It was 1 month since the end of the Kyoto trip and Setsuna had adjusted swimmingly with her classmates and Negi was well adjusted to his new dorm, which he decorated to look like his bedroom in Wales so he wouldn't get homesick. Konoka had tried to get Asuna up for the 12th time to get up and get ready for class, but Setsuna woke Asuna up with an airhorn she bought from the shopping district of Mahora Academy. Asuna, after being woken up like that, got mad at Setsuna.
Asuna: (blurts out with fury) YOU BITCH! WHY'D YOU HAVE TO WAKE ME UP LIKE THAT!?
Setsuna: (says with an irritated sigh) Well because Konoka and I had tried to wake you up 12 times, but as usual you were sleeping like a baby.
Asuna: (snaps pissed) Well duh, that's because Negi isn't crawling into my bed.
Konoka: (says with a smile) Even though he's a powerful wizard and a wise teacher, he is still a 10 year old boy.
Asuna: (snaps) Yeah, but ten year old boys don't sleep with girls because that's creepy.
Setsuna: (says with a sigh) I know how you feel and by knowing that I turned my dorm into his dorm.
Konoka: (says with a concerned tone) Yeah but why did you have a door that only opens when you type a password?
Setsuna: (says with a smile) Well, I used to have that to prevent people from entering my room when I was working for Kraz.
Konoka: (says with a sly smile) So it's technically a security door that only opens for the occupier of the dorm.
Setsuna: (says with a smile) That's right.
Asuna: (asks confused) Yeah, but why have that for Negi?
Setsuna: (says in a casual way) Simple, it's a method of protecting him.
Konoka: (asks confused) From what?
Setsuna: (replies with a sigh) A method of protecting him from the vast army of girls who have a crush on him and think he's cute so they don't try to harass him.
Asuna: (says with a grunt as she thinks of Ayaka) Or people who are so obsessed with him to the point that they wanna bang him.
Konoka: (says stern) Speaking of Negi, we should all get to class before we're late.
Both Setsuna and Asuna nodded in agreement as they, with Konoka all headed towards English class. They arrived as Negi was starting the new semester with the Middle English phase of his history of the English language and why it is the most common language in the world to speak.
Meanwhile while Negi was teaching the history of Middle English, Evangeline had missed class again by resting on her bed. She was mourning the death of the Thousand Master and as she mourned, she remembered the days of her relationship with him before their battle of Transylvania. She remembered that Thousand Master had saved her from falling off a cliff long ago and ever since then she was so romantically obsessed with the man to the point that she followed him out of passion.
However Thousand Master ignored Eva's feelings for him and he tried to make her go away multiple times, however she was still stalking the man. Later on Thousand Master had fallen in love with a woman within his age range named Arika who was more beautiful than Evangeline and this infuriated Evangeline to the point that she tried to kill the woman, but Thousand Master defeated her. Eva was upset that Thousand Master cheated on her left for Transylvania and she fought an army of Romanian soldiers who were trying to prevent her from trying to move into Bran Castle.
Thousand Master had arrived at Transylvania and he defeated Eva. Thousand Master then decided how he should punish her. Imprisoning her in a Zoo cage for eternity was too unnatural because even though she was a vampire she is not an animal or monster, but a human. He was going to imprison Evangeline in an Asylum or a Detention Hall, but that was too cruel for she was not a delinquent or a mentally insane person. He was not going to imprison Evangeline in Bran Castle because that's child cruelty. Eva was instead imprisoned in Japan at Mahora Academy for eternity and she was forced to repeat middle school for eternity which made her upset as hell.
Even though that was the case, she still had feelings for him and her feelings were strong enough that she resisted Kraz's offer to join his army of wizard terrorists, but she did take his advice in attacking the students of Mahora Academy and sucking their blood and he even told her that Negi was the son of the Thousand Master. Evangeline had to endure sorrow when she heard the news of his death from Takamichi and Evangeline during that time had a 2 month mourning period over Thousand Master.
