Episode 91: The Heartbreak of Brock
Mew and her friends have been traveling all day on their journey to Olivine City for Mew's next gym battle. Now it's getting late, and they need a place to spend the night.
"Did you figure out where the Pokémon Center is yet, Brock?" Misty asks.
"Yeah. We're getting tired," Tomo says.
"Not yet," Brock says.
As luck would have it, someone comes their way.
Mew walks over and asks, "Excuse us, could you tell us where the Pokémon Center is?"
"Pokemon Center?" A lovely blue haired woman questions.
Brock soon spots the stranger, and gets all lovey dovey again, "Forget the Pokémon Center, I'm Brock. I'm new in town and I'm free for dinner tonight. You look hungry. Pick a place, anyplace at all."
Misty grabs Brock by the ear, "I think she has reservations about dinner."
And the woman says, "I'm sorry, but, unfortunately, there isn't a Pokemon Center here. There's one about ten miles away in the next town."
"Oh no," Molly says, sadly.
"We've been walking all day. Ten miles is way too far," Misty says, disappointed, "Where are we gonna stay tonight?"
"We don't have a choice. Guess we'll have to stay here," Mew says.
In the park, Brock fills up a pot of water, "Well, at least we're in a park with nice, clean, running water."
Suddenly, a Nidorina rushes over to the same fountain for a drink.
"Hey! A Nidorina!" Brock says, amazed.
Suddenly, a frantic girl comes running while following it, "Hey! Come on, Nidorina, we have to go home!"
Brock looks to see a young girl with long teal hair, wearing a red and yellow outfit, and has an orange ribbon.
The girl suddenly trips, but Brock leaps into action as he calls out, "Look out!"
Brock manages to catch her before she falls in the fountain.
"Hey. You almost fell in," Brock says.
"Yeah, thanks a…" The girl says.
The young girl suddenly becomes smitten with Brock as soon as she lays eyes on him.
"It was a lucky thing I was here to catch you, wasn't it? Brock says.
The girl happily says, "Oh, yes. It was the luckiest thing ever! My name's Temacu." and takes Brock's hand, "What's the name of the dashing hero who saved me?"
"Uh, well, Temacu, my name's Brock," Brock says.
"I love that name. And I love the man it belongs to," Tamacu says.
Brock sweat drops, "Uh, that's me."
Mew and the others are baffled by the girl's behavior.
Tamcu continues, "The name Temacu comes from a combination of names of Pokémon that have my personality. The 'Te' comes from cute Teddiursa, the 'ma' comes from super cuddly Mareep, and the 'cu' comes from the lonely little Cubone. That's why I'm Temacu."
"That's very…" Brock says, confused.
"Your name should be something like Exeggbracloy. You wanna know why? I'll be glad to explain it," Tamacu says happily.
"Well…" Brock replies, dumbfounded.
Temacu continues, "You're tough on the outside, like Exeggcute. You're brainy and handsome, like Abra. And you're beautiful on the inside, just like the beautiful pearl that's inside a Cloyster. But you don't have to change your first name, Brock. I'll be glad to change my last name." and stands up on her two feet, "I can see us now. You in a pure white tuxedo, and me in a pale pink wedding gown."
"Wow. Imagine, Brock, married?" Jen says.
"Yeah," Mew says.
"You and I will be married someday, too," Misty says.
Mew blushes a bit, "I suppose…" and imagines herself with Gary."
Soon, a man in a lab coat arrives, "I've been looking all over for you. Ready to go home?"
He is also wearing a blue shirt, brown pants, and dark brown shoes.
Temacu walks to him and says, "I'm glad you're here. Daddy, I'd like you to meet Brock."
"Hello, Brock. Very nice to meet you," Tamacu's father says, and turns to the tent, "Does this tent belong to you?"
"Yes, sir. There's no Pokémon Center here, so we're gonna camp out," Mew says.
Then Tamacu has an idea, "I have an idea! Brock, why don't you come and stay at our house? Can they, daddy? Please? Can they stay?"
"Sure, that's a fine idea. You're more than welcome to stay with us," Tamacu's dad says.
"Thank you very much, sir," Mew says.
