A/N: I'm back with another crossover. Today's lucky girl is Erza Scarlet AKA TITANIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. *cue trumpet noises*
Many of you know the small one-shot of Fairy Tail I've done before. But this one-shot features mah boi Izuku sweeping the mighty Titania off her feet. Why? Cuz' why the hell not?
Erza is my favorite girl from Fairy Tail. Her personality is a complete opposite to Izuku's but that's what makes this pairing stand out so much. Both have so much to offer to the other. Which is why I'm starting off the Fairy Tail crossover series with Erza. Soon, the others are bound to come. Lucy will also be given a spot. Oh, and not just the teenage girls. Female characters like Irene, Anna, Ultear will also be given a chance to court. I might as well put in a harem, who knows?
Anyways, I'll stop here since I know you guys are getting bored with reading all this crap. Just scroll down and enjoy.
Outskirts of Magnolia
The night was quiet in the forest outside of Magnolia. Most of the animals were fast asleep. However, a small girl kept running through this forest in the direction of Magnolia. She had scarlet-red hair, an eye patch over her left eye, and she was wearing tattered clothes. She was bruised and injured.
This was a very young and traumatized Erza Scarlet. She recently escaped a very strange Tower where she had been held prisoner and driven to work as a slave. She had to abandon all her friends who couldn't get the escaping opportunity she did.
Betrayal resounded in her heart. Jellal turned against her and did not even recognize her as a friend anymore. He was the hope of all the children in the tower. He tried to keep the hope that they would be fine. But it didn't last long.
What's worse is that her dear friend, Rob, died protecting her.
It was during the slave rebellion in order to save Jellal. She lead a group of slaves and Rob was among them. She wanted to save the children and her friend Jellal. But the enemies proved too powerful to beat. They killed Rob right in front of her eyes. With his dying breath, Rob told Erza to go to Fairy Tail in Magnolia. At that moment, Erza awakened her hidden powers. And it gave her the necessary time to escape.
Now, here she was, running for her life. Tears cascaded down her cheeks. The pain of a loved one's death filling her heart. Soon enough, exhaustion caught up to her as she tripped and fell to the ground. She tried to stand up with all her strength as she desperately needed to get out of the forest. But it proved useless as she succumbed to exhaustion and hunger.
'Is this how I die' She thought before falling asleep.
The sound of fire crackling woke Erza up. Once she opened her eyes, she was surprised to see where she was. In a cave, sheltering her from the heavy rain. In front of her was a campfire and a young boy adding wood to the campfire. Erza looked around for anything to defend herself with. She found a nearby stick and stood up in defense. The boy noticed this.
"Hey! You're awake." The boy said.
"Who are you?!" Erza asked, pointing the stick at the boy.
"My name is Izuku Midoriya."
"Where am I?!"
"In a cave."
"How did I get here?!"
"I saw you passed out on the ground. So I carried you here." Izuku answered honestly.
Erza slowly lowered guard as she didn't find the boy to be an enemy. But she still didn't trust him. Pointing the stick at him she continued.
"I want to know where Fairy Tail is."
"Fairy Tail? Oh! You mean the strongest guild in Fiore. I know where it is. I'm actually on my way to Fairy Tail." Izuku answered.
"Really?"
"Yes. You can come with me if you want. I can guide you there."
Erza saw no point in standing on guard anymore. Izuku was completely harmless.
*GRRRR*
Erza rubbed her tummy in embarrassment. Izuku giggled a bit before saying, "You must be hungry. Come on, I have some roasted chicken here. Would you like some?"
"C-Can I?" Erza asked, desperate for food.
"Sure."
Izuku smiled as Erza immediately grabbed a stick of roast chicken and began munching on it. Because she did it almost instantly, she burned her mouth a little.
"ITA" Erza yelled as she spat out the piece of chicken she bit.
"Careful. It's hot." Izuku said in concern.
Erza blew on the chicken and began eating.
"By the way, you never told me your name." Izuku said.
Erza widened her eyes. "I-I'm so sorry. I, uhh, I-I-I, ummm m-my name is Erza Scarlet." She replied, embarrassed.
"Oh! Scarlet, huh? Is it because of your hair color?" Izuku asked.
Erza briefly recalled a memory from her time as a slave in the tower. It was when she realized that she didn't know her last name. That was the time, Jellal gave her the last name Scarlet because of her hair color.
"Y-Yes. It's something like that." She replied.
"Nice. It's really pretty."
"H-Huh?"
"Your hair. It's really pretty." Izuku said with a smile.
Erza got flustered as her cheeks became pink. No one, besides Jellal, told her that her hair was pretty.
"T-T-Thank you very much." Erza replied as she continued to eat.
"Here," Izuku gave her more stick of roast chicken. "You can have as many as you like."
"Huh?! Uh, no need mister. O-One is more than enough." Erza said, feeling guilty about eating someone else's food.
"It's okay. You look like you've never eaten before. So take it. You need it more than I do." Izuku replied with a smile.
"B-But what about you? Aren't you hungry too?" Erza asked.
"I've eaten plenty actually. You were sleeping at that time."
"Oh!"
"Once you're done, we need to sleep. Tomorrow, we can go to Fairy Tail." Izuku said. Erza nodded as she ate to satisfy her hunger. The two young children didn't talk the whole night. Izuku gave her a blanket and went off to sleep, with her doing the same.
The next morning, they both woke up and began their journey to Fairy Tail. On the way, they engaged themselves in small talk.