She didn't care about the fact she missed a whole entire semester of Middle School because even though she would have aced it, she still would have to repeat Middle School for eternity because stupid Nagi imprisoned her in Mahora Academy. Evangeline decided to skip all classes because there was no reason to attend them if she was going to repeat Middle School for eternity and the fact that she was immortal.
Chachamaru then arrived in Evangeline's bedroom to check on her and give her her schoolwork which pissed off Eva.
Evangeline: (snaps pissed) Go away!
Chachamaru: (says stern) Mistress you have mourned the loss of the Thousand Master for 1 month, and your teachers now decided to have me help you with your schoolwork.
Evangeline: (mutters pissed) What's the point of attending classes and succeeding in school, I'll end up having to repeat it again and again for eternity.
Chachamaru: (says stern) It is the first step to help you to "live in the light."
Evangeline after hearing the quote "live in the light" made her remember the Thousand Master saying that when he imprisoned her in this school. However Evangeline had spotted a voluptuous and very angelic looking young adult woman with blonde hair like Evangeline's and blue eyes like Evangeline's wearing a Punk Rave Y-411 Gothic Black Lace 3D Floral Collar Embroidered Rose Back Elegant Long Sleeve Blouse Women Vintage Shirt, black overalls and black sneakers enter the school. Evangeline then followed her with Chachamaru in tow as Eva spotted Chachamaru following her.
Eva: (asks with an angry whisper) Why the hell are you following me?
Chachamaru: (says stern) Mistress, I as your companion am only following you so I can get an idea of what you are doing?
Eva: (says annoyed) Well, you're more of a nanny than a constant companion.
Chachamaru: (says stern) I'm only acting that way because I want you to not attack your classmates again.
Eva: (snarls) They are not my classmates.
The woman heard Eva and turned around and noticed Eva who recognized the woman.
Eva: (asks in a demanding manner) Who are you?
Young adult woman: (says with a harsh tone) Sunt Anastasia și sunt aici pentru ciobul Star Crystal.
Evangeline was able to know what she said because as a resident of a Romanian province for 6,000 years she was able to understand Romanian. Apparently this woman is a citizen of Romania and she stated that she was looking for something called the Star Crystal. Who was this woman named Anastasia, why was she looking for the Star Crystal and why does she look like Evangeline. Chachamaru did not give a shit about any of that as she pointed her gun at Anastasia.
Chachamaru: (demands in a harsh manner) WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT DO YOU WANT!
Anastasia: (says with a nervous smile and in English with a Romanian accent) Whoa, whoa, there strange woman, I mean no harm.
Chachamaru: (says stern) You must leave the Mistress alone for I was told by the staff of this school to prevent any suspicious looking adults from approaching my mistress.
Anastasia: (says with a nervous smile and in English with a Romanian accent) I have no intention to harm your mistress for I am a relative of hers, plus I'm after a shard of the Star Crystal.
Evangeline: (says with a smile) Don't go after the star crystal yet, I want to see how you are related to me.
Anastasia: (asks confused) But How will you find that out?
Evangeline: (says with an orderly tone) Chachamaru, find me a Genetic Analysis Instrument.
Chachamaru: (replies in an obedient manner) Yes Mistress.
Chachamaru then jetted towards the lab of Satomi to find a Genetic Analysis Instrument. Evangeline had cut a piece of her hair and Anastasia's hair and she took samples of her blood and the blood of Anastasia. Anastasia had then written her full name as she then left the house to find the Star Crystal shard.
Speaking of the Star Crystal shard, Negi, after the school day was over, had brought it to Takamichi's office to show Takamichi that he gained the crystal shard. Takamichi looking at the shard was impressed.
Takamichi: (then says impressed) Great job finding the shard Negi, (then says grim) however there's something we must talk about.
Negi: (asks confused) What is it?
