Chapter 3: Earning their respect

In the aftermath of the vengeful event, the males had only looked only to find the man still standing and the Akul was on the ground deceased which Romeo had only panted and he deignited his lightsaber. Once they saw that the Akul was dead, they only gone over to it and then they looked at Romeo and only immediately they bowed to him. Rome had only looked at them confused at them, he wasn't aware of the reputation that the Akul had amongst their people. Rome had only saw it was an ordinary predator, completely unaware that they were hunted like rabbits by the Akul.

When it came to them returning to the village, the males had carries the body of the Akul and many of the people had looked at it questioning who was the one who killed such creature. Rome had followed behind, his armor had splatters of blood on it which he was walking behind mainly to keep their rear cover. Both Ahsoka and her mother had heard commotion going on and when they gone outside, they couldn't believe that someone killed the Akul, granted Ahsoka had killed one. But now another person within the village had killed one, Romeo had only looked at the two and they saw the blood on his armor.

Ahsoka had placed two and two together, and Rome had only taken off his helmet which he gone and gave it to her before he asked "Watch over my helmet for me please" which Ahsoka had nodded in agreement. Her mother had only bit her lip as she needed to visit him later that night rather to reward him for his sacrifice really. When it came to the moment when the Tribe chief came out in regards of the recent news that he received on the death of an Akul. It was something important, he had only said "Who had killed this creature" which Rome had only said "It was quite easy for me" he came into appearance.

The Tribe Chief had only said "You had killed one of the most feared beasts, you are seen as a hero amongst our people" and Rome replied "Really? I never knew these easy things were feared by you guys". The Chief had nodded before he said "Yes it is quite feared, we usually decorate the victors with medals made out of their teeth". Rome replied "That's odd but okay" however he felt something and he noticed that some woman had placed a necklace around him. The Necklace was made out of the teeth of the very same creature that he had killed which surprised him on how fast they made it.

Once Rome was able to leave, he had returned back to the hut and he walked into the hut and he found the two sitting down talking which he gone and joined the both of them and he sat on the ground now. This time he had sat down next to Ahsoka, which he then said "So I think the village has been fed for the day" which Ahsoka's mother had nodded. Rome had gotten up eventually as he said "I'm going to go lay down, I am quite exhausted" and he gone into his quarters now. Which Ahsoka wanted to go with him but she prevented herself and she sighed a bit quite frustrated with herself.

Ahsoka's mother had only gotten up and she had gone to her own quarters, but that is what she made it seem like and instead she had gone into Rome's quarters which Rome had noticed that the woman had followed him and he was about to say something. However the woman put a finger in front of her mouth and she removed her robes now while Rome had looked at the woman which he couldn't really say no to a woman like her now. He didn't realize the true potential that killing an akul had followed and he felt bad because he rather would be the one to go after Ahsoka but, her mother was the one who came after him first.

Rome stared at the mature woman, he was aroused from the sight alone and he knew that he was lucky to have a hut like this because this only made him imagine what Ahsoka would've looked like if it were her instead, however Ahsoka came into the room. She saw the two, all she could do was leave now which she couldn't believe what she had seen but Rome had gone after her instead because he wasn't gonna slip this up. Rome was trying to find her and he ended up finding her, but in a predicament unlike anything else, she was being hunted now because another Akul had gone after her.

Rome used his jetpack that he had on his suit and he flown and he grabbed her and he had flown off with her in his arms, Ahsoka held on tightly to him and the two had landed off at a cave to be safe now which he said "Ahsoka" and Ahsoka replied "Don't talk to me". Rome stated "Ahsoka, your mother was the one who was making a move on me, I wasn't trying to hurt you" he told her and he sighed a bit. He had looked at her and he said "Ever since I met you that one day on Naboo, when you were Anakin's Padawan. I've loved you Ahsoka".

Ahsoka had looked at him which she didn't know what to say really because she knew she had to rely on the Jedi teachings however, she did not want to pass up a chance like this and all she said was "I'm confused about this". Rome looked at her as he said "Don't rely on the teaching's, just believe in what the heart and the force tells you" which he was assuring her now. Ahsoka had looked down before she hugged him and she tightened the grip, which Rome had held her back and he enjoyed the feeling of her montral under his head like it curved with his chin.

He lifted her chin up so he could look at her in her beautiful eyes before he leaned down and he kissed her passionately, the two had held the kiss, and Ahsoka had placed her arms around his neck while they kissed. They broke the kiss for a breath of air, Ahsoka had panted a bit heavily while a small connection of saliva had connected the two which she rested her hand on her montral. He replied "Now you wanna go back? Or you wanna head to our ship for some one on one time for a bit more privacy" he asked her and Ahsoka said "Your ship".

They were in for a heated moment when they got to that ship, however in the Galaxy the Empire was on the hunt for the remaining Jedi and people like Obi-Wan and Yoda had gone into exile, it's only long until the Empire searches Shili for the two.
