Chapter 3 "Enter Star Fox"
Depths of Space – Orbit of Planet Titania
On an orange planet, there was a large white Ship with four enormous wings, two on each side, and on one of its sides was printed a Logo of a green fox with letters that said Star fox, stationed in the orbit of the planet known as Titania, inside this great ship in its control room, was a robot of yellow color and humanoid appearance, it was using one of the main computers.
"Coordinates ready, sending results to your devices," he said in his robotic voice.
As a bar appeared on the screen showing the time to send the coordinates behind him approached a figure that was a humanoid rabbit, but it looked very old.
"Well done Rob" said the rabbit as he watched as the coordinates were sent to the rest of the team.
¨Very well guys, the coordinates have arrived¨ said the rabbit with a smile as he sat down next to Rob.
¨good, I received them, thank you very much Rob and also you Peppy¨ said a voice through the communicator.

Rob64 – He is a yellow humanoid robot, he is the genius of the team and usually supports the team on missions or gives equipment to the team in the middle of their missions in a way that has never been explained.

Peppy – He is the oldest member of the team and is like a father figure to the others, he usually gives advice and his role in missions is more supportive, he was also part of the original Star fox team, but that is another story for another time.
Surface of the Planet Titania
Flying over the surface of the planet Titania were three white and blue ships, each ship on one side had a logo of a Fox, but red, these ships flew at high speed across the planet, inside each ship there was a pilot and each one had the appearance of an anthropomorphic animal with a humanoid appearance.
The ships were in a diamond formation, in the right ship there was a Green toad with a white jacket and a red cap, he was observing the structure and functionalities of his ship so that everything works well.
while in the ship on the left there was a blue bird also with a white jacket and a red polo shirt under the jacket, it was observing the planet while listening to music.
And finally in the ship in front and leading the other two, there was a fox with brown fur, with a white jacket and a red scarf underneath, it had a visor on its right eye and it was looking at the coordinates sent by Rob64.
"Ok, I already located the place where the distress signal came from, thanks to Rob's coordinates" said the fox while looking at his monitor.
¨Falco, have you already checked everything as I asked you? ¨ he said in his Communicator.
¨Of course Fox, who do you take me for? I'm not sleepyhead over there¨ replied the bird known as falco, while his face appeared on the communicator on Fox screen.
"Hey! Who are you calling sleepyhead!?" Said the toad known as Slippy indignantly and his face also appeared on the communicator.

Falco Lombardi – is a member of the Star fox team and one of Fox's best friends, he is an effective pilot and the second best behind Fox, although don't let him hear that you say that, not much is known about his past, just that before he join the team, he was a bounty hunter.

Slippy Toad - He has been friend with Fox since childhood, they studied at the same academy on his home planet Corneria, he is a genius with machines and is the designer and builder of the ships for his team the Arwings, and he is also a headache and the worse at flying.
"I don't see you checking your Arwing," Slippy said accusingly.
¨That is because unlike you, I am more efficient and I check before each mission¨ answered Falco with a smile.
"That's not what you said when your G diffuser failed in a corneria," Slippy said.
¨That was like 3 years ago, you can stop mentioning it¨ Falco replied
"Not until you take this seriously"
"I always take everything seriously"

"The only lie here is what you say, that I don't take anything seriously."

"SILENCE" Fox interrupted as he rubbed his head after hearing all the screams, after a few seconds of continuous silence.
"Stop arguing and let's focus on the mission, we're getting closer and we don't know what we'll find" Fox said as he looked at the horizon in the distance.
¨Okay, whatever it is, I won't let the toad interrupt me in my moment of relaxation¨ said Falco before cutting the communication.
"Hey," Slippy yelled indignantly.
"Please, Slippy, let it slide," Fox said before letting out a sigh.
¨Jum, okay, but i hope that he don't ask me to configure his controller for his console afterwards¨ said Slippy and also disconnect from the communicator.
Fox Sigh and was grateful for having a moment of Peace before starting the mission, honestly he was worried, this call for help happened suddenly and Titania was known for being a base of operations for the Venonian fleet of Andross, although since they were defeated in the war and with the death of Andross, there hadn't been much trouble in the galaxy.
Fox wanted to believe that he was worrying about nothing, but his instincts told him otherwise and both his father and Peppy always told him to trust his instincts.
Shaking his head Fox decided not to worry too much for now, duty called and it wasn't worth wasting time for something he didn't know was going to happen until he got to the place.
¨Father, how I wish you were here¨ he whispered, while continued to observe the Horizon.