Takamichi: (says grim) It's the Kyoto trip.
Negi: (asks confused and concerned) Let me guess, is it the whole Setsuna thing?
Takamichi: (says grim) Yes and it's that Setsuna did speak the truth about herself being sold as a sex slave to the Yakuza that attacked us at the restaurant.
Negi: (asks astonished) Wait how did you know that?
Takamichi: (says grim) I looked at the very letter that Setsuna's parents gave her and showed it to the police. After seeing it the Police interrogated the Yakuza that attacked us and showed them the letter and showed them a picture of Setsuna and they easily identified themselves as the Yakuza that Setsuna was sold to.
Takamichi: (continues to say grim) We, Headmaster Konoe and I, also found out from the United Nations Magic Department that Setsuna was working for Kraz because Kraz himself wanted to hire Setsuna herself to kill you with the promise that he would destroy the Yakuza and murder all of its members in order for Setsuna to be free.
Negi: (apologized with an embarrassed smile) Sorry for trying to cover that up.
Takamichi: (says with a smile) No need to apologize Negi, you were doing your best to protect your identity and Setsuna.
Negi: (says grateful) Thank you.
Takamichi: (says with a smile) You're welcome.
Negi then left the office and as he opened the door, both he and Takamichi saw Professor Akashi kissing a voluptuous and very angelic looking young adult woman with blonde hair like Evangeline's and blue eyes like Evangeline's wearing a Punk Rave Y-411 Gothic Black Lace 3D Floral Collar Embroidered Rose Back Elegant Long Sleeve Blouse Women Vintage Shirt, black overalls and black sneakers and he was literally in love with her as she fearfully and frantically tried to get away from him. Negi and Takamichi panicked as this would upset Yuna Akashi who has severe romantic feelings for him.
Worst of all Professor Akashi was even touching her butt and with his hand which really freaked out Negi. Takamichi witnessing this then went to Professor Akashi to confront him over the issue of what he was doing.
Takamichi: (demands in a stern tone) You should know that doing that in school halls is severely prohibited, even for a teacher like you, so I ask you to stop this.
Akashi: (snaps like a maniac) Hell no Takamichi! This girl is soo sexy that I wanna bang her!
Takamichi: (says with a dark tone) Do you even know how old she is!?
Akashi: (says with a derpy smile) No and I don't care because she's sexy!
Negi: (snaps angrily) You need to stop Akashi! Think about Yuna and how she would feel!
And speaking of Yuna, she with Akira and Ako saw Yuna's father acting like a jerk to Takahata and Negi as he was groping and kissing a young adult girl which made Yuna upset.
Yuna: (demands upset) Dad stop it!
Professor Akashi: (says with an insane smile) Oh hi Yuna! Meet your new stepmom!
Yuna: (says with tears in her eyes) Dad, this isn't you!
Negi and Takamichi tried to save Professor Akashi only for him to pass out and for the woman making out with him to run away as she hit Yuna, Akira and Ako in the heads and made them go unconscious. She then tried to get the star crystal shard, but Negi and Takahata then chanted Magic spells to repel the woman and keep her out of Takamichi's office so she would not enter Takamichi's office. Negi then ran into the office to take the Star Crystal shard and run off with it to lure the young adult woman away from the school. Takamichi was against the idea.
Takamichi: (says stern and concerned) Negi, leave it in my office where she can't get it.
Negi: (protests) But Takamichi, I have to lure her away from the school, otherwise she'll cause more trouble.
Takamichi: (says stern) I understand, but your plan might cause suspicion amongst the people and your students, just like what happened in Kyoto.
Negi: (protests) I understand, but we can't rely on our blockade for long, it'll eventually break and she'll steal it.
Takamichi: (then says with a sigh) Fine, go and lure her away, but be careful while doing it.
Negi then nodded as he dashed out of the window with the young adult woman chasing him like a dog chasing a cat. Negi then dashed towards the entrance to the school, but as he did he then encountered Evangeline.
