Chapter 29 The announcements and Morning sickness
So, Scott and Inuyasha left Peter to clean the bedroom and change the sheets they headed down to the dining room for breakfast. Upon arriving to the dining room, they are stopped by Sesshomaru. Who is spotting a mischievous smile on his face. But the boys just shrugged it off and wished him good morning. Sesshomaru then nods and say good morning as well. Then they all went through the doors to the dining room.
After the encounter with Sesshomaru, they all went through the doors and went to go sit down at the table. But before Inuyasha could sit down Adrian jumps up and tackles him to the ground and nuzzling his face.

Hey there little one, how are you doing today?
I am amazing godfather. I could a squirrel and a rabbit last night. They were so delicious.
Wow little one, already a skilled hunter and not even one yet.
Well yeah duh I am an alpha. So, it is in my nature to be skilled silly.

After their conversation Inuyasha stands up with Adrian in his arms and walks over to the highchair to put him in. After doing so Inuyasha sit down at the table. A minute later the servants come out pushing carts of food for everyone. They start placing the trays of food on the table and fill the glasses with drinks. Then they all bowed and left.
Twenty minutes later, Melissa says that she and Rafael have something to say.
Melissa
Considering everything that has happened, this was kind of unexpected. But Rafael and I are having a baby.
Inuyasha spits out the wine he was drinking in shock. Then starts to choke. Scott then starts to pat his back lightly to help him relieve the trouble.
Inuyasha
Mom, dad is this true are you really going to have a baby?
Melissa and Rafael
Yes
Inuyasha
So, I am going to be a big brother that is so exciting. I can't wait to spoil them rotten and play with them.
Melissa
Calm down son he or she won't be born for still another 9 months. But I am glad that you are excited for this.
Inuyasha
More than excited since I never had a relationship with a sibling before since my older brother and I were separated for over two decades. I am going to make the best of it this time. I am not going to miss a single moment of his or her life that I promise.
So, after the announcement everyone went back to eating. An hour later with bellies filled and conversations exchanged everyone left the dining table. The pack grabbed Adrian and went to the den, The McCall's went to the library, Sesshomaru went back to his room, Scott and Inuyasha went to the gardens, and lastly Shippou stayed behind to help clean up.
After arriving at the gardens, they both strip down then shifted in their primal forms to commune with nature and have a date running in the wood. After a few hours of running through the woods both of their bellies growl. Scott then lifts his head in the air scenting it. A moment later he picks up the smell of a boar. He then nudges Inuyasha and points his head in a direction.
Inuyasha understands his meaning and starts to follow Scott. After ten minutes of tracking, they finally find the boar. Hunkering down on their hunches they slowly crept closer to surprise attack the boar. Scott then nudges to let him know to sneak behind it. Inuyasha nods but licks Scott's face before doing so. Which Scott returns the favor.
Scott then starts to get closer, close enough to pounce which he did. And at the same time Inuyasha charges the boar from the back. After killing the boar both of them feasted upon it. With bellies filled they headed to the pond nearby to clean off. Upon arriving too, the pond they both shifted back to their humanoid forms and jumped into the water.
After an hour cleaning and wading in the water they climbed out laid down on the grass to airdry, sunbathe, and cuddle then fell asleep. Two hours later, they both woke up to the smell of a campfire nearby in the direction of the castle. So, they both got up and headed back to the castle. Upon arriving to the campfire, they both see Shippou roasting fish on the stick around the fire.
Shippou
Then looks up and says hey guys have a good date and nap.
Inuyasha and Scott
Yes
Scott
But what are you doing out here by yourself?
Shippou
(Blushes) about that I was waiting for the twins, but they seem to have forgotten. So, I guess I will share the fish with you guys. But before that would you mind getting dressed.
Shippou then tosses their clothes to them. The two quickly get dressed and then sat down on the grass. Then grabbing a roasted fish on a stick.
Shippou
So how is it?
Inuyasha
Good a perfect blend of spices and herbs. You are becoming an excellent cook nephew.
Shippou
(Blushes) Thanks I try my best.
Scott
Keep this up and I might even consider in hiring you as the new cook. Since the current cook is retiring soon.
Shippou
It would be my upmost honor to be the new cook eventually.
Scott
Well could hire you as a part-time trainee if you would like.
Shippou
Absolutely I can start tonight and help the cook with dinner.
Scott
What an excellent idea. So why don't you head back to the castle, and we will clean up the campfire. But to be sure to tell the cook that I sent you. And if he has any issues just tell him to come find me and I will collaborate the news.
Shippou
Very well guys. See you both later also enjoy the rest of your afternoon together!
Inuyasha
Thanks, we will, and you be good nephew and listen to the cook.
Shippou
I will I promise uncle see you both later.
