The club room was empty for the most part, except Monika being in there. She stood in there alone with the doors shut guaranteeing that no one would see her, especially like this. So many things were going, everything.

The poem she randomly wrote had ended up presenting itself to everyone rather than her typical poem Save Me, not only that but Sayori had a different poem as well that seemingly came out of nowhere! Natsuki and Yuri didn't have surprise new poems but she did and Monika could only guess what it was about since the game's code didn't analyse poetry.

But since it was Sayori, it was pretty easy to guess what the poem could have been about. It was about both MC and Kris as separate people, it seemed Sayori had caught onto the fact that the vessel that was known as her childhood friend had been replaced by another just as empty vessel. Well, almost empty. Kris had The SOUL, didn't they?

Wait, wasn't this a good thing? If Sayori became aware earlier without any of the terrible things happening then couldn't she help Monika with the whole time loop thing? Actually… This seemed perfect! As long as Sayori didn't become aware of previous timelines then everything could… Maybe it will go well?

Even then, this wasn't how it was supposed to go. Monika sat back down on a random chair in the clubroom that she didn't care about and placed her head on the desk. There was too much risk with Sayori knowing things and Monika already had a plan herself which could be ruined by Sayori interfering.

Unexpectedly, Monika's phone –literally one of her only possessions ever– vibrated through her pocket. She took it up and looked at the notification. Yuri. That's…interesting.

Y: Hello, Monika.

Y: I'm just messaging because admittedly, I am a little worried.

M: Hey Yuri!

M: Wdym?

Y: You have been acting differently ever since Kris and Noelle joined the club and I was just wondering if something had happened.

M: Oh

M: Don't worry, I'm good!

M: Just school stuff

M: And having a slightly bigger club has been

M: stressful

M: It's kinda like when Natsuki joined

M: You know?

Y: Ah, I get that. I can imagine how difficult it would be.

Y: Thank you for updating me. See you tomorrow!

M: CYa Yuri!

Monika put her own phone down on her desk as the last message sent itself. That also never happened normally, she'd know since it's been however many times now.

Hm, just time to wait and see what happens, tomorrow was going to be

Interesting.

Because of the Literature Club's increased size and the new activity, Yuri didn't have as much time as usual to read. Of course she still had a lot but it wasn't nearly enough as beforehand.

Therefore, a trip to the Library was due. Yuri didn't actually venture much to this place considering the fact that she could just go ahead and order only, but there was always something about this library's atmosphere that on occasion brought Yuri back. And today was that day.

However, it seemed that Yuri was not the only one with this idea. Across the room holding a few cookies in a ziplock bag stood Natsuki, glancing over what was most likely the manga section.

Yuri hid herself in the thick book she had in her hands, mostly to be unseen by her clubmate. After yesterday's "debate", she wasn't exactly sure if she could face her again. Sure, today was fine but that was most likely because they did not talk to each other. But now to Yuri's dismay, Natsuki was right there, across the room but still in the same room.

Natsuki turned around, Yuri buried herself more. Natsuki raised her eyebrows, Yuri lowered hers. Natsuki shut whatever book she was holding, Yuri flipped the page of her's.

"Yuri?"

Well, no escaping her now.

Yuri closed her book. "Oh, hello Natsuki."

Natsuki darted her eyes away. "L-Listen, about yesterday…"

Oh dear.

"I'm sorry for being an asshole." Natsuki clenched her eyes shut, turned her head away and held the plastic bag full of chocolate chip cookies out to Yuri. "Peace offering."

"Oh." Not what Yuri expected. "Thank you."

She took the cookies despite knowing she probably wouldn't end up eating them. Yuri then watched Natsuki run back off to the manga section.

Another quiet walk with an off tone. Sayori tried to keep her smile as natural as she could but it was pretty clear that she couldn't do anything. Unlike yesterday, it wasn't Kris that she was worrying about since they seemed the same as tuesday. Instead, Sayori was left to worry about Noelle.

After the poem sharing, Noelle had almost just shut down, looking at the floor and not talking to Sayori or even Kris. It was odd and Sayori didn't like it. Alas, she could probably do something to help.

"So Noelle, I liked your poem! Using dates and stuff was really cool!" Sayori widened her smile a little, hopefully to be reassuring. Noelle didn't respond. The glassy look in her barely visible eyes continued to make itself present.

"You alright?" Sayori got a little closer. Wrong move. Noelle stepped back and started walking faster.

"...Sorry." Sayori giggled, not because this was funny but out of pure awkwardness.

Surprisingly rough, Kris actually walked up to Sayori and began to whisper in her ear.

"I think it might have been about her poem. It has some meaning." It was almost strange to hear Kris's voice like this, but it helped. Sayori was happy to have them as a friend.

She nodded at them and noticed her own house nearby.

"See you both tomorrow!" Sayori ran off to her house and closed the door, quickly noticing a strange yet familiar voice in her head.

"Can you hear me?"