The Pokemon agree.
"This is great, isn't it?" Misty says, but notices Brock is spaced out, "Hey, Brock, what's the matter? You look like you're in a daze." and flicks his forehead, "Snap out of it."
"Isn't this exciting? Come on, let's go!" Tamacu happily says, and rushes off with Brock in tow.
"Brock's gonna spend the night in a daze," Misty says.
"You can say that again," Tomo says.
Later, Mew and the others arrive at Temacu's house to see the Pokemon the family has.
"Wow! You sure have a lot of Pokémon," Mew says, amazed.
"That's because my father does his Pokemon research here," Tamacu says.
"So this is really a Pokemon laboratory," Misty replies.
I suppose you could call it that," Temacu's father says, "Unfortunately, I have some work to do, but, please, make yourself at home."
Soon, everyone begins to eat dinner.
"I hope you all like the dinner I made. I was thinking of Brock the whole time I was making it," Tamacu says.
"Yeah, it's fine," Brock says.
Temacu then asks, "Do you really like it, Brock?"
"It's, okay," Brock says.
"You really do, Brock?" Temacu asks, excited, "I can make this for you every night!"
"No, thank you," Brock says.
Later, they venture out to the balcony for tea.
Temacu brings drinks to the others, "Here."
"Oh, thanks a lot," Mew says.
"How many lumps of sugar would you like, Brock?" Temacu asks.
Misty whispers to Brock, "Tell her. How many lumps do you want?"
"I'll have 47 please," Brock says.
"That's a lot of sugar," Temacu says.
"Maybe I should cut back. How about 45?" Brock says.
Temacu smiles, "Oh, Brock, I just love your wacky sense of humor. Why don't you just start with one?"
Misty leans to Brock, "How's it feel, Brock? After chasing so many girls for so long, you finally have a girl who's chasing after you for a change," Then turns to Temacu, "Brock is great. He can do practically anything. He cooks, he cleans, he sews and even makes his own Pokémon food."
Temacu is amazed, "Wow! You sound like the perfect guy, Brock! The wedding I have planned is perfect, too! I'm wearing a perfect pink wedding dress, and the perfect guy's next to me. Together, we climb up a long, long stairway. At the top, our wedding cake awaits us. It's, perfect!" and continues to go on with her fantasy.
And asks, "Wouldn't it, Brock?"
Misty soon notices the unsure look on Brock's face.
Misty then pulls Brock away, "Brock, we need to talk."
Soon enough, Misty pulls Brock away from the others, she asks, "What's the matter with you, Brock? That girl really likes you. Why can't you talk to her instead of grunting and groaning?"
"Well, I don't know. I've never been in a situation like this before. I don't exactly know what to say to her," Brock answers, embarrassed.
"That's lame!" Misty says, "Just say anything. She's lobbing you one big softball after another and all you have to do is step up to the plate and take a swing hit a homerun every time!"
"You think so?" Brock questions.
"Of course! Listen up! If you strike out with her, the game's over and you'll never play in the love league again!" Misty says.
"Oh no!" Brock panics.
"This is your last chance!" Misty says.
"Maybe not," Brock says, unsure.
And Misty says, "Brock, think about it. How many of the girls you've fallen madly in love with have ever fallen madly in love with you?"
"Not one," Brock answers.
"Take it from me. It's a lot easier to like someone who likes you then to like someone who doesn't," Misty says.
"How do you know?" Brock asks.
"Well, that's, what I heard," Misty says.
"Love isn't always easy, is it, Misty?" Brock asks.
The next day, Temacu's father shows the group more of the grounds of his laboratory.
Temacu's father explains, "I have about 50 Pokémon now, but I plan to expand my laboratory so I'll be able to accommodate more than 100."
"That'd be great!" Tomo says.
"With all those new Pokémon, it'd be nice to have a nice assistant," Temacu says, clinging to Brock's arm.
"That's true. I'll need help," Temacu's father agrees.
Then Temacu says, "Brock is a super, fantastic Pokemon Breeder, father. I think he'd be the perfect person to help you manage the Pokemon lab."
"Me? Perfect?" Brock questions, dumbfounded.
