(The Arena)

Out of all the things people would expect Sagat to do in the arena, lying on the ground in a "Draw me like one of those french girls" pose was not one of them. Truth be told, the one-eyed man felt the same way, but was too busy watching the current situation with an exasperated face to comment.

"Look, Sophie, there are exactly twenty-seven people in the ring!" Velvet Crowe argued. "Go bother literally anyone else!"

"No, if you were here in the first and second Battle of the Luminaries, you would know how tough it is for our node to get eliminations!" The purple-haired girl countered.

"How tough it is for our node to…" Velvet started in disbelief. "We have gotten at least ONE elimination per section thus far! Hell, Lloyd was the very first SUPERSTAR!"

"Even still, we have to stick together!" Sophie scolded. "We need all of the help we could get!"

"By THAT logic, why not help Chloe?" Velvet challenged, pointing at the fight between Chloe Valens and Solid Snake against Hazama.

"The mercenary is already helping her!" Sophie answered.

"Even if the person they are fighting is Hazama!?" Velvet asked.

"So?" Sophie asked.

"Don't you know? Hazama gets stronger when he is near conflict!" Velvet scolded.

Sophie's eyes widened at this. "What!?"

"Yeah, Magilou told me about it! The more he is near people in combat, the more he draws in that power!" Velvet explained.

"But that means…" Sophie gasped.

"Unless taken down quickly, he could dominate the entire ring without fail!" Velvet nodded.

"Oh no! I have to help Chloe and her ally stop him before it is too late!" Sophie exclaimed.

With that, she ran off towards the direction of the fight. By this time, Sagat got up straight with a blank face.

"...That was a lie, wasn't it?" Sagat asked.

"If you knew about us Berseria folk, you would have known that saying that 'Magilou told us' would be a dead giveaway." Velvet smirked.

Wolf O'Donnell got out a bayonet-like blaster and fired a shot forward. However, Wolfrun easily jumped to the side and ran over to punish his fellow lupine for his mistake. But Wolf O'Donnell raised his arm to block the punch. The one-eyed wolf then tried to kick at Wolfrun, but the latter countered with his own kick.

The two then exchanged punches, kicks and claw swipes with each other with neither of them gaining ground on each other. Then, Wolf O'Donnell found an opening and kicked Wolfrun in the chest, sending the latter staggering back. Wolf O'Donnell smirked before crouching down and pouncing forward.

However, Wolfrun snapped out of his daze in time before ducking down and letting Wolf O'Donnell pounce back. Wolfrun then kicked his foot back, kicking Wolf O'Donnell in the back, knocking the pilot now. Wolf O'Donnell then got up.

"Heh. Not bad for a fairy, kid." Wolf O'Donnell mused.

Wolfrun's eyes bugged when he heard this.

"Oh, don't give me that. You and your node may be obscure by itself, but for better or for worse, you are well-known in the world of wolves!" Wolf O'Donnell scolded with a smirk.

Wolfrun narrowed his eyes. "So I am a fairy? What about it?"

"Nothing by itself.. Though I may remind you that I am not a demon and I am pretty sure I am not a dragon so it wouldn't do that much against ME!" Wolf O'Donnell boasted.

"Oh, don't worry, I don't intend to lose to you." Wolfrun said, narrowing his eyes. He then smirked. "After all, I do not intend to help any brainwashed nodal companions or trip over you!"

Wolf O'Donnell's smirk immediately vanished. "Hey! Neither of those were my fault!"

"Maybe the second elimination, but are you really going to ignore the first one?" Wolfrun asked.

"Well, considering all of the Smashers got on my case about it after the Tournament of Kikai, no!" Wolf O'Donnell roared.

"Hey, hey, sorry, man, I could see why that is a touchy subject for ya!" Wolfrun laughed, putting his hands behind his back. "I would be peeved too if I had the perfect chance to get free eliminations when that baby Pokemon entered the ring so I could eliminate them!"

"SHUT UP!" Wolf O'Donnell roared before pouncing forward.

(Announcer's Booth)

Ashley shook his head. "Tinyhammer and his wolves… In hindsight, I am pleasantly surprised that Drake and I got the job instead of Fenrir and Spot…"

Then, he heard groaning. Turning his head, he saw Drake groggily making his way in his seat.

"You okay, Drake?" Ashley asked, concerned.

"Depends. How are things?" The vampire asked.

"Don't worry. There hasn't been a single flicker even since you fainted." Ashley reassured.

Drake slumped in his seat. "Oh, thank Dracula… So what else I missed?"

"Well, Static Shock is Section Four's Superstar and his stage change simply to make the ropes electric." Ashley explained. "Astaroth is currently working at the Sound Booth alone."

Drake looked up confused. "Huh? Where is Shadow and Aila?"

"Aila wouldn't say. She just wanted permission from me to let her and Shadow leave for a good chunk of this section." Ashley continued before frowning. "I did so seeing that Shadow could teleport the both of them, but something tells me I made a mistake."

Drake gave a weak smile. "Eh. As long as what they are planning brings in the ratings, let's give them the benefit of the doubt."

"I knew you would say that." Ashley said, rolling his eyes. He then looked concerned. "But that is the least of my worries."