Evangeline: (snarls angrily) Anastasia McDowell! Stop chasing the son of the Thousand Master at once!
Negi was confused about why she called him Anastasia, but he then saw that she was yelling at the young adult woman who was chasing Negi. Negi was even more confused on how Evangeline knew this woman and why her last name was McDowell.
The young adult woman, who was apparently called Anastasia, reacted surprised.
Anastasia: (says surprised and with a nervous smile) Oh hello, relative of mine.
Evangeline: (says with a sly smile) Did you mean to call me….mother.
Anastasia was caught off guard as she was confused and dumbfounded that the ten year old girl she encountered was suggesting that Anastasia call her mother. There was no way a ten year old girl like her would be a mother, especially around that age. Negi was even more confused and dumbfounded that this Anastasia woman who was a young adult would be the daughter of Evangeline, a girl who stayed his age for eternity. However she was imprisoned 15 years ago at Mahora by his father and her date of birth was unknown, but those were not circumstances that would possibly make Evangeline a mother.
Although Evangeline did change into a grown woman sometimes so it could be possible that someone mated with Evangeline in her adult form before Negi's father imprisoned her in Mahora and had this Anastasia. Anastasia was laughing like crazy as she thought Evangeline was bluffing.
Anastasia: (says laughing like crazy) Silly girl, I'm merely a relative of you, I mean there's no way that you would possibly be my….
Evangeline then swiped Anastasia off her feet and carried her to her cottage as Negi followed behind them. After entering the cottage, Evangeline showed Anastasia proof that she was in fact Evangeline's daughter to her shock and Negi was shocked and dumbfounded.
Anastasia: (blurts out shocked and dumbfounded) WHAT! HOW COULD THIS BE POSSIBLE!?
Evangeline: (says with a sneer) Simple, Long ago in the year 1980, Kraz mingled and mated with me in my adult form and I had a child on May 8 in the year of 1980. I didn't know it was you until I ran a DNA test with Chachamaru on both strands of hair and blood samples belonging to both me and her with a DNA kit in Satomi's Laboratory and I saw on that you were in fact the child I had with Kraz.
Anastasia could not comprehend the fact that she is the daughter of the Vampress Evangeline and the man who hired her to steal the star crystal shard. She was even nervous and embarrassed as a young adult woman to be calling a ten year old girl her mother. Negi could not also comprehend this and hearing that made him pale. Chachamaru had noticed Eva, Anastasia and Negi in the cottage.
Chachamaru: (says with a cheerful smile) Hello there Mistress, I did not expect a guest to visit you.
Evangeline: (says with a nasty sneer) Professor Negi was only trying to run from my daughter as he currently has something that her father wanted.
Anastasia: (says nervous) That was true, but wouldn't that make me a guest too?
Evangeline: (says with a nasty smile) No, you're going to live here.
Negi was confused about why Evangeline said that, only to see Evangeline magically transform her daughter into a Shinso "True Blood" Vampire. Negi then realized that Evangeline had made Anastasia, her daughter, an Immortal Vampire like her in order to have another female companion to spend eternity at Mahora with her and Chachamaru. Negi was nervous about that because he feared that Anastasia living on campus would trigger Ako, Akira and Yuna who saw her as the girl Professor Akashi sexually assaulted.
Anastasia: (says with a sneer) You think turning me into a Vampire would stop me from being loyal to him. Too bad because I'm still gonna take the Star Crystal shard and give it to my father.
Evangeline: (says with a nasty sneer) Oh Anastasia, mummy knows that you would do that and she knows that you would simply escape with the star crystal shard. Which is why mummy is going to have the son of Thousand Master cast the spell that Thousand Master casted on her and imprison you here with mummy for eternity.
Evangeline then had Negi raise his staff and point it at Anastasia and he made him read a note that had the words that were to be chanted in order to cast the spell. Negi then started to chant.
