"Coming through." Alexandra called out. She was pushing a cart full of boxes to room 3B. They had managed to purchase said stuff and were fixing up their weakest points. Alexandra knocked on the door to see who was inside.

"Come in?" A voice called out. The door opened as Alexandra wheeled the cart into the room. Room 3B was a bit of a mess, several typewriters were broken, had missing keys or weren't working as effectively as they would have.

"Hey this room 3B?" Alexandra would ask whoever was at the door. The girl that was standing beside her was a little below average height, thick brown hair with brown eyes. She was wearing Pravda's uniform.

"Yes, it is. If it was the one that Fumie and Lisa told me to send the stuff down to. You found the right person. I'm Clementia." Clementia introduced herself.

"Alexandra, nice to meet you Clementia." Alexandra responded while she shook her hand.

"Nice to meet you too." Clementia nodded. She got out a box knife and began opening up the boxes to see what was inside. She was surprised. "You definitely got us new equipment. We can actually begin replacing all of the old aging piles of scrap that were the typewriters." Clementia told Alexandra. Alexandra nodded before she began to help unpack the stuff from the boxes. Clementia began to look at the stuff she was getting out. "Man, you got us some computers, some of us don't know how to use them." Clementia admitted that they didn't know how to use technology like this.

"Do you know how to use them?" Alexandra asked Clementia. Clementia began to give it some thought about it while she was figuring out how she was going to respond to this. Finally, she began to speak after what seemed to be several minutes of thinking.

"I do. I can teach the others how to use them too as I do have a laptop and printer back at my dorm." Clementia responded. Alexandra nodded as she helped Clementia begin setting up the computers.

"Even though you know how to use them. I suggest you look for a computer teacher to teach these students how to use them." Alexandra explained to Clementia that they should be able to make sure that they were going to find someone with the skill to teach the girls how to use them. Clementia nodded and she began to speak.

"Yes. Thank you." Clementia responded. She saluted to Alexandra and Alexandra saluted back.

"Take care." Alexandra told Clementia. She walked out of the room with the piles of junk that were the old typewriters. These were going to be sold for scrap. Alexandra finished the shipment before she went to Nonna to report on what she had done. She knocked on Nonna's door.

"Come in Alexandra." Nonna told her. Alexandra opened the door, and she began to walk in. She pulled out a chair and sat down in front of Nonna.

"Computers have been delivered to 3B. Old typewriters are being sold for scrap and Clementia is going to look for a computer teacher so they could make more posters and papers." Alexandra laid out to Nonna what had been done today. She had completed her assignment. She looked around to see that Katyusha was missing. "Where's Katyusha?"

"Katyusha and a few others have snuck off to Saunders. They are just waiting for the right moment to make their big heist. She's observing the terrain around her at the moment." Nonna told Alexandra where her friend was. Alexandra nodded as Katyusha was leading a life of crime if Pravda was going to get by.

"How long does it take for Katyusha to pull off these heists?" Alexandra asked.

"Depends." Nonna began. "If it's local, she's back by sundown however with it being on another school ship such as this one, maybe a few days to a week. She has to scout out the area and plan it out, so she doesn't get caught."

"I understand Miss Katyusha taking some caution when it comes to this. I wish her luck." Alexandra told Nonna. Nonna then nodded before Alexandra got up and prepared to leave the room.

"I'll see you around Alexandra." Nonna told her.

"See ya." Alexandra replied. With that, Alexandra was out the door. Nonna was left to finish her work and see if they were going to be able to finally try to get Saunders to realize the terrible working conditions and dismantle their current system.

However, Saunders was unaware of what Katyusha, Nonna and Alexandra had in mind as they were focused on more immediate problems of their own. Kay was waiting for a letter from Alice that she was promised that she was going to get, and Megumi was taking up some kind of transmission she was getting from Saunders students staying in other schools. Then an envelope slipped through as someone had replied. It was Alice and she had a letter to Kay.

Dear Kay

Your plea for me to help speed up Saunders transformation has caught my attention. I am willing to help but we have bigger problems at the moment. Chi-Ha-Tan has defeated Qing academy in a short war and forced them to pay up reparations. However, some of the students from the defeated school are getting strong desires for revenge. These students known as Boxers are breaking into the school and beating up our representatives, they even threatened them with death if they didn't leave. We are planning to go with an all-out war against them to save them. We need allies and Kuromorimine, St. Gloriana, Chi-Ha-Tan, Anzio, Bc Freedom and The Dual Alliance have signed up so far. We need you as your school has plenty of reserves to help quell this rebellion. Qing Academy is weak and can't defeat the rebels on its own.

