"In today's special episode of Total Drama: Action!" Chris announces as the camera shows a wide-shot of the entire film lot, "You've been watching Wayne, Damien, MK, Axel, and Nichelle make their way to the final five: from the comfort of your own living room as you witness these money-hungry teens compete in grueling challenges, eat disgusting or sometimes bearable food, and create tons, and TONS of drama!" He delights as clips of Axel and MK's awkward tension, Nichelle injuring Wayne, and Damien and Caleb's feuding from last episode play.
The camera shows Chris by the trailers in real-time as he continues: "Our final five have been enjoying the many entertainments and amenities afforded to them on this luxury get-away!"
Just as he says this, Axel comes out of the cabin with a spiked club as she chases MK around the lot in the background.
"We've decided to let our movie stars have a well deserved break… but what happens after a beloved contestant walks the red carpet of shame and takes a ride in the limo of shame? Are any of them salty about their loss? Are any of them hungry to roast their former competitors? WHO do they think deserves to win the one million dollars?"
"You won't want to miss a SINGLE minute of the drama that is TOTAL. DRAMA: ACTION's special PLAYA DE LOSERS EPISODE!"
The theme song plays and ends.
A limo pulls up to a large tropical-island themed lot that looks similar to the original Playa De Losers from Total Drama: Island.
"Welcome to the all-inclusive Playa De Losers resort!" Chris welcomes as he steps out in a tacky tropical-vacation shirt, "Our loser competitors who flopped in the competition, get to at least wind down as they enjoy the many luxuries this resort has to offer!"
As he explains this, several clips show the eliminated contestants: Julia and Emma relaxing by the pool on beach chairs, Raj and Zee tossing a frisbee around, and Chase in the hot-tub with a concerned looking Millie.
"These 11 losers will be playing a role in the advantages and disadvantages the 5 remaining competitors will be saddled with: I hope they've been playing nice!" He finishes with a sarcastic laugh.
"This resort totally rocks!" Emma exclaims as she relaxes in her chair, "Now that I got my butt kicked off, I am finally in a house that I deserve! It kinda reminds me how much I miss 3 guys, 1 girl in a beach house…"
"Oh please…" Julia responds, "You can do so much better than that loser…"
"Aw, thanks Julia." She smiles as she puts her hand lightly on Julia's arm.
Julia smacks her hand away, "No touching! Just because I have eyes to see and ears to hear how much of a mess Chase is, doesn't mean we're friends."
Emma rubs her hand as Bowie comes into frame, "At least YOU got voted off fair and square, I was ROBBED!"
Emma replies with a scoff, "Well, you probably would have just been voted off in like, the next episode anyway!"
Bowie narrows his eyes, "That is so not true… I would have rocked that action movie challenge and we all know it!" He gloats as he begins doing impossible-looking stretches.
Julia puts down her phone for a second and laughs at Bowie, "Please! The day you could actually win a challenge for yourself is the day pigs fly."
Just as she finishes, Chase flies across the entire lot in the background.
"WOOOHOOO! Extreeeeeme!" He screams as he holds his phone out to record himself as he plummets into the pool.
Bowie turns to Julia with a smug face, "You were saying?"
"I can't argue with that…" Emma squeezes out.
"Oh please, that doesn't count and you know it!"
Chase gets out of the pool and shakes himself off like a dog.
"AH YEAH! Wasn't that stunt totally wicked, Emma!?"
Emma crosses her arms and looks away, "I do not talk to boys named Chase right now, so please call back in a thousand business days."
"C'mon Em, you could totally join me in making some wicked Total Drama: Action behind the scenes content! Our fans want to see it."
"OUR fans do not exist, because I do NOT co-own the channel anymore!"
"Pfft, you say that but I know you still want a slice of the Chase." He gloats as he poses.
"Ugh… this is disgusting." Bowie groans, "But at least he's not as bad as Julia." He smirks as he looks directly at her.
"That's low even for you."
Chase pulls out the phone he was using for recording, "Oh, crap! Phone's totally busted… does anybody have some rice?!" He asks frantically as he looks around.
Emma laughs extremely loudly, causing everyone to stop what they were doing and stare at her.
"Mmhm…" She clears her throat, "Excuse me."
Chase pulls out another phone, "Oh well, looks like I'll just have to use my 45th backup!"