Drake frowned. "Celica & Minerva are STILL travelling from elimination node to elimination node?"

"Yes! And worse! We only have until Section Seven at the earliest to return them back to the dome!" Ashley exclaimed.

Drake blinked twice. "Um, why that specific time?"

Ashley then shoved his tablet in Drake's face. While startled, the mayor took it and read it. His eyes then bugged out when he realised it was a list of people entering the section. …And he focused on one particular fighter.

"Wait… Are you talking about…" Drake asked.

"Of course! There is no way she wouldn't try to find Celica after she is eliminated!" Ashley agreed. "And considering that Nurse Joy and I initially thought that YOU were behind it…"

Drake's face paled as he sank in his seat. "...SHE may come straight here."

Ashley frowned. "What are we going to do?"

"Um… I know you may not like what I am about to suggest, but did you ask Xero?" Drake asked.

"I DID. He claimed that HE had no reason to do that to Celica either!" Ashley frowned. "I don't think we were hacked and there isn't a problem with anyone's elimination nodes! What's going on!?"

"I don't know… What I DO know is that we have to find a way to nip this in the bud." Drake frowned. "Because if we don't, whoever tried to kill me with the garlic attack earlier may get their wish…"

(Elimination Seating)

In the earlier UVR tournaments, it took the eliminated fighters a whole section to enter the Elimination Seating. But nowadays, if the fighter usually goes straight to the Elimination Seating, they should reach it in time to watch the battles. So that was when most of the fighters, even the ones from Section 4 were there.

"So even though it was cowardly of me to do, I ran all of the way here and left my fellow mouse and that bounty hunter to fight that monster alone!" Mappy frowned in disdain.

"Damn… I am SO sorry that you had to go through that." Stahn Aileron said, sympathetically.

"It is fine… I just feel bad for Pikachu and Miss Aran." Mappy said, looking down.

"Hey, hey, hey. It is alright. I would never run away from a fight, but I could admit that making an exception for Barbatos Goetia is acceptable." Stahn frowned. "He DID kill me."

Mappy jumped before turning towards Stahn. "Wait… What!?"

"Well, he didn't kill ME me, but the sequel me." Stahn added.

Mappy blinked twice.

"You are NOT helping his nerves!" Dymlos scolded.

Meanwhile, Whip, Ralf and Kula entered the Elimination Seating.

"Whew… We made it." Ralf said, sighing in relief.

Ralf looked around. "And there are surprisingly a decent amount of fighters to go through. Question is? Where do we start?"

"I think all three of us already know the answer to that." Whip said before looking at Kula with a smile. "Right, Kula?"

The strawberry blonde happily nodded before using her hand as a visor and scanning around. Her eyes lit up when she saw her target. She wasted no time rushing forward with Whip shortly following. Ralf was about to follow. Until he saw some potential recruits sitting together.

The moment Kula reached her destination, she pounced on her target and wrapped her arms around them.

"W-Woah!" Maxima exclaimed before smiling. "Hey, princess! I was worried about you!"

"Yeah, sorry, I was helping Seirah, Uncle!" Kula beamed.

"Indeed." Whip said, walking over. "I didn't want her to get involved, but you know how stubborn she could get."

"Oh, I know." Maxima chuckled, making Kula puff out her cheeks. "Anyway, let's cut to the chase. There is another villain plot?"

"No. THREE." Whip said, shaking her head.

Maxima's eyes bugged out at this. "Wait, what!?"

"Yeah, and we want you to come with us, Uncle." Kula urged. "Just like you came to me and Ralf in the past."

"Well, since it beats just watching OTHER people fight, just why not?" The Canadian asked, shrugging his shoulders. He then realised something. "Say, didn't Ralf leave the locker room with you?"

Whip blinked twice before looking around to see he was gone. "Um, he did. In fact, he was with us the entire time until literally right now."

"Sorry, I am planning ahead!"

The regular Team K' members' eyes widened before turning their heads to see a grinning Ralf walking over with Isla, Rimururu and Hibiki Takane following them.

"When I saw our future recruit and our fellow SNK fighters, I just HAD to talk to them!" Ralf offered, gesturing to the girls.

Isla glared up at Ralf. "Hey, how many times do I have to tell you!? I am never joining you guys!"

Whip raised an eyebrow. "I have to ask. The Ikari Warriors or our team?"

"The Ikari Warriors, of course!" Isla spat. She then smirked. "As infuriating the discussion in the SNK Locker Room was just now, I admit it DOES make the villain plots more interesting than it has any right to be!"

"Oh, you have NO idea." Whip frowned, shaking her head.

"Then, I am coming too!" Rimururu said, sternly while putting her hands on her hips. "Usually these villains are a threat to nature so I wouldn't look Nakoruru in the eye if I don't take care of it!"

"I must confess I am merely joining for selfish reasons." Hibiki frowned. "Not that I don't want to help, but I want to distract myself from my poor performance in the arena."

Ralf merely nodded his head. "As long as you give 100%."

"Hold up."

Everyone turned to see Kanji Tatsumi, Lloyd Irving and Claude Von Riegan walking over.