Baby Lee, Alice

"Should we sign ourselves up?" Kay asked. Megumi knew that students being threatened with death would damage its prestige. Megumi decided that decisive action was going to be needed if they were going to quell the rebels.

"Okay Kay. You have my word; Saunders is going to sign itself up to help put down the Boxers." Megumi told her. She then turned on the microphone and began giving out the news. "All students, general mobilization has been ordered. We are going to be one of the many schools that will be participating in a special event. We need all the hands-on deck." Saunders students sensing a chance to win some glory for their school decided to sign themselves up. And within hours, about two thousand students had mobilized and were heading off to Qing Academy. Megumi, Lola, Kay, Mika and Jajka were among them. However ever since Kay had assumed power, Mika and Jajka seemed to be drifting away from her and Lola seemed scared and began to distance herself from Kay. Only Megumi stayed close to her.

The next day would come. Eleven High Schools and eight middle schools had dispatched their best students to go fight. They had a combined total of about Nineteen thousand students, and they were beginning to march their way to help out those under siege.

Under siege were about a couple hundred students fighting off what seemed to be the angry populous. The crack of some rifles fired as pellets struck one of the attacking residents. The entire area was like a fortress and there were few if no artillery presents on either side. It was going to be a costly but effective fight on both sides. Alice was looking out through her binoculars as the walls were nearby.

"Yep. That's the fortress right there. They got most of their strength inside from what I heard. We're going to go out of our way and sweep inside to do it." Baby Lee began. She placed her binoculars down before she grabbed her saber and revolver. "All school's move out!" She called. The middle schoolers got up and began to make the charge, the fight to get inside had begun.

Earl Gray was leading her group as they spotted the gates to the outer portion of the city. They had been left unguarded except for the few that stayed behind. Earl Gray spotted them and with a flick of the saber, she ordered them to attack. The few students who were stationed there fired their single shot rifles, but they lacked the skill and quickly missed their few shots. Earl Gray's group got closer to these students before they fired off their rifles of their own. The guards at the gate were quickly dispatched as Earl Gray and her students quickly flooded in through the unprotected gate and into the outer city limits. Anzio and Kuromorimine were attacking from the north and west, overwhelming any defenses that stood in their way and even the Dual Alliance was making headway and quickly penetrating inside.

Alexei and Megumi meanwhile had heard the Chi-Ha-Tan success that they were putting up as they managed to get in from the northeast.

"Well, they're in. The only place that we haven't penetrated yet is the eastern gate. We should prepare to make the attack and quickly sweep aside any resistance as those students have melee weapons only and the few rifles, they do have are obsolete single shot rifles." Megumi began. She knew it was only going to be a matter of time before the Boxers were going to fall. Alexei looked on as he was observing the gate.

"Let's put the new rifles to use." Alexei suggested. Megumi nodded before picking up her M1891 rifle and aiming down its sights. She fired at the first guard and bang! The first guard went down. She cocked the bolt to the rifle before adjusting herself again and she fired again. The second guard fell down as the plastic pellet struck him.

"Let's go!" Megumi shouted. She, Alexei, Lola, Mika and Jajka followed behind, leading their individual groups to the gate. The boxers were completely stretched, attacking those from within but also fighting those that were trying to get in from the gates. Within moments, Megumi and her group flooded into the gate, and they began fighting their way on the streets.

Kay had snuck off with Alice and they were following Megumi and her group. They reached the gates before they realized that they had already entered that way.

"They went in that way; we have to find another way in." Kay told them. Alice began to think about it for a moment and she figured out a brilliant way to enter. She looked up at the wall.

"Can someone make me a ladder?" Baby Lee asked. They nodded as the girls began bringing forth a ladder. Alice then gripped the ladder and began to climb up it. Kay followed behind as two students were holding it up. The others followed behind as Kay had a question for her.

"Baby Lee? Do you know what you are doing?" Kay asked her while she continued to climb up the ladder.

"Finding another way in Kay." Baby Lee told her. They continued to climb up the ladder while the two students held the ladder in place. Alice was the first to reach the top along with Kay who decided to hold the ladder into place while the others climbed onto the walls. Either firing into the streets or looking for a way down. The students continued to scale the wall or just went in through the gate to find any sign of resistance. "You're doing pretty great, holding that ladder up."