"Don't you think it would be great to spend every day working side by side so we could get to know each other better and better?" Temacu says.
"Uh, maybe?" Brock says, unsure.
"Excuse us," Misty says, and takes Brock side by the ear.
Brock yelps, "Not the ear!"
Once they're a distance away, Misty asks, "What's wrong, Brock? You're still not stepping up to the plate."
"Well, actually I was thinking about this thing all night long," Brock says.
"Just stop thinking and just start doing! Get in there and swing at those pitches!" Misty says.
"But, maybe a relationship should start out with both people liked each other. Maybe?" Brock replies, still unsure.
"She's your only hope! Force yourself to like her!" Misty scolds Brock.
Just then, Temacu and Nidorina appear behind them.
Temacu happily says, "Look at this! I raised this Nidorina all by myself. If you had a Nidorino, we could match them up and raise them together!"
That's a good idea, but I don't have a Nidorino," Brock says.
Temacu reassures, "Don't worry, Brock, I thought you might not have one, so I went ahead and raised a Nidorino, too. Come on out, Nidorino!"
Nidorino soon appears from the bushes and cuddles Nidorina, all the while Temacu is romantically inspired and leans closer to Brock.
Temacu happily says, "Aren't they cute? Isn't it nice to see love like that? We could all learn a lesson from them, don't you think, Brock?"
"Uh, maybe," Brock says.
Suddenly, multiple nets come down and ensnare the Pokémon.
Temacu panics, "What's happening?!"
And they hear Jessie laugh wickedly and the Team Rocket motto begins.
Jessie:
Prepare for trouble!
James:
And make it double!
Both Jessie and James are seen wearing traditional, loose fitting Asian clothing.
Jessie:
To protect the world from devastation.
James:
To unite all peoples within our nation.
Jessie:
To denounce the evils of truth and love.
James:
To extend our reach to the stars above.
Jessie:
Jessie.
James:
James.
Jessie:
Team Rocket, blast off at the speed of light!
James:
Surrender now, or prepare to fight, fight, fight!
Meowth:
Meowth! Dat's right! Hi-yah!
Meowth flips into shot dressed in his own little robes.
"I should have figured!" Mew says.
"You followed us here, too?!" Tomo says, annoyed.
"What are you wearing those costumes for?!" Misty questions.
Jessie says in a tarty tone, "Because we felt like it, twerp."
"I tot we was getting jobs at a Mongolian bawhbecue," Meowth replies.
"That's a little odd," Jen replies.
"You look kind of funny in those clothes," Molly says.
Temacu's dad demands, "What do you want?! What are you planning to do with my Pokémon?!"
"We're planning to take them away," Jessie says.
"And as a bonus, we're taking Pikachu and Eevee with us, too!" James says.
"Let's take em away!" Meowth says.
Mew throws her Pokeball and calls out, "Totodile, I choose you!" and Totodile comes out of the Pokeball.
Tomo calls out, "Go Aqua!"
"Go Whooper!" Jen calls out.
"Well, then, I choose Arbok!" Jessie says and calls out her Pokeball.
Mew calls out, "Totodile, use your Water Gun attack!"
"You too, Aqua!" Tomo calls out.
"Use Water Gun too, Whooper!" Jen calls out.
With that, Totodile, Whooper, and Aqua the Squirtle fire the attack and nail Arbok in the face, sending it back to Team Rocket.
"I have an idea!" James says, and calls out his Pokemon, "Weezing, use your Smokescreen!"
Weezing comes out and uses the attack, blinding everyone.
"This smoke is really thick!" Mew says. Then she calls out, "Pikachu! Eevee! Where are you?!
"Pikachu!" (Over here!) Pikachu says.
"Eevee!" (We're over here!) Eevee says.
Temacu calls out, "Nidorina! Nidorino!"
"Ready?" James calls out.
"Let's haul in the Pokémon!" Jessie says.
As Jessie and James pull the ropes, Temacu trips on one of the ropes.
Then Misty calls out, "Poliwhirl, Bubble this Smokescreen away!"