"You are going on to form a hero group, right?" Kanji asked. "I was on the security team at the first tournament so I would know."

"And Veigue told me that this was how he got roped up at the second tournament." Lloyd added. "And Dwarven Vow #2, Never abandon someone in need."

"And I… Well, I don't have previous UVR experience." Claude shrugged with a smirk. "It is just suspicious for three fighters to be in the Eliminated Seating when they are clearly not eliminated."

Ralf's eyes widened in realisation. "Oh, crap. You are right. We better go before we alert TOO much attention."

Whip nodded her head. "Yes. Ten should be a decent amount for now. Let's go back to the restaurant."

With that, the newly-formed team made their way out of the Eliminated Seating. Unknown to them, two people were watching them leave.

"Hmm… A small group of mismatched fighters leaving the Elimination Seating at the same time?" Bang Shishigami asked before narrowing his eyes. "Something must be afoot."

"Looks like it. Well, don't let anyone stop you if you want to go all 'Justice Will Prevail'." Ragna the Bloodedge said before turning his attention to the tournament.

"Exactly! As Warriors of Virtue, we just sit idly by and let evil go amuck!" Bang grinned.

"Mm-hmm. Go knock yourself…" Ragna started. He then realised something. "Wait, WarriorS of Virtue? WE?"

Then, Bang grabbed Ragna's arm and started to pull him towards the exit.

"H-Hey!" Ragna snapped.

"Come on, Ragna!" Bang urged. "Maybe if we sprint, we can catch up!"

"But… I just wanted to watch the tournament…" The white-haired man grumbled as he was dragged after the group.

(The Arena)

Basara narrowed his eyes before descending in a dark puddle to avoid a Morning Star whip. Simon Belmont tried to yank his whip back and prepare to block, but Basara reappeared in another portal behind Simon and slashed him in the back with his giant shuriken. The vampire hunter cried out in pain before staggering forward with Basara smirking and going to continue the assault.

However, Simon spun around in place with his whip, catching Basara in the side. Because the latter was a yurei, the attack hurt a lot more than it would normally from the Vampire Killer. As Basara cried out in pain, Simon retreated his whip back and lashed it forward. However, Basara raised his shuriken in time to block the attack.

Basara then used his free hand to send a ball of light in an upwards arc. However, Simon got out a hand axe and threw it in a similar arc at the ball of light, negating the attack. Basara just scoffed before making up for his mistake and lashing out his shuriken at Simon who raised his whip to block the incoming attack, resulting in a firework display of sparks.

Basara then walked forward, but Simon saw from the blue-haired killer fought Huff N Puff Wolf earlier and spun his whip around him again. This was a wise move as he not only easily destroyed Basara's shadow decoy, but knocked down the real Basara just as he was preparing a sneak attack. The yurei groaned before getting up and glaring at the guilty party.

"Okay, what is your problem!? I wasn't hurting anybody!" Basara scolded. He then paused. "At the moment."

"Spare me." Simon scolded, narrowing his eyes. "You murder countless of innocent people discrimately, all in your twisted view of love."

Basara growled before smirking. "Well, at least I know what love is!"

Simon was taken back by this. "And what is THAT supposed to mean!?"

"Oh, come on. I am surprised it hasn't become a meme at this point." Basara taunted. "Why pick the Virgin Simon when you could pick the Chad Richter Belmont?"

Simon's eyebrow twitched before sending a cross forward. However, Basara vanished in another shadowy portal. Simon just scoffed before spinning around with his whip outstretched. However, that was what Basara was counting on as he reappeared out of harm's way and spun out his shuriken into Simon, striking him multiple times. Simon cried out in pain before staggering back. Basara then smirked before pouncing at the stunned Simon.

However, while the attack definitely looked deadly, Simon literally endured worse than that and managed to quickly recover and duck underneath Basara's slash. With the yurei taken back, Simon grabbed him and threw him into the air. He then jumped up after him and did a multi-hitting uppercut to Basara, sending clear over the electric ropes.

Basara landed in Resident Evil where the main protagonists shot him dead.

"MULA MULA!" Tam Tam shouted before throwing a series of skulls forward. Yuri Sakazaki shrieked before dodging out of the way of said unorthodox weapons. However, after Yuri dodged the final skull, Tam Tam pounced forward and readied his Machete.

"Chou Upper!" Yuri shouted before doing her trademark uppercut to Tam Tam's chin. The Mayan warrior was sent flying through the air before crashing onto his back. Yuri then climbed onto him and started to beat his face. Tam Tam grunted in pain, but quickly grabbed Yuri and easily threw her over with his major size advantage.

The two then got out with Tam Tam springing to life first and swinging his Machete at Yuri. The brunette yelped before jumping back to avoid the attack. Tam Tam then proceeded to continue the assault with Yuri continuing to step back to avoid getting slashed, but it was getting harder to do so with the combined range of Tam Tam's weapon AND limbs.

Soon, she found herself being forced towards the electric ropes. Realising that Tam Tam was not going to give her an opening, she needed to make her own. Yuri then flipped forward, not only over Tam Tam's assault, but over the red-clad man and kicking him in the back with both feet and making him stagger forward into the electric ropes.

