I wanna apologize for not uploading yesterday, football always takes a toll on me... Anyways, enjoy these next two chapters!

"Sir, the simulation you asked for. It's… it's bad. He wants full control of Hexion Industrial to be able to build a bomb of a massive size. They're not bluffing."

"And now, the entire East coast is counting on us to stop it! We have to work fast!"

"And we're playing straight into their hands. They don't care if anybody runs away." Gerald added.

The two soon reached the central mixing chamber. "Good luck, you two."

"This is it, gentlemen." Alastor started. "Tonight is the night we change Hillwood forever. The night where it becomes a wasteland of nightmares. A forsaken symbol of the Vigilants failures. A monument to fear! But more than that; we're about to turn Hillwood and the entire East Coast of America… into MY domain!"

"Gerald, we have to stop the chemicals from being loaded! Once we're done with these soldiers, we focus on stopping the explosion!" Gerald nodded as the two started to take the soldiers out. One by one.

Meanwhile

Star Sapphire was picked up by Nadine and was now in the QR Jet, under her care.

"Star Sapphire, I presume?" Nadine started. Sapphire only nodded. Nadine then gave a small smile. "Don't worry, Star. You'll be fine."

Star Sapphire then grunted. "Ugh. My head is killin' me right now."

"Impulse, run a scan over her body. I feel there's something more than simple injuries." Nadine then reached for her earpiece. "Phoebe, you there?"

"I'm here. Need anything?"

"I got an injured woman here, and I think there may be poison running through her. She's been extremely dizzy."

"Nadine, It's important that her heart beat is steady, get her to be as calm as possible. I just need to get an analysis of the poison and I can get an antivenom ready! But you'll have to get the QR Jet back here."

"The what?"

"The QR Jet. I'll explain later, we have to work, now!"

"Data analysis complete." The computer voice said. "Perfect! Impulse, help me out on this. We need to hurry!"

"Star, you hear me?"

Sapphire grunted a little. "I- I hear you."

"You'll be alright. Trust me on this." Nadine held Sapphire's hand. "Impulse, I'm handing over full control of the jet. Get us back to base, now!"

"But what of the others?"

Spinelli then radioed in. "Don't worry about us! We'll handle it! Just get her back to base!" She said as she guided a family to safety.

The QR Jet soon flew off as the roof slowly started to crumble.

Minutes Later

"Alright. That's everyone." Spinelli said as she guided the last of the people to safety.

The roof of the building soon crumbled as the roof caved in, destroying most of the building. "Good thing we got the last of them out just in time." Rhonda said as dust flew through.

"There's probably still time to reach the Hexion Industrial plant." Spinelli said as she was calling in the Hyperjet. Rhonda only nodded.

At HQ

The QR Jet was just now landing at the lair as Impulse covered the helicopter with a giant tarp.

Phoebe went into the QR Jet as Sapphire was groaning in pain. She held her head as it felt like it was going to explode.

"Alright, Star. Just hold steady, and this antivenom will do the trick." Phoebe comforted Sapphire. She only nodded as she held her arm out.

Phoebe injected the antivenom dose into her. "There! Within the hour, you'll be like yourself again." Star Sapphire felt her headache ease up. "Thanks… I can't thank you girls enough for this." Star Sapphire cracked a small smile.

Phoebe and Nadine smiled as they high-fived.

At the Hexion Industrial Plant

Arnold had just finished off the final soldier by slamming his head into the ground.

"That's all of them."

"Time to get Alastor and see who that coward is!" Gerald added.

The two soon entered the center of the mixing chamber.

"On your knees! Now!" Arnold demanded. Alastor merely laughed. "Do you really think you've won?" Alastor started.

"Fear makes you predictable." Alastor gave an evil look as his mask was nearly identical to Haidra. Only more damaged and scratched up, almost as if it was a halloween mask. "I am in complete control." Alastor then started getting on his knees as he put his hands behind his head.

Gerald stepped forward as he tugged on Alastor's collar and held him in the air. He then slammed his head onto the keyboard. "How do we shut this down?!"

"Let me go… or they die…" Alastor struggled to speak. Gerald then held him high in the air as he pulled out his handgun and pointed it under his chin. "Who are you talking about?!" He shouted.

"Your…" Alastor gasped for air. "Team. I know… where they… are."

Arnold wasn't taking any chances. "Phoebe. You read me?"

"Arnold? It's great to hear from you! What's wrong?"

"Lock the lair down! Now!"

Phoebe was then confused. "Uh, why? It's not like anybody knows we're here." As she was about to say another word. Star Sapphire was soon walking around before she looked at the entrance of the lair. She felt like something was awaiting…

CRASH!

Militia soldiers broke in as several of them shot the air.

