Author's note.

I've been getting into Psychonauts recently, and I thought, what if I did a chapter based on the most infamous level in the original game; the Meat Circus. Another person suggested a crossover between Miraculous Ladybug and SAW. While I only saw 'Jigsaw', I can see why. Mainly because everyone wants to see John Kramer mentally taunt Lila until she either gives up or confesses her crimes. Another idea I had in mind, was a series of one-shots called 'Adrian hires'. Basically, this revolves around Adrian hiring various characters from different media to deal with Lila. Such as the Coachman from Pinnochio, Victor Zsazz from DC comics, Task Master from Marvel, but who YOU would have Adrian hire, let me know in a review/comment. Chapter 16

People's voice

Things were NOT going well for Chloe's family. A LOT of things they did want to be made public, half been. Her father bribing and blackmailing people, her attempts at sabotage and pettiness and what was the MOST well kept and sent to an international audience, Chloe willing becoming and almost handing Paris over to Hawkmoth. She watched all this from her room on the TV. She was seething at this. Her family's name was in the mud and Ronald has basically gotten more popular.

At School, Marinette was sketching in her sketch book when Nathaniel came up to her.

"Hey, Marinette" said Nathaniel.

"Oh, hi Nathaniel", said Marinette. "What brings you here?". Nathaniel then pulled out his phone.

"Take a look at this" said Nathaniel. It was a social media post that had William in it. It was a video. Where he said the following.

'How many fucking Akumas is it going to take for that wrinkled nut sacked mayor of ours to see that Ladybug and Chat Noir can't do this alone. And do you what one of the BIGGEST factors to that is? It's because of his dumb, blonde, self-entitled bitch of a daughter. And do you know what he's doing now? Jack fuck! I mean, sure, there are superheroes in New York, but at least they have support! Here, it's only the two of them! So, tomorrow, outside the mayor's office. Show Ladybug and Chat Noir they WE support them'.

The post then ended.

"It's been viewed over 2000 time since it was first posted" said Nathaniel. Indeed it had been, in just under an hour, the post went viral and several celebrities were supporting this. Jagged Stone, Clara Nightingale, Prince Ali and many more. When William walked in, he went straight to Marinette.

"Take it you saw my post?" Asked William.

"Yeah" Marinette answered, not sure what to say.

"You think Chloe's gonna pissed?" Asked Nathaniel.

"Oh, I'm counting on it" said William. He then gave a wicked smirk as he walked to his desk.

"HEY!". This caused everybody to turn and look at the front door. There, was Chloe, standing there, staring at him.

"Well, look what the dog dragged in" said William with a smirk. Chloe then marched up to him and got in his face.

"I don't know what your game is, Bones", said Chloe. "But you won't be-OOF!". She didn't get to finish as William gave her a swift kick to the stomach.

"You never learn, do you?", asked William. "Your dad's rep is down the shitter. All his 'friends' abandoned him and you're about as popular Karen in a store. Come to think of it, you'd fit right in at a Karen convention. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAA!".

"This, isn't over" groaned Chloe as she got up. William then grabbed her by the scruff of her shirt.

"Ah, but it is. But it is", said William with a smirk. "I suggest you keep talking to whatever voices in your head tells you that you the authority to do whatever you want. Because soon, they're gonna be all you have left. And no Miraculous cure can fix that". He then tossed Chloe to the ground.

"See ya around, Hoey Bitcheois". William then walked back to his desk. Everyone just stared at William. No one had dared talk back to Chloe, let alone get physical. The day went on as normal, though William was a bit more reclusive then usual. He didn't talk to anyone. Yet, Sabrina watched him. She then had an idea.

The next day.

'This Nadja Chammak reporting to you live from city hall. A massive crowd has gathered outside, protesting the lack of actions that mayor Andrea Bougeois has taken to help Ladybug and Chat Noir to stop Hawkmoth. This all started after William Bones, son of Mayoral Campaign runner and Casino owner; Ronald Bones, made a post on social media criticising the lack of action taken'.

Ladybug and Chat Noir were watching this from a far.