Tam Tam cried out in pain after being zapped before staggering back. He then shook his head to get rid of the stars. He then turned around to see Yuri laughing and pointing at him.

Tam Tam narrowed his eyes. "Hey! That wasn't funny! That really hurt!"

"Hey, be grateful that the electric ropes were there or else you wouldn't even be here period!" Yuri countered while laughing.

Tam Tam growled before putting his Machete between his teeth and putting his hands to the canvas. Denying all laws of logic and physics, he spun forward on the tips of his hands with his legs outstretched. Needless to say, Yuri was taken off-guard and was tripped up. Tam Tam then leapt up into the air and spat out a fireball downwards.

Yuri yelped before rolling to the side to avoid the fireball, but that was what Tam Tam was hoping for as he pounced Yuri, pinning her down. The Kyokugen grunted in pain before looking at how Tam Tam was positioned on her.

"...I am SO glad that SNK decided to give you pants." Yuri grunted in disgust.

"Ha ha! You are even a skilled warrior! But alas, I have the upper hand!" Tam Tam boasted.

Yuri blinked twice. "Um, are you sure about that?"

Tam Tam returned the gesture. "What do you mean am I sure?"

"Look, you are really loud and a bit creepy, but I could tell that you are a good guy so I am going to give you a chance." Yuri frowned. "Think long and hard about the position both of us are in!"

"Um, I am literally standing on top of you and in case you forget, I am clearly heavier than you." Tam Tam retorted. "Where is no way to escape?"

"Okayyyyyy, don't say I didn't warn ya." Yuri sighed.

With that, she sent her palms upwards.

"SAIHA!"

Immediately, everyone winced as Tam Tam's pupils shrank when Yuri used her energy shield attack. He stood in his spot for a moment before collapsing on his side.

While holding his crotch area. Yuri again sighed before getting up and dusting herself off.

"Tried to warn you." Yuri frowned.

Not wanting to cause Tam Tam any more pain, she decided to quickly put him out of his misery, she sent a Haoh Shoukou Ken to Tam Tam, sending the Mayan warrior clear over the ropes so he doesn't get shocked out of the way out of the ring.

Tam Tam landed in Donkey Kong 64. Normally, he would put up a decent fight against the boss, Dogadon, but seeing that he was still in pain…

"Shining Gale!" Chloe Valens shouted, thrusting her sword forward. However, Hazama just smirked as he jumped to the side and readied one of his butterfly knives. Only for Sophie to rush over and do a spin kick to Hazama's stomach, knocking the well-dressed man to the ground.

"Demon Fang!" Chloe shouted, swinging her blade and sending a shockwave across the ground to hit Hazama while he was down. However, the green-haired man snapped out of his daze and rolled to the side to avoid the projectile. He then got up to see Chloe and Sophie rushing over.

Hazama just sneered before putting his hand upwards, summoning a portal and sending out a knife connected to the ceiling lights before using it like a grappling hook and out of the way of harm's way of the two women. Hazama just laughed as the two stumbled.

Until a missile flew into him. In an explosion, Snake smirked as he lowered his missile launcher and Hazama crashed to the ground like a stone. The well-dressed man groaned before getting up to see Snake, Chloe and Sophie surrounding him.

"Heh. Heroes, my ass. What kind of heroes gang-up on a guy three-to-one?" Hazama asked.

"Don't give me that! I know that the more you stay in the arena, the stronger you become!" Sophie challenged.

Snake, Chloe and Hazama looked confused.

"...Huh?" Hazama asked, finally.

"Yeah, Velvet told me that Magilou told HER that he gets his power from people's conflict and considering that this is a free-for-all tournament, he is gaining power any second!" Sophie elaborated.

Snake and Chloe's eyes widened. For different reasons.

"Magilou!?" Chloe asked in disbelief.

"What!?" Snake exclaimed before glaring at Hazama. "Ooh, as if being separate from Yuuki Terumi isn't enough, we have to deal with THIS! You are going down, buddy!"

Hazama smirked. "Heh! Spare me! Like you would take me down!"

"Oh yeah! We'll take that dare!" Snake spat before turning to Sophie and Chloe. Sophie looked determined while Chloe looked… Exasperated.

"Right!" Sophie nodded.

Chloe jumped. "Um, right! Demon Fang!"

With that, she sent out a shockwave at Hazama who easily avoided it. However, Snake then decided to rush forward and did a roll, knocking Hazama off of his feet. Snake then climbed onto him to beat his face in, but the green-haired man created his portal and sent a chain towards a turnbuckle and pulled himself from Snake before the latter could punch him.

"Hurry!" Sophie gasped before rushing after Hazama.

However, that was what Hazama was hoping for. Sending out his chain again, this time at a different turnbuckle, he started to go towards it, but not before grabbing Sophie.

"Sophie!" Chloe gasped.

"Shield!"

That was the sound of Shulk summoning a yellow aura around him and raising his Monado to block a punch from Vector the Crocodile. Knowing that would send Shulk going back until he crashed into the electric ropes, but he was only sent back a few feet. He was about to make a counter attack until he had a vision.