Fox Mccloud - He is the leader of the Star Fox team, Son of the legendary James Mccloud leader of the original team, three years ago he and his team saved there solar system from the evil scientist Andross, who wanted to conquer the entire Lylat system, he is someone very intelligent and capable of getting out of the toughest situations, although he often has a bad temper.
While Fox was thinking, Slippy suddenly interrupted him and take him out of his thoughts when he talk on the communicator.
¨Guys, we arrived¨
Fox turned his attention and looked at the building that was seen in the distance, and an ominous sensation took over his body, but he decided to ignored it and concentrated on the mission in question, the building was a venomian weapons base that had been Transformed to be cornerian base of operations in the planet to have better control of Titania after the war.
"Ok, we're getting closer, contacting the base" Fox said before activating the communicator, while the communicator was trying to connect with the base, Fox's bad feeling continued and he decided to follow his instincts and quickly communicated with Peppy.
"Peppy, can you do me a favor and activate the infrared sensor, the Great Fox's aerial sensor, and also do a scan of the entire sector. ¨ commented Fox
"On it Fox" Peppy said over the communicator.
What's up Fox? Why so many measurements? ¨ asked Falco surprised by all the measures taken by Fox.
¨Just in case¨ Fox answered, then he noticed that his attempt to communicate with the Base had failed.
"I can't connect to the base," Fox told his teammates.
¨how strange, this is where the alert signal came from, right? ¨ Slippy said over the comm.
¨Yes, the coordinates are correct¨ Fox murmured as he went back to review the coordinates. ¨in fact they are still transmitting it¨
They were already surrounding the base, it looked like it was empty, it didn't look like it had been attacked, there was no damage on the outside, but it didn't look like there was anyone inside either.
"Maybe something forced them to abandon the base," Falco said as he stared at his Arwing scanner.
¨That can't be¨ answered Slippy quickly ¨The rules of the Cornerian army say that if you leave the base you must leave a message next to the emergency one of where the new coordinates to the place where you are installed are shown, either in a new message or hide it in the emergency one in code¨
And you haven't detected that message? ¨ asked Falco
¨Negative, no hidden messages are detected in the transmission, nor have other messages been recorded¨ Rob64 answered through the communicator.
Fox was now more worried and that sense of danger grew stronger, he began to look again at the base below them as they surrounded it, there was no damage to the outer structures, which could mean that whatever caused it did it from within the base.
Planet Orbit – Inside The Great Fox
While Fox and the others thought about what could have happened, Peppy was on the Great Fox doing everything Fox asked, but with no results.
"Still nothing," Peppy muttered as he continued to watch the main screen for any abnormality.
"Rob, how are you doing with the Infrared sensor?" Peppy asked.
¨Negative, it has not finished scanning the area¨ replied Rob64
"Why is it taking so long? It should be ready by now¨ Peppy said as he got up from his place and sat next to Rob.
¨The system is working at maximum capacity, no anomalies are detected¨ replied Rob64
"Check the system manually," Peppy said.
"Roger"
While Rob64 checked the system, Peppy turned his attention to the main screen where the Great Fox's air and ground sensors were, the sensors were not indicating anything other than Fox's, Falco's and Slippy's ships, which worried Peppy greatly.
Peppy decided to do another scan of the area to verify that everything is in order, he reactivated the ship's scanner and it began to scan the entire area of the base and all its surroundings for more than 300,000 km, he pay close attention to what that the scanner reported, after a few seconds the scanner ended and the results were displayed, nothing, everything was normal.
Peppy decided this time to put the scanner live, so that it scanned everything in real time, the live image was put on the screen and nothing out of the ordinary was seen.
"Peppy, Peppy! ¨ Fox's voice was heard through the communicator.
¨Yes Fox, Peppy here¨ he answered without taking his eyes off the scanner.
¨We decided that Falco and I are going to enter the base, Slippy will stay on the outside to make a perimeter of the base on foot. ¨ Fox said
"Okay, just be careful"
"Of course, by the way, have you detected anything strange?" Fox asked
"No, and that's what worries me," Peppy replied after sighing.
"Okay let me know if you find anything"
"Of course" said Peppy.
Peppy kept looking at the screen looking for something strange, while Rob64 kept checking the system manually, to find out why the infrared sensor was taking so long.
Surface Planet Titania – inside the base
Deep inside the base two dark figures with red eyes were having a conversation while looking for something inside one of the rooms of the base.
¨You took a long time, you should have got rid of all those guards without problems¨ said a muscular and familiar figure while looking at a map in a device similar to a phone.
"Sorry, 'your majesty', but I had to make sure that no one was left alive and destroy all attempts at communication with others" said the other smaller figure that followed him, this one had a gold Laurel, a black gown and two black wings.
¨Dark pit, we have to hurry, once we get the diamond-¨ but he was interrupted by Dark pit.
"We're going to go after the people the master sent us after and convince them to join us" Dark Pit said in a bored voice as he looked around for any clues.