Bowie squeezes out in disgust, "Ew… two Julia's: that is upsetting."
Zee and Ripper stand in front of the large buffet table before they speak simultaneously: "Three, two, one… GO!"
Ripper begins shoveling every morsel of food into his gob, scarfing down everything on his side of the table.
"Mmm, this mango pie is to die for." Zee says in a trance as he slowly forks it into his mouth, "You've got to try this, Ripper."
Ripper looks over at him with a confused face before continuing to chomp.
"Yo, you've got to slow down and enjoy the momento my man." He explains calmly as he chews a steak with a snail-like pace
"What are you talking about?! This is a competit- UGH…" Ripper begins choking on his food.
"Ooooh, I totally forgot about that!" Zee epiphanies as Ripper falls to the floor, "I'll get on that, boss."
Zee opens his mouth wide and vacuums up everything on both sides of the table.
"I'm done Ripper!"
Ripper comes up and collapses on the table as he finally gets the stuck piece of meat out of his throat.
"Are you proud of me, boss?" Zee asks as he puts a hand on his shoulder.
Caleb comes over and puts multiple steaks on his plate from the next table, "Dude… he was choking and could have died."
"Oh, is that what was happening?"
"Yes, doofus!" Ripper yells.
Zee puts his hands up, "Woah, woah, let's not fight here, guys!" He then turns to Caleb, "Well if you knew he was choking why didn't you help him?"
"Put my plate down and let you suck up all the steaks? No thanks, less competition for next season."
"Hey, who do you think you-" Ripper begins threatening Caleb before he holds his stomach, "Uh oh…"
"Nuh-uh, no way!" Caleb yells as he runs over to hide behind Emma's chair.
"Woah, it's finally coming!" Zee exclaims.
"God NO!" Julia yells as she hides behind her chair.
"Hold it in!" Raj yells as he sits at the pool tiki bar with Bowie, "Don't cross the center line!"
RIpper holds his stomach as the sounds subside, "Aw man… I've been so backed up ever since I got here!"
"Yeah, let's hope it stays that way." Bowie mocks as he crosses his arms.
"I know you're all sad, but you'll have to wait another time. My anxiety is seriously kicking me right now!"
"What's got you so on edge?" Zee asks.
"It's because of Scary Girl!" He responds as he leans in, "I locked her in her hotel room so she wouldn't terrorize us, but I have a bad gut feeling that she'll escape…"
"Ah, is the big bad Ripper scared?" Millie mocks as she struts into frame.
"Why don't you go worry about your NEEERD friend!" Ripper taunts as he points at a nervous looking Priya shaking on one of the beach chairs.
Millie looks over with concern and goes to comfort Priya, "Uh, yeah… you're right."
"Well, I'm not worried about Lauren." Caleb gloats, "If you don't treat her like some wild animal, then you'll be safe."
The camera swaps to outside of Lauren's hotel room, the door being fashioned with several locks and tons of caution tape.
"Let... Me... OOOOUUUT!"
"Heeey bestie." Millie greets Priya awkwardly as she sits down next to her, "What's got you so worried?"
She curls up into a ball and speaks nervously, "I-I'm j-just worried about D-Damien in the competition! He's too s-sweet and gentle to be stuck on that dangerous movie set with aggressive players like MK, Axel, and Nichelle… hehehehhe!"
"Okaaaay, well, why don't we go relax in the hot tub for a bit?"
"Uh, sure…" Priya replies with a shaky tone as she gets up and limps over to the hot tub.
Millie looks at the camera, "Chris, do we have any psychiatric staff on the resort? Priya won't stop obsessing over how Damien is doing."
Chris replies from behind the camera, "Nope! Mentally stable contestants don't make for good TV."
Millie grimaces and walks out of frame to the hot tub.
Bowie speaks to the camera as he sits with Raj, "How was my time in the game spent? Well, I fought with MK, fought with Axel, and fought with Julia..." He reminisces as scenes of him feuding with each of the girls play. "So I would say my time was well spent!"
Raj puts his hand on Bowie's shoulder and kisses him on the cheek, "Yeah, and you would have won if it wasn't for the double elimination!"
Bowie growls and crushes the cup in his hand, "...Don't remind me."
"Well, my time in the game was kinda short but I still had good times." Raj explains as clips of his time on the show play, "I got to play in the locker challenge on the high school set, got to carry my buddy Wayner through the rope course, and I didn't get kicked out first!... But if Axel didn't play her idol on MK, I could be in the final five with Wayner!"