(Shulk's Vision)

Shulk extended his Monado and swung it downwards. However, Vector raised his arms to easily block the attack. He was about to punish Shulk for the mistake until…

"SHULK! LOOK OUT!"

The blond boy and Vector's eyes bugged out before turning their heads in the direction of Snake's shout, but it was too late. Hazama while still holding onto Sophie crashed into Shulk and Vector hard and sent the two, along with Sophie out of the ring. Hazama gracefully landed on the ground with a smirk.

"Ha! I bet that vampire is regretting giving my Big Guy status to Terumi!" Hazama laughed, adjusting his hat. "Because only Really Big Guys are able to get triple eliminations!"

(Present Time)

Shulk's eyes bugged out when the vision ended.

"SHULK! LOOK…"

Fortunately for Snake, the seer was way ahead of him as he ran towards the direction of the approaching Hazama, much to Vector's bewilderment. Immediately, Hazama's smirk Shulk pulled his sword back while extending it.

Hazama quickly used Sophie as a boost pad and saved himself from the attack. Sophie, however, wasn't as lucky and fell out of the ring. Needless to say, Shulk, along with Snake, Chloe and Vector were horrified by what happened.

Shulk then growled before glaring at Hazama who was getting up. "Using a little girl as a meatshield."

"Hey, it is hard on me too!" The green-haired man frowned. "If I had things MY way, I would have gotten THREE eliminations at once!"

"...I am going to eliminate you before you cause any more chaos anywhere else." Shulk said, coldly.

Hazama just scoffed before sending out his chain at Shulk. The latter was about to block it. Then, Vector ran in front of him and blocked the attack with his arm, making him wince in pain. Despite startled, Hazama just smirked before pulling himself towards Vector to stab him.

Then, Vector opened his mouth wide.

CHOMP!

Everyone looked on in horror at this as several people looked around.

"Oh my Bionis and Mechonis, Vector!" Shulk gasped. "I dislike him too, but you didn't have to KILL him!"

Vector paused for a moment. He turned toward Shulk to reveal… A grey and green spinning ball.

"GETTTTT MEEEEEE OFFFFFF! IIIIII AMMMMM GOINGGGGG TOOOOOO PUKEEEEEE!" The ball shouted.

While holding the ball form of Hazama in his mouth, Vector smirked and nodded as if to silently confirm. He then walked over to the ropes and spat Hazama out of the ring.

Hazama landed in Sonic Spinball. Let's just say that he got out of the frying pan and into the fire.

Shulk watched the whole thing with wide eyes as Vector used a toothpick to see if anything was stuck in them.

"...I didn't know you could hold people in your mouth like in Sonic Heroes with NON-Sonic characters." Shulk said.

"I can. The issue is it isn't as painless as it is with Espio and Charmy." Vector smirked.

As Shulk nervously chuckled, Snake and Chloe blinked twice.

"Well, THAT wasn't the best moment for both of us." Snake admitted before sighing. "But at least that creep is on before he gets too overpowered."

"Um, right, yes… Overpowered." Chloe said, shifting her eyes from left to right.

Puss in Boots narrowed his eyes before running on all fours around a projectile cloud of dust. Geary's eyes turned red before aiming the vacuum from his chest and continued to fire clouds of dust at Puss. However, the Spaniard demonstrated how nimble cats could be and easily rushed towards the robot and proceeded to do a series of jabs forward.

However, Geary just yelped before swinging the end of his vacuum at the rapier, parrying it and kicking his foot out. The attack struck Puss down, but he easily jumped back to his feet. But Geary aimed his vacuum attack. Puss merely got ready to dodge a cloud of dust again.

Only for said cloud to be the size of a large shed. Puss yelped before falling into a coughing mess. Geary smirked before making his vacuum suck, pulling in most, if not all of the dirt along with Puss, causing the cat to get attached to the vacuum. Geary then pulled his fist back to punch Puss.

Puss shrieked before managing to free himself from Geary and managing to scamper around his back. The robot just grunted in annoyance before he tried to get Puss, but the fencer continued to scamper around the robot to avoid getting caught.

"Get off me!" Geary demanded. "You are getting your dirty claw marks all over me!"

Puss stopped scampering to look in disbelief. "You were literally shooting dirt at me!"

"Yes, but you are a squishy so it wouldn't matter!" Geary countered.

Puss rolled his eyes. "You can't talk with xenophobic robots about these things."

Seeing that there was no point in talking, he climbed on Geary's back and kicked him hard in the back. The OCD robot staggered forward before turning around and sending a stream of dust. But Puss jumped over it and lunged in mid-air, stabbing Geary in the forehead with enough force to make him stagger back.

After Geary recovered, the robot narrowed his eyes before getting out… A red sprinkler wheel with suds on it before rolling it forward like a bowling ball. Puss wasn't expecting the improbable projectile and got over with suds getting over. Puss groaned before angrily sitting up.

"I will not forgive you for this indignity!" Puss roared before sadly holding up his arms. "It will take an eternity for my fur to dry!"

"Oh, don't worry, allow me to dry you off!" Geary laughed.

