Over at a fancy hotel, people were being greeted outside while on an upper floor, Ray and his wife, Liz, were drinking wine.

Swoops was being fed by Liz. She soon grabbed her glass of wine and walked to her husband.

"It's so good to have our stunt bird once more." She started. "It feels like ages since I last saw that feathery boy." Ray smiled and drank some wine.

He soon got up.

He whistled. "Hey, boy! I have some people that are waiting for you." He slid open a curtain, revealing female eagles.

Swoops flapped his wings as he flew over. He landed on the floor.

"Go on, they're for you." Ray encouraged with a smile. Swoops was about to walk in, forgetting all about his family. But soon, horns were heard honking in the distance with sirens blaring. A loud jet engine was heard roaring.

Swoops looked at the outside, and back at the females.

The horns honked again as the sirens continued. Swoops flew outside to the balcony.

He screeched while flapping his wings at the sight. He continuously screeched.

It was the UFRT and PRT sirens and horns. The trucks took a right turn and passed by the hotel he was at. The Hyperjet flew overhead with the engine roaring.

The UFRT was brand new ever since the previous model was destroyed.

The UFRT and PRT sirens flashed as they were now driving away. Swoops flapped his wings once.

Ray rolled his eyes and scoffed. "Big deal, bud, it's just a couple of sirens and a jet passing by. Come on! The ladies are waiting!"

Swoops looked back and then looked back out onto the nighttime sky. The blue flames coming from the Hyperjet soon faded along with the trucks getting out of view.

He screeched once. And then… He dropped.

"APOLLO!" Ray ran to the edge of the balcony.

Swoops soon flew up and started flying in the direction of the Hyperjet and the two trucks he was raised with. The crowd of people saw him flying by.

The UFRT rushed by an intersection while honking its horn, with the PRT following behind. The Hyperjet roared through.

It was quiet for a few seconds before a screech was heard. Swoops came flying by.

The truck engines roared through the streets as Swoops followed behind.

Travis looked in the mirror. "Spin, take a look in the mirror now." She raised an eyebrow, wondering what Travis was on about. She soon looked in the mirror. "I'm not believing this." She started to smile.

"One way to find out." Nadine smiled as she pulled out a robotic spider. She handed it to Spinelli, who put it on the roof of the cab.

The footage displayed inside, showing Swoops flying overhead the PRT and nearing the truck.

"Come on, boy, come on!…"

Swoops' legs reached for the truck and he screeched once he landed. The red sirens flashed off him as he screeched again.

"And look who's back!" Travis smiled while looking ahead at the road. "Alright!" Spinelli and Nadine high-fived. "That's our eagle right there!"

"Woooo!"

"Believe it now, Spinelli?" Travis chuckled. She briefly chuckled.

She reached for the onboard radio. "Yo, Arnold! Guess who's back?" Spinelli asked in a very excited tone. Nadine and Travis chuckled as they were happy Swoops was back.

Warren and Phoebe noticed in the PRT, and all they could do was chuckle and smile.

"That's our eagle right there." Phoebe smiled.

Later

The QR Jet soon landed at the designated firehouse where the gray sedan was.

Olivia lock-picked the door open since it was locked. A trick she picked up along the way.

Ariel soon noticed the station number. Station 51. The area around was practically abandoned as there wasn't much going on around the firehouse.

Almost no buildings in the area and the only buildings that were left were boarded up and closed, slated for demolition.

A TV was left on almost at full volume.

Olivia and Ariel looked around for a minute.

"So far nothing." Olivia mentioned. She soon found the Captain's office with a laptop on. She immediately walked over.

"Looks like this station is out on a call, right?" Ariel asked. "…Yeah. A… Engine 51, Truck 51…harbor fire?"

"That's everything, Cap!" The driver of 51 told his Captain as radio chatter went on. Siren lights flashed around the area and off the trucks.

"Come on, Trav, give me a little more pressure!" Shadow started. "No clue what this junk is but it's gettin' hot FAST."

"Sorry, man, but I maxed out the pressure for the cannons!" Travis replied as he pushed the lever to the max.

"Copy. Maintaining deluge."

CRASH

The fire reacted violently with a big fireball shooting up into the air with black smoke pouring from the raging flames. A helicopter spotlight shined down on the blaze, a news helicopter was recording for the news.

Several people flinched and dropped their hoses from the big explosion.

"Hey! Everyone alright?" Shadow called out.

"We're good!"

"All good!"

"Yeah!"

Everyone gave the thumbs up. Shadow nodded and exhaled. He started to look around when he heard a screech.

It was Swoops. Shadow looked over. He saw where Swoops was looking and looked over himself.

Gas pumps had flames nearing them, getting it hot.

"Trickshot! Scarlet! Clear 'em! Watch those pumps!" Shadow called out. Trickshot and Scarlet soon aimed their hose at the gas pumps.

Spinelli looked back. "Good eye, Swoops!" She looked back at the gas pumps. Swoops screeched and flew off.

"Little more to the left, Travis!" Shadow radioed. "Copy!"

Rhonda soon walked over with an airpack strapped on. "Looks like Olivia owes you an apology over Swoops." She smirked. "What for?"

"With Swoops back." She pointed.

He soon looked over to Swoops helping a firefighter with a hose.