"Well… you wouldn't cause Chris said it was gonna be a double and then I would have been saved but it's no biggie…" Bowie pipes up before sipping his drink.
"How was my time on the show?" Millie asks the camera, "HORRIBLE! I am never, EVER, going back on this show!"
"Well, I hate to tell you but…" Chris begins explaining before waving her contract in front of the screen.
"Ugh… I hope this show gets canceled." Millie grunts.
"I know, right!" Priya yells at an awkwardly loud volume, "I've got to make sure Damien stays safe!"
Millie swims over and relaxes her, "It's okay, Damien will be fine… are there any other reasons why? Like, maybe school-related?"
"Oh, that's right!" Priya suddenly remembers, "I can't be on another season of this stupid show anytime soon, I got accepted to med school!"
"That's awesome, Priya!" Millie gleams as she hugs her tight.
"How did you get into med school?" Caleb asks with suspicion, "Aren't you like 12?"
"No I am not!" Priya yelps in defense, "And I just skipped a lot of years of school cause I was ahead…"
Chris speaks from behind the camera, "So Caleb, tell us who you're rooting for?"
"I'm rooting for Damien!" Priya shouts right as Caleb was about to answer.
"Well, I'm personally rooting for-"
Caleb gets interrupted by Millie, "I'm team Damien all the way!"
"Would you two STOP IT?"
The two girls giggle before Caleb groans, "Well, I'm rooting for Axel. She's been through so much in this competition but still keeps her head in the game and tries her best. She's a real competitor. Not like that shrimp, Damien."
"YOU TAKE THAT BACK!" Priya threatens as she gets up in his face.
Several of the contestants look up to the sky with concern as dark clouds come rolling in.
"Uh, Chris?" Julia asks with concern, "Should we go inside? My hair can't get wet today, I just washed it."
Chris thinks for a moment as he steps into frame, "Hmm… the radar didn't say anything about clouds or rain."
Caleb smirks as he stands in front of Ripper, "Looks like we just got our answer!"
Caleb points, causing Ripper to turn around: "What? There's nothing there- Ooooh…"
Lightning flashes as Scary Girl stands at the hotel exit door menacingly.
"There you are…" She growls as she begins slowly creeping toward the farter.
"Hey wait, wait, wait, we can talk about this - AAAAH!" He yells as Lauren pounces on him.
"Fight, fight, fight!" Julia and Chase yell as they run over to record the scuffle.
"Uh, shouldn't someone help him?" Zee questions with concern as he holds his soda.
"Why don't you go help?" Caleb asks as he motions to him sarcastically.
"Oh, I would, but I've got a soda in my hand, so…"
"Ugh, fine…" Caleb groans as he walks over to the cartoonish dust cloud, "C'mon Lauren, I think you've won."
The two stop fighting and the dust dissipates, revealing a tied-up Ripper and grinning Lauren.
"Where did she get that rope?" Julia asks in confusion, "I'm so glad I outlasted her, or that'd just be embarrassing."
"Will somebody get me out of here?!" Ripper shouts as he struggles on the ground.
"Go back to sleep, and STARVE!" Lauren asserts as she jumps into Caleb's arms, "Carry meeee…"
Caleb looks uneasy but complies, "...Okay!"
Chase sets up his phone by the pool and then begins crying, "Ah HAH - NOOOO, WHY EMMA WHYYYYY!"
"Uh, you okay bro?" Raj asks with concern as he walks by with a drink in hand.
Chase quickly puts a smile on, "Oh, no, I'm good, I'm just getting ready to film my 'I broke up with Emma' video for the channel!"
"Sooo you're not actually sad?"
Chase grabs his shoulders and shakes him, "No! I'm totally torn up! It's just not proper for a man to cry unless it's for views."
"Right…" Raj responds awkwardly as he looks at the floor.
"Chase and Raj!" Chris exclaims as he comes and embraces both, "What do you guys think about the competitors still in the game?"
"Well, obviously I'm rooting for Wayner!" Raj cheers before Chase follows,
"Yeah, Wayne is alright. I'm just bummed that there's more girls than guys in the final 5."
"Um… why is that a problem?" Raj asks with innocent curiosity.