Poliwhirl comes out of the Pokeball and does so to clear the Smoke Screen, but everyone finds that Team Rocket has taken to the air.
"Hey! Come back here! Bring back Pikachu and Eevee!" Mew calls out.
Mew soon looks to his left and sees Pikachu and the other Pokemon safe and on the ground as Pikachu and Eevee run up to their friend."
"Pikachu! Eevee!" Mew says, in relief.
Temacu's dad sighs in relief, "All my Pokémon are here. Every single one."
"That's good news. Team Rocket didn't get away with anything," Misty says.
"But if they didn't take the Pokemon, then what happened?" Jen asks.
Suddenly, Brock screams to realize, "They got Temacu!"
Temacu's dad is even more shocked, "Team Rocket took my baby?!"
Meanwhile, Team Rocket lands their balloon, not realizing what they've actually caught.
Meowth laughs, "Dat was our easiest catch evah!"
"I told you it would be a succe…" Jessie says, but finds the rope has snapped.
Jessie exclaims, "Hey! My net ripped through!"
"Too bad, Jess! Luckily, my net was nice and…" James says, but the rope stops, "It seems to be sticking." And James pulls on the rope to reveal Temacu in the net instead of the Pokemon.
"Hey, who's she?" James questions.
Temacu soon starts to fall out of the basket before James catches her.
"Careful, don't fall!" James says.
Soon, Temacu does the same thing she did to Brock to James, "You rescued me, you're my knight in shining armor!"
"Who, me? Armor?" James says, confused.
Then Temacu introduces herself, "Thank you for saving me. My name's Temacu. 'Te' like Teddiursa, 'ma' like Mareep, and 'cu' like Cubone. Temacu!" and gets all lovey dovey.
"That's, lovely," James replies.
"You haven't told me what your name is," Temacu says.
"My name's James," James introduces himself.
"James? That's nice, but you really need something that suits you better," Temacu says, "Something like, Madewvusu. You have the potential of a Magikarp, you're as gentle as a Dewgong, you're cute as a Vulpix, and you're as hard to catch as a Sudowoodo. Madewvusu. I like that, and I like you."
As Temacu talks, James backs up while Jessie and Meowth watch in bafflement.
"Imagine that. James has himself a girlfriend!" Jessie replies.
"Yeah," Meowth replies.
But soon gets dumbfounded, "HUH!?"
James backs up against the tree.
"Maybe. Maybe you could be my new fiancé," Temacu says.
"FIANCE?!" James says, stunned and doesn't even know what to think of.
"FIANCE!" James panics and climbs up the tree, "Just the word gives me the heebie-jeebies!"
Temacu climbs up the tree, "James? Just imagine how wonderfully, beautifully perfect our wedding day will be! I'll be wearing the prettiest pale blue wedding gown to compliment your hair. We'll climb to the top of a long stairway where our wedding cake will await us. We'll be the cutest couple ever! I can't wait. Can you, darling?"
"D-DARLING?!" James panics.
"Dat goil means business. Dis looks like trouble!" Meowth says.
"Maybe, or an opportunity," Jessie replies.
Meowth seems confused.
Jessie kneels down to whisper her plan, "Her father owns a Pokémon laboratory. If James marries her, the Pokémon will be James' someday. And what belongs to James belongs to us. So if we get James to marry her, we get the Pokémon as a wedding present."
"Good tinkin'," Meowth says.
"Well, we've got a lot of planning to do if there's going to be a wedding," Jessie says.
"Oh, yes, I know!" Temacu happily says, climbing down the tree.
James slides down soon after, "Don't you realize that I belong to Team Rocket?!"
"Oh, that's fine. I'll root for you at every game," Temacu says.
But James says, "Listen! Team Rocket is a secret organization dedicated to evil!"
"That's fine, every husband should have a hobby," Temacu says.
Jessie laughs and places her hands on her shoulder, "What a girl! I'm delighted you're joining our little family."
"Me, too!" Temacu says.
"Well, I'm not," James says.
Jessie then pulls James aside, "Just play along with it. Once we get inside the laboratory, we can grab all the Pokemon and you can say goodbye to her forever."
"Okay," James replies, still skeptical about the plan.
