"Hoooooly crap... this... who is this guy?" Rias Gremory was downright shocked when she saw more and more schools listed, and among those schools had students that were the most talented and highest record holders in the country. They were schools that constantly put out great levels of talent, to the point that it was hard to deny that if you were a member of a club at any of these schools, you had high chances of getting a good career in your human life.

There was a student.

There was a man who was going from school to school, and was systematically taking them down one by one and humiliating all of their students who had any amount of talent. He would beat the Sumo club in sumo, the science club in science, and then he would push for becoming EVERY member of the student council with elections. He gained power in each school, and once he had completely conquered the school, and he would do it again in the next school.

"This guy, is somebody I think you should get as a member of your peerage."

Rias' brother, Sirzechs, spoke as he continued to pass more papers to his sister. He looked like a male, older version of her, to the point their sibling status was not up for debate.

"... His physical abilities are remarkable for a human. These sports times... he breaks human records. He's only 16... he's beating olympic level records at his age." Rias looked at all of the records being placed in front of her by her brother.

Rias was not human.

She was a devil, and she was currently recruiting spaces for humans to become devils to join her peerage. Humans that had something special or had great potential for the prime targets for her. She still had 1 Bishop, 1 Rook, and 8 Pawns at her disposal if she wanted to add more to her peerage. While she did have her eye on 1 potential person for her peerage that might have some unknown power, she had to admit this was a VERY tempting person to make the offer to.

"Uzumaki... Naruto... human, no parents or family of any kind. He's an orphan since birth, both of his parents dying that day. Every single human school in the country wants him... but none of them can keep him. He is like the wind, he goes where he wants to. His goals... can you guess them?" Sirzechs had a huge twinkle in his eye as he spoke.

It was rare.

It was rare to find a human who excelled so much, and for unknown reasons, without outside help from devils and mages. It was stated that the potential of somebody as a human, would be increased many fold if they changed races. For a human who started off strong and only had up to go, to get him on their side potentially would be an absolute gift for them, and unlocking even more potential for him.

"Be the best?"

"Better." Sirzechs said that you could tell a lot about a human by their goals and dreams, and for a devil, a human who had great ambition were the best to transform into devils. The more potential they had, and the more desire their hearts were filled with, the greater their potential as devils would be.

Rias was given a reason to pause.

"... Rule over Japan?" Rias wasn't sure if she was right.

She became sure when Sirzechs smiled.

"Become the Big Boss of Japan... his physical abilities are strong enough that he can be compared to a higher level exorcist, and he is filled with great ambition and desire. He masters anything and everything he puts his mind towards, and he doesn't let anything..." Sirzechs trailed off with a growing smile, looking towards his sister who had her own smile that she could not erase from her face.

That was potential.

He was also able to become the Student Council at each school he conquered, meaning he had some serious charisma that allowed him to sway others to his side.

Power, Ambition, Charisma, and he was physically attractive to boot.

He had everything that devils respected in each other, to the point that it was a surprise that some other devil hadn't already managed to snag him for themselves.

"... and when he has a goal, nothing can stop him... he sounds wonderful."

"I'm actually thinking of getting him for my peerage, but I wanted you to have a chance at him first." Sirzechs didn't want a boy with so much serious potential to waste it by remaining human. He could easily see the boy becoming an extremely powerful devil if he was trained right, or even if he wasn't trained right.

Humans like this were in rare supply.

His physical stats were above the level of the average human easily, so simply by becoming a devil he would gain a large enough boost to his physical abilities to put him in league with Mid and High-Class Devils. With a higher starting point, that meant higher room for growth as well, and with a human who had a lot of desire and ambition, their potential as a devil would increase much more than the average human-turned-devil who lacked ambition or real motivation.

This was somebody that even Sirzechs himself wanted for his own peerage.

"A chance?" Rias asked with a soft smile.

