Chapter 14 Running away and Inuyasha running into his pack friends
Panicking Inuyasha runs out of Scotts room. Heading down to the entrance of the castle. Heading out then finding Danny Inuyasha hops on him. Then ushers him to get going with a click of his tongue. Afterwards they started running away from the castle. After twenty minutes of riding Danny at such a intense speed they stop in the middle of a clearing. Inuyasha hops off Danny. Then walks him to a small stream to rehydrate. Then sitting down next to a tree then started to cry. Moments later Inuyasha hears multiple steps coming towards him. Then looking up with bloodshot eyes from crying he notices that it was Hojo, Koga, Ginta, Hakkaku, and Aiden.
Then Koga the alpha of the pack then shifts to his humanoid state. Then not caring that he was naked he walks over to Inuyasha. Then sat down next to his pup Inuyasha. Then says what is wrong my pup what has gotten you down. Inuyasha looks up with tear stained eyes then says I messed up. Then hugging Koga. Koga says tell me. I made a mistake and let my curiosity get the better of me and I angered someone. Meanwhile back at the castle in Scott's room Scott was crying like crazy. Realizing that he may have overreacted Inuyasha was just curious. He should have seen that. Then deciding to go after him Scott leaves his room to go find Inuyasha to apologize.
Heading to Inuyasha's room then knocks at the door but there was no answer. So he tries knocking then again nothing. Then he goes to find Peter and Chris. Finding them he asks where Inuyasha is they say that he has run away. Scott roars then rushes out of the castle into the forest. Back in the forest Koga was comforting Inuyasha patting his head and shushing him. Eventually calming down Inuyasha thanks Koga for the comfort. Koga just smiles then looks to the others. Then knowing what he wants they all shift into their humanoid forms. Then walk over and just cuddle with Koga and Inuyasha. Inuyasha finally stops crying then looks to his pack then smiles. Scott eventually makes it to the forest. Then starts to sniff the air finally finding Inuyasha's scent but it is mixed with unknown wolves.
Growling he heads into the forest to find out what is going on with his friend. After a few minutes of running Scott finally arrives to his objective but what he see makes his blood boil. While hiding in the shadows of the trees Scott ponders what he should do. Inuyasha then notices glowing eyes in the shadow of the trees. Inuyasha starts to tremble. Koga and the others notice this. Then ask him what is wrong. Inuyasha whispers in Koga's ear there is something in the trees watching us. They all look at the direction that he was pointing. Koga starts to growl. Before Inuyasha could blink Koga and the others shift into their werewolf forms. Then surrounded Inuyasha in a protective circle. Then the thing lunges. But then Inuyasha realizes that it was Scott the whole time.
