A little clarification, they all basically look like in the show except that Darius is a bit taller than Yasmina.
Darius stood in the center of his group, Kenji, Sammy, Brooklyn to the right, Ben and Yasmina to the left. They were in what appeared to be a ruined hotel, in front of them was a stack of white stones with the likeness of a Tyrannosaurus skeleton made of black stones. There was an electrified fence in front of the mini, it was raining and lightning was striking.
A creature emerged from the darkness, its features highly deformed and grotesque. These features included a brachycephalic muzzle, red eyes with slit pupils set high on the skull, a prominent overbite, and jagged, uneven teeth. It has poisonous spines on its elbows, tail and neck.
It had opposable thumbs and prehensile talons that enable it to climb up and attack prey from above. Its semi-prehensile tail also aids it in climbing. It also had a pair of short spikes growing from the back of its heels.
When the lightning flashed, the creature roared, the roar was disturbingly human, everyone recoiled for fear and blindness caused by the lightning, when the lightning disappeared the creature was nowhere to be found.
Everyone started to look around, and as if they had all had an epiphany at once, they looked up. At that exact moment, the creature broke away from the tree and leapt at them.
Everyone jumped in all directions, the creature hit the boards almost destroying the floor, and she looked at Darius, purely by reflex he swung his baseball bat and hit him, the creature looked at him in disbelief and shook his head almost bashfully.
Darius jumped to his feet and tried to run, but the electrified fence that was supposed to protect them now trapped them with this creature in the center of the circle.
Lightning struck a nearby tree and caught fire, the creature staring at the fire in fascination.
Darius darted past him as the fire died out.
The creature spun around and again roared a disturbingly human cry and ducked down, sensing what it was about to do, everyone jumped for cover... Almost everyone.
The spikes shot out, flying past Darius' head, burying into anything in their path.
Dinosaurs ran close and the creature seemed to lose interest in them, jumped up a tree and from it to the ground and gave chase.
Darius turned to make sure everyone was okay, until he looked at Yasmine.
She stood holding the spike in her heart, the blood already staining it all the way from the wound all the way to the floor, staining it crimson.
As if only now accepting reality, Yasmina fell.
Darius was at her side in one leap, took her by the head and placed her carefully on his lap.
- Darius... She whispered.
- Don't say anything!... Darius shouted, he noticed that everyone was grabbing anything that could help Yasmine... Save your strength! We're gonna take it out and bandage you... or something!
Yasmina shook her head barely perceptibly, blood began to flow from her eyes, ears, nose and mouth.
- Nothing can stop it now... She whispered barely above a whisper... But I have one more thing to do.
She pulled him into a kiss, only to fall lifeless after it.
His scream rang both in the dream and in real life.
Darius was walking to school with bloodshot eyes when he saw Yasmine entering, he sped up. He knew it was stupid, but he had to see for himself that she was fine.
He caught up with her in the locker room, entered the moment she was hanging her jacket on a hanger.
Yasmina turns to see Darius looking at her, she was about to say hello when he came over and hugged her. Normally she didn't like cuddling, but for some reason she didn't want to push him away.
- Something happened? she asked, embracing him slowly.
She hoped that no one would see them, people liked to colorize what they saw.
- I had a nightmare... Darius began as he pulled away... I know it's stupid but I had to see for myself that you were alive and well.
- Tell me about it. She said as she sat down on the bench.
It took a few minutes, though Darius skipped the kiss, when describing the monster, Yasmina took out her sketchbook and began sketching something quickly.
When he over tell his nightmare, she showed him her sketch, it looked perfect, as if she had dreamed this monster.
- Put it away... He said, handing her the sketchbook... I'd rather forget what he looks like.
- It's just a dream. He can't hurt you. She said, hiding the sketchbook.
As she did so, she twisted her torso, and he saw another bruise on her arm, barely covered by her hoodie.
- What happened? he asked.
Yasmina spun around so fast he could have sworn he heard bones snap.
Yasmina looked around to make sure they were alone, sighed heavily and said.
- I'm only telling you because I trust you. My mother sometimes gets into arguments for no reason when drunk.
- And she beats you? Darius asked.
- Only sometimes, and only when drunk. Please you don't tell anyone, it's the alcohol's fault that this is happening. But that won't happen often.
Although he didn't want to, he agreed, he couldn't refuse those beautiful eyes.
- Okay, I won't say anything... He said, then smiled... If you let me invite you for coffee.
- I prefer tea. She said.
- So you agree?
- Yes.
They were sitting quite close to each other, their faces were a few centimeters apart, they started leaning in... The door under the force of a strong kick opens and Kanji stands in the doorway.
- What's up? He said.
Yasmina and Darius pulled away from each other, blushing and ashamed, they were probably the first teenagers in the world who were glad to hear the bell ringing to start lessons.