"A chance, because if I'm being honest... part of me hopes you fail so I can have him. I'm keeping him a secret from the others, because I know Serafall would jump at the chance to get this guy." Sirzechs knew his fellow Devil Kings, and he knew that Serafall had plenty of open space in her peerage.

"Brother!"

"It's a small part of me, and I'm just being honest! I'm keeping his records a secret from our parents too, and the school board as a whole... so your friend Sona doesn't know this guy's potential." Sirzechs wasn't going to keep his fellow devils in the dark forever. As far as he was concerned, if both he and his sister failed, he would let the others have a chance at him as well.

He would prefer his sister succeeded, but it was a top priority to get this guy.

"... Heh... this seems urgent?" Rias noticed that her brother seemed stressed.

"Because, eventually, he might end up conquering a church-funded school... there are a good number of those. I would rather get him as an ally, before he gets recruited by an enemy." Sirzechs did also understand that. They had people who they needed to be worried about, people who were also recruiting humans to their side.

Rias looked at the paperwork that she was being given by her brother, and as she read more she could see the potential of this guy was too hard for her to consider otherwise.

"Does he have a Sacred Gear?" Rias asked as she considered the possibility.

"Unknown as of now at least, but even if he doesn't, most of the strongest of our species don't have them. The simple fact is his drive, ambition, and potential is more valuable than a Sacred Gear. His growth is not limited by a tool, he can grow as long as he has the ambition to grow... which he has... he is all ambition." Sirzechs knew that her sister wanted more Sacred Gear users added to her group.

It was unneeded.

Some, actually most, of the strongest people didn't have a Sacred Gear, they had the pure drive to get stronger and improve themselves to the point they didn't need God's gift to them.

"Any tips on convincing him?"

"Challenge him, or accept one of his challenges, and be honest with him. You want a way out of your engagement to Riser... this guy could be your key to that." Sirzechs could see Rias light up when he mentioned that.

She was now a lot more driven when he offered that.

"You really think so... you really think this guy could be the key to that... you?" Rias had never heard her brother flat out say something like that before. He had never openly opposed her engagement before, nor had he ever offered her the direct help she needed. This was the first time in her entire life that he had flat out told her there was something that she could do to help her get out of her engagement.

He nodded, and she felt herself becoming excited.

Rias mentally abandoned her plans on keeping her eye on anyone else in the school, because she was going to put all of her effort into getting this guy into her peerage. She had a few people she was looking into, one of which she suspected had a Sacred Gear, but her brother convinced her.

Rias flipped her hair.

Her red hair.

-Location Change-

Red.

Red blood spilled as the sound of flesh smacking flesh rang out through an alley, and there were several knocked out bodies of people covered in bruises and fist marks.

"Pl... please forgive..."

Uzumaki Naruto was a forgiving man, but only to an extent that it applied to him. He could forgive a person for wronging him, but once you wronged somebody else, he was a lot less forgiving towards a person, and dealt out punishment. Naruto was only 166cm tall, and a head shorter than the entire gang of people who he had beaten to bloody pulps.

The crying, half naked and white stained woman nearby was where his anger came from.

"I'm beating all of you to half-death... and you better pray the ambulance gets here in time." Naruto kept beating the man with one fist, holding him down with the other. The crying woman was frightened into silence, frozen in fear from the vicious beating that she was witnessing. All 10 of her rapists were on the ground, and only one was still awake to face his pain until he passed out. "When I'm the leader of this nation, scum like you will all get the death sentence. Feel lucky I'm not the leader yet, or I would carry out your full punishment." Naruto just kept beating the man until his face looked just like the rest of his people.

Inhuman, bloody, and swollen to the point that it looked less like a face and more like an ass.

When he was satisfied, Naruto stood up and took his jacket off, before he tossed it on top of the woman's head. She could get herself dressed in his jacket, since her clothes were torn up.