Meanwhile, at Temacu's home, everyone is outside the gates.
"My poor baby. Where could they have taken her?" Temacu's dad says in concern.
"Don't you worry, we'll bring your daughter back, sir! We'll have the whole town out looking for her!" Mew says.
All the townsfolk they gathered agree.
Townsperson: We'll search the whole city!
Townsperson #2: We'll do whatever we have to to find her!
Temacu's dad feel grateful, "I'm very grateful to you all."
Misty scolds Brock, "Don't just stand there, go look for her!"
"Yeah! Good idea!" Brock says.
Soon, everyone is out in the forest looking for Temacu as Mew and her friends release their Pokemon. Mew lets out Noctowl, Aerodactyl, Ledian, Lucario, and Zo the Shiny Husian Zorua. Misty lets out Marill, Swanna, The two Sentret, and Jigglypuff.
Tomo lets out Ponyta, Smeargle, Riolu, Skarmory, and Wyrdeer.
Jen also lets out Braviary, her Lucario and Riolu, Mareep, and Wigglytuff-Two, and Murkrow.
Molly lets out her Yamper, Eevee, Greavard, and Maschiff.
Brock lets out the two Geodude, Winter the Alolan Vulpix, and Vulpix-Two.
"Noctowl, you and the others look for Team Rocket's balloon!" Mew says.
The Pokemon either take off into the forest by air or land, as Mew and the others search.
Misty calls out, "Temacu?!"
"Temacu?! Hello?!" Brock calls out.
"Where are you?!" Molly calls out.
"Temacu!" Jen calls out.
In the air, Noctowl and Skarmory spot Team Rocket's balloon. Aerodactyl does as well. Noctowl hats off to tell the others while Skarmory and Aerodactyl follow to see where they go.
Mew continues to call out, "Temacu?!"
Soon, Noctowl shows up, "
"Noctowl, did you and the others find Team Rocket?" Mew asks.
Then Noctowl flies off to lead the way.
"Come on!" Mew says.
Pikachu and Eevee agree. And with that, Mew and the others follow Noctowl,
Meanwhile in his home, Temacu's father worries, "Oh, Temacu. Where can you be? Where can you be?"
Soon, the doorbell rings.
"I don't want visitors now!" Temacu's father says, and opens the door to find that it's his daughter and Team Rocket in disguise.
"Hi, daddy. I'm back home," Temacu says.
Temacu's dad is very relieved, "Temacu! I can't believe it's you! Who are these nice people?"
"Daddy, I want you to meet James," Temacu says.
"Yes, he's your daughter's new fiancé," Jessie says.
Temacu's dad says, confused, "Fiancé?!"
"I'm maid of honor," Jessie says.
"But how did this all happen?!" Temacu's dad asks, confused.
Jessie then explains, "It was just like a romance novel! We were minding our own business when we heard the cry of a beautiful damsel in distress. When we ran to see what was the matter, we found that horrible Team Rocket had kidnapped your poor daughter! Instantly, James sprung into action! He knocked Team Rocket around like they were made of cardboard! Your daughter was saved! Then, they met. It was perfect, beautiful, like something someone with an overactive imagination would dream up in her unfulfilled fantasies!"
"That's a wonderful story, Jessie," Temacu's dad says, "You two must be very happy."
"We are," Temacu says.
"And where'd that Meowth come from?" Temacu's dad asks.
"Team Rocket abandoned this poor, ignorant Pokémon, so we took pity on it," Jessie says.
"How kind! There aren't many people like you," Temacu's dad says.
Oh, you don't know how right you are," Jessie says with laughter.
Meanwhile, Mew and the others, including the Pokemon are chasing after the balloon.
"Everyone, take 'em down!" Mew says.
The Flying Pokemon cut rips in the balloon and it crashes, but the gang soon find that they were duped.
"That's not Team Rocket!" Misty says.
"They tricked us!" Tomo adds.
"They could've taken her anywhere by now!" Mew says.
Soon, a townsperson shows up.
One of them says, "Hey there! One of the guys heard Temacu's back home with her father!""
Everyone is shocked at the news.
And then adds, "And she's got a fiancé!"