With that, he aimed his vacuum at Puss and activated the blow function, sending the cat towards the electric ropes. However, seeing that he was still wet, he acted quickly and pointed his rapier into the canvas to avoid touching them. Geary then walked forward to finish the job.

Only for Puss to dash to the side to avoid the gust of wind. Geary was about to make up for his mistake, but then Puss ran over to Geary and…

…Grabbed him before literally picking him up and holding him over him with relative ease.

"H-Hey!" Geary exclaimed, flailing helplessly. "Foul! Foul!"

Puss blinked twice. "HOW?"

"Because you never showed this much strength in the movies!" Geary retorted before looking at the Announcer's Booth. "He has to be cheating! Have the Millennium Star test him for steroids! Disqualify him!"

"Actually, if you played Shrek Super Slam, you would know that EVERYONE could carry around other fighters as if they were Donkey Kong." Drake said, matter-of-factly.

"Seriously, it is literally the NODE we are representing!" Puss muttered.

"Yes, but who talks about Shrek Super Slam, anyway?" Geary retorted.

Puss shook his head before walking over to the ropes. "...I am going to end this charade. I have to go back to help my destined opponent with that pink-haired ronin, anyway."

With that, he managed to throw Geary clear over the ropes and out of the ring.

Geary landed in Waku Waku 7 where he immediately fell in love with Tesse and tried to impress her with an artificial bouquet of flowers, much to the latter's bewilderment.

Antonov grunted in pain as he staggered back. After recovering, he held his head to get rid of the ringing.

"Kaiser Wave!"

Antonov's eyes bugged out before quickly throwing him to the ground to avoid a giant fireball. Rugal Bernstein smirked darkly before walking over to the downed Russian and did an axe kick on his back. Antonov cried out in pain before Rugal kicked him in the side and knocked him away.

"Reppuken!" Rugal shouted, sending a white wave across the ground. However, Antonov snapped out of his daze to roll out of the way and avoid the projectile. Antonov then slammed his hands on the canvas, making Rugal fall on the ground (and several fighters stumble). Antonov smirked before rushing forward.

"Body Splash!" Antonov shouted, jumping up and landing in front of Rugal, knocking the wind out of him. The grey-haired man grunted in pain before doing an uppercut and knocking Antonov off of him. Rugal then got up on one knee and fired a laser shot into his chest. Antonov grunted in pain before growling and getting up and running over. Oblivious to the crowd looking in horror and yelling at him to stop.

"Genocide Cutter!" Rugal shouted, doing his trademark slicing kicking uppercut to Antonov, sending the head of the G.A.W. flying into the air before crashing to the ground. Rugal glared in disgust as Antonov weakly got back up.

"Even a novice to our node should know that I have one of the best 'Shoryukens' in fighting game history." Rugal spat. "What kind of 'champion' are you?"

Antonov growled. "I am the FIRST one!"

"Uh-huh. And all of the other KoFs before XIV never happened." Rugal muttered. "I admit that I have an ego too, but unlike YOU, I could back it up!"

Antonov growled before slamming his hands on the ground, making another shockwave around himself. However, Rugal easily jumped over said shockwave and did another Kaiser Wave while Antonov was recovering from his own attack, he took the projectile head-on and sprawled onto the ground. Rugal smirked before rushing over to his downed opponent and flipping forward.

"Eagle Dive!" Rugal shouted, jumping up and diving downwards onto Antonov's stomach, knocking the wind out of him.

"Hey! That is SOPHIE'S Arte!" Farah Oersted roared, drawing Rugal's attention.

"I know. I saw her using it against that well-dressed man earlier." The red-eyed man smirked. "Why do you think I have Geese's Reppuken and Krauser's Kaiser Wave?"

He then looked down at Antonov while pinning his foot on his chest.

"Basically, all with my base form, I could use any attack I see in the ring. You literally have no chance." Rugal sneered.

"You are wrong! I may not have as many flashy techniques as you!" Antonov grunted in pain. "But a champion NEVER loses!"

With that, he grabbed Rugal's leg and knocked him onto the ground. However, all this did was annoy Rugal. Then, Antonov grabbed his opponent and rushed forward.

Straight in the ropes.

Everyone winced as both Antonov and Rugal cried out in pain after being electrocuted by the ropes. When the move was done, both men were wobbling on their spot dazed. Rugal then shook his head, recovering him before growling and cracking his knuckles.

Until Antonov recovered as well and sprang to life, leaping up and hitting Rugal with his large chest on the way up. As the grey-haired man was taken into the air, Antonov punched twice and knocked Rugal out of the ring for good.

Antonov gracefully landed on the ground before looking up. Upon hearing the cheering crowd, Antonov perked up and played to them.

"You see? I do not fear ghosts from the past OR the elements!" Antonov boasted. He then winced as he stumbled a bit. "But perhaps I DO need to face them in moderation. That ramming attack was a good idea at the time…"

Meanwhile, Rugal landed in some kind of snowy forest. He groaned in both pain and humiliation as he got up.

"Okay, I could somewhat understand losing to Ryu aka the face of fighting games." Rugal admitted. "But ANTONOV? Someone who WISHES he was a final boss? Ugh, now what?"

