtney claimed, though her point was proven wrong as the camera showed Duncan happily talking to DJ, not at all upset about the teams.
Sierra walked over to Izzy. "Duncan and Courtney fans will be devastated, but I think you and Owen have a shot at becoming fav Total Drama couple on my fan site."
"Owen's magic. When he breathes, his nose whistles the national anthem." As to prove Izzy's claim, Owen is seen whistling the national anthem from his nose.
"Super cute." Sierra said as she saw Cody walk by. "But he's no Cody. Did you know Cody slept with a stuffed emu named Jerry until he was... well okay, he still does."
Noah went up to Sierra. "And you know this how?"
Justin also walked up to them. "Yeah, the only people to know that were the band members."
"I called his aunt once, I pretended I was a telemarketer."
"Ooh stalker-licious." Noah snarked as Chef crashed some cymbals as Chris was seen sitting on an intern eating grapes while another intern was fanning him.
"Don't know about you guys, but I am loving Egypt." He said finishing his grapes. "And I'm gonna love it even more watching you enjoy your second challenge! The Amazing Camel Race!"
Harold looked around. "Where are the other camels?"
"It's a camel race, not a camels race."
"Yes/What/Baaahh!" Heather, Alejandro, and the goat said respectively.
"We won last time, but they get a camel, they get a goat, and we get a stick?!" Leshawna asked.
"Yeah Meclane what gives?!" Duncan agreed.
"Each reward has it's advantages, trust me."
Confessional: Justin
"Trusting Chris is like trusting a cat with your pet bird. Unlike me, it won't be pretty."
End of confessional
"You'll be racing to the world's infamous waterway, the Nile. Teams must bring their rewards all the way to the finish. You have 60 seconds to strategize."
Heather climbed on top of the camel. "Move it people, it's a race."
Courtney walked up to the camel. "Hello, it's Team Amazon, not dictatorship Amazon."
"Great, well I'll stop being bossy when you start doing things right!" Heather argued as the rest of the girls climbed into the camel.
"Whee! Yeah! I get the throat!" Izzy said before she started grunting random noises. "I just introduced myself in camel-ese."
"I... bet you did." Gwen said before seeing Cody climb up near her.
"Oh, hey. Fancy meeting you here. You up for a slushie later?"
"Where're you gonne get a slushie from in the middle of the desert?" Ezekiel asked, but was ignored.
"Cody, hey. Listen, I still really appreciate for setting me up with Trent that time." Gwen told him a little sheepish.
"Nice, right? And now that he's gone, huh? Yeah, I'm available."
"Hear that? It's The sound of girls all over the world running and rushing just to lock their doors." Heather snarked, causing most of the team to laugh at Cody's expense. An embarrassed Cody climbed back down from the camel. Gwen smiled sympathetically at him while Ezekiel petted his back.
"You'll get her next time eh.
Confessional: Cody
"Zeke's right. I'll win her over eventually. It's just a matter of time, and persistence, and humiliation. And I was born to be humiliated."
End of confessional
Alejandro was giving his team a prep talk.
"We need no camel. We have each other. And we are unstoppable. We have the will, and the strength, and together we will triumph!"
"Yeah!" Owen cheered.
"Whoo!" Tyler cheered.
"Alright!" Noah cheered.
Justin and Sierra just looked on unimpressed.
Confessional: Sierra
"Look, I'm the number one Total Drama super fan. It says so right in my blog. But Alejandro, he's never even been in tv before. I've never seen him in cute teen monthly. I don't know what the other girls see in him. Their loco."
Confessional: Bridgette
"Geoff, I just want you to know that whatever it may look like, I'm not falling for Alejandro. Sure he's good looking, but he's no you."
End of confessionals
Harold was doing ninja moves with the stick. "On the bright side, I can use this stick to defend us from deadly sand snakes. They could be anywhere."
This scared Lindsay and Bridgette while Leshawna took extra safety measures.
"No way!" She jumped into Harold's arms, who was clearly struggling to hold her.
"Fear not, I will protect you!" Harold declared swinging the stick around, almost hitting Duncan.
"Hey! Watch it Doris! Give me that thing!" Duncan said angrily taking the stick from Harold. He was about to toss it up, when DJ stopped him.
"Woah, careful man. You could have it that bird up there." DJ warned pointing up where a bird was flying by.
Confessional: DJ
"Good thing I didn't get cursed by that mummified dog. I love animals, no way would I ever want to hurt them.