"Look at them over there…" Emma growls at Lauren and Caleb in the distance as she sulks in her beach chair, "They're out there as lovebirds and I'm sitting here SINGLE!"
An intern's voice replies from behind the camera, "Uh… we asked you what you think of Wayne?"
"Oh, right! Well, Wayne wasn't on my team but I think it's impressive how he's managed to survive without Raj for so long."
Clips of Wayne and Raj's emotional goodbye play on screen.
Julia pipes up from beside her, "Yeah, that butt-knuckle could actually have a real shot at winning if he continues staying under the radar."
Bowie sits at the juice bar in the pool and leans forward, "Don't tell Raj... but I'm not actually rooting for Wayne, I just say that to him so he won't get offended. Wayne is nice and all, but he doesn't seem to be making big moves in the game!"
Caleb spins his chair around to face him, "Really? Like MK?"
"Ugh, don't even get me started on her…" He groans as the camera shows a montage of MK's sneaky moments, "That girl is all kinds of messed up in the head."
"Yeah, I don't agree with her methods at all." Caleb jumps in, "She keeps doing these sNeaKy things but literally everyone knows she's doing it, so what's the point?"
"Hmm… that's true. Wait, does anybody besides Axel know that she's looking at the confessionals by this point?"
Both of them pause for a second before Caleb sighs, "Oh… sh*t."
The camera swaps to Millie, Priya and Raj in the hot tub.
"I don't agree with her tactics at all." Millie explains as clips of MK play, "I've learned quite a lot about being a good friend, and MK is not one."
Raj agrees, "Yeah, and Axel's been giving her the benefit of the doubt this entire time. She even used her idol to save MK!"
Julia struts into frame, "And not only that, but M-Gae STOLE my phone! She is gonna pay…"
Ripper reclines in his chair, "I don't see what's the problem with her lying to Axel. I would do the same thing!"
"Gross, don't tell me you're actually rooting for her?" Julia questions as she recoils.
"No way! MK deserves to lose! Not because of her tactics, but because she's a huge nerd."
"Well she is pretty good with tech." Millie replies as evidence plays on screen.
"Spying on everybody's confessionals is seriously creepy." Priya comments ominously, "It's a breach of privacy! And I do feel bad for Axel, it seems like she does actually have a heart after all."
"Axel is pathetic, just the same as MK!" Ripper asserts as he walks over, "Nobody should have to resort to name-calling and violence to lead a team."
"Ironic…" Millie reacts.
The camera swaps to Chase and Zee chowing down at the buffet table.
Zee begins speaking to the camera calmly, "MK is like… super cool. She was my best friend on the film set!"
"Uh, I thought I was your best friend?"
"Oh, you are! But MK is also my best friend. As well as Ripper, Bowie, Raj, Wayne, Millie, Priya…"
One minute later.
"Shelby Marks, Brendan from Subway, that one grandma I met at the gas station…"
"Okay, I get it!" Chase yells as he shoves a marshmallow into Zee's mouth, "But I just have one question… who is MK?"
"Who do I want to win?" Lauren asks the camera with a creepy smile, "Well... since my friend Caleb isn't in the game anymore, I'd say Axel! She was a good ally for a whole 6 minutes before I got eliminated."
"I completely agree!" Caleb sides with her, "She's one tough cookie and has her head strong in the game. She could beat those other losers with her eyes closed."
"Axel was always tough to fight against in the challenges." Julia says as she rolls her eyes, taking her glance off her phone for a second: "She was like an annoying mosquito, always popping up to try and stop you."
Clips of Axel in the robot-uprising and zombie challenge play as she explains.
"She is a very strong competitor." Bowie admits, "But I question her social game sometimes. I'm not so sure the other 3 will keep her around if they manage to boot MK."
"Eh... she'll be fine." Julia scoffs as she swipes on her phone, "They're fools if they don't target Nichelle: that little traitor tripped me during the musical challenge. I could have won otherwise and I wouldn't be stuck here!"
"Axel was crazy scary!" Raj exclaims as clips of her play, "I certainly didn't want to get on her bad side."
"Yeah, it was fun to watch Julia get scared by her in all the challenges though." Priya chuckles.
Julia yells from off-screen, "I was not scared!... I was just being cautious."
"I think she has a good shot at winning," Raj explains, "But she might have to stop hitting people with her shovel if that's gonna happen."