"Ah, Rugal Bernstein…"

The grey-haired man raised an eyebrow before turning around. His good eye widened when he saw a group of people glaring at him. A white-haired teenage boy with no shoes on. A tall anthro bunny. A fairy, A portly, small man that was the same colour as sand. However, his main attention was the large man with a white beard and a red winter coat.

Rugal immediately smirked. "Santa Claus."

"Actually I am also known as North, but otherwise you are correct." The large man said, sternly. "I think you know what we, or rather I, want to confront you."

Rugal merely raised an eyebrow and crossed his arms. "I am actually surprised. Very few people didn't hear of my little Christmas adventures."

"...Chum, I am the Santa Claus of this node. I know any and all Christmas events. Whether it would be good or bad, well-known or obscure." North spat, crossing his arms.

"I suppose that makes sense." Rugal said. "Well, shall we? I am only here for ten minutes."

"Indeed. I do NOT want to waste a single second of this opportunity to make you pay for your crimes." North said, darkly.

With that, Rugal and North slowly approached each other. Rugal's smirk grew larger while North gritted his teeth. They then punched at each other.

(Announcer's Booth)

Drake's eyes sparkled while Ashley just looked bewildered.

"Umm… What is the context behind this?" Ashley asked.

"The King of Fighters has a dating sim spin-off called KoF For Girls where you date the men of the KoF universe." Drake explained. "In a Christmas event, Rugal showed up to kidnap all the Santas of the city to add to his twisted statue collection. Or rather anyone wearing a Santa outfit or even just the hat. As you would expect, the Santas of OTHER nodes are most likely NOT happy by this.."

Ashley blinked twice, taking all of the information he got into his mind. "...Where do you learn this stuff?"

(765 Pro Studio Office)

"I believe in love! I believe in our love!" Sophie sang. "No matter what I love, our aim is true!"

The cast of the 765 All-Stars all looked in awe before clapping their hands.

"Oh wow! She sounds like a natural!" Ami Futami noted.

"Indeed. It is hard to think that her singing is actually quite limited." Chihaya Kisaragi said in awe.

Sophie giggled. "Thank you. I only got to sing in a victory pose with my Hatsune Miku costume and a skit!"

"Ooh, I heard of her! Quite a fan!" Ritsuko Akizuki nodded. She then realised something. "Maybe we should branch out more!"

"It is nice to hear from you again, Sophie!" Haruka Amami smiled. "I never expected to see you like this!"

"Yeah, and even if we did, I expected you to come to OUR series, not the other way around." Sophie nodded, returning the gesture.

"Aww, it is not fair that Harurun gets to be the only one to cameo!" Ami Futami pouted.

"Hey, I wanted to show off my sexy side to the others!" Mami lamented.

"It can't be helped." The Producer said with a chuckle. "We should consider ourselves lucky that we got such a crossover."

Iori Minase narrowed her eyes. "Well, maybe if you weren't slacking off, we would find more jobs."

The Producer nervously chuckled again. Sophie then looked around.

"Wait, these are the original 765 idols, right?" Sophie asked. "Isn't there supposed to be twelve of them?"

"Oh, you mean Azusa?" Yayoi Takatsuki realised. "She went shopping. Too bad. She is missing all of the fun!"

Unknown to everyone, Azura Miura was actually outside of 765 Pro talking with somebody.

"Oh my, that sounds exhausting." Azusa frowned while holding a shopping bag.

"Kinda. I am more confused than tired." Celica admitted. "I am just hoping that whatever is making me and Minerva be stuck here."

"Well, regardless, you should sit down." Azusa offered. "Come. Let's meet with the other idols."

"Oh, thank you!" Celica smiled as Azusa led her inside. "At least I am not alone."

(Unknown Location)

Billy Kane gritted his teeth as he continued to stay bound as he continued to exchange insults with the team of villains.

Suddenly, everyone heard footsteps. They all turned their heads to see Kurow and Ridley walking over.

"Sorry, we are late!" Ridley apologised before glaring at Kurow. "SOMEONE wanted to be the Vega of our team and made the medical team in the Recovery Room help him fix his hair!"

The white-haired man returned the glare. "I refuse to spend any minute going back in public with that ridiculous hairstyle!"

I-No rolled her eyes. "You could have just called Happy Chaos or me for pointers. Us Guilty Gear fighters know how to undo Faust's

"Personally, I actually like it, but otherwise she is correct." Happy Chaos added.

Kurow rolled his eyes. "Arc System people…"

"As much as I love a good sideshow, we need to talk." Malomyotismon said before crossing his arms and glaring at Kurow. "I don't know what you did to that baby Pokemon, but you overdid it!"

Several villains agreed, making Kurow wince.

"Look, I am sorry, alright?" Kurow frowned. "I was merely following Oume's suggestions and I thought that simply brainwashing Pichu wouldn't be enough so I decided to give him… Extra attention."

"You would THINK. But if you did your research, you would find that his electric attacks, despite all forms of logic, are STRONGER than Pikachu!" K. Rool scolded.

"Alright, alright, alright!" Oume said, clapping her hands together. "I admit that this would have ended horribly for EVERYONE involved. But it didn't. And the aftermath would make this greater."