"So why do you wanna join Fairy Tail?" Izuku asked Erza.
Erza didn't feel like telling a stranger her tragic story so, "My friend told me to come here. He said that it was the strongest guild and I've always wanted to become a strong mage." She told a half-lie.
"Oh, that's nice."
"What about you?"
"Me? I want to join the strongest guild, get very strong and prove to my bullies back at my village that even a person like me can fight." Izuku said with determination in his eyes.
"A person like you?" Erza got confused.
"You see, I don't have any magic in me. I'm a completely normal human. In my village, I was bullied and picked on a lot. I had no parents, no friends, nothing. They all had some form of magic or the other. But me and a few others had no magic at all. They looked down on us just because we were normal humans. I've always wanted to become a powerful mage. But since I have no magic, I can't become one. Then one day, an old couple took pity on me and helped me with many things. Reading, writing, camping and such. They told me that if I wanted to become like a mage, I must first join Fairy Tail. So here I am."
"Oh" Erza was baffled by his story. Back in her village, she also thought that she would live her life as a normal human, which was completely fine with her as she had all she needed. But circumstances changed her life forever. Her hidden powers were unlocked and she now had a firm goal of becoming strong to protect her loved ones.
By now, the two kids were walking within the streets of Magnolia. They were asking directions for the guild named Fairy Tail. It didn't take them long to find it.
"Look, it's Fairy Tail." Izuku said with stars in his eyes. Erza could tell that he was very excited. But she wished she could say the same. They both were standing in front of the infamous guild, Fairy Tail. A guild rumored to be the strongest of all guilds in Fiore.
"Let's go" Izuku said.
"Mm"
Both of them entered the guild and were completely shocked by what they saw inside. Normally, they were expecting people to be laughing, chatting, and minding their own business. But all they saw were mages fighting with each other, throwing insults, and doing things that were considered out of the ordinary.
Erza and Izuku could only look at the unfolding scene in front of them dumbfoundedly. A nearby mage saw them and came up to them.
"Hey there kids, what brings you here?" The female mage asked.
"Umm, h-hi. I'm Izuku and this is Erza," Izuku introduced himself and his companion. "We came here to join the guild."
"Oh? That's wonderful. Come with me. I'll take you to the master." The female mage said as she guided them to the second floor. She opened the door to the master's office.
"Master Makarov. We have two kids here who want to join the guild."
The chair behind the desk turned around to reveal a short old man in a jester's outfit. Both the kids looked at him weirdly. Makarov looked at the kids and said, "What are your names, children?" He gestured to the female mage to leave, which she did.
"I-I'm Izuku Midoriya."
"I'm Erza Scarlet."
'Goodness me. What happened to the girl? She must have been through some really terrible things.' Makarov thought as he examined the red-haired girl. The boy on the other hand was a tab bit nervous. He looked completely normal as he couldn't sense any magic in him.
"Grandpa Rob told me to come here." Erza said.
Makarov widened his eyes in surprise at the mention of Rob, who was a very close friend.
"Old man Rob?"
"Yes."
"How is he doing?"
Erza looked depressed at that question, to which both Makarov and Izuku noticed. After a while, Erza answered, "He died." Much to the shock of Makarov and Izuku, but more so for Makarov.
Erza, then, began to tell her story of how she escaped the tower and how she lead a rebellion against her enemies and how Rob died while protecting her. Izuku was shocked. He felt sympathetic for Erza as she looked down in sadness. Makarov bowed his head, taking off his hat.
'Rest in peace, old friend.' Makarov thought.
"Alright, that's enough for today." Makarov went back to his desk and brought a box of colored stamps. "Which color and where do you want it?"
Izuku and Erza were surprised. "Wait! Are you letting us join?" Izuku asked, excitedly.
"Yes."
"B-But isn't there supposed to be some test or something?" Izuku asked.
"We're Fairy Tail, my boy. We do things differently. Any and all types of people are welcome to join this guild. After all, the more the merrier, right? So which color and where did you want it stamped?"
"U-Umm, I'll take violet. And I want it on my neck." Izuku replied. Makarov stamped the insignia of Fairy Tail on Izuku's neck.
"That looks good on you, Izuku." Erza said.
"You think so?"
"Mm-hmm" Erza nodded.
"Thanks"
"What about you, Erza?" Makarov asked her this time.
Erza thought for a moment and then answered, "Blue. On my arm here" She pointed to her left bicep. Makarov did so.
"That looks good on you, Erza." Izuku said.
"Thanks" Erza smiled
"Welcome to Fairy Tail, little brats."
"Thanks so much Master Makarov" Both Izuku and Erza said in unison as they bowed down.
"No problem. Now run along now, I've got work to do."
After they came out of Makarov's office, they looked at their Fairy Tail marks.
Then Erza had an idea before she turned to Izuku.
"Hey, Izuku. Let's form a team." Erza said.
"A team?"
"Yes, a team. Just you and me. We'll both train to become strong mages in this guild, together. So what do you say?"
Izuku thought over it before nodding his head. "Sure, let's do that."
Thus began the journeys of Izuku and Erza
A/N: I thought of making this a one-shot. But I changed my mind. I want to put in so many things for this pairing. So I decide to make this a short story. It's not gonna be big or long. It's gonna be brief and short. Do let me know if my writing is good or not. It helps me improve.
Also, enjoy the story. More Izuku x FT girls will be coming. Send in your request if you have any.