End of confessional
"Sierra, Owen, up up." Alejandro directed to his team as they all tried to cram onto the goat's back. Tyler and Sierra were sitting on the goat while Owen and Noah were sitting on Tyler and Sierra's backs respectively, and Justin was on Noah's back.
"This is so cool Ale-handout, or Alakazam. I'm just gonna call you AL okay? Whoo! Go AL!" Owen said, not noticing Alejandro's twitching eye.
"Yeah, this is gonna work." Noah said dryly.
"Have faith Noah. Believe, in us." Alejandro then jumped and flipped onto Owen's back, causing everyone to become perfectly balanced.
"Woah! We're perfectly balanced!" Tyler said surprised.
"Okay, color me impressed." Noah admitted.
Cockpit confessional: Alejandro
"It's basic weight distribution. Anyway with a degree in engineering or an IQ of 163 or higher can figure it out " He said before addressing Chef. "By the way, you're doing a magnificent job flying this plane."
Chef turned to him. "Who? Me? Nah."
"Now, now don't blush it's true." Alejandro complimented, causing Chef to chuckle.
End of confessional
"A'ight! Nile's that a way." Chris said pointing off into the distance. "Kind of big, blue and watery. Can't miss it. Or I guess you can, but then you'll die. Probably get killed by the local scrub beatles. It's mating season and they get a little, kill-y when they're in heat."
"I'm glad there aren't any out here those things are nasty." Leshawna said.
"I'll tell them you said so." Chris said as Chef knocked over a giant vase releasing a bunch if scrubs. Sone crawling on the intern Chris was standing on. Team Victory started screaming and jumping around. Team Amazon were screaming with Cody hanging in to the camel's butt and Ezekiel hanging on to a leg. And Tyler did all the screaming for Team Fierce. "Hahaha." A chime was then heard. "Whoo time for a song." Chris said as the camera showed Harold holding Leshawna again with Bridgette on his shoulders while DJ was on a struggling Duncan's back. "Think of it as a mini challenge. Music can soothe the savage mate-seeking scarabs. So make up a good song and maybe they won't kill you. Or don't, and get disqualified or possibly eaten.
"Yeah!" Izzy cheered while the others groaned.
A slow tempo music started playing as Cody, Noah, Tyler, DJ, and Alejandro were lined up and snapping their fingers to the beat.
Alejandro: No need to get crazy. It's lovin' time at last!
Alejandro, Cody, Noah, Tyler, DJ: You don't wanna eat us up.
Owen: We're mostly full of gas. (Scarabs start crawling on him) Nooo no!
Courtney, Heather, Gwen: It's loving time for scarabs.
Leshawna: So whatcha waiting on?
Izzy: Just ignore us humans.
Everyone but Ezekiel: And make out till the break of dawn. Yeah! It's lovin time.
Amazon girls: Lovin time, lovin time.
Justin: Scarab mating season.
All: It's lovin time.
Heather, Courtney, Gwen: Lovin time, lovin time.
Alejandro: Scarabs, get busy now.
Harold: It's lovin time.
Amazon girls: Lovin time, lovin time.
All: Scarab matin season.
Cody: (Sneaking away) It's lovin time.
All: (Sneaking away) Lovin time, lovin time. Scarab matin season.
Ezekiel: Seasonal eh. Oh, no wait!
Thanks to Ezekiel's interruption, the scarabs focused back on the teens as they started crawling on them, causing them to run off screaming.
"Nice one." Chris laughed. "Go!"
Team Fierce were all on the goat.
The Amazon girls were on the camel with Cody and Ezekiel were running behind them.
"Wait up!" Cody yelled out. While Team Victory were all just running away with Lindsay holding the stick.
"Who's gonna die? And who's going, buh-bye? Find out after this break on Total... Drama... World Tour, cha-cha-cha!"
The sun was blazing down on the Fierce and the Amazons as they rode their animals through the desert. Cody was now holding on to the camel's butt.
"Come on." Courtney tried to encourage the camel. "Come on camel. Faster!"
"That is not how you talk to a camel." Heather said before yelling at the camel. "Freaking move it!"
"Much better." Gwen snarked.
"Shh, guys keep it down. I'm trying to tell him a fairytale." Izzy said before making grunting noises at the camel.
The girls just lookee at her. "So how's it going back there Cody?" Gwen asked.
The camel's tail keeps hitting Cody's head. "Ow! Great. Thanks for- ow, asking. As long as it doesn't - ow, go number three! What about - ow, you Zeke?"
Ezekiel was still running along side the camel. "I'm good eh. I've gota lot of stamina. But this sweater and hat isn't really helping with heat though.