"... Whatever." Naruto didn't know what to say to the woman, so he just looked away from her and walked off. He was sure that nothing he said would help her in her current state, and she flinched when he looked in her direction anyway. She was just as afraid of him as the men he had beaten were. Naruto was about to exit the alley, before he scratched the back of his head.

He couldn't leave it at that.

"... I'm sorry that happened to you, and I'm sorry I didn't stop it sooner."

"You..."

"Whatever though, ya know." Naruto said his piece and walked away from the crime scene. Naruto stomped on a man who was waking up on his way out. "... Tell the rest of your gang, if you punks ever do anything like this again... I'll shove daggers into your ass and kill all of you." Naruto felt the man cowering in fear through his foot.

His point had been made.

-The Next Day-

"Okay everyone... this is who I'm going to be putting all of my effort into recruiting." Rias stood in front of most of her peerage, a peerage of 4 people, though 1 was missing from the meeting. Rias had a board with pictures and information about her target. "... I expect help in setting up situations where I can challenge him." Rias had a plan.

She would challenge him.

She would allow him to ask her of anything he wanted within reason if he won the challenge, and if she won the challenge she would get him in her peerage.

"... Challenge?" Akeno asked, since that sounded off to her.

"Yes, this is Uzumaki Naruto, and he goes from school to school. He makes it a point to challenge every club with anybody talented, and beat them at whatever they are good at. He has already taken out 5 of the best schools in the nation. His physical abilities are remarkable for a human, his skills in combat are enough that he can take out entire groups of humans by himself, and he has an impressive amount of drive and ambition." Rias seemed more excited than her peerage had seen her in awhile.

Koneko leaned forward and looked at the guy.

"... Is he a kyuubi or kitsune?"

"He's human, his health records say that, and his parents are human. He has no family at all that we know of. His goal is to take over this nation as it's leader. He has massive potential, so we can't let Sona get in contact with him at all costs." Rias wanted her peerage to help her with challenges, and the more important part was to prevent Sona from finding a human with great potential. Sona had a nasty habit of being very good at convincing humans to join her, and she was very talented at picking out people with potential.

Yuuto noticed something.

"... This is impressive actually... it would be nice to spar with another swordsman." Yuuto saw the fact that he had beaten tons of kendo clubs, and there were pictures of him surrounded by over a dozen people on the ground. "If you get him, make him a knight." Yuuto would love to test himself against the guy once he was placed on even ground with him.

Koneko had nothing to say anymore, since the only thing she could add to the conversation had been stated.

"Isn't it kind of unfair to challenge a human... I like it." Akeno giggled at the thought of watching somebody squirm trying to one up a superior opponent. Until she looked at the physical records the boy was setting with his challenges, and her smile dropped slightly when she noticed that his physical abilities were closer to those who were trained by the church in hunting devils. '... Maybe he shouldn't be underestimated then.' Akeno didn't want to take her words back.

"Okay, so any ideas on what I can challenge him in?" Rias was open to suggestions from her peerage.

She valued their opinions on matters like this.

"Why not have us challenge him?" Koneko pointed out that, since each of them was very skilled in different fields.

"Because, I want to prove myself to him, and be honest. I want to prove I'm a leader, and not just a boss who makes her underlings do her dirty work... my brother suggested it in a way." Rias could see the value in that. So, she wasn't going to let anyone in her peerage challenge Naruto in her place. She would challenge him herself, and earn his loyalty with her own efforts. "So, I'm open to suggestions, there are no bad ideas."

"Sex."

"Except that one, that one is a bad idea. I'm a virgin, so while I have confidence I would be extremely talented, I don't know if HE is a virgin. Bad idea, Koneko?" Rias rejected Akeno's idea right off the bat, and looked to see Koneko had an idea for her as well.

"Baking... baking the better cake?" Koneko could see that working out.

Rias could bake a good cake.

"Good idea, lets save that one for later though. We have a few days until he starts attending classes. Okay, anymore ideas?" Rias was smiling when she saw her peerage were actually thinking over ideas. She was going to write them down, though with any luck she would win the first challenge.

