A dwarven sellsword and a former Scarlet Crusader are forced to work together in a world that doesn't want them to be in it. Follow the adventures of these two mercenaries as they try to survive to the next day and perhaps get paid doing so. (Set just before and during World of Warcraft)

An alternate version of the events of Battle For Azeroth. The Horde and Alliance have teamed up again to finally bring down their most hated enemy. Little did they know just how their hatred would doom the world they protect. At their most dire hour, they seek the help of an adversary to save the world, who has since grown reluctant. Rated T for violence. Reviews are encouraged.

Power. It comes in many forms. All of them... tempting. But how far does one allow themselves to go when succumbing to those temptations? When the taste seems already sweet and hot on the tip of your tongue? Timeframe: After the forces of Azeroth at the Broken Shore have succeeded at capturing the Cathedral of Eternal Night, but still have yet to vanquish Kil'jaeden the Deceiver.

MANY different shorts written between Rhovin's writer and I, from between May 6, 2015 to April 13, 2017. All of these encounters and happenings are canon for Rhovin and Aranya. They all happen concurrent to several other storylines, plots, events, and arcs we had running with other people, spanning across years, from the tail end of Mists of Pandaria to the middle of Legion.

Diverging duties have split up Aranya and Halenvar, but will the return of a man who has always possessed pieces of her heart and soul complete her happiness at last? Will they remain together this time? Timeframe: A couple weeks before Kil'jaeden attacks Dalaran and the forces of Azeroth return to the Broken Shore to besiege the Tomb of Sargeras.

Originally written May 7, 2015. This was written as part of a hypothetical future for Rhovin and Aranya after the events of the Fury of Hellfire patch in Warlords of Draenor, which ended up becoming an AU where their son got to be born, and lived and was loved. Timeframe: After all the noteworthy events of the Warlords of Draenor expansion plot are over, and "What Would Have Been."

These were written in 2015-2016 as parts of a hypothetical future for Rhovin and Aranya after the events of the Fury of Hellfire patch in Warlords of Draenor, leading up into Legion. Only the first two story segments are canon, all the rest of them ended up becoming an AU where their son got to be born, and lived and was loved.

Aranya takes a moment at the memorial of Rhovin's dearly departed mother, pondering her thoughts (and her heart) aloud as if she could actually talk to Lady Thorne. It was only a shame that she could not. Originally written Apr 29, 2015. (Also, inadvertent Shadowlands foreshadowing?)

Posting this a bit early for the holiday, but this is some fun that Rhovin's writer and I had for April Fool's Day 2015! The lovers pull some pretty epic pranks on each other!

Though the heroes of Azeroth have traveled 35 years back into another timeline on another world, to stop the Iron Horde, the Shadow Council is the true enemy of all. Their warlock ways are not what Azeroth now knows, these dark arts are exactly as they were when first seen on Azeroth, unadulterated by time, war, error, and lives can be lost unraveling them.

"Does the fire ever ask the shadows why they choose to appear? Or does it simply know that this is the nature of things? That no matter how brightly it burns, ever-darker the shadows will be that follow it." Originally written Oct 24, 2014. Picks up within a day of "Informed Opinions," several days before the Iron Horde invades Azeroth.

I always thought that the political atmosphere on Kalimdor in Vanilla wasn't really a good continuation from Warcraft 3, so I made a little story about why Theramore isn't allied with the Horde and what Thrall, Jaina, Cairne and Vol'jin think about this and also a little bit about why the night elves are at war with the orcs.

There were some patterns of behavior that just couldn't be broken, once they were a part of your nature. A lovers' game of hide and seek (with magic and weapons) turns into a reflection on the things that made them what they are, what they've always been, so naturally. Timeframe: Around the same time as the Warlords of Draenor cinematic, just some weeks prior to the Iron Invasion.

"I look up at the stars and I think about a lot of things. Things that only the stars may ever know, if stars were to *know* anything. Tonight I tell them about the man sleeping in the room below. Took me long enough to own up to what I felt for him. Somehow, I fell into the grasp of a kind of magic that is as ancient as existence itself... One that I know I'll never be master of."

Aranya's return to Azerothian affairs after Garrosh's deposition, and the end of her exile, opens opportunities for her very young daughter as a paladin trainee. Highlord Fordring allows the child to be one of the many initiates hosted at Hearthglen while her mother is abroad, yet the little girl's friendship with a WARLOCK truly stands out. Takes place some time after Fireflies.

After hardly much more than a year, Halenvar has left Aranya and taken his leave of their marriage. Broken-hearted, she reflects over how many times in her long life that her love was not enough to keep someone around, invariably they abandon her. Until her young daughter shows her how just how wrong - and how loved - she really is.