"A fiancé?!" Misty and Mew reply confused.
"That didn't take her very long," Brock replies.
Back at Temacu's mansion, Jessie and Meowth have found the storage room where the Pokémon are kept in their Pokéballs.
"All the Pokémon! Conveniently packed in their Pokéballs!" Jessie says, amazed.
A little wedding gift for us, huh?" Meowth says.
Jessie and Meowth chuckle. And soon, all the Pokéballs are in the sack.
"Dat was easy," Meowth says.
It sure was," Jessie says.
Suddenly, the door opens and Temacu's father comes in, "I've been looking for you two," and pulls them away, "My daughter's made a special dinner. She's waiting."
They soon see what Temacu's father meant.
"Oh, goody!" Jessie happily says.
"Make dat double!" Meowth says.
"Let's dig in!" Jessie happily says.
Jessie and Meowth start to chow down.
Jessie happily says, "Imagine how happy we'd be if we ate like this every day!"
"Dat'd be peachy," Meowth says.
"You're welcome to come and eat here anytime. We'll be like one big happy family," Temacu happily says.
Jessie continues to eat the yakisoba and happily says, "Boy, I sure could get used to this."
Then Wobbuffet appears, "WOBUFFET!" (So could I!)
"I'll never get used to that," Jessie says annoyed and recalls Wobbuffet.
James lightly taps his foot against Jessie's ankle, catching her attention,
James whispers, "Shouldn't we be getting ready to go?"
"It'd be rude to leave before finishing all the food she made," Jessie says.
"Can I get you anything else?" Tamacu says.
"Seconds, please," Jessie happily says.
Soon, Mew and her friends burst in.
"What's going on here?" Mew demands.
Team Rocket starts to worry.
"Oh, hi, guys," Temacu happily says, "I'd like to introduce you to my darling fiancé. And my beautiful maid of honor."
"It's a pleasure," Jessie says.
"Temacu?!" Brock questions, stunned.
"The two of you look very familiar to me," Misty says.
"Very familiar," Mew agrees.
Mew and Misty then approach Jessie and James.
"Let's see, now," Misty says as she removes Jessie's glasses.
"See?! We knew you were Team Rocket!" Misty says.
"This is... Team Rocket?!" Temacu's dad asks, shocked.
Mew then removes James' glasses, "It's them alright."
Brock reals back from the shock, "I've lost Temacu!"
"Brock, I thought you didn't like her," Misty replies.
"I know, but if she's good enough for James, maybe she's good enough for me," Brock says.
Mew rolls her eyes in response.
Misty then glares at Team Rocket, "You've done some low things but this is the lowest! Tricking an innocent girl into getting engaged!"
"It wasn't me, it was her," James panics.
Panicking, Jessie says, "James, the wedding party's over, let's get going." and backs up and tips over the sack, revealing the Pokéballs inside.
Shocking Temacu's dad, "Team Rocket's trying to steal all my Pokéballs!"
Jessie nervously puts the Pokeballs back in the sack, "Thanks for dinner!"
Then Team Rocket quickly amscrays, "Thanks for the memories!"
Of course, Mew and the others pursue them into the backyard.
"Hey, give back those Pokéballs!" Mew says.
"Give them back!" Jen calls out.
Temacu rushes over, "Something's wrong! There must be a misunderstanding!"
Mew throws her Pokeball and calls out, "Chikorita, I choose you!"
And Chikora comes out.
Then Tomo does the same, "Go Sage!"
And Sage, the bulbasaur comes out.
Misty throws her Pokeball, "Come out, Poliwhirl! I choose you!"
Poliwhirl appears.
Jen also throws her Pokeball, "Go Mareep!"
And Mareep appears.
James then calls out his Pokemon, "Quick, Weezing, use a Smokescreen!"
Weezing appears and does so.
"We won't fall for that trick again!" Misty says and calls out, "Poliwhirl, use your Bubble!"
Poliwhirl performs the attack and the smoke clears while Weezing is hit.
Jessie calls out, "Get that Chikorita !"
Arbok comes out of the Pokeball and charges at Chikorita.