Negi: (chants) Infernus Scholasticus!
After chanting Infernus Scholasticus, Negi had effectively imprisoned Evangeline's daughter Anastasia within the boundaries of Mahora Academy. Anastasia was now an immortal Shinso "True Blood" Vampire imprisoned with her mother at a Middle School. Anastasia looked at Negi with rage.
Anastasia: (yells angrily at Negi) Why did you do this to me!? You should have not listened to my mother!
Negi: (says with a dark face) You snuck into our school and caused trouble for my students and my co-worker, Takamichi Takahata and you were trying to chase me to steal the Star Crystal for your father.
Anastasia: (says sad) I was trying to get him to acknowledge me as his daughter because he never acknowledged me and loved me as a daughter, but he sent that man to make me fail at doing so.
Negi hearing that resulted in him remembering his attempts to be acknowledged by his own father as his son and how his father never acknowledged and loved him as a son. However Negi knew that his father was only doing that because he did not want Negi to be seen as his son because of the multiple enemies that he had when he was alive. Kraz, like Negi's father, could have a reason for why he does not acknowledge and love Anastasia as his daughter with Evangeline.
Negi also had the assumption that Evangeline had a history of being neglected by someone and that she did not want to be like the someone who neglected her and she also knew that Anastasia needed her as a mother. Thus Evangeline had decided to turn Anastasia into an immortal Vampress and imprison Anastasia within the boundaries of Mahora Academy with Evangeline herself so that Evangeline and Anastasia can spend eternity together as mother and daughter.
Anastasia was pissed at her mother for making her fail to retrieve the very thing her father wanted which was the Star Crystal shard and imprisoning her in some random ass middle school. Anastasia then started to chant.
Anastasia: (chants) Undetriginta spiritus obscuri. Sagitta Magica, Series Obscuri.
After chanting that, Anastasia had unleashed 29 Darkness Magic Arrows at Negi, but Chachamaru jumped in the way and got injured so Negi wouldn't get injured himself. Negi then was about to fight Anastasia, but Evangeline told him to stop as she then started to chant and raise her wand at Anastasia.
Evangeline: (chants) Lic Lac La Lac Lilac, Magia probationem Cavea glacies!
After Evangeline chanted that spell, Bars and a roof made of Darkness and Ice fused together were formed around Anastasia which resulted in Anastasia being caged like a wild animal. Anastasia tried to break out of the cage but she was unable to. Evangeline made an arrogant laugh at Anastasia's struggle
Evangeline: (says with arrogance) Silly Anastasia, you can't break out of a magic proof cage made of Dark Ice.
Anastasia was about to chant a spell that would allow her to transform into a shadow and escape, but the magic proof cage made it impossible for her to cast the spell which made Anastasia give up.
Evangeline: (snaps with rage) This is your punishment for attacking the son of the Thousand Master and damaging Chachamaru and you won't be able to walk free unless I destroy the cage which won't happen until Chachamaru is repaired.
Evangeline then walked away with Chachamaru as Anastasia, but she was stopped by Negi who had a question.
Negi: (asks with a nervous smile) Evangeline, why did you decide to turn Anastasia into a Vampire and place the same curse my father placed on you on her?
Evangeline: (says with a snappy tone) Because Negi, I decided to make her a companion of mine during my eternity as a way to give her the parental love she needs.
Negi: (says with a smile) Then I respect your decision to live a life of solitude with your daughter.
Evangeline: (says stern) Thanks for respecting my decision, but that doesn't mean we're even.
Evangeline then leaves with Chachamaru to get her repaired as Negi heads back into the school building to bring the Star Crystal shard back to Takamichi's office. He then returned to Takamichi's office and placed the Star Crystal shard in the office, however he was spotted by Konoka, Nodoka, Setsuna and Asuna.
Asuna: (asks suspicious) Negi, what the heck are you doing in Professor Takahata's office?
