THEY ARE GETTING MARRIED ALRIGHT?! I'M GOING TO MAKE THE WEDDING HAPPEN OKAY?!

But I'm experiencing Writer's Block, so don't expect another chapter to soon, sadly.

My heart is filled with reasons

I'm tryin' to be somebody else

I'm findin' it hard to love myself

I've wanted to be somebody new

But that's impossible to do

I'm running out of my mind

Is this really my life?

-My Life, Imagine Dragons

After the incident with Matthew happened, everyone headed towards the castle.

"Janner? Sara? What happened?" Artham asked, as they arrived in Rysentown. "Thorn had come to me saying that Matthew showed up again."

Janner looked at his uncle. "He's gone. For good."

Artham looked taken aback. "For good?"

Sara nodded.

Artham gave a sigh of relief. "So, then this means that you can officially start on wedding plans."

Janner nodded again, slipping his hand into Sara's.

She smiled at him, while Artham grinned.

"Well, let's head back to the castle, we don't want to keep your mother waiting." Artham said finally.

"Wait, where's Thorn?" Leeli asked as she climbed into the back of a wagon Artham had borrowed.

"Oh, he's back at the castle with your mother." Artham replied.

"Okay, good. Just wondering."

"Already anxious to get back to him?" Kalmar teased.

Leeli rolled her eyes and punched him in the shoulder.

"OW!"

"You deserved it!"

"I was only joking!"

"Well, it was a bad joke!"

"Both of you stop it!"

Kal and Leeli turned to face Janner, clear stress on his face. Sara sat next to him, trying to sooth him.

"Children," Artham said quietly. "Give him some time. He's still under a lot of stress that he needs to let go."

Kalmar and Leeli made up and sat there quietly, stealing quick glances at their brother. Janner looked very stressed, even though the situation with Matthew was over with.

"Janner," Sara said quietly. "He's gone now. You need to let it go."

Janner listened to her, and after a few moments of thinking and silent prayers to the Maker, he felt peace wash over him.

Artham smiled when he saw a calm Janner.

"So, what's for dinner?" Kal asked, rubbing his stomach.

Leeli rolled her eyes. "Why are you always hungry?"

Kal shrugged. "I don't know. It's just a part of me."

"You know," Artham started, looking at Janner and Sara. "We're going to have to hold a public engagement party."

"Why?" Sara asked.

"Well, per royal official tradition, it's customary that when any royal official is getting married, that they have an engagement party for the rest of the rulers to come and hear the good news. I suspect Nia is already planning it."

"Ooh, we should help her!" Leeli said excitedly.

Sara nodded her agreement.

Janner was less enthusiastic about the thought of a large, loud party. "So, basically we invite the king of Skree, the Keeper, and any other royal officials from other countries, to a large party, and tell them the news? Can't we just, I don't know, maybe send them a royal letter or something?"

Artham shook his head. "Sadly, no. For epochs, this is how royals have done this."

Janner sighed. "Alright, well, is we have to, I might as well help plan it."

Artham smiled. "That's the spirit!"

Janner rolled his eyes and laughed.

Once the family arrived back at the castle, they found a nervous Nia waiting with a worried Thorn.

"What happened? Thorn came and told me what was going on." Nia said, rushing to the family.

"Nia, they're fine, he's gone." Artham said, as the others climbed out of the wagon.

"Really? He's really gone?" Nia asked.

Artham nodded.

"Yeah, he went to be with the Maker." Kal said.

"Kalmar!" Artham laughed.

Everyone joined in the laughing at Kal's poor joke.

"No, he left back to Skree." Janner told his mother.

Nia smiled. "Good. Now we can start on the engagement party!"

Janner groaned. "We really can't just send everyone a royal letter letting them all know?"

Nia smiled as she shook her head. "Nope. Now, Sara, Leeli," She turned to the girls. "Would you like to help me plan the party?"

"YES!" Both girls answered.

Janner smiled as the three of them ran inside, leaving the boys outside.

"Well, now what?" Kal asked after a second.

"We could join the girls in planning?" Thorn offered.

"You can, I think I will too." Janner said, walking inside with him.

That left Kalmar and Artham bored as ever.

A/N: Ok I know, this was a really short chapter! I'm sorry, but Writer's Block is NOT fun.