Shadow smiled. "We're so lucky to have him."

Meanwhile…

"There isn't anything toxic or hazardous on those freight boxes. Our only answer is…"

"Arson. How else would a fire start there?" Ariel replied. "Ariel, this doesn't sit right at all. Those guys also mentioned buying land."

"But Olivia, that garbage barge down at the harbor isn't land." Ariel mentioned. "You're right, but look."

Olivia stood up and showed a 3D projection display map of the district from her repulsor glove, specifically recent land sales.

"Dad told me the entire neighborhood was boarded up and sold off when we were here before. Many buildings were already boarded off when we were last here, and most got demolished. Impulse, show me all of this neighborhood and all the red pins of fires."

"Right away, Mistress." Impulse replied.

Soon, the entire district of Station 51 was displayed. Every building in the area, strip malls, houses, businesses, restaurants, everything was displayed in red, signifying they have been burned down, and sold off.

One extremely suspicious thing was also seen. Every building around the place, Station 51 was in the middle of it. Station 51 had a big target on its head.

Olivia only looked terrified at the 51 logo.

"Ariel, that barge is a decoy! The real target here is 51! We-" Olivia immediately froze as she heard footsteps. She looked up.

"We're not alone." She turned off the display. "Come on."

Upstairs, a hand was seen sneaking behind a pipe area with a cigarette box with a sponge and a wristwatch. He poured a liquid on it and soon placed it inside a pipe carefully.

Olivia and Ariel were soon upstairs, but immediately took cover once the man got out of his hiding spot.

The man paused for a minute as he looked around.

"Hate to do this but it has to be done for our football stadium." He shook his head and walked to the firepole.

He slid down as Ariel and Oliva got out of underneath a bed.

The man soon noticed the dinner table set with a bunch of food. "Looks like he finally learned how to cook." He cocked his head.

Soon, he was tackled to the ground and wrestled with.

"… Get the hell up, you arsonist!" Oliva rolled to her feet and had her sword against his throat. "Who the hell are you?!"

"You must've been the one who set fire to the factory and got Stephen killed!" She exclaimed. "They died in the line of duty!"

"I'm more than sure! I saw all the evidence I need, and you're coming down like Adcox!"

Sparks flew from the arson weapon, starting to ignite the fire.

"WE ALREADY KNOW WHO YOU ARE, DONALD! We know your intentions!" Ariel started. "A goddamn football stadium for your boss?!"

"I- AHH!" Olivia had her katana just a centimeter away from his throat. "Don't you DARE lie to us! We already heard you!"

"You two are having trouble separating fact from fiction! Now get that blade away from my throat and we'll talk!" He had his hands up in the air.

"Surrounder now, or I swear to God, I'll make this a lot harder because of you!" Olivia exclaimed. "You're under arrest!" Olivia clenched her teeth.

"NO!" Donald elbowed Olivia's ribs, she dropped her blade and immediately grabbed her ribs as Ariel tackled him, but a loud crash came from upstairs…

Everyone looked up.

A washing machine and dryer were launched along with beds and lights falling from the roof.

Everyone was knocked back as ceiling debris started falling.

Debris flew everywhere around the station.

A door was severed by a falling piece of structure as flames poured from a room.

Raging flames and sparks shot from upstairs windows, and the flames continuously poured from the upstairs windows. The fire shot out from the window and nearly reached the outside power lines.

The sparks that flew from the window nearly reached the QR Jet. Pieces of debris crumbled from the station as well and hit the QR Jet as well. Bright orange lighting reflected off of it.

As the fire continuously poured, it soon transitioned back to the barge fire.

"Alright, guys, keep it on those hotspots! I don't want this to spread!" Shadow directed. While he gave out orders, Swoops was standing on a crate, but he soon turned around.

Behind him, trucks were lined up in a single file on each side with siren lights flashing around the area with firefighters walking around, and hoses coming from every Engine truck, but something looked severely off in the sky. A very bright orange lighting was seen in the distance.

Swoops started to flap his wings and screeched continuously. Shadow looked behind him. "What's wrong, boy?"

Swoops looked back at him and stopped flapping his wings. He looked back for a moment. Shadow raised an eyebrow as he was severely confused. He walked over to Swoops.

"Swoops, what's the matter with you, boy?" Shadow was about to kneel, but Swoops immediately took off flying. "SWOOPS, WAIT!"

Arnold stood there as he watched Swoops flying away, but didn't know WHY he was flying away. A firefighter saw him flying away. Rhonda walked over after getting off her earpiece.

"Arnold, you have to talk to Impulse now! It's urgent! Ariel and Olivia have gone missing, they're not on the radar! The QR Jet's location is also offline!" She sounded scared. Arnold looked at her, briefly looked into the distance where Swoops flew off, and then looked back at her. "Impulse, go ahead!" The helicopter spotlight shined on them for a moment.

Impulse started informing him of EVERYTHING, including the arsonist Donald Kosgrove, associate of Swayzak, the entire district of Station 51, and the PASS devices of Ariel and Olivia going online… While siren lights flashed at them, Rhonda looked at Arnold in concern, Shadow's face started to look terrified as he was looking off into the distance, now knowing why Swoops flew off and eventually noticed the bright flash of orange in the distance…
