Chapter 14: Sports Festival Coming

It was another usual day at UA. Last week, everyone was at the USJ learning about how magic and quirks can be used for rescuing people. This is when Izuku learned that his flames could be used to not burn or hurt someone. He created a super move based on that. Erza stood up.

"On that note, I have an announcement," she stated, "The Sports Festival is coming up."

"Alright!" Sora said, "I'm looking forward to it."

"As you should," Momo said, "The Sports Festival is when heroes see the future students compete in various challenges. You'll be scouted if you work hard enough."

"I hope to get scouted," Kaminari said.

"Oh I'm sure you will," Jiro said as she smacked his ass.

Meanwhile in another location, there was a party going on in the Cyber Guild. They were celebrating their victory in collecting a magical artifcact known as the Cataclyst. It was an object that could destroy magic in a specific area. Their king, Katsuu rose up from his throne.

"My army!" he said, "Ninjas, sorcerers, armored knights, and whatever you guys are!"

He was looking at a group of illusionists.

"After years of searching for the Cataclyst, it is finally within our grasp!" Katsuu said, "With this magical artifact in our possession, we are now the most powerful guild in the world!"

His subjects cheered in victory.

"In a few months we shall be arriving in Fairy Tail!"

"YEA!"

"Where I shall find their member Lucy Heartfilla and ask her to marry me, nd unite our guilds as one!"

"YEA… huh?"

"Wait, he wants to marry one of their members? She doesn't know you I think."

"Of course she doesn't know who I am, but I know her from all the stories I've heard," KAtsuu said, "How she stood up to her father, how she helped her guild through great dangers. She's just the type of bride for me. And once she sees this Cataclyst, wedding bells are coming."

"Well…. What if she says no?" asked one of his servants.

"Simple, if she rejects me, then I will power up this artifact and destroy magic all across Fairy Tail and then the rest of the world!"

His men cheered.

"Prepare yourselves for the best wedding ever! Its gonna rock!"

Back at UA, lunch had started. Izuku was walking with Ochako. The two of them heard laughter.

"Young Midoriya is here!" All Might said.

"Oh hey All Might, what's up?"

"Lunch, that's what's up!" All Might said as he had a little lunch bag, "Would you and young Uraraka like to eat with me?"

"THAT'S ADORABLE!" Ochako said.

"What do you two say?" All Might asked.

Izuku and Ochako nodded.

"Well we'll see you guys in a bit," Izuku said.

He took Ochako's hand and they walked to All Might's office. When they made it, All Might opened the door, revealing Inko.

"Mom?" Izuku asked.

"I'm on a lunch date with Toshi," Inko said, "Figured I'd take some time to visit my son and his future wife as well."

The two kids started to blush.

"Dear, that's not what we called them for," Toshinori said as he turned to the two kids, "So you two know we're getting married soon."

Izuku and Ochako nodded.

"Well, what if I told you that our family might be getting a little bigger," Toshinori said.

"I don't get it," Izuku said.

"Izuku, what Toshi means is... You're gonna be having a new sister," Inko said.

"Wait... Mom, you're pregnant?" Izuku asked.

Inko nodded.

"My test came back positive, and I'm gonna be giving birth to a healthy baby girl in a few months," Inko said.

"Wait... I thought babies came from storks," Izuku said

Toshinori spat his food out in laughter while Ochako choked on hers.

"Oh they do!" Inko said, "It was a test to see if a stork would deliver a baby to us."

"Wait... hold on a minute..." Ochako said. "Izuku still thinks babies come from storks?!" She asked, whispering in Inko's ear.

"Yes apparently," Inko said.

"In any case I'm happy for you," Izuku said, "Actually we got a little surprise for you too. So you know that girl I saved from that freak? Ochako and I adopted her."

"Wait... this means?" Inko asked.

"Yep! You're a grandmother now!" Izuku said told her, "Eri why don't you come on in."

Eri walked into the room. She shyly waved at Inko and Toshinori.

"Hi," she said timidly.

"Aren't you just the cutest?" Inko said, "I'm your Grandma Inko."

"What's a grandma?" Eri asked.

"Well, a grandma is one of your parents Mother. And in this case, she's my Mother and your Grandmother." Izuku explained to Eri.

"And since I'm getting married to Toshi here, this would make him your Grandpa," Inko added

"Hi," Eri said shyly.

"Don't worry sweetie, we'll take these things at your own pace."

"Also Izuku, tomorrow I'd like you to accompany me to the Support item area," Toshinori said, "Nezu said something about a student preparing some gear for you to control your flames."

"That'll help," Izuku said, "Can't go overboard all the time."

"That's true," Inko said before going deep into thought, "IkindawonderifHisashiwouldhavebenefitedfromasupportitemthatcontrolledhowmuchfirecameoutofhismouthorhowmuchfirehecouldthrowinhispalms-"

Izuku, Toshinori, Eri and Ochako watched Inko going deep into a mutter storm.

"So that's where I get it from," Izuku said.

"So onto the other matter, The Sports Festival," Toshinori said, "This is your chance to show the world that you are here, to be the next future heroes. You seem to be getting better at One For All."

"Yea, its also evolving my quirk as well," Izuku said.

"Well tomorrow meet me at the Support Item area," Toshinori told him, "I think I have an idea to help control your flames."

Izuku nodded.

The Next Day

Izuku was walking with All Might just outside of the Support Item division.

"So who is it thats gonna make the support item for me?" Izuku asked.

"A great support item designer who came all the way from America to learn here at UA," All Might said, "She should be here any minute now."

The two of them heard footsteps. They turned to see a girl with blond hair and glasses dressed in the UA uniform, running up to All Might.

"There you are Uncle!" she said.

She jumped into All Might's arms.

"Hi Uncle Might!"

"Hahaha! Its so good to see you Melissa!" All Might said.

"I can't believe you're actually teaching at UA!" Melissa said, "It must be a great pleasure!"

"HA HA HA! It sure is, Melissa. Especially when teaching this young man!" All Might said, patting Izuku on the back.

"Oh hi there, my name is Melissa Shield," Melissa said.

"I'm Izuku Midoriya," Izuku said, shaking her hand.

"So I hear you need a support item," Melissa said with a smile.

"Yea, All Might said it would help with my fire attacks so I don't cause too much collateral damage," Izuku explained, "Honestly it would be a great benefit."

"Well I'll be more than happy to help with that," Melissa said.

SNAP

"The hell was that?" All Might asked.

"Eh. Probably a bug hitting a window." Melissa answered, "Well, lets get started with the testing."

Melissa took Izuku's hand and guided him into the support item area. Another snapshot was taken. From the shadows was Mizu smirking evilly as she was planning something.

"Once I get enough good photos, I'll share these with Ochako," she said, "And then she'll dump his worthless ass, and for extra kicks, I'll share these with the entire school, to ruin his image. He will pay dearly for destroying my chances with Sora. He destroys my love life, I'll end his."
