Chapter Summary: So perhaps it'll take a bit of time for him, to get used to the new changes... in his body right now.

There was once a Tanuki, who lived with a Fox. Perhaps the Tanuki shouldn't have lived with the Fox, given that the Tanuki and the Fox were fated to end up with a bad end, should they stay together.
One day the Tanuki was hurt badly and the Fox, unwilling to let go of its precious mate, offered its own fox bead to keep the Tanuki alive. The fox bead allowed the Tanuki to continue to live, but that miracle came at a cost. The Fox lost its supernatural powers and became just a normal fox, and the Tanuki forgot about the Fox. But the fox still loved their beloved Tanuki and continue to want to be with them.
Eventually, the Tanuki started to remember the Fox and wished that the Fox will return back to the way it used to be. And then the Tanuki started to find... that it couldn't help feeling asleep quite often. But that's all right because, in the end, the Fox was able to find a way for the two of them to live together again...
Keiwa started to panic and cry the more people started to come into the room. What should he do? At this rate, everyone would see that he's a weirdo who had an extra pair of magical Tanuki ears as well as a big-ass Tanuki tail—he'll be treated like a weirdo mutant...
"It's all right... Keiwa," said Ace next to his ears as he could feel his boyfriend hugging him tightly—like face the fact, it's not as if he could hide their relationship now anyways, it was pretty obvious—trying to calm him down.
"If you could just calm down, Keiwa... the ears and tails would go away magically. See?"
Ace gently pushed Keiwa away slightly to let him see that Ace's own fox ears and tails had popped off to nothing right in front of him.
"It's all right, Keiwa," said Sara as well as Neon smiled at him as well.
"It's okay. I find the ears and tails cute too... but it's not embarrassing at all!"
Keiwa turned to look at Win and Tsumuri, who also reassured the same thing as well... before he noticed that Michinaga had been acting pretty odd.
"Miichi—?" he asked, confused as to why Michinaga seemed a bit fidgety.
Michinaga jumped slightly, ears red as he tried to act indifferent towards him.
"Yeah, it's nothing at all! What's so weird about you having those ears and tail? It's not weird at all!" Michinaga insisted, not that he'd ever admitted to Keiwa that he once had a dream where Keiwa had a pair of Tanuki ears and tail as the three of them—Keiwa, Ace and himself—competed in a dance competition where Keiwa ended up a winner for having the cutest dance performance. Uh-no... not him! Not him admitting his thoughts about thinking that Keiwa would definitely be cuter if he really had a hair of tanuki ears and paws and tail in real life!
For some reason, seeing Michinaga like that sobered Keiwa a lot to the point that he stopped thinking about his tanuki ears...

And just like that, Keiwa's tanuki ears and tails popped out to nothing.
"Ah! That was so cute... the ears can pop on and off like magic!" exclaimed Neon excitedly. "That's so exciting—Keiwa! How about one day we collaborate together in a video? In the meantime, I'll try to look around to see if someone could make me a pair of cat ears and tail and we could dance together!"
"Eeh?" Keiwa exclaimed right away. "Wait a min—me and Neon-chan? No way, no way... that'll be so embarrassing! And you got so many followers too!"
"Awww... but you're so adorable, Keiwa! I'm sure everyone would love you—"
"Yes, yes... Neon-chan! We should do that! I'll even try to figure out how to make different types of animal ears... and we could ALL wear it together!"
"Aaah... Sara-san, I knew you'd like the idea—"
"Wait... big sis? Neon-chan? What're you guys plotting—I'm still right here!"
"Win-san would of course get bear ears... and how about Tsumuri-san? We can't leave her out, maybe something cute..."
"Does that mean that Miichi should get a pair of buffalo horns then—?"
"Aaargh, enough!" exclaimed Michinaga right away. He made a face at Sara. "Shouldn't it be about time we're calling the doctor here to check on this guy? Tyc—I mean, Keiwa—has finally woke up from his coma and his Tanuki stuff had blipped out from sight so it should be okay to call them now."
Sara immediately gasped aloud. "Oh, I almost forgot about that! Yeah, we should inform Kiryu-sensei now, I'll—!" Sara stopped herself as she realized that Keiwa had suddenly grabbed her arm.
Keiwa averted his eyes slightly as his sister stared at him with concern. He blushed slightly.
"Umm... big sis? While you're at it... can you ask if it's possible to get a different pyjama or something else for me to wear? Cos this hospital robe I'm wearing was a bit... airy."
Sara immediately let out a sigh of relief before hugging her brother tightly. "Of course... it's because you've been bedridden for so long. Don't worry... I'll take care of it—I'll be back!" exclaimed Sara again, as Win offered to help out and Tsumuri also joined the two, leaving Ace, Michinaga and Neon inside the room to keep Keiwa company.

As things finally calmed down, Keiwa turned his attention towards Ace. It finally dawned on him that Ace had looked slightly different compared to how he usually saw him. Was it the clothes he was wearing—but wait a minute, the clothes kinda look a bit familiar...
Keiwa glanced up towards Ace.
"Ace... isn't that... my clothes that you're wearing?" he asked as Ace immediately stiffened. Keiwa started to smile widely and brightly at him.
"You looked cute," said Keiwa without warning.

Several seconds passed in silence before Ace's face started to turn very red. And then his fox ears and tails started to pop out again!

"Seriously?" Michinaga started to exclaim. "Cut it out with the Shoujo act, stupid Geats!"
