Chapter 16 Theo's treacherous plan and Inuyasha's parents go to rescue their son

Theo goes to the insane asylum to talk to the warden. Theo tells his plan to get Inuyasha to marry

him. Then tossed a small sack of gold coins. Then warden says you want me to lock his father up

in the asylum till he agrees to marry you. That is despicable I LOVE IT. Meanwhile Rafael finally

falls asleep. The next morning he wakes up freaking out. Then in his panic he wakes Melissa up.

Then she runs downstairs to find out what is causing him to panic. Rafael finally calms down.

Then tells his wife what happened. At first Melissa doesn't believe him but then she realizes that

Inuyasha isn't awake. Which is odd because he is usually the first awake on the morning after the

night of the new moon.

Then Melissa starts panicking herself. Then Rafael puts his hands on her shoulders. Which gets her

attention. Then she calms down enough to recollect herself. Then the both of them start packing

supplies in backpacks. Then head outside and lock the doors. Then they both head in the forest to

go and rescue their son. Meanwhile they were leaving Theo and Miroku arrived. Theo goes to the

door seeing that it is locked. He goes down the steps then tells Miroku that he is not to leave this

spot till they return. Then Theo taking his leave. Miroku then punches a tree which causes him to

get covered in snow. Meanwhile that was happening back at the house Rafael and Melissa made it

to the edge of the forest entrance.

Both of them looking back towards their home one more time. Then look to each other and nod.

Then heading into the forest. Then a minute later they both light their lanterns and proceed. After

an hour of walking their bellies growl. Rafael looks to the sky and realizes that it is nearing

breakfast time. So they both stopped and sat down Melissa left to get some wood for the fire while

Rafael got out the food that they were going to cook. Twenty minutes later Melissa returns back

with a bundle of wood. Then walks over to her husband then handed it to her husband. Then he just

smiled and thanked her for the wood. Then she left to go use the bathroom. Five minutes later she

came back and saw that Rafael was beginning to prepare the food for cooking.

After thirty minutes waiting the stew was ready to eat. Then Melissa asks Rafael how come you

aren't at the fair. Rafael looks away in embarrassment. Then says the path was blocked to get to it.

So I decided to take a different path thinking it might be a shortcut. Then after thirty minutes going

down it I wasn't getting anywhere. Then deciding to turn back. Everything seemed fine for a

moment but then I heard howling. Then Danny got scared then realizing that we were surrounded. I

weighed my options I decided to turn back to the path that we were originally on and with all my

might I ushered Danny to go as fast as he could. Eventually making it to a clearing then out of

nowhere a wolf appeared.

Which scared Danny then I fell off the carriage, and Danny ran the other way back the way home.

But instead of going after Danny the wolves chose to go after me instead. So I weighed my options

either die a gruesome death being torn apart or run as fast as I can down the path we were taking.

Then after a while running I came upon another clearing. But there was another path so running

down that I then came upon a gate. Then quickly slipping through it but as I was about to close the

gate one of the wolves caught up to me, and grabbed me by the shoe with it's mouth. Kicking

furiously the wolf finally let me go and I quickly close the gate.

Then Melissa says why didn't you just shift and fight them. Rafael says I would have but I didn't

bring that many spares of clothes. Then Melissa just shakes her head. Twenty minutes later after

they finished eating they packed up. To continue on their task on which was rescuing their son.

Then after they were all packed up and ready, They continued on. Meanwhile back at the castle

Inuyasha was moaning and groaning also completely covered in sweat. Koga was tending to him

by dabbing his forehead with a cold wet cloth since he was also running a slight fever. Koga says

to Scott that he needs to strip him and tend to him. By washing his body and to calm his heat. Scott

nods then rings the bell. A few minutes later there was a knock Hojo gets up and opens the door.

Then Peter says you rang. Yes Peter Scott says prepare a bath for Inuyasha and make it quick time

is of the essence. Peter says right away sir. Two minutes later there is a knock at the door Aiden

goes to open it. Then is shocked at all the moving furniture but shrugs it off. They all rush inside

and prepare the basin tub after a few minutes the tub is filled, and they bow then leave. Koga starts

to undress Inuyasha but Scott goes over to help but it just earns him a vicious snarl from Koga. In

which he backs off, after Koga was done undressing Inuyasha he picks him up bridal style. Which

causes Inuyasha to moan in pain. Koga just shushes him and nuzzles his head. Then walks to the

basin and gently lowers him in. After doing so Koga looks to Scott and his packmates asking them

to leave.

The packmates obey but Scott doesn't. Koga realizing this then understanding that he will not

probably leave. So looking back to his task at hand Koga climbs in and brings Inuyasha close

enough so it will be easier to wash him. Koga then begins to wash his packmate that he considers

his own pup since they grew close when Inuyasha was young. After washing him clean of sweat

then checking him temperature seeing that it has gone down a little bit. So he climbed out of the

tub and lifted up Inuyasha out. Then sat him in a nearby chair so he could dry him off. After that

was done he redressed Inuyasha then picked him up bridal style to lay him in the bed covering him

up with blankets. Then put a cold washcloth on his forehead then got in the bed with his pup and

fell asleep holding him.
