Saphira was cautious as she approached Golden Bonnie's Storytime room. She didn't know if one of the animatronics had knocked over something accidently or they were trying to scare her again. She was rather tired of being scared, so she was not interested. She walked over to the door and peered inside as it was open. Inside, it was set up a bit like a bedroom. There was a sunbed with white sheets and a quilt cover with Golden Bonnie on it surrounded by flowers. There was a large bookshelf filled with many different books that she reads to the kids and a few shelves with plushies of the animatronics on it. There were a dozen bean bags and a large, white armchair where Golden Bonnie would sit.

And she was sitting there right now. And to Saphira's surprise, she was reading a novel book. Golden Bonnie had one of the Hunger Games books in her hands and she looked up when she sensed a presence. Golden Bonnie immediately smiled at her. "Oh, Saphira!" She exclaimed happily as she placed the book down and stood up excitedly. "It is so good to see you. Come in, come in!" Saphira smiled slightly at her as she stepped inside. "I am so sorry that I haven't been able to speak with you, but everything's kind of been…well…messy."

"You can say that again," Saphira grumbled softly as she looked around the room. "I see they added fairy lights along the wall since the last time I been here." She wasn't wrong. There were fairy lights around the room and an insect neck above the sunbed. "Makes it seem very cosy for kids."

"Yeah, I think it's very pretty." Golden Bonnie stepped forward suddenly and Saphira tensed, though she was surprised when the animatronic hugged her suddenly. "Oh, I have missed you! You have no idea how terribly I've missed you!"

Saphira grimaced as Golden Bonnie was hugging a little too hard. "Uh…Golden Bonnie…I do still need to breath."

The animatronic let's go immediately and she crouches quickly, and Saphira was met with her green eyes and long eyelashes as she looked at her with worry. "I'm so sorry! I forget we are so much stronger than humans. It's sometimes annoying."

"Is it though? It means you can eat easily…"

The animatronic shuddered. "You know, if I could go vegetarian…vegan…or whatever it is called, I would. I really, really would. But I have no choice." She huffed a little and stood up with a smile. "I am sorry that you've had to…witness what we truly are. I definitely did not want to destroy what you used to know about us many years ago, but I guess we can't really do much about that."

Saphira smiled at the animatronic. "It isn't your fault, Golden Bonnie. None of this is any of your fault, really. So I am not mad at you. I am still…working it out in my head, sure, but I am not mad at you."

The animatronic seemed very relieved to hear that. "Thank you, Saphira. You are surprisingly taking all of this rather well. I would have expected any human to freak out a lot more than you have. Though…we generally would have already ended it…" Golden Bonnie sighed a little and smiled at her. "And you also seem to be…handling your fracture with Springtrap well…or am I seeing the wrong thing?"

"You might be seeing the wrong thing. He's still trying to force me to leave."

She nodded a little. "Well…everyone seems to be. But I think that is up to you." Saphira raised an eyebrow in surprise. "What? You're seventeen now, right?" She nodded. "So that means you are old enough to make your own decision, and also old enough to understand actions have consequences." Golden Bonnie looked over at the book she was reading. "Unless you happen to be feeling inspired because…"

Saphira giggled suddenly and interrupted Golden Bonnie. "Hunger Games is a favorite book series of mine, Golden Bonnie. But I am not trying to be like Katniss Everdeen. I am nothing like her. Besides…I am not being thrown into an arena where I am forced to kill others to be the sole winner."

"Right, right…" The animatronic chuckled a little. "Still, that just had me thinking about that for a moment."

"I did not know you got into reading novels," Saphira said as she walked over to the bookshelf. "Do you have a favorite book series at all?"

"Considering I am always reading some Dr Seuss book to kids or other picture book to kids, I do find myself enjoying the literature for mature people." Golden Bonnie tapped on Saphira's shoulder, getting her attention. "I keep those books over here…" She points at a smaller bookshelf that had bright, green baskets in it. "And if you are wondering how I got them, I found the books on top of bins in random areas and I decided to keep them. I am glad I did. So far I have the Hungers Games, Harry Potter, The Witcher, Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones, Twilight, Divergent, Narnia and a few Warhammer books, though I understand there are a lot more books in the series." Saphira nodded. "I have other books too, but I really enjoy those books."

Saphira was impressed as she pull the baskets out from the shelf and looked in them to see the different books. "I don't really blame you. Books are an excellent form of escape from reality. I can see why you would read them, Golden Bonnie. It gives you a sense of adventure."

