March 8th, Luke woke up sick. Leni looks over him with Lucy.
Lisa takes Luke's temperature with a thermometer. It read 103.2 degrees.
"He's sick, all right. " Lisa says. "Influenza, known to the rest of you as the flu. He has a high fever, cough, sore throat, a runny and stuffy nose, body aches, a major headache, and he is experiencing fatigue. Meaning he's tired."
Lynn and Luna came in to see the twins.
"Happy birthday, Brandy and Randy!" They say.
"Thank you." The twins say.
"Is Luke gonna celebrate with us today?" Brandy asked. Luna shook her head.
"Luke is very sick, little dude. He needs to rest so he can feel better before the next show. But that doesn't mean that you, me, Lynn, and Randy can't have some fun today." Luna says.
Downstairs, Rita was putting on a light jacket and grabbing her purse.
"Do I need to get him anything?" Lori asked.
"Not yet, just be there for him if he needs it. Otherwise, just let him rest." Rita says. "The flu is contagious, so if you do go into his room, put on a surgical mask. They're on the small table next to the stairs. I'm going to the store to get some soup, ginger ale, orange juice, and a few other things. Oh, and could you tell your father we're going to have to move the twins' party to his restaurant? I can't risk any of their party guests getting sick because of Luke, and I don't think it'll be a good idea to host the party here because of that."
"I got it." Lori says. Rita heads out.
"Our first birthday together…" Brandy muttered as Randy crossed his arms.
"Let's go." Luna says as they head out.
Randy rushed around, wondering where to go and he chose the Burpin' Burger.
"Luke's sick, so we're celebrating at our father's restaurant later, okay?" Luna says as the twins nod.
"Should we help Luke?" Brandy asked.
"Lori and Mom have it covered." Lynn says.
Lucy came into Luke's room with a surgical mask on her face.
"Hey, Luke, are you feeling okay?" She asked.
Luke coughed and blew his nose into another tissue. He then sniffles.
Lucy pats him and hugs him before moving back and leaving the room, not sure if hugging him got her sick. Luckily, it didn't.
"We gotta get you new clothes." Lynn says.
"Yeah!" Luna says, eating a burger.
"I hate the mall…" Brandy says.
"Why?" Luna asked.
"Too many people!" he says quickly
"Wimp." Randy says with a snicker.
Luke was sleeping when Rita got home.
"I'm home!" Rita says as the kids come to help her with the groceries. Luan notices the cake box in Rita's hands.
"Is that their cake?" Luan asked. Rita nods.
"It's the Mario Kart cake they wanted from the Super Mart bakery." Rita says. "I also got blueberry muffins for Brandy."
"Randy likes anime." Leni says.
"Well, I can't return the cake. It's this or nothing." Rita says.
"We'll keep it." Lola says.
Luke stirs upstairs and rings his bell, coughing.
Rita came up with a mask on her face.
"What do you need, sweetheart?" Rita asked Luke.
He was hungry. Rita went to make Luke some chicken noodle soup, and soon brought it to him.
Later, Luna and Lynn brought the twins to Lynn's Table, Lynn Sr.'s restaurant.
Brandy and Randy walked in as everyone but Rita and Lori jumped out at them.
Brandy screamed at this and ran off as Randy laughed. Brandy was afraid of strangers.
"Munchkin!" Luna says as she runs after Brandy. He hid behind a tree, shaking. Luna then picked him up and held him.
"Don't you like your birthday party, Munchkin?" She asked him, concerned. "You're going to get gifts and later, you get to have your favorite muffins! Birthdays are fun!"
Brandy smiles a bit and heads back in, then opens a gift from Luna. He opens it, seeing a toy piano and hugs her.
Randy got a soccer ball from Lynn and smiled.
Kira got Brandy a new game as there were a few cars speeding. Kira went to the bathroom.
"Starla, let's do this!" Kira says.
The screen splits in a white background with stars as Kira was on the left Starla on the right
"Let's go!" They both say as the small Fairy flew towards Kira's hand with her butterfly tattoo glowing brightly as Starla phased into her hand, and Kira clenched her fist tightly as giant glowing white tendrils suddenly appeared and began emitting from out of Kira's closed fist as it envelopes her whole body and Kira began glowing brightly as the young girl started slowly levitating upwards into the air.
Closing her eyes, a glowing Kira floated in mid-air as the giant white tendrils continued traveling across her petite body with a few tendrils whirling around Kira's arms as her wimpy slim arms suddenly morphed into huge bulging muscular teenage arms, and more white tendrils zoomed down towards her legs as they wrapped around her legs and her skinny, chicken-like legs changed into more big chiseled, muscular legs as Kira slowly opens her eyes and lets out a small, sharp gasp as she felt an unknown force bending her backwards and giant white tendrils popped out of her midsection as they wrapped around her chest and they suddenly expanded to five times their usual size as Kira was then forced to bend forwards and more white tendrils pop out as they enveloped her whole back and two large white crystal butterfly-like wings popped out of it as they glowed brightly.
With her transformation sequence nearly complete, Kira closed her eyes again in concentration as she then grunted and flew up higher into the air as Kira twirled around rapidly like a mini white tornado before she stopped spinning as Kira flew down towards the floor at top speed and crashed landed onto the ground as she punched the floor so hard that the ground below her cracked and a small shockwave rang out as more white tendrils popped out of her close fist and travel upwards her tall body as they covered Kira's head before disappearing in a flashy white light as Kira opened her eyes, which were now glowing bright cyan as Kira smirked at the readers and struck a heroic pose as Kira and Starla had now transformed into their fusion magical super form, Aurora!
Aurora flew around and saw some robbers.
"Halt!" Aurora says.
"Shoot, it's Aurora!" one of them says as they pull over and try to run, but Aurora knocks them out easily.
Meanwhile, Luan was telling jokes to the twins. They both laughed.
Brandy soon gets hungry. Lynn Sr. brings out all the party food.
Brandy sees pizza and digs in to the food. Randy ate some food as well.
With Luke, he was asleep, but miserable. "Sleep well." Lori says after giving Luke his medicine.
"How is he feeling?" Rita asked Lori.
"He'll get better." Lori says.
Luke was sad inside as he slept.
"I think he's crying." Rita says.
Lori opened the door to Luke's room. She listened to Luke speak as she wore her mask.
"I'm sick three days before the next show…I guess it's just not in the cards…for…me to…win…" he says before coughing up a storm.
"Hey…You did your best and we're proud of you. It's not about winning or losing, it's about having fun." Lori says.
"He said the next show is in 3 days, Lori." Rita says.
''Still, you're going to have time to prepare and win." Lori says to Luke, who cries and coughs again.
Randy punched the pinata so hard, candy flew everywhere.
"When's the cake coming out?" Randy asked.
"In a few minutes. Luna's trying to put candles on Brandy's muffins." Lisa says.
Randy looks annoyed.
"This birthday needs a little more spice…" he thought.
"Are you guys ready for dessert?" Luna asked. They nod.
Luna brought out the blueberry muffins and Lynn brought out the Mario Kart cake that read "Happy Birthday, Brandy And Randy" in red and green icing.
"How old are the boys turning today?" Luna asked.
"7." Lynn says.
Luna lit seven candles on Brandy's muffins and seven candles on the cake that was set before Randy. Lynn then led off the singing.
The twins smiled and Brandy was about to make a wish, but Randy blew out his candles. Luna re-lit Brandy's candles.
Brandy wished to be smart.
"Blow out your candles, Randy." Lynn says.
They blew out their candles as everyone cheered. The cake and muffins were soon eaten as the party continued.
