One hour ago…

"Hey, HEY! PUT ME DOWN YOU-YOU OVERGROWN FISH THING!", I shouted being held while trying to kick its legs.

"I got you Mari", I heard Bonnie shout.

Bonnie aimed and fired straight for the fish thing's face, then dropped me. Unfortunately for it, I landed on both of its feet. As it roared in pain I used the opportunity to knock it out with this axe, and it worked. HA, take that! Wait, is this a flash back? I thought we weren't going to do any- *dodges* WHOA, HEY!

"That's it you undead scum bag, come here", I said then attacked.

I went into swing my axe at the undead sucker, but it jumped back before I could lay a hit on it. These guys weren't kidding around. Out of nowhere spark fire hit my target, giving me that sweet chance!

Haaaaaha!, I shouted while attacking.

Okay, that's one another one of them down. My eyes went to the teams fighting The duck's group, they're doing good. Then I turned the Ranger and the Duck, their battle was…pretty cool. The Duck of Death kept using his teleporting move to get the upper hand on the Free Ranger, however, the Free Ranger kept calm and waited for the right moment to fire. If only I could help somehow. Well there is one thing I can do.

"Hey Duck!", I shouted in the fighting position, "You fight like a scared coward!", I teased.

"Why you little", The Duck said turning to me, "I'll make you eat those-GAAAH!", he shouted getting shot three times.

"Nice work Mari!", the Free Ranger said wave to me.

"So, that's…how you want to play?", The Duck said, "Well, let's up the playing field shall we!"

The Duck of the Death pointed his gun at some barrel, that *BOOM* EXPLODES WHEN FIRED?! The other barrels close to it explode and fire started spreading through the ship!

"Hahahaaah! I like to see you get out of this one!"

Oh dang this is bad, I should not have gotten involved.

"Good gracious, fire!", Gaspard shouted.

Everyone brought their attention to the fire that began consuming the ship, all were in shock.

"WWE GOTTA GET OUT OF HEERE!", Betty shouted.

"Everyone off the ship!", Red Rust shouted.

"Where do you think you're going Free Ranger?", the Duck fired near the Ranger, "Our battle is still going on"

Dang, I can't just leave him.

"Mari, what are you doing?", Gaspard said seeing me run to the Free Ranger, "Mari!"

When I turned around and saw a wall of fire break up apart, and the pretty big one at that. There was no chance of me getting pass that without some serious burns. Had no choice but to fight this duck until this ship goes down, and we had to do it quick.

"*Bang* It's going to be sooo satisfying seeing you die with me Free Ranger!", The duck said as he fired his guns.

"He's not dying today on my watch!", I shouted running doing the jump attack.

The axe hit, but it bounced off again. I managed to land safe, that shield is still too strong. I got that duck's attention again, this time he started firing at me. Unfortunately for him and lucky for me I've been doing a lot of swashbuckler training with my feet. Thank goodness the blisters are gone from it. I wasn't walking good for weeks. Oh wait a minute this is no time for that, I got a criminal to fight. *BOOM* aaaand we need too hurry up, more of those barrels exploded. Wait, his shield, it's breaking! Must have been from the attack. Well then, time to up the damage! Karken's Coil! Now let's mash this up with a mighty charge!

"You're getting on my last nerve, girl", the Duck said disappearing, "Time for you to begone", he said from behind me.

"Oh, no, YOU, DON'T!", I shouted swinging my axe quickly around to the Duck.

The sharp edge of the axe hit the tip of the bullet that was aim towards me, however, this blessed weapon easily sliced it in half and send it flying two ways. I kept swinging until I hit the Duck's shield. It hit without bouncing off!

"WHAT?! NNOO!", The Duck said seeing his shield break.

When the axe broke through the shield it sent me flying back.

"WHOA!", I shouted then hit the floor.

"Grrr, you will pay for that girl", the Duck said pointing gun towards my head, "Any last words?"

"…Yea, goodbye", Said the Free Ranger who stood behind the Duck pointing both guns at his head.

*Bang*