Confessional: Ezekiel
"Back on the farm, I always woke up early to get to work, so I'm use to having a lot of energy."
End of confessional
Heather decided to taunt the other team behind them. "We're gonna go win the race now. See ya!" She blew a raspberry.
Courtney joined in. "Eat sans losers!" She also blew a raspberry.
"Real mature." Noah snarked.
"Such witty remarks from such fiercely intelligent women. I'm both humbled and intrigued." Alejandro said.
"Nice try, but I'm with Duncan." Courtney said facing away.
"And what a pitty it is that you should give yourself to someone who ditched you. He doesn't deserve you."
"That's not - Duncan is totally - you're just - will someone hurry this camel up!" Courtney stuttered.
Confessional: Justin
"Oh, he's good."
Confessional: Heather
"Too good."
End of confessionals
"Can you see the Nile Izzy?" Heather asked.
"No, not yet!" Izzy said moving the camel's mouth as if it was talking.
"It's got to be around here!" Courtney said.
Alejandro then caught a glimpse of the Nile. "Hold on everyone I'm changing our root!" He then moved his hips to the side, causing the goat to start going in a different direction. Cody looked back to see Team Fierce gone.
"Hey, where are they?" He asked before hearing the camel fart. "And I suddenly feel like running!" He quickly got off the camel and started running with Ezekiel.
Confessional: Alejandro
"Perhaps ut would gave been nice to show the girls team which way to go, but you've seen my team, we need all the help we can get."
End of confessional
The Amazons were still trying to figure out wherw they are.
"Uh, does anyone have any idea where we are?" Gwen asked.
"Planet earth silly." Izzy unhelpfully answered. The rest of the Amazons all looked at each other and concluded with the same answer.
"We're lost!"
Team Victory were aimlessly running around.
"Gosh! We're so far behind that we can't even see the others anymore." Harold complained before the team ran past a cactus.
"Didn't we pass that cactus like 10 minutes ago?" Bridgette asked.
Lindsay nodded. "Oh yeah, hey pointy!"
Leshawna stopped running as she realized their problem. "We've been running in circles!" The rest of the team stopped and groaned in frustration.
Team Fierce have finally reached the Nile. The finish line was in the other side.
"There's the finish line!" Tyler pointed out.
"Yeah, on the other side!" Noah said as crocodiles started jumping out of the river.
"Welcome the final challenge!" Chris yelled out, but they could hear him.
"What?! Speak up!" Owen yelled. Chris started shouting again, but they still couldn't understand him. "Uh, did you guys get any of that?" He asked his team.
Chris snapped his fingers as Chef handed him his megaphone.
"I SAID, WELCOME TO THE THIRD AND FINAL EGYPTIAN CHALLENGE, BASKET CASING!" Chris yelled through the megaphone so loud that the team's hair started flying up. Owen screamed and had hit the deck. "Each team must weave a basket of river reeds. Your basket has to be big enough to hold your whole team, including your reward from the last challenge, a.k.a, goat face over there!"
"Hey!" Tyler yelled, thinking Chris meant him.
"I believe he meant the goat." Alejandro said gesturing to their goat who was eating some reeds.
"Oh, cool, thanks."
"Then you're gonna use the baskets, together with those oars, to row yourself across the finish line. First team across flies first class to our next destination." Chris instructed.
"This is perfect!" Sierra said.
"What? The fact that we're hosed?" Noah asked.
"I'm a fourth generation basket weaver!"
"Yah!"
"We're gonna need a lot of reeds." Sierra said as she started picking the reeds.
Team Victory were all sitting on the sand feeling lost and defeated.
"Lost in Egypt, ain't that a kick in the pants." Leshawna complained.
"From first place to last, GOSH!" Harold said as he snapped the stick in frustration.
"Um, why is the stick moving?" Bridgette asked. Harold looked back down at the stick as he pucked it up. He gasoed as he realized what it was.
"It's a divining rod!"
"I don't want to be struck by lightning!" Lindsay said in fear.
"No bird brain, a divining rod helps you find water." Duncan explained.
"Chris said these awards has its advantages. That stick can lead us straight to the nile!" DJ said as they cheered with renewed energy.
Can't say the same for the Amazons as they were arguing over which way to go until Izzy had an idea.
"Hey guys, why don't we ask Ruby?" Izzy then started grunting to the camel, which got a moan in response. "There, shouldn't be long now." Izzy said as the camel turned around and started walking the other way.
"Oh please, it's just a coincidence that the camel changed direction." Courtney said.
"Probably looking for a place to die!" Heather commented.