Clips of her accidentally injuring her teammates with the shovel play.
Millie chimes in, "Yeah, and even though she seems upset about the whole MK thing, she seems to be getting along with Nichelle."
"So are you rooting for Axel?" An intern's voice asks from behind the camera.
"She's a good player, but I'm team Damien all the way! A smart guy who will do smart things with the money deserves it."
"YES, I AGREE!" Priya shouts as she gets in front of the camera, "Damien WILL win this competition, MARK MY WORDS!"
"Damien is a wimpy player!" Ripper exclaims as he sits with Zee and Chase, "A real man would never resort to using chemical weapons!"
Damien blowing up the robot bears with his chemistry bomb plays on screen.
"But dude, he's like, super smart and stuff."
"Naw, I agree with Ripper: Damien's got to man up and take some cues from Wayne if he wants to win this thing!"
"What did you say, Chase?!" Emma interrogates from off-screen.
"Ahaha... nothing!"
Julia lays back in her beach chair as she puts her sunglasses on, "Damien may be a loser, but it's actually impressive he managed to survive on a team with me, Nichelle, Caleb, and Scary Girl... Meh, he was probably just lucky I didn't target him."
"Damien is so much fun!" Lauren cheers as she walks into frame.
"You're blocking my sun..."
"His screams are delicious!"
"I'm trying to get a tan here so could you-"
"What I would give for a taste of-"
Julia gets up in her face, "Scary Girl! I am trying to absorb some UV rays here, mkay? You need to move or your pale vampire skin will shrivel up."
"That's why I brought an umbrella!" She says as she pulls it out of nowhere.
"Where did you-" Before Julia can finish, she gets hit in the face with the unfolding umbrella.
"Oops! Sorry!" She giggles before skipping off, "You should have moved!"
"Ugh... that girl is all kinds of whacked in the brain." Julia comments as she gets up, trying to find her balance.
The intern behind the camera asks, "If you could pick one contestant you don't want to win, who would it be?"
"Hmmm... good question." Julia replies, "How about I pick all five? All of them are beneath me! They could never reach the level of this goddess-"
"Just answer the question, we're on a time-crunch!"
"Okay... rude." She scoffs as she crosses her arms, "But if I had to pick one, it'd be Nichelle. She is nothing but a follower, it's kinda pathetic actually..."
"I loved having Nichelle on my team!" Emma gleams, "She really proved herself this season that she could not mess up every single challenge!"
"Even though she has no upper body strength to speak of?" Caleb asks.
Nichelle trying and failing to climb the coconut tree plays on screen.
"She may be a bit nutty, but the girl is determined!" Caleb asserts, "I wouldn't mind seeing her reach the finale."
"I wouldn't mind seeing you reach the finale." Emma replies as she swoons.
The two lean into each other before Lauren comes into frame.
She stands menacingly above Emma, "Gee, I hope no backstabbing cheerleader-lookin' ass witch with a Jojo Sawi ponytail isn't planning on getting a liiiiittle too close to Caleb!"
Emma gets up immediately, "I'm gonna go to the bathroom... I mean, to get food! To get food in the bathroom! To eat in the bathroom!"
The camera swaps to later in the evening, where all of the losers are sitting around the pool at night.
"Nichelle is a total girl boss." Bowie praises as he sits next to Raj, "She betrayed Julia and Caleb!"
Clips of Nichelle tripping Julia and voting for Caleb play.
"Anybody who can pull that off is good in my book."
He turns and looks at Chase in disgust, "And what do you think about Nichelle?"
"Huh? Who's Nichelle?"
"Nichelle messed things up for her team big time last season." Millie says as clips of her misfortunes from season 1 play, "But she's really stepped up since then!"
"Yeah, did you see when she kicked that robo-bear through the door to save Chris?" Raj asks with excitement.
"Or when she won the challenge for her team during the rope's course by beating up that shark?" Priya chimes in.
"Pfft, big deal." Ripper scoffs, "Anyone could do that."
"She honestly has a good shot at winning," Emma adds on, "But maybe only if she can stop annoying Wayne..."
Just then, Chris appears in front of the contestants as he emerges from a sudden cloud of purple smoke.
"Wooooah." Zee says in awe, "Where did he come from?"
"Good news losers! You won't have to wait any longer to have your say in the fates of the final 5!"