"Thanks." Kay told Alice while the students looked around. Once the last student got to the top, they dropped the ladder and joined up with the others. "Looks like they found a way down from there." Kay told Alice while pointing to one of the towers.

"Yeah, let's join them, we don't want to miss out." Baby Lee told Kay, they ran to the tower and began to run down the stairs and into the streets.

Megumi fired her rifle while Alexei fired the revolver, downing another Boxer while they were close to the foreigner quarters.

"We're getting close. Will these boxers give up?" Megumi began. She saw an opportunity while another boxer got poked with a plastic bayonet. "Follow me!" She grabbed Alexei by the hand and dashed off with him. They continued to run. The others looked up to see that the others were there.

"Hey, It's Megumi, she's got the tsarevich with her!" One of them shouted, the boxers were losing battle while the others seemed to begin praising Megumi while she ran to them.

"Megumi!" Another one shouted. Megumi then raced up to them and began to organize their withdrawal.

"Follow me." Megumi told them as she began to funnel the others out while Alexei covered her. Afterward, they began to walk away from the scene as the last of the students began to surrender, they had ended up losing the rebellion and the school was brought back under control.

Megumi, Manami and Chi-Ha-Tan's commander Tsuji Tsutsuji had sat down with the principal of Qing Academy to discuss with her what they wanted.

"Cixi, your boxers had lost, you told us to come over only to side with them. I'm sorry to say but the treaty against you is going to be a humiliating one." Megumi began. The dowager principal looked at Megumi, then at Tsutsuji and then at Manami.

"We've been ripped apart this year so far and everything just seems to accelerate because of it." Cixi began to explain why this was all going downhill for the entire school. She felt like she had to cry about it. Tsutsuji knew that Qing Academy was prime stomping ground and was rightfully theirs to conquer.

"So, you got any more bases in China?" Tsutsuji asked. Cixi was frazzled by this and didn't know what she wanted to say about it.

"Th… three." She told them. She had three more places which the school had refueled from. Shanghai, Tsingtao and Port Arthur in the Liaodong Peninsula." Cixi told them where the remaining bases where they went to refuel from were located. Megumi placed them on the map while they were figuring out how to go ahead. There were three territories that were ripe for taking over but now they were having a hard time on how to take them.

"Listen, give me all three. We would like to control them and gain our influence in the Pacific." Tsutsuji began as she wanted the three ports. Manami and Megumi thought it was unfair.

"That seems unfair. You can't just control the three ports for yourself. We want a piece of the pie too, you know." Manami protested as she thought that Chi-Ha-Tan taking all of the ports seemed to be unfair and there would be none left for the other schools. They wanted some as well. Megumi knew she needed to step in and mediate the tension between the two schools.

"Okay. We need to figure out something before we tear each other's throats out and we need to do it peacefully, so we don't let this scandal get out back at the other schools." Megumi told Tsutsuji and Manami. Manami and Tsutsuji began to think about it while they wanted to see if they could find some way to make everyone happy. She then turned back to Cixi as she went ahead to make her decision. "Okay Cixi." She looked up at Megumi as she was going to make the first move. "I will take Port Arthur." Megumi began.

"I will also take Tsingtao." Manami added. They were forcing Tsutsuji to go last as they wanted to prevent her from nabbing up all of the ports at once. Tsutsuji was pretty angry by this turn of events as she was left with just one port to work with.

"Looks like I'm forced to take Shanghai. Tsutsuji grumbled. She wasn't particularly happy about this when she wanted all three. Megumi scooted the paper over to Cixi to sign it which she properly did.

"Will you promise to leave me alone?" Cixi asked as she didn't want to be bothered again. Megumi began to think about it for a second before she came to a conclusion.

"Yes. We will leave you alone. Thanks for letting us make peace." Megumi told Cixi about it. Cixi nodded as the three girls walked away with the terms. Megumi looked at Tsutsuji who was rather annoyed with the terms. She wanted something more from it but everyone else had to take a slice of the cake for themselves and now she felt like she wanted them back. She looked at Megumi as she wanted revenge on her one day. She felt like she hadn't been seen as an equal.

"Who's ready to party?!" Kay shouted when they got back to the ship. Everyone cheered while Kay threw her hands into the air. Everyone was enjoying themselves as Kay was throwing all of her weight on it. Only people who weren't partying were Megumi and Alexei who were sitting in the park nearby.

"Kay's out partying again?" Alexei asked. He liked the time out with Megumi although it was starting to get cold out.