"Why would it do that eh?" Ezekiel asked. "Any place out here is all the same to me."
Gwen then spotted something. "Hey, what's that?" She asked pointing forward.
"The finish line!" Courtney and Heather said.
"Weird, I asked Ruby where we can get some lemonade but this is good too I guess. You want me to tell her to hurry up? Kay." Izzy grunted to the camel, causing it to walk faster.
The Amazons have just arrived at the Nile while Team Fierce were halfway done with their boat.
"Basket weave a boat?! Ugh!" Heather complained.
"It's not so bad eh, I'm a pretty soilder weaver. Just watch me work!" Ezekiel said as he ran iff to gather reeds. Izzy hopped off the camel. Sierra walked up to her.
"Sorry you guys are so far behind. Our basket is nearly done thanks to my speed weaving."
"Plus you have Owen on your team lucky."
"But you have Cody!" Sierra ran over Cody and hugged him. "I know Cody, I wish we were on the same team too!"
"Uhh, I have to go, do something." He said before dashing off.
"Aw you guys are so cute together." Izzy said before Sierra had an idea.
"Maybe we can swap teams!"
"Trade a basket case for a basket weaver? Done." Heather said. "Sierra, you're with us. Izzy, go play with the boys."
"What?!" Alejandro exclaimed as Sierra started helping Ezekiel and speed weaving for her new team.
"Wow, she's really good." Courtney said as they watched Siwrra work.
"Maybe you should think about listening to me a bit more this time around, hmm?" Heather said, but Courtney and Gwen just laughed.
"It'll take a lot more than this to earn our trust. A lot of lot more." Gwen said.
"Where's Chris?" Alejandro asked. "He won't allow this." On cue, Chris came by on a boat.
"Excuse me, did someone-" He was cut off when Sierra hugges his legs.
"Today is officially the best day of my life! So I really hope you'll allow us to swap. But of course, you'll make the best decision, cause you're the best decider ever!"
"And that's why, I'm gonna allow it." Chris said after having his ego inflated.
"Smiley face!" Sierra said running off again.
Alejandro sighed. "As you wish." Heather stuck out her tongue at him, but he just blew her an air kiss, causing her to huff and turn away.
Sierra and Ezekiel has just finished the boat. "Ta-da!"
"Team Amazon rocks!" They cheered. While to Fierce groaned.
"It's alright. Team Victory aren't even here yet." Justin said.
"Justin is right. Don't give up, we still have a shot." Alejandro encouraged.
"They're right. Thanks Justin and Al." Owen thanked, not noticing Alejandro shudder at being called Al.
Confession: Alejandro
"I have no problem being called, Al." He said, though his expression betrayed his words.
End of confessional
"Come on we're not too late!" DJ said as Team Victory finally arrived.
"Weave a boat out of reeds to the finish, yada, yada, yada."
"You heard the man, yada, yada." Leshawna said as they got started. Meanwhile most of the Amazons were in their boat, but the camel wasn't.
"Cody let's go!" Courtney yelled as Cody tried to get the camel to move.
"Come on pal. Just get in the boat. Maybe if I push." Cody got behind the camel and started pushing, but to no anvil.
"Cody!"
"Izzy, tell Ruby to get in the boat!" Courtney ordered. Izzy was about to talk to the camel but Noah stopped her.
"Woah, woah! Izzy's on our team now not yours." Noah said before turning to Izzy. "Not a word."
"Ooh fun! Sorry guys." Izzy said.
"Ugh! How are we supposed to get the camel in the boat then?!"
"Don't know and don't care. You're the ones who swapped Izzy for Sierra, so it's your problem now." Noah shrugged getting back to work.
"Ugh! Duncan, are you gonna let him talk to me like that?!" Courtney yelled at Duncan who wasn't even paying attention.
"Huh?" He asked popping up from behind the reeds. "Did someone call my name?"
"Oh forget it! Come on, we'll do it ourselves." Courtney said frustrated as the team went ro gwt the camel in the boat.
"Hah! Who's happy to have just a stick now?" DJ said as Team Victory were nearly complete with their boat.
"And who's happy Leshawna knows her way around the weave?"
Team Fierce's boat was half good, half suckish, but it still floats in the water.
"It floats! Awesome!" Owen said as Alejandro whistle for the goat who jumped in his arms.
Team Amazon still made no progress with the camel.
"Ugh! This is totally unfair. If it wasn't for that stupid swap we'd be halfway across the Nile by now!" Heather complained.
"But, weren't you the one who wanted the swap?" Ezekiel asked innocently, furthering Heather's anger.