"Finally, someone understands!" The animatronic said in relief. "Freddy is always trying to get me to come out and do something, when I much prefer to be in my room. I only come out to eat, as I do not want to make a mess in here at all."

Saphira was kind of amused that Golden Bonnie seems to be an introvert. And that was totally fine. "I guess you really just like your own company. I know what that is like. No one treats you better than you." The animatronic nodded in agreement. "Hmm…I hope you won't mind if I come and hang out with you a bit, Golden Bonnie. I can get you some more books to read."

"You would do that for me?" The animatronic asked in delight. Saphira nodded and Golden Bonnie scooped her up into another hug happily. "Thank you, thank you! I am so happy!"

Saphira giggled softly and the bot put her on the ground, making Saphira sigh in relief. "You are welcome. I better keep going around…" She walked over to the door and peered out. "Though, did you happen to hear the sound of anything dropping before?"

"Uh, no." Golden Bonnie walked over and looked out the door curiously. "I was totally engrossed with my book, I only looked up when I felt your presence." She looked around curiously and there was a faint sound of a toilet flushing. "Oh…"

"Do you guys use them?"

She shakes her head. "No. And that's something we are not sure why. We are alive, like you are. We eat, breath, sleep, dream…but we don't ever use the bathroom. I guess it would defeat the whole robotic act if we did need to use them."

"Great." Saphira groaned as she stepped out of the door. "I bet it is that man I saw before." She looked at Golden Bonnie. "Could you come with me? I kind of don't want to deal with a drunk, full-grown man."

She looked at the girl in surprise. "You want me to come with you?" She shook her head. "No, no, that would mean I have to kill someone. And I am not in the business of doing that."

Saphira looked at the animatronic with a pleading expression. "Please? I don't really want to go alone." The animatronic hesitated. She wanted to help Saphira, but Golden Bonnie also felt like she would have to fight her own conscious. "You know it wouldn't be killing for food, you would be protecting me." There was still no movement from Golden Bonnie. "Fine…I don't know where the other animatronics are, so I'll deal with this myself."

Saphira heard Golden Bonnie mutter something to herself as she walked away. She was a little annoyed that Golden Bonnie wouldn't help her, but she could not exactly force her to do anything that she did not want to do. She looked around the Toy Plaza for the other animatronics, but she could not find them. She checked Mangle's area, and she was not there, not was Toy Foxy at Fish for Treasure, which was basically a fishing game for kids to play with Toy Foxy watching and cheering whenever they win a prize or mock if they win nothing. He did have his own stage area too, but this was where he was a lot of the time.

Saphira did not know where to start looking for this intruder. She was surprised none of the animatronics had found him yet. She sighed and made her way to the Haunted Classroom, figuring that maybe the phantom animatronics were there. She hoped for that, as she didn't really want to face someone alone.

"Saphira?" She jumped and turned to see Fredbear walking towards her slowly. "Hey…uh…is it okay if we…" He rubbed the back of his head with a guilty expression. "Talk?"

She looked at the door to the Haunted Classroom and nodded. "Sure. Can we walk and talk at the same time? I have to check something out."

The animatronic smiled at her kindly, something she has not seen until now. "Yes, we can do that." He walked over to the door and opened it, surprising Saphira and he gestured for her to walk in ahead of him. "Ladies first."

She rolled her eyes and walked through. "Thanks, but I was capable of doing that myself."

"I know." Fredbear stepped through the door and closed it behind them. "So…uh…" He sounded really uncertain at the moment, and Saphira could guess why., "I am really sorry." She did not look at him as she shines her flashlight around cautiously. "I…I should not have done anything to you…I was stupid to not believe your story. I guess…after seeing what happened with Springtrap…I just was blinded by that."

Saphira listened to him as she looked around carefully. "Yes, you were. I think Springtrap was for a while too."

Fredbear nodded. "Yeah…but he isn't now. He's more worried about what could happen to you. Especially since if…there's a possibility that we do not get trespassers in the building for a certain amount of time, and you are our only option…"

"I am not concerned about that."

The animatronic blinked and looked at her in confusion. "I am still curious why you are not. But I guess…I am not fully aware of everything that you have been through, Saphira. So I really have no judgement here, and I know that." He tapped his claws together as he followed her through the section. "Do you think…uhh…since you want to stick around…I…uh…"

She glanced over her shoulder at him with a smile. "You want us to be friends again?"