"Yeah, I miss our old parties." Megumi began. "I miss your sisters, your father…" She paused as she began to think about what else she missed a lot and dear to her heart. "I miss Alexandra." Megumi admitted. She definitely missed the girl who helped bring the school upward only for Kay to remove the stilts that could have made a possibly good school. Now it seemed the school was in free-fall.

"I miss her too. I want her to come back one day, and we can see what we can do to make things better." Alexei tried his best to comfort Megumi the best way he could.

"Thanks, Tsarevich." Megumi softly told her friend. Alexei looked at the time before he got up.

"Well, I wish I were to spend all night with you, but I promised Olga that I will be back to take the ride home. I promise I will invite you over." Alexei told Megumi. He got up and began walking away. Megumi watched as her friend walked away.

"I will never forget your promise." Megumi told Alexei. Mika and Jajka walked over to Megumi as they weren't pleased.

"It seems like Kay is losing it." Jajka began.

"Yeah, I think I nearly threw up after seeing like five nearly naked people." Mika added. She was still feeling nauseous from the whole experience.

"When will Kay learn to stop this?" Jajka asked Megumi. It seemed that their friend was going off the deep end when it came to freedom.

"I am not certain when Kay will decide to stop but I hope she does as this will make a mockery of a once fine and elegant school that Saunders used to be. I miss the old times when it was just me and Alexandra." Megumi sighed as she had a sense of uncertainty of when Kay was going to stop.

"I do too." Jajka added. She paused before she began thinking of what she wanted to say next. She then continued to speak. "I've been contemplating on writing a letter to MEXT and asking if I can transfer schools. I am unhappy being here."

"Unhappy, is there something wrong?" Mika asked Jajka.

"Yeah. It's Kay, I feel like this school has become a hollowed-out shell of what it once was. I only felt some level of happiness when we participated in that event today and seeing so many younger students on the Sensha-Do team. What's the point in earning your position?" Mika asked as the older students were flooded by younger students. "There's no cavalry, no organization. This isn't as much of a game as it's the very survival of the school."

"Kay will definitely get her something to bite her in that meaty tuckus of hers one day." Jajka told Mika as she was beginning to feel the rage build up in her. "I am a slow burning fuse and when that day will come… one day… I will explode and this school will be no more. I am sick and tired of being here and getting pushed around by the one girl who we used to call our friend." Jajka got up and left. She needed somewhere safe to vent the frustration out of her without exploding into anger. Mika was feeling much of the same thing.

"I don't know what to say. Jajka has considered leaving Saunders for good and I've been having much the same thoughts, the friendship between the three of us has grown so wide that we're just better off drifting apart. I don't think that we can patch this together. I think we're just better off going our separate ways." Mika tried her best to explain to Megumi that there was nothing they could do to repair their friendship as it was the divide that was driving them apart. Megumi began to think about it, they were just about four months into the year and having the students consider leaving is something that worried her. She decided to speak.

"Let's get through this year first. When this year approaches its end and if you still consider leaving. You have to submit a paper to MEXT telling us who you are, where you go to. Which school you wish to transfer to and why. It was made to gauge someone's happiness to see where they were going to best fit into." Megumi explained to Mika what the purpose of the paper was. Mika nodded as she was thankful for the information that had been presented to her.

"Thanks. I think it's the reason I consider solitude above all." Mika told Megumi as she prepared to leave.

"Think about it and I want to see where you stand on it as the year goes on." Megumi told Mika. Mika got up and left the park bench as Megumi did much the same thing. This was her last year, so she was going to stick around for it. She had the job of keeping everything together while Kay was wasting her nights away partying hard.

"Maybe someday. Maybe someday."

[A/N]: Woo wee. We got the next big event done as it's only going to be a further march forward to the first revolution. This took a while to make as the event it's based on doesn't seem to be talked about a lot and someone told me not to do it but I wanted to do it as it sets up some of the conflict later on that will lead to certain events. If you read what each of the three schools get from the meeting with Cixi, the dowager principal, this will be the base for conflict and further troubles ahead.

Also, we're in the new century as this is all going to be building up to the big highlight conflict that will be in part 4 and will explode into part 5. It's like a play or an orchestra having its pieces or acts and will come together to form something beautiful. This is going to continue building up if you want it to.

We just hit 1k views. This really snuck up on me as I was expecting this back in June but then I didn't expect that we would reach it, but we did and I feel like we need to get more views in as the story continues to chug along.

I am going to go, and I will leave you with what I have and you can think it over to see where this is going to head to.
