Mail call for Luigi!
(Luigi and Frankly rushed out the door)
LUIGI:
Oh, hey there, Parakarry, what brings you here? You got us more mail?
PARAKARRY:
Actually, this one's for you, Luigi! Open it up and you'll see. I've gotta deliver more letters, bye!
(And with that, Parakarry flew away. Luigi and Frankly walked back in the house)
FRANKLY:
Huh? What does the letter say?
LUIGI:
Huh? What the mama-mia are you doing here, Professor? I don't remember you being in our house.
FRANKLY:
Let's read the letter together.
LUIGI:
Okie-dokie. Ahem! "Sirs! My name is Crepe. I am a cabinet minister in the far-off Waffle Kingdom. Our land has been attacked by the Chestnut King, who took our Princess Eclair. I ask, nay, BEG for your assistance! The Waffle Kingdom needs your skills. I humbly request your prompt response, sirs. Sincerely, Crepe." Wow, seems like I got an adventure to go to.
(Luigi and Frankly went up to the kitchen to get Mario who was eating cereal for breakfast)
LUIGI:
Hey, Mario.
MARIO:
Hmm?
LUIGI:
I'm going somewhere, but I'll be back in a little bit.
MARIO:
Oh, okay.
(Luigi and Frankly ran up to Peach's castle and went to Toad)
LUIGI:
Hey, Toad, I've gotta spend weeks at Rogueport 'cause I figured on the map that the Waffle Kingdom is somewhere in Rogueport!
TOAD:
You have to get the Big Star from Rainbow Bowser.
LUIGI:
Okay.
(Luigi and Frankly went into Bowser in the Sky, and Luigi fought the Rainbow Bowser and nabbed the Big Star, then Luigi and Frankly rushed back home)
LUIGI:
Hey Ma, hey Pa, sorry I'm a little late. I was doing something.
JUMPMAN:
It's alright son, you made it right on time.
LADY:
Pack your stuff, boys, get whatever you need, 'cause we're cruisin'!
MARIO & LUIGI:
Okey dokie!
(Later, at Rogueport)
MARIO:
Do you mind if I go somewhere, like, explore the motel?
JUMPMAN:
Well, get back before midnight, okay?
MARIO:
Okie dokie, Da-da!
(Mario left the room)
LUIGI:
Dad.
JUMPMAN:
Hm?
LUIGI:
I need to go somewhere, too. Parakarry just gave me a letter, and it's from the Waffle Kingdom.
JUMPMAN:
Oh, uh, okay?
LADY:
Please be careful, son, okay?
LUIGI:
Ma, Pa, I'll be fine, okay?
JUMPMAN:
Okay, son.
(Luigi and Frankly left the room, too)
JUMPMAN:
What in the world was that Goomba?
(Luigi and Frankly left the motel, and Luigi whipped out his unfolded his folding kart)
LUIGI:
Let's-a do this, in style!
FRANKLY:
Great… uh, what do we do?
(Without answering, Luigi drove off. Later as they made it to the Waffle Kingdom, Luigi and Frankly entered the palace and met up with Minister Crepe)
CREPE:
Ah, Luigi, thank heavens you made it! As you can see in the letter that I sent to you, Princess Eclair has been kidnapped by the Chestnut King! However, the Oracle of Delphius came to me and told me that a man named "Luigi" must find the Marvelous Compass, which can locate her. He also said that the Marvelous Compass have been broken into seven parts by an ancient curse and are scattered all over the world.
LUIGI:
Really?
CREPE:
Yes, and each part of the Marvelous Compass will point to the next, and once you collect all the parts, you will definitely find her! Here, I'm giving you the compass base spoken of in Waffler fables.
(He hands Luigi the compass. The compass base started lighting up, indicating the deep south. It shows that one of the parts was located in Rumblebump Volcano)
LUIGI:
Hmm… Rumblebump Volcano… so that's were I'll be heading, then! Wish me luck, Mr. Crepe.
(Luigi and Frankly headed back to the kart and drove off. As Luigi was driving, Frankly teleported yet again)
