Red Alert! Command and Conquer Protocol

Date: August 9th, NB 2125
Location: STI Headquarters/Summers' Estate, Neu-Blitzkrieg Earth

"Hold on, you ordered the garrison to retreat?" Snow Valleys, the President of Registan, is surprised to hear what LT just did earlier following the unexpected fluctuation in Asahi.

"Yes. This is related to the Communist country that is Gensokyo. They received help from the force that beat the Order." LT replied. "To make matters worse, they even managed to snatch the Tome right under STI's best securities."

"I see... This is very concerning. It took all of HMF about 2 days and 5 quadrillion Credits just to make sure you and your entourage are safe." Snow spoke. "And I assume that the original mission has failed?"

LT snorts upon hearing that. 'Oh, if only you know what we've gone through...'

"Aborted for emergency is what I would use." He replied, as he looks at the window.

"So that means the Progenitor's warnings has come true..." Even from the voice alone, LT can tell that Snow grimaced after hearing that. "Clarke's Third Law or not, we can't afford to underestimate this... 'Historia Alliance'."

LT nods in agreement, and he's glad to hear Snow taking this seriously. "Exactly. They already have crawler mechs as scout force. And keep in mind that it's them playing by our rule-books." LT punctuates the last part to make it clear that the upcoming conflict might be harder compared to the STICK War.

He then looks at his Doomstick and Tau Cannon. The Summers family prides themselves in de-fictionalization, and the latter is one such example.

"Mr President, may I suggest you to gather all of HMF Nation Leaders for a meeting? I have an important announcement. And this does concern the state of our world." (LT)
"... I'll see what I can do." (Snow)
"Thank you. That's all I can ask for." (LT)

Location: International Meeting Hall, Neu-Blitzkrieg Earth

The hologram of every single leaders of HMF member nations, as well as LT, are gathered here to discuss about the indirect war declaration from Historia Alliance.

"Perhaps we managed to deter the Commies from coming out for now." Bruce Hale, the Prime Minister of Lebow, said. "But crikey... I'm sure those crawler mechs aren't theirs."

"At the very least, we know that the Metal Gears worked as advertised." Moha Dirman, the Prime Minister of Naussica, replies. "Still, these mechs sure are a cause for concern."

"I agree." Arthur Williams, the Prime Minister of Bevelle, responds. "The Doctors advocated for us to always be on guard and to not tempt fate itself. I'm sure the late Elizabeth II would approve this."

"As much as I want to comment on that, I have a bad news. Someone stole the Tome of Gensokyo from STI Headquarters. And she managed to bypass our best securities." LT said as a grim look appears on his face.

"Vat do you mean by that exactly, Herr Summers?" Adolf von Duer, the Necopolis Fuhrer, asks.

"The Progenitor has sent me the file about the force that beat the Order. I'll show it here." LT said as the projection of said file appears. On said file, there are detailed info regarding the Clash of Gensokyos. Not only that, there are even several scathing remarks targeted to Gensokyo Union Fighters, United Nations Military, and Neo-Gen HMF. The Order considered the former as Communists and the latter two are condemned for being traitors.

The reason for this is because GUF refused to acknowledge the Order as the real HMF, and they instead chose to stand with Neo-Gen HMF. It's very likely that the Union intended to protect the HMF that they 'snatched' from the Progenitor's inner circle.

"No wonder the Progenitor want them dead." Visha Pondu, the Prime Minister of Latusia, said as she realized the reason.

"Exactly. The Alter-Commies snatched the HMF with 'The Anomaly' and forced them into this 'Alliance' of theirs. Snow and I decided that it's the time." LT shows a determined look, fury evident in his eyes.

Snow nods and then made his proposition to the others. "We can't ignore the fact that these Alter-Commies managed to breach STI's best securities. In other words, don't underestimate them." He then pulls a file from his desk drawer (which is technically from the Resolute Desk back at the Oval Office, and not the podium of the International Meeting Hall), and puts it on his desk. The holographic representation of Snow also rendered him browsing through the documents of that file, though the others, even LT, are unable to actually see the file from their position.

"I see, Herr President." Von Duer recognized the action. He knew exactly what it was without even guessing the contents of that file. "Ze Command and Conquer Protocol..."

"Da. The Protocol that has been ratified following the outbreak of STICK War 10 years ago after the destruction of United Nations..." Tasnil Dimitri, the General Secretary of Malkrantia, confirmed. "Ve, member nations of Humanity Military Force, vill use our maximum firepower to defeat the invaders by any means necessary."

"Finally. It's about time for us Vadinians see some big action." Vergil McKay, the Prime Minister of Vadine, spoke. "Last time during the STICK War, we're basically just holding off the Stickies as long as we can."

LT leaned forward from his office chair. "So now it basically boils down to overpower the Alter-Communist forces in any way we can... Solid plan, if you ask me."

Snow nods in agreement. "I believe that the stolen Tome are the Alter-Commies' Show of Force. They might as well declared war on us. We must eliminate them."

LT stood up from his office chair. "Right. With Naussica here, all of us are now involved in this matter. Now, it's time to activate the Protocol. The entire Earth depends on us, and we must not let another STICK War happen."

The Nation Leaders all nodded, as they all produced a silver briefcase from under their desks (the real desks back in their offices, not the IMH podiums). They all undoes the fasteners of the briefcases, and opening them reveals an electronic terminal in each of them.

Then they began activating the Protocol by reciting a vow and put their hands on a scanner panel at their respective briefcase terminals.

"I, Prime Minister Bruce Hale of Commonwealth of Lebow, adhere to the usage of the Command and Conquer Protocol in the event of a grave international crisis…" (Lebow)

"I, Prime Minister Takatsu Suzuki of Imperial State of Asahi, adhere to the usage of the Command and Conquer Protocol in the event of a grave international crisis…" (Asahi)

"I, Premier Gong Chengming of People's Republic of Chugoku, adhere to the usage of the Command and Conquer Protocol in the event of a grave international crisis…" (Chugoku)

"I, Prime Minister Visha Pondu of Republic of Latusia, adhere to the usage of the Command and Conquer Protocol in the event of a grave international crisis…" (Latusia)

"I, General Secretary Tasnil Dimitri of Union of Soviet Socialist Republics - Malkrantia, adhere to the usage of the Command and Conquer Protocol in the event of a grave international crisis…" (Malkrantia)

"I, Fuhrer Adolf von Duer of Nazi Necopolis Reich, adhere to the usage of the Command and Conquer Protocol in the event of a grave international crisis…" (Necopolis)

LT went under his desk, and came back up with a larger silver briefcase which he places on his desk and opens. The STI's terminal seems to require the STI CEO's retinal scan as well. After he did so...

"I, Lieutenant Colonel Jack Summers, CEO of Summers Technologies Industries, confirms the activation of the Command And Conquer Protocol. The STI will now have control over each nations' military for the entire duration of the Protocol being active..." (STI)

The STI briefcase seemingly answers in an acknowledging "Confirmed..." in a digital voice.

The CEO then closes his briefcase, as does the Nation Leaders with theirs.

"Well, I guess there's no turning back now..." Snow comments.

"If only we have The Doctors or James Bond on our side..." Arthur did the same.

"Then let's end this meeting with our response to the Alter-Commies' war declaration." LT immediately made his war declaration.

"HMF declare war on Historia Alliance!"

AN: And it happened. Historia Alliance and Neu-Blitzkrieg HMF are now officially at war.

Historia Yukari wasn't kidding when she said Neu-Blitzkrieg HMF knew that Historia Alliance forces are there, in Neu-Blitzkrieg Gensokyo.