Team Chris were rowing their boat.
"We're gonna win, fair and square. But too make sure you believe that, talk to the camel." Alejandro said to Izzy.
"Okay." She started grunting, which got the camel to go inside the boat.
Team Victory were in their cramped boat a few feet away from the shore.
"Come on Harold!" Leshawna called as Harold was still at the shore. He used the oar he was holding to vault into the boat. Literally into the boat, his legs were sticking out.
"Whoops."
"Nice going Doris." Duncan grumbled.
"Paddle!" Leshawna said as they started paddling faster.
"Well now," Chris started. "Looks like this part of the challenge isn't hard enough. So..." The chime was heard. "Time for a musical reprise!"
"Are you kidding me?!" Duncan said angry.
"Hey, if you finish the song before you wouldn't be here now, Zeke!" Chris said, turning the blame to a nervous Ezekiel. "Start singing! And put your backs into it."
The slow tempo music much like before started playing as crocodiles rose up to the surface of the water.
Alejandro: Mm-mmm. Crocodile amigos, what you swimming for?
Owen whacks a croc over the head with his oar.
Courtney: We don't mean to bug you.
Gwen: Please let us reach the shore!
Ruby the Camel: (Brays)
Lindsay: These crocs are getting killy!
Harold: Just bop them on the nose. I learned that in muskrat boys, it vanquishes all foes.
Duncan swung his oar down on a croc's nose.
Duncan: Ha!
Alejandro: It's rowin' time!
All: Vanquishing! Vanquishing! Crocodile season.
DJ: It's rowin' time!
Team Victory: Crocodiles. Crocodiles.
DJ: Tell me I'm not sinking!
Cody: (Laying on the camel) Ya it's rowin' time!
All: Singing it! Singing it! Crocodile season.
Justin: It's rowin time!
Team Amazon: (Passes Team Fierce) Rowin' time! Rowin' time! (Reaches the shore as them along with the camel get off the boat and run across the finish line.
Sierra: Till the Amazons!
Team Fierce makes it to the shore and runs across the finish line with Alejandro holding the goat. Team Victory then arrive and run across with Duncan holding the stick.
Amazons: (From left to right is Cody, Gwen, Ezekiel in the middle, Heather, and Courtney with Sierra crouched down in the middle and the camel behind them) Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiin!
Courtney: Yeah!
Chris walks up to the teams. "Congrats, you're alive. And as long as you brought your prizes across the finish line, there will be no elimination tonight." Chris said as everyone cheered.
"You got the stick Duncan?" DJ asked the punk who held up the stick.
"Right here."
"Darn! I was hoping one of you would lose it to a crocodile or something." Chris complained.
"Who's dumb enough to try and do that?" Leshawna asked.
"Umm-" Ezekiel was about to speak before Cody covered his mouth.
"Anyway, back to the plane. Team Amazon, first class awaits!"
Team Amazon were enjoying first class. The girls were relaxing in the chairs eating cookies while Cody and Ezekiel were sitting at the bar with drinks.
"Now this is what I call class." Cody said.
"I'll drink to that aye." Ezekiel said as the two shared a toast. "You know Cody, I feel like you're the only one who listens to me. I mean, I'm serious about winning, but it's a lot tougher than I thought aye."
"Same here. And you know, you aren't so bad Zeke. You just have problems with socializing. Trust me, I've got a few issues myself. What say we stick together going forward?" Cody suggested.
"You mean like an alliance?"
"Hmm, alliance is a strong word. More like an, I scratch your back you scratch my back sort of thing."
"But, my back isn't itchy aye."
"Not like that. It means that we've got each other's backs. We look out fir one another. You get me?"
"Oh, I get ut now. Okay sure. I like that idea." Ezekiel said happy.
Confessional: Ezekiel
"Oh boy what a day! My first team win, and I I'm in an alliance-ish. Things are bound to look up for the Zeke."
Confessional: Cody
"Zeke and I are kind of the same in a way. We both lack some points in the social department. So I can relate with him."
Confessional: Alejandro
"Losing Sierra to Heather? Eh, tragic. But I still got the upper hand. The president of Cody's fan club doesn't know a thing about me. No one does. And I intend to keep it that way, because compared to me, Heather's a saint."
End of confessionals
Chris was in the cockpit wearing his pilot uniform.
"Oh finally, a real competitor. Where will our next destination take us?" Owen's screaming was heard in the background. "And will Owen get over his fear of flying? Find out next rime on an all-new episode of Total... Drama... World Tour!"