"Swimming!"

"Wrestling."

"Pain tolerance."

"Yes, yes, and no." Rias accepted two, but she looked at Akeno with a small glare for her not taking it seriously. "... need I remind you, he still has to agree to the challenge... most people wouldn't agree to being subjected to pain for a contest." Rias pointed out the obvious.

"I would."

"Most people aren't like you. Koneko, you look like you have another one." Rias saw her cute Rook had another idea.

"Chess?"

"Yes! That is a good one. I mean, he has beaten chess teams before... so maybe that one won't end well for me, but a good idea." Rias knew her opponent wasn't some newbie at the sport, and he was good enough to beat some serious opponents. She still liked that Koneko was giving good ideas.

"Anime trivia competition!"

"EXCELLENT idea Yuuto!" Rias instantly turned towards Yuuto and pointed at him with excitement. She knew for a fact that she wasn't going to lose a trivia contest about her favorite subject. He wrote that down at the top of the list. "... Akeno?" Rias looked to Akeno.

"... Butt sumo."

"... I do have a good advantage there, acceptable." Rias deadpanned, since if it was weight and butt, she did notice that she had the edge in both of those categories. It was a good idea, but she was pretty sure that Akeno was suggesting it for sadistic reasons. "Okay, now we need to plan on how we're going to-"

There was a huge noise.

-At the Front Gates-

"My name is Uzumaki Naruto, and I am here to conquer this school! If you think you're hot shit, come out and face me! I accept all challengers, and I will beat you at whatever you think you're good at! So unless you're a damn coward, step up!"

Naruto kicked open the front gate of the school and stormed into the building, shouting at the top of his lungs. He made a thumbs down when somebody with the aura of a weakling stepped in front of him to challenge him right off the bat.

"I don't need to challenge this jackass, I've got a date with my new hot girlfriend."

"Good, you give off the aura of a corpse walking... don't let your girlfriend meet me, or she might get blinded by how awesome I am." Naruto threw an insult to the older boy who made that comment. He didn't pick on weaklings, but at the same time he would never let an insult slide against him without a comment either.

"Yuuma would never be attracted to strong jackasses like you!"

"Oh... are you sure about that... how about we test that?" Naruto asked the boy as he squared up to him, and the boy made the smart move.

He paused, looked away, and ran away from Naruto.

"I'm going to be late for my date, or I would totally show you how awesome I am!"

"In your dreams... I guess first off I should find the kendo club, I like to take out them first." Naruto decided where he would start with. He was at least sure that this high class school would offer some sort of challenge with their kendo club. He didn't know where it was, but if he wandered around then he was sure he would find them.

A girl stepped in front of him.

"Please stop making a scene, classes are over for the day."

"Who the hell-"

"Hey, Sona, Rias needs to see you, it's urgent." Akeno ran between Naruto and Sona, and delivered her message as quickly as possible. She had actually broke a sweat from how urgently she had ran to find where the shouts were coming from. She hoped that Rias would be able to make some sort of excuse for why she needed to urgently see Sona, because otherwise her statement was not going to work a second time.

Sona stared at Akeno.

"Urgent... okay then, and you... don't cause any trouble." Sona looked at Naruto with flat lack of amusement in her eyes.

Naruto stuck his tongue out at her as she walked away.

"Well, I'm off to pick a fight with the kendo club. Thanks..." Naruto paused and stared at Akeno's huge chest for a brief moment. "... see you later." Naruto walked off after his brief moment of staring. '... nice tits.' Naruto thought to himself, that being the only impression he got from the black haired beauty.

Akeno licked her lips.

'... Now that is a man I would love to tease.' Akeno saw his look, she felt the way he looked at her boobs, and then just turned his attention back to his role of fighting somebody.

He was a man who had priorities and wouldn't be distracted from them.

Which made her want to distract him from his goals even more.

It tempted her.

She wanted to corrupt him.