"QUICK! Get to cover!" Star Sapphire jumped with Phoebe into a safe spot. "I think I can fend them off, but I'll need help!" Sapphire then looked at Nadine. She nodded.

Arnold stood there for a moment while Gerald was too distracted to notice that Alastor had escaped his grasp.

"I'll be taking my leave now." Alastor said as he slammed the door shut. "DAMMIT!" Arnold slammed his shoulder against the door. "Nothing hurts more like losing one of the family, knowing that there is only you to blame." Alastor had a deep tone before he walked away.

"Impulse?!"

"Sir, I heard what that maniac said to you. I've been trying to contact Mr. Hyerdhal, fortunately they're still alive with a little reinforcement."

"Activate all security protocols!"

"Arnold, what are you doing?" Gerald asked him as he was now using the plant's computer. "It's too late now! We can't stop the explosion!"

"Preparing neutralizing agent." A computer voice said.

"I know! But I'm not trying to stop it. I can only reduce the blast radius!"

The neutralizing agents were now deployed. "Help me out on this will you?" Gerald only nodded as the building started shaking and crumbling.

"These canisters are highly volatile. We're gonna have to move slowly - be very careful." Arnold warned.

"Sir, you must reconsider! I urge you two to leave at once! If you two get caught in that blast, you will die!" Impulse urged the two.

Arnold than inserted one of the canister's while Gerald inserted another.

"Neutralizing agent deployed. Blast radius decreased by fifty percent."

"Don't you see what's happening? This is what they want! Without the leader, Hillwood will be at their mercy!"

The building's alarms started going off as the place was starting to shake.

"Sir, I'm monitoring the facility. You two are out of time! You two must leave now!" Impulse implored.

"It's something I was taught to do… do the right thing. That's all that matters!"

Phoebe then tried to reach the two but their radios were producing too much static.

"Neutralizing agent deployed. Blast radius increased by one thousand percent…. one thousand percent…" The computer was malfunctioning as it said the wrong thing.

The two started lightly coughing as the hazardous chemicals were in the air. "Come on… we gotta… get out… now…!" Gerald exclaimed as he coughed. He then dropped to his knees.

"Gerald!" Arnold felt rather dizzy as he soon dropped on his knees as well.

Meanwhile

The last of the Militia was taken out, thanks to Star Sapphire's quick thinking.

"That should be all of them." She said as she landed on the ground, dusting off her lantern ring.

"Thanks for the help, Star. Without you, I don't know what could've happened." Phoebe said. "Oh, it's no problem! I in fact should be thanking you guys! I owe you my life if it weren't for you helping me." Star Sapphire smiled.

"It's our pleasure." Phoebe smiled. Soon, the main computer alarm went off. "Impulse?! What's going on?"

"Mistress, I can't get a hold of Arnold or Gerald. Radios are down and they're off the radar."

"What?! Where was their last location!?" Phoebe frantically said.

"In the mixing chamber of the Hexion Industrial Plant. I can't get a hold of them."

"If you want, I can take a look for you." Star Sapphire suggested.

"Pheebs? Come in. We're on our way towards the plant! Spinelli soon chimed in.

A Few Minutes Later

The Hybrid was being remote-piloted by Impulse as the tow winch at the front of the car brung the mixing chamber wall down.

Arnold soon awoke as the two were eventually knocked out. He groaned as he saw the Hybrid and Stealth cycle waiting. The building was starting to crumble as several fires had broke out. Arnold immediately shook Gerald awake.

"Gerald! Wake up! We have to go now!"

"Huh? Wh- What?"

"Come on! We have to move! Now!" Arnold jumped into the Hybrid despite having slight dizziness. Gerald followed as he jumped onto the stealth cycle.

The Hybrid would lead the way as it would deal with bigger obstacles if needed. The two vehicles zoomed through the plant as they finally reached the outside. The ground began collapsing as the Hybrid and Stealth Cycle were now nose to nose as the two vehicles were racing towards safety. The Hyperjet awaited on the other side.

The two vehicles had just made it in time as the ground collapsed behind them, caving in the entire chemical plant.

The Hybrid and Stealth Cycle screeched to a stop as Arnold and Gerald hopped out. Arnold only hopped out as he immediately laid on the ground, exhausted. Gerald only kneeled beside the cycle as he held his head.

"Arnold!" Rhonda came up to him. "Gerald! You two alright?" Spinelli then asked.

Gerald only nodded as he took deep breaths.

Rhonda got on her knees as she got next to Arnold. "You okay, sweetie?" Arnold could only nod as he felt exhausted.

Rhonda soon helped Arnold to his feet. She then gave a long kiss onto his cheek.

"Let's head back to the lair. I feel like you two need to be checked out." Spinelli suggested. Arnold couldn't agree more.