Konoka: (asks confused) And is that the Star Crystal shard from what those three people were after?
Negi was about to come up with an excuse, but then he surrendered because these four girls were his pactio partners and they were exposed to his wizard terrorist enemies and their magical mayhem and the giant dragon in Kyoto.
Negi: (says embarrassed) Yes it is the Star Crystal shard.
Setsuna: (snaps angry) Negi you idiot, you can't place that thing in Takahata-sensei's office, you'll endanger his life.
Konoka: (says upset) Plus you'll get exposed as a wizard in front of him.
Negi then realized that they were right because he can't put the star crystal shard in Takamichi's office because doing so will result in Takamichi having to deal with Kraz's henchmen which would expose the fact that Takamichi is a wizard to his students or his co-workers. Negi then decided that he needed to locate the shard somewhere else, but the girls stopped him.
Nodoka: (says sad) Professor Negi, please tell us what's going on.
Asuna: (asks pissed) Yeah, we're your partners.
Negi then realized that his partners want an explanation of what the hell is going on, why Negi is so fixated on hiding the shard and why are three wizard terrorists fixated on stealing it from him and finding the other shards. However he decided to tell them that he wanted to explain the whole situation in private.
Negi: (says stern) I will explain it to you in private later on.
Asuna: (protests angrily) But Why!?
Negi pointed to the unconscious Yuna, Akira and Ako and they realized that talking about it in Takamichi's office was not a good idea, especially with an open door.
Nodoka: (says with a smile) Let's talk about it and in Library Island, that way we can search for info that Professor Negi doesn't know.
Asuna: (says with a smile) Good Idea.
Setsuna: (with a smile) Agreed.
So the crew then headed to their dorms to get prepared to go to Library Island in order to discuss the whole Star Crystal incident privately. However while doing that Nodoka had run into Haruna and Yue in the dorm they all reside in.
Yue: (says relieved) Glad you're okay.
Nodoka: (asks confused) Why did you say that?
Haruna: (says with a nervous tone) Haven't you heard, Professor Aiashi was fired for sexually assaulting a university student.
Nodoka: (yells frantic) WHAT!
Haruna: (says with a gossip tone) Yeah because Professors Takahata and Negi witnessed him acting like a sex obsessed pervert and he had an affair with a university student.
Nodoka: (asks frantic) How did you find this out?
Haruna: (says grim) The school newspaper took a photo of him doing sexually inappropriate things with the girl.
Nodoka: (says frightened) Oh no, this is terrible.
Yue: (says grim) Yeah and it's going to be upsetting for poor Yuna.
Haruna: (groans) Oh definitely, especially with her having romantic feelings for her own dad.
Nodoka after hearing the drama was worried about professor Negi getting fired for having a relationship with her. However Negi is a ten year old boy (which makes him two years younger than Nodoka) and not an adult so their relationship would be okay.
Yue: (says concerned) Nodoka are you okay?
Haruna: (says to Yue worried) She's probably afraid of Professor Negi losing his job for having a romantic relationship with her.
Yue: (says stating the obvious) Haruna, Negi's a ten year old boy so it's okay to have a relationship with him.
Nodoka was relieved to find out that Yue agreed with her that a relationship with Negi was okay, despite him being a teacher.
Speaking of Negi, he and Asuna, Setsuna and Konoka opened the door to Nodoka's dorm which got the attention of Nodoka and her roommates.
Negi: (says with a kind smile) Nodoka, are you ready to go to Library Island.
Nodoka nodded cheerfully as she grabbed her geer and left with Negi and gang. Yue and Haruna both looked at each other with sly smiles as they knew Nodoka got her dream date with Negi at Library Island. However they were confused on why Asuna, Konoka and Setsuna were also going on the date.
The two decided to follow the gang of five and see what this unique get together of five was up to and why all of them (including Asuna who hates books) were all going to Library island and what was this talk about a Star Crystal that they heard while the five left.