"Maybe…" He shrugged a little. "I actually don't know right now…" He smiled at her and looked away. "I kind of feel like I have lost the privilege of being your friend, Saphira. Look what I did to you…and you saw what I did…what we have all done."

Saphira smile widened, and she could see he was being sincere with trying to make it up to her. "Fredbear…" She turned to him. "You know you were the first one I ever met when I was really small…"

He nodded. "Yeah…I remember you were this big…" He held his hands to show how small she was. "I could have held you in just the palm of one hand…you were the cutest little thing." He looked away from her. "And I just attacked the girl who had the brightest smile…and the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen."

She blinked in surprise. "Really? But Golden Bonnie has green eyes too."

Fredbear huffed in amusement. "Yeah, she does." He turned his head slightly to look at her again. "But they do not sparkle or have such a deep colour like yours, Saphira. I see a of people with deep, blue eyes, bright blue eyes, golden brown eyes…but I have not ever seen anyone else with deep, green eyes like yours. Another reason why we remember you so well."

Saphira was definitely not expecting that answer. She turned away from him when she felt herself blushing, because that almost seemed like a flirt. Though it could just a normal compliment too. She continued to walk and shine her flashlight around. "I guess I am flattered that you remember that about me so well."

Fredbear chuckled softly. "Yeah…it makes me feel even worse about what I did to you. My anger clouded my judgement. I really am sorry, Saphira. There is probably no amount of things I can do to take it up to you. After all…we have ten years between us to catch up on things. Though I know you are too old for things like balloons, tea parties and such, so…" He paused for a moment and stopped. "Hmm…odd."

She turned to face him curiously. "Did you hear something?"

He shakes his head. "No…I smell someone…but it is riddled with alcohol…" He grimaced a little and rubbed his nose. "That's the worst kind of smell."

"I did hear something earlier." He looked at her in surprise. "You didn't hear it?"

"No…I did not…I was kind of arguing with Freddy and Bonnie about…something…" Fredbear looked around cautiously and sniffed the air. "Hmm…if I remember correctly…drunk humans are incoherent and can be dangerous."

Saphira nodded. "And stupid." She looked around for a moment. "Are the phantom…"

"No, they are all gathered in my dining room," Fredbear interrupts gently. "Except Springtrap and Golden Bonnie." Saphira assumed Springtrap was hidden in a bathroom again. "I think I will stay with you. The scent is fresh…I think…" He sniffed around as he walked through the hallway. "Eh…it is hard to tell. We are not exactly fond of humans who are drunk when they trespass in here…the alcohol tastes terrible."

Saphira found that a little amusing, but at least she knew what they could find. She and Fredbear walk through the Haunted Classroom before heading towards Chica's Love Chapel. As the bar in there was the only place that would have alcohol, they assumed whoever had broken in was there. She still felt a bit tense around Fredbear, though as he had offered to walk with her on his own accord, she was happy to have him with her.

As they approach the doorway into the adult only area, they hear the sound of another piece of metal dropping to the ground, and it sounded further up the hallway. "Hmmm…" Fredbear walked towards the sound. "I think if we cannot find this guy ourselves, I am going to go and interrupt the UNO and checkers tournament…" Saphira was surprised the bots knew how to play checkers too, but she guessed if they could play UNO, there were other games that they could play. "I do not want some drunk idiot wandering around."

Saphira nodded in agreement as Fredbear walked ahead. "I'll just quickly check the chapel anyway." The animatronic did not look back other than with a nod. "Will you come back if I…"

Fredbear stopped and turned to look at her with a nod. "Of course, I will! I am not going to let you be harmed, Saphira. Not this time…but…if you do…"

"It won't be your fault." Saphira smiled at him as he seemed relieved she would not get mad at him.

She watched him turn to walk down the hallway and she looked up at the doors into the chapel. She opened it and walked inside, looking at the doors to the rooms in case any had been left open by someone. She stepped inside, closing the door quietly and walking down the hallway towards the bar. She was listening out for any sign that someone was in here. She didn't know if the bots would find him before she did.

As she reached the bar, it was a nice, large bar with plenty of seats. There were a few details here with Freddy, Bonnie and Chica neon lights to remind people they were at the attraction, but it was pretty subtle. It felt like a real bar. Saphira walked up to the counter, looking at the fridges to see they were fully stocked and nothing was missing. That did not mean that this person didn't use any of the tap alcohol.