"Ooh, ooh!" Raj raises his hand, "Can we vote out MK?"
"It's not really that kind of-"
"No way, Axel needs to go home!" Ripper asserts, "She has such crazy plot armor!"
"Guys, guys!" Julia interrupts, "Chris is trying to speak!"
"Thank you! What you guys will get to-"
"But Nichelle totally deserves to go home..."
"ZIP IT!" The host shouts as dead silence falls, "You are not voting out a competitor; but instead, choosing who you would like to see receive a reward for the next challenge!"
"Oh great," Caleb groans, "I bet it'll be some booby prize like jumpy shoes, a magnet, or a pogo stick."
"Hmm, good idea. I'll keep that for future reference! But nope, whichever currently active competitor receives the most votes will receive instant immunity in the next challenge!"
The contestants gasp.
"Yes, yes, it's very shocking... I know." Chris says sarcastically as he begins pacing around the pool, "I will go one by one to ask each of you losers who you think deserves the prize... starting wiiiiith, Chase!"
"Ew, why does he get to choose first?" Emma complains, "Let me go!"
"Well maybe you should have sat on this side of the pool then!" He snaps at her, "Now Chase: tell us who you'd like to pick."
"Hmm... I'm gonna have to go with the strongest competitor left... Wayne!"
Some of the contestants chuckle.
"What? What's so funny?!"
"Well, I wouldn't go that far..." Ripper pipes up from beside him, "But my vote is also for Wayne! Mostly due to the process of elimination: since MK and Damien are complete nerds and Axel is my mortal enemy... Oh, and Nichelle is also there I guess, but I usually forget about her!"
"Who?" Chase asks in genuine confusion.
"Well... I hate to be predictable with my vote." Zee gets out as everyone waits on fated breath, "But I want MK to have immunity!"
"WHAT?!" Several of them shout in harmonious befuddlement.
"You don't seem like the type to root for a villain?" Bowie interrogates.
"No way, MK's not a villain! She's the best."
"Do you not forget that she eliminated basically all of your friends and manipulated you?"
"She was just doing what she had to, man." Zee comments as he sips his soda.
Caleb sits next to him with his mouth wide open in shock before he says, "Well... I'm voting for Axel."
"Me too!" Scary Girl cheers next to him as she clings to his arm.
Chris stands near the middle, "That's 2 votes for Wayne, 2 for Axel, and one for MK. What about you Pri-"
"DAMIEN! I VOTE FOR DAMIEN!"
Millie pulls Priya back down and adds on, "Huh, yeah, me too! Damien." She finishes as she looks at Priya with concern.
"That's 2 votes for Wayne, 2 for Axel, 2 for Damien, and-"
"Wayne! I vote for Wayner!"
"... 3 votes for Wayne, 2 for Axel, 2 for Damien, and 1 for MK! Only 3 votes left!"
"Seriously? Nobody is voting for my girl?" Bowie asks, offended: "I'll place my vote for Nichelle!"
"Me too!" Emma cheers as she smiles at Bowie, "Nichelle is showing everyone the power of girl-power!"
Bowie smiles back at Emma as their eyes meet.
"3 votes for Wayne, and 2 for Damien, Axel, and Nichelle!... And one for MK."
Bowie and Julia snicker a bit at MK's floppiness.
Chris walks behind Julia as she sits on the edge of the pool, "Julia... The final vote is for you. You could choose to make it a tie or give Wayne the win. What will it be?"
She scoffs, "Well, the final 5 has a crazy feral woman, 2 nerds, one of the hockey guys, and Nichelle... gross!"
"You have to pick one." Chris replies with impatience as he narrows his eyes and taps his foot.
"Ugh fine... I'll vote for who doesn't NOT deserve it the least... which would be..."
Everyone looks at Julia and waits with fated breath.
...
...
...
...
"Will you guys STOP looking at me like that? It's making me nervous!"
"Just get on with it!" Bowie shouts, "I'm tryna take Raj and I to the masseur!"
"Fine, I'm voting for Damien!"
And then everybody clapped!
"Stop your clapping! Since there was a tie between Wayne and Damien for 3 votes, we'll have to do a re-vote!"

"ERGH-" Chris grunts as he covers his ears, "Well, good thing we're out of time!"

He turns directly toward the camera suddenly, knocking Priya into the pool with his shoulder.