After bidding them adieu, Shippou headed back to the castle and upon arriving back he saw the cook picking fruit and vegetables from the garden.
Ten minutes later
Shippou
Hey Hojo.
Hojo
Hey Shippou, how may I help you?
Shippou
Well, the king told me to let you know that I will be the new trainee for the cook position since you are retiring soon.
Hojo
Did he now?
Shippou
Yes, so is there anything I can do to help you?
Hojo
Well, you could go start prepping the kitchen, while I gather the produce for later.
Shippou
Very well I will get right on that.
Ten minutes prior
After Scott and Inuyasha finished eating the fish, they put out the fire then headed back to the castle. Ten minutes later, upon arriving to the castle grounds they noticed Shippou chatting with Hojo the cook. Overhearing everything because of their sharp hearing. The pair noticed the king and king/queen and waved. They waved back and continued walking back to the castle.
After entering through the castle doors, they saw the twins coming out of the ballroom suspiciously but shrugged it off. Then heading to their room to relax and watch tv until dinner. Five hours later, there was a knock on the door. Inuyasha got off the bed and headed to the door. Upon opening the door Scott comes out of the bathroom wearing only a towel around his head. So Inuyasha just slightly open the door seeing Chris.
Chris
Sire dinner is served. You should hurry everyone else has already eaten and left for the night.
Inuyasha
Just give us a minute we overslept, and just got done showering.
Chris
Very well sir, enjoy your dinner and goodnight.
Inuyasha
Thanks, also goodnight to you as well.
Five minutes later, Inuyasha and Scott finally made it down to the dining room. Sadly, noticed that most of the food was gone. Which was ok since they feasted on a large boar and roasted fish a little while back. So, in turn they weren't that much hungry. After eating they both got up and headed back to their room. After entering the room, they both stripped naked and got into the bed and fell asleep in each other's arms.
(Mini time skip)
6 weeks later
Inuyasha wakes up in the middle of the night with a strong urge to vomit. So, without warning Inuyasha jumps out of the bed in turn knocking Scott out of bed in his hurry to the bathroom. Scott stands up trying to recollect his bearings. Three minutes later, Scott goes into the bathroom seeing Inuyasha vomiting his guts out. Padding over crouching down rubbing his back to soothe his spasms.
Scott
Let it out hun it is all part of the process. It will get better soon just be sure to take you medicine afterwards.
Inuyasha gives a thumbs up. Then goes back to vomiting. Thirty minutes later, after emptying the entire contents of his stomach from last night. Inuyasha gets up, flushes the toilet, washes his hands, and then rinses his mouth out with mouthwash. A minute later, both of them leave the bathroom and head back to bed.
Seven hours later Inuyasha wakes up to the smell of the food. Turning over seeing Scott holding a tray full of fruits, veggies, meat, herbal tea, and crackers. Looking up at Scott and smiling and kisses him on the lips. Then gladly accepts the crackers and tea. Scott sets the tray down and then climbs back in the bed.
Scott
How are you feeling babe?
Inuyasha
Shitty but better. Also getting tired of just eating bland stuff all of the time though. I wished that I could eat all that stuff again.
Scott
You will be able to eventually in seven more weeks. You just have to be patient hun.
After eating they both go back to sleep to relax the food. Three hours later, after a long-needed nap for the both of them. They both get up and get dressed and head down to the library to read for a few hours before lunch. Three hours later, there is a knock on the library door. Scott gets up to see who it is. Opening the door seeing that it was Rafael.
Rafael
My king lunch is ready you two better hurry.
Inuyasha
Thanks dad just give us a few minutes.
Rafael
Okay sons take your time.
Two minutes later after Rafael left the boys put the books back. Five minutes later, they left the library and headed to the dining room. Finally arriving to the dining room, they both sat down at the dinner table. But all the smells of the food made Inuyasha nauseous. Causing him to gag a lot. Koga noticed this.
Koga
Is everything ok pup you don't look so good?
Inuyasha
I am fine it is just an upset stomach as of late.
But a second later starts to seize and passes out.
Seventeen hours later, Inuyasha wakes up with a splitting headache.
Inuyasha
What the fuck happened and why am I in bed.
At this freak out and swearing. Scott shoots up from the chair at the side of the bed. Jumping into action to comfort his mate.
Scott
Inuyasha my love, your awake finally you had all of us really terrified and worried.
Koga
Pup I am so glad that you are ok.
Shippou
Uncle I heard what happened when I was in the kitchen with the twin's making dessert.
Melissa
Son please tell us what is wrong with you and why this happened.
Inuyasha looks to Scott for advice, but Scott just gives him a look stating that it is up to you. Inuyasha then nods.
Inuyasha
Mother the reason why what happened to me is because I hardly been eating anything because I can't keep anything down. And the reason that is because I am pregnant.