"Man, talk about a loud crowd" said Chat Noir.

"All of them gathered", said Ladybug. "To support us".

"Then let's not disappoint them" said Chat Noir. They then made their way towards the crowd when they saw someone waving to them on a rooftop.

"Look, down there" said Chat Noir. Ladybug looked to where Chat Noir was and saw…..

"That's Sabrina" said Ladybug.

"Chloe's best friend?" Asked Chat Noir.

"Yep", answered Ladybug. "It looks like she wants something". Both of them made it towards Sabrina.

"Oh, thank god you came" said Sabrina.

"What seems to be the problem?" Asked Chat Noir.

"Well", answered Sabrina nervously. "You see. There's this, boy at my school and, his father's running for mayor and-".

"Wait", said Chat Noir. "You know William?".

"Yeah", answered Sabrina. "And well. His dad REALLY wants Hawkmoth gone, so-".

At Palacio de Oro.

William was watching TV, when his phone rang. He then answered it.

"Hello".

At City Hall.

People were chanting, yelling, holding up picket signs and many other things as they Mayor was now cowering on a podium

"Uh. P-p-p-p-people of Paris. I-". His speech was interrupted when someone threw a tomato at him. This started a reaction that caused other people to throw things. Lemons, cabbages, someone even threw bottles of booze and bags of dog shit.

Chloe then marched in front.

"You all are ridiculous", she shouted. "You should be-". Someone then threw an uncooked chicken at her, knocking her to the ground. Eventually, Ladybug and Chat Noir landed in front of everyone.

"Hello everyone" said Ladybug. The crowd then cheered.

"L-Ladybug. Chat Noir", said Andrea. "You came. Please tell these people to-".

"Oh will you grow up?", asked Ladybug. "We're not here to support you".

"In fact", added Chat Noir. "We actually agree with the citizens".

"We can't fight Hawkmoth alone", continued Ladybug. "And from what we can gather, Chloe has caused the most Akumas since Hawkmoth's arrival".

"Sure seems that way". Ronald and William then got out of the crowd and got up front.

"Mr. Bones", said Ladybug. "Nice to see you".

"Likewise" agreed Ronald. He then shook both Ladybug and Chat Noir's hands. Chloe then got up and marched towards William.

"YOU!", she shouted pointing to William's chest. "You did this. You teamed up with them and got them to act like they agree with you-".

"We're not, acting", said Ladybug. "We are doing this willingly".

"And for the record, I didn't get them to come", said William pointing to the crowd. "She did". Chloe looked to the crowd, and got wide eyed when Sabrina made her way to the front of the crowd, to the spot where William was pointing to.

"Even your own 'friend' turned her back on you", said William. "And unlike your family, WE keep our promises". Chloe's eyes darted between Ladybug, William and then Sabrina. When her eyes fell on Sabrina, she scowled before charging and yelling 'Traitor'.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH SHUT UP!" Shouted Sabrina. She then slammed the uncooked chicken on Chloe's head.

"Consider THAT my two weeks notice, Chloe" said Sabrina. William then tripped Chloe, causing her to fall into the crowd.

"I think our work is done here", said William. "Shall we return home, dad?".

"I think that would be nice" answered Ronald. He then walked away.

"See you on Election Day, Chloe", said William before he walked away. "You coming Sabrina?". Sabrina looked at Chloe, then followed William. They got in the Bones' limo and headed off.

At Palacio de Oro.

William and Sabrina were in William's room. William was looking for something, while Sabrina sat on the couch.

"So", said William. "How did it feel? Standing up to Chloe, I mean".

Sabrina said nothing, she just looked at her knees. William found what he was looking for and walked towards Sabrina.

"Overwhelmed, huh?", William asked. "But think of it like this, you're free now. Oh, and here, this is for you". Sabrina felt something fall into her lap. When she looked, it was a stack of hundred euro bills.

"Consider it, payment for your services", said William. "After all, if you do a good job, you should some tines expect some payment". Sabrina then hugged William, which caught him off guard. He only returned the hug.

"See", said William. "I'm not such a bad guy after all". His eyes then turned red.
