Grace and Namjoon have always been friends, good friends, for years now. So when she becomes unwell, he is a shoulder for her to lean on. And maybe more. This deals with illness so you should assume there are trigger warnings for that the whole way through the book.

1. Introduction

No matter what happens

This story feels different to what I've written before because, although I know what happens, I don't have a set feel to it eg. Regular chapter lengths etc... It's also about a subject which can have triggers for people as illness is involved.

When I write, either short or long story, I don't necessarily choose who to base the lead man on (apart from Travel with Me), it just comes to me and this felt like it was meant for Namjoon. Our sweet and fabulous leader, good with his words, a huge inner strength but not aware of how amazing he is. I've never written a long story for him before so I'm looking forward to where it goes as, although I have the basic start, middle and end, I go where the story leads. That sounds pretentious and I don't mean it to be anything deep or extravagant, that's just how I write.

I started this and had chapter one ready when the subject matter really hit close to home, literally the next day. So I've debated about whether to continue it but I have some chapters partly written and it feels like it needs to be finished. It does mean that I'm not going to commit to a chapter a week or anything like that. I'll just upload them when they're ready and in between, work away on short stories and other things that inspire me. It's something I enjoy and I hope you enjoy the end result.
