Chapter 5 Lost in the forest
Meanwhile back at the farm Inuyasha and Melissa were finishing up the chores for the day. After that they both went back inside to wash up then got ready for bed. Inuyasha went upstairs to his bedroom then undressed then hopped into the shower to wash the grime and dirt of the day off. Then he stepped out of the shower. But couldn't decide either to get dressed in pajamas or just boxers. But chose the latter since the heat was still on. He then climbed into bed turned on his TV. to watch some anime for a little while before he went to sleep. After a few hours watching anime then turning off his TV. Inuyasha then realized that it was 10pm so he decided to go brush his teeth and call it a night. But for some reason he was worrying about his father again but once again shrugged it off. Then turned of the lights and went to sleep.
Rafael turned around then took look back and smiled at his family. Then thought to himself that he has the best family ever that he could wish for. Heading down the road he decided to stop in the market real quick to grab a snack for the road. Since he forgot his snack in the fridge that he packed the night before. Arriving at the forest at last he went inside. Then eventually he encountered a fork in the path.
Looking down at his map to figure out which path is the right one. Finding it then realizing that it has been blocked by bushes and vines. Looking back at the map wondering if he should just take the other path or not. But he decided to take the other path. For a while things were looking up as he thought to himself. He is about to fulfill his dream to become a world greatest inventor and he couldn't be ever more prouder.
But twenty minutes later going down the path Rafael realizes that he isn't getting anywhere. Then he was starting to get hungry plus tired. So deciding going back the way he came instead of continuing on. Rafael was about to turn around and go back. But then he heard multiple sounds of howling. Then Danny started to panic plus get restless. Rafael tried to calm Danny down but it was no use. Rafael noticed many yellow eyes in the distance looking at him. Rafael started to panic as well. Rafael then decided to turn around and hightail it out of there. But then realized that they were surrounded.
So Rafael urged Danny head down the path they were originally taking. Which worked for a bit until Rafael realized that they were being chased. Urging Danny to pick up speed. Eventually they came to a clearing. But Rafael was knocked of the carriage because a wolf popped out of nowhere spooking Danny. Danny turned tail and ran back the way they came leaving him alone.
The wolves then decided to go after him instead of the horse seeing that he would be easier prey. Realizing this Rafael got to his feet looked around then noticed that there was a path in front of him. Deciding to take it instead of being eaten alive. For a while Rafael ran down the path. Eventually came upon the end of the path.
Rafael then realized that the wolves were still following him. He noticed there was a creepy castle. Then weighing his options either to die a gruesome death or to escape into the creepy castle. Choosing the latter Rafael chose the castle. Running as fast as he can he made it to the castle gate but just barely. Rafael opened the gate quickly and slipped through quickly. But after he slipped through a wolf grabbed him by his shoe with it's mouth. Rafael kicked furiously and eventually got free then closed the gate quickly.