Ryu stopped and stared at Dark Pit ¨after the mission I had with Mr. G&W, I don't want any more things to go wrong¨ he said before continuing walking.
"You mean how tyou two failed to capture Link" Dark Pit said with a mischievous smile. "You're lucky you got a diamond to appease the master fury"
"Look, do you want to stop talking about that and focus on the mission before-" but Ryu was interrupted when his device sounded in alarm and a robotic voice said.
¨Alert, people approaching your direction¨
"Great" Ryu murmured.
"there are people here? But this base is in the middle of nowhere¨ said Dark Pit a little confused.
"Are you sure no distress message was sent while we got rid of everyone here?" Ryu asked.
¨I'm…..80% sure¨ said Dark Pit a little nervous
"are you kidding me"
"Hey! Computers don't appear in my game, I don't know how those things work"
Ryu just looked at him before sighing, then he checked his device and saw that there were three people and they were approaching fast, deciding quickly what to do he turned back to Dark Pit.
"You, go and stop whoever came in here" Ryu said before summoning a metallic sphere into his hand with black energy and handing it over to him.
¨And this is in case is Fox Mccloud and his team are the ones who entered here¨
"This will be a piece of cake," Dark Pit said before running in the other direction.
As Ryu watched him go and then he focused back on his device and saw that he was close to where the diamond was sealed and started going that way.
Base Entrance – Main Hall
Fox, Falco, and Slippy had just entered the base after parking their Arwings outside, each armed with a pistol capable of firing laser beams and a portable shield reflector.
"Agh, I hate having to do ground missions," said Falco as he surveyed the place.
"Don't complain at least you don't have to make a perimeter on foot around this entire base," Slippy said as he checked one last time that his equipment was in order.
"Stop arguing already," Fox said before finishing adjusting his pistol.
¨Ok, Slippy you know what to do, Falco and I will look for any clues in here and you will do it outside¨ said Fox before giving Slippy a communicator.
¨If anything bad happens to you just press the Communicator and call us¨
"Which is a guarantee that it will happen" Falco muttered.
Slippy ignored that and got ready to leave, once Slippy left the base Fox and Falco began to look for clues, they began to enter diferent rooms without finding any bodies, although they began to see the first signs that there was a battle inside.
¨My, I wonder what happened here¨ Falco murmured as he saw how the training room was destroyed, but with the roof still intact.
Fox was silent as he watched the training room, he was using his terrestrial tracker that was on his wrist in the form of a bracelet, in case he found a survivor, but as he watched that scene again the feeling in his stomach it became even bigger.
As Fox and Falco made their way through the training room to continue, a noise was heard in the distance, they both stopped and pointed towards the direction of the noise.
"You heard that right?" Fox whispered to Falco.
"Loud and clear" replied Falco.
While they both kept looking for the cause of the noise, Fox suddenly caught a black Light in the shape of an Arrow that was approaching towards them.
"Watch out!" Fox yelled.
Both barely dodged the arrow, but more kept coming towards them, Falco nimbly dodged them until taking refuge behind some rubble while Fox activated his reflector and ran towards Falco to take refuge with him.
"what are those things? They look like Arrows¨ asked Falco as he tried to see where they came from.
"I don't know, I hadn't seen anything like it before" Fox said.
Suddenly a strong explosion destroyed the rubble where they were hiding and sent them flying through the air, both fell heavily on the ground, but they did not have time to analyze the situation as a huge black energy ball was approaching them and without warning and they had to dodge it.
"Well, looks like it's my lucky day," said a voice from the air.
¨Come out of there whoever you are, we are the Star fox team and we have many questions to ask you¨ Fox said while trying to locate the voice with his gun in hand.
"Oh I know who you are, now who am I, well that's none of your concern right now," the Voice said as it landed in the middle of the field.
Fox and Falco pointed at him and confronted him head on, they noticed that he was a Young man who looked about 15 years old, he had a gold laurel on his head, a black robe and two black wings, he also had a bow in his hand, which he separated in two turning it into two Blades, he was the spitting image of an angel, but corrupted, this was Dark pit making its entrance.
"If I were you, I'd worry about how to get out of here alive," Dark Pit said with an evil smile, before launching at high speed towards Fox and Falco.