Though none of the cups appeared to have been taken, so this area was clear. She sighed in relief and turned to leave, only to gasp when she saw the man staring at her. His dark, blue eyes looked over her with an expression that made Saphira shivered. "Hello, young lady…" He held up a bottle of beer and drank some of it. "Never thought I'd have some lovely company tonight…"

Saphira watched as he stepped closer, reaching out to her and she quickly ran around him. He tried grabbing her, but he stumbled and he looked at her in confusion. "You are trespassing, sir. I'm going to have to call the police. You are drunk."

"Police?" The man shook his head and Saphira frowned at him and turned to walk down the hallway briskly. "Hey, where do you think you're going, bitch? Get back here!" Saphira ignored the man as she continued walking quickly. "Come back here!"

Saphira gasped when she heard him running and glanced over her shoulder before she ran to the doors. "Fredbear!" She shrieked as the man tackled her, throwing them both through the doors and she yelped as she hits her head on the brick wall. "Ow…"

She was dazed and disorientated as the man turned her around. She blinked and looked at him with fear as the man drank more of his beer. "Mmhmm…such a lovely lady…" She grimaced and looked away when the man unzipped his jeans. "Come now, missy, I only ask for…"

He didn't say much as she heard the sound of something tackling the man hard and landing on the ground. She looked over to see Springtrap holding the man's head. "Attacking the night guard, was a bad move!"

"Wha…wha…w-w-w…" The man couldn't say anything as he stared at Springtrap in fear before he began to cry out. "Stop!" He tried grabbing at Springtrap's arms and broken his bottle against the animatronic's head. "That hurts! Stop!"

Saphira looked away as she couldn't bear to watch, but she couldn't move. She did not know that Springtrap was literally squeezing the man's head at this moment. She placed her hand to her head and yelped when she heard the man scream before there was a sickening crunch. It sounded like Springtrap had literally crushed the man's skull. She did not look though, as she didn't want to look. But she could smell the blood.

"Ew…alcohol…" Springtrap stood up and walked over to Saphira. She worried his hands would be covered in blood and she closed her eyes. "Are you okay?" She whimpered in response. "Bonnie!" She opened her eyes and looked up before grimacing and holding her head. "She needs first aid."

She didn't know when the animatronics had got there, but she was relieved. She heard Bonnie walking over to her and kneeling. "Why won't you help her?" There was a pause between the two bots. "Oh, right…you need to clean up…" Saphira groaned as she felt Bonnie move her carefully before lifting her from the ground, holding her against him in his arms. "That's a nasty bump, Saphira…let's get an ice pack or something."

Saphira looked over at Springtrap. "What about…"

"I've got to clean up, Saphira. You take care of yourself." He sighed deeply and turned towards the man's body. "Another mess we have to clean up…"

She wanted to have Springtrap come with her. She sighed as Bonnie carried her back to the office. She was not sure how bad of a bump she had on her forehead, but it was seemed like that it was a lot. Bonnie sat her on the seat and Saphira leaned back in the chair. "You wait right here…" He turned around before gasping. "Oh, Chica, Freddy…"

Saphira looked up as she saw Chica and Freddy walking in. Chica had an ice pack in her hand and kneels by the chair, placing it on Saphira's head. "That should feel better…"

Freddy stood by, not sure what he should do. "We had heard your head hitting the brick wall. Luckily you should be okay." She nodded a little as Chica held the ice pack to her forehead. "You know, this could be a regular day with us animatronics. Might be best…"

"Freddy, now is not a good time," Chica interrupts the animatronic with a frown. "We need to may sure she is okay for the time being. After that, we can try and discuss hey staying as the night guard."

Bonnie was frowning at Freddy as well. The animatronic realized that they were right. "Sorry…you're right. I…" He looked at Saphira as she looked up at him. He smiled at her. "You will be okay, Saphira. I will go and help Springtrap with cleaning up. We tend to really…not deal with drunk idiots very quickly."

Saphira didn't respond as the animatronic walked out of the room. She was feeling a bit nauseous at the moment as well. However, she actually felt a little bit happy. The animatronics helped her. Springtrap saved her. She knew she had to endure witnessing him kill someone else, but if the man did not sneak in, he wouldn't be dead. Though she could see why that Freddy would make a comment like that. She sat in the chair as Chica held the ice pack to her forehead. Fredbear entered the office after a few minutes, and he refused to leave. He seemed to feel guilty he left her alone, even though it was not his fault. He simply wanted to help and make sure she felt better. She did not know if Springtrap would, though it seemed like he came out of hiding when he too noticed the sounds in the attraction. Which she was lucky that he did.