"Chikorita, use Tackle attack!" Mew calls out.
Chikorita does so and knocks Arbok out in one hit, sending it flying into Jessie, who drops the sack of Pokéballs as a result.
"Chikorita, stop Weezing with your Razor Leaf!" Mew calls out.
Chikrorita does so, nailing Weezing.
"Weezing, fight!"
But then Temacu appears, "Don't worry, I'll fight them, too, James! Nidorina, Tackle attack!"
Nidorina materializes and nails Poliwhirl.
"Hey! Don't fight us! We're trying to save you! Poliwhirl, use your Water Gun attack on James!" Misty calls out.
Poliwhirl then fires the attack, Weezing dodges, and the blast heads right for James.
"Look out!" Temacu cries out and pushes James out of the way.
And takes the full force of the attack to her chest and face, shocking everyone.
"Temacu!" Brock cries out.
Temacu collapses as Brock rushes over to her, "Temacu, are you okay?!"
Team Rocket winces.
"Now we're in trouble!" James says.
"Now you're gonna pay for what you did!" Mew angrily says, and calls out, "Chikorita, use your Vine Whip!"
Chikorita does so and grabs both Arbok and Weezing and bangs them together, knocking them out as they land on top of Jessie and James.
"Alright Pikachu, use Thunderbolt! Eevee, use Swift! Chikorita, use Razor Leaf!" Mew calls out.
"Sparkle, use Thunderbolt! Poliwhirl, use Water Gun!" Misty calls out.
"Sage, use Razor Leaf! Skwovet, use Bullet Seed!" Tomo calls out.
"Amurua, Aurora Beam! Mareep, use Thunderbolt!" Jen calls out.
And with all the attacks combined, it fires at Team Rocket and sends them flying sky high.
"Dey prepared for trouble and made ours double!" Meowth says
"At least I'm still single!" James says.
Then Team Rocket cries out, "Team Rocket's blasting off again!"
Later, Temacu is being treated.
Temacu's dad then explains, "I know why this happened. My daughter and I recently attended my niece's wedding. Temacu was so excited and impressed by it that all she's been able to think and talk about is weddings and getting married."
"So that's what it was," Misty says.
Then Brock declares, "I love her!"
"You love her?!" Temacu's dad says, confused.
"At first I was too shocked and surprised to understand how I felt about her, but now I've decided to accept the love and affection your daughter has offered me!" Brock declares.
Suddenly Temacu wakes up.
"I'm glad to see you're awake. I was worried about you," The doctor says.
"Yeah, me, too," Brock says.
And with that, Temacu has her eye and heart towards the doctor, "Doctor! Doctor, I know that we just met, but I strongly believe in love at first sight."
Both the doctor and Brock are confused as Temacu goes on another marriage mania.
"I can see it now! Me in a golden gown, and you at my side," Temacu says.
The doctor ends up feeling the same, "Temacu. My darling. I know this is sudden, but, will you marry me?"
"Yes, doctor," Temacu happily accepts.
Brock is left shocked and heartbroken. "I can't, believe, she's gone."
"Well, Brock, even a Pokémon Breeder can't compete with a doctor," Brock replies.
Later, our heroes are seen leaving the mansion.
Temacu's dad says his goodbye, "Thanks again, everyone!"
"Take care, guys!" Temacu calls out.
"You, too, Temacu!" Misty says.
"Thanks for everything!" Mew calls out.
The kids happily say, "Goodbye!"
"Bye-bye!" Temacu happily says goodbye.
Brock sighs with disappointment.
"Cheer up. She wasn't for you," Misty says.
"You'll find another girl someplace," Misty says.
The Pokemon agree.
"Pikachu. ("Ash is right.")
"You're right! I bet there are girls in the next town who'd love to meet an eligible bachelor like me!" Brock says, and runs ahead, "Look out, girls, here I come!"
Mew and the others rush to catch up with him.
"Brock!" Mew calls out.
"Hey, wait for us!" Misty says.
"Don't run too fast!" Tomo says.
"Wait!" Jen calls out.
Brock may have lost his love today, but he'll find more love along the way. In the meantime, the journey to the Johto League rolls on.
