The night after the D.A. meeting, Harry and Susan get a patronus from Ginny about an incident.
"Ginny, can you hear me?" Harry thought.
"yeah Harry, i can hear you." Ginny thought.
"are you in trouble?" Susan thought.
"No I'm not in trouble, but the DMLE might be." Ginny thought concerned.
"Flame Travel over to our Quarters Ginny." Harry thought.
"Harry, what are we going to do?" Susan asked.
"we're going to take a few people with us to the Ministry. Riddle will want to get his hands on the prophecy orb." Harry said.
"How can he get it? it's safe behind your mum's barrier." Ginny said causing Harry and Susan to look at her.
"How'd you know about that?" Harry asked.
"Your mum had me kiss you to bring you back to life. besides in another world, you and i are together making love." Ginny said.
"Something that you enjoy, but still we've got our final meeting tomorrow night." Susan said.
The entire day started out great until Harry and Susan gotten a letter from Kingsley saying that Umbridge was heading toward Hogwarts, Harry and Susan flame travelled to the Room of Requirements to prepare for the fight against Death Eaters. Harry and Susan started to feel the wards going off.
"Sue, the wards just went off." Harry said.
"I've felt it, it's time to fight umbridge and get revenge" Susan said.
Harry and Susan flame travelled into the Great Hall prepared to fight the Death Eaters, knowing that their Phoenix Animagus hasn't been used in over a year, they take out the Death Eaters in the room.
"Delores Jane Umbridge! you're under arrest for the Murder of Amelia Bones!" Kingsley said.
"Ready Susie?" Harry thought.
" Let's take care of this!" Susan thought as they transformed into their Phoenix Animagus along with Ginny transforming into the Death Phoenix.
The Death Phoenix took out everyone in the Great Hall, and cast judgement on Delores Jane Umbridge petrifying her for Kingsley to take her into the Ministry holding cells. After Delores was arrested, the Death Phoenix separated in three Phoenix's as it landed on the floor.
Harry and Susan woke up in the Hospital Wing due to Exhaustion from their power being too strong. Albus walked into the Room to see them laying there snogging.
"Ahem!" Albus said clearing his throat causing them to look at him.
"oh, sorry Professor. we didn't hear you come in." Susan said.
"it's alright Lady Potter, you and Harry remind me of James and Lily when they first fell in love." Albus said.
"Did you need something professor?" Harry asked.
"ah yes, i've come to let you know that the Department of Mysteries have located a Horcrux, but Professor Snape has decided to be our lead researcher into this mystery." Albus said.
"Well, we're going to the Ministry of Magic now. so we're going to talk to Croaker about the prophecy." Susan said getting Albus's concern.
"you believe that Tom would be after it, don't you?" Albus asked.
"yes we do professor, that's why the Aurors need to be on guard and alert." Harry said.
"Seriously? Oh of course he'd do that. Delores was a distraction." Albus said.
"Bring in Fudge, because he's got a lot to answer for." Rufus said.