"Well, it's better." Malomyotismon muttered.

"Regardless, I think it is wise to tone down Pichu's power." Azrael noted.

Kurow rolled his eyes. "Don't need to tell ME twice!"

Then, he and Ridley noticed something. Billy Kane and a scared young woman.

"Hey, we already have half!" Ridley noted.

"Two thirds actually. Pinstripe and Koala Kong are coming back here as we speak!" N. Gin offered.

"You assholes! What are you doing to us!?" Billy roared.

Oume turned towards the British man with a smirk. "The same thing that we did to Pichu."

Billy paused before looking at the poor scared young woman. He then scowled.

"You are despicable! That poor baby Pokemon was one thing, but she is not even a fighter!" Billy snapped.

"I probably shouldn't say this in front of our victims, but even now I have my doubts." Gargos frowned. "I mean I get the train of thought, but… This woman? Seriously?"

"I admit that it is going to take a lot of extra work on our part." Oume shrugged. "But regardless, for better or for worse, the whole incident with Pichu demonstrated that it is possible."

"True… If I could make Pichu do THAT, I could do anything." Kurow said with a smirk.

"What a coincidence. We were just talking about having to do wonders!"

Everyone's eyes widened before looking in the direction of the voice to see Pinstripe Potoroo and Koala Kong. The latter was carrying an unconscious man over his shoulders.

Billy and the young woman blinked twice before looking at each other. Even though they can't see his face at the moment and there was a noticeable slushy stain on his outfit, they could recognise it anywhere.

"HIM!?" Billy exclaimed.

"I mean we wanted Ryu, but Rugal tried to fight him and lost sooo…" Pinstripe shrugged.

"I admit it is not very threatening of us to go with the second choice, but we are willing to go the extra effort to make up for it." Oume added before turning to Kurow. "Right?"

The assassin smirked before getting out a flute. "Right."

Billy just looked on in bewilderment.

"What's…even going on, anymore?"

(The Arena)

Static Shock let out a stream of electricity through both of his hands. Roy gritted his teeth before raising his sword, the Binding Blade to block it. Normally, this would be asking to become a living lightning rod. However, Roy managed to block it easily without getting hurt. Static raised an eyebrow at this before merely shrugging it off at the moment.

Static flew to the side on his Static Saucer while sending out balls of electricity. Roy just narrowed his eyes while running to the side, either avoiding the incoming projectiles or slashing at them. He then managed to find a way towards Static before doing an upward slash.

However, Static easily floated out of harm's way before sending out a bolt of electricity into Roy's chest while the swordsman was recovering from his own attack. Roy skidded back on his back before groaning while using his sword to get up. Static then swung out another stream of electricity.

Roy just narrowed his eyes before swinging his sword and negating the stream. He then ran forward while igniting his sword in Static's eyes widened before sending out more electricity, this time in a fan-like pattern. But Roy stayed valiantly and pushed through the attack. Static narrowed his eyes before creating a barrier of electricity around him just as Roy swung his sword.

The two resulted in a clash between the two elements, resulting in a firework display of sparks as the two glared into each other's eyes. After a small burst of energy appeared between the two and sending the two flying back and skidding on their backs before getting up.

"I knew that you Fire Emblem protagonists have the 'Chosen One' sword, but to think it would be THAT powerful." Static said in awe.

"I mean the Binding Blade IS that powerful." Roy confessed before smirking. "You should know from double-teaming with that Avatar that while still different, electricity is just another form of fire. Of course, I would be able to deflect it."

Static blinked twice. "Huh. You are much smarter here than you were at previous tournaments."

Roy's smirk vanished. "Hey!"

With that, he ran over. Static just smirked before creating a whip out of electricity and lashing it forward. However, Roy slid underneath it before continuing and slashing his sword. But Static used his free hand to create an electric shield to block the incoming attack. Static was about to punish Roy for his mistake with his sword.

But Roy thought quickly and kicked Static in the stomach. When the electromancer let his guard down, Roy did a series of slashes before ending with a flaming uppercut with his sword. Static crashed on his back, groaning. Roy ran over to try to strike Static while he was downed.

However, Static immediately sent an electric stream at the ropes. The moment that happened a large burst of electricity surrounded the dark-skinned man which sent Roy flying back into a turnbuckle. Static sighed in relief before getting back his Static Saucer and riding towards Roy.

"I am SO glad that I was the last section's Superstar." Static sighed in relief.

With that, he held out his hand and created… A sword. By this time, Roy got up, just in time to block the new weapon. Roy growled before igniting his sword in fire before getting into a power struggle with each other. At first, they seemed to be evenly matched.

But Roy was slowly losing. You see, the more Roy charges up his Binding Blade, the weaker he becomes. It wasn't that fast of a rate, but it was noticeable in this situation. Soon, Static noticed that they were heading towards the ropes. Not wanting Roy to get shocked on the way out, Static slammed his sword on the ground, creating a burst of electricity which sent Roy flying over the ropes.

Roy landed in Mega Man 8 where he got into a fight with Sword Man.

Leonardo and Saizo Hattori narrowed their eyes before encircling each other. Leonardo readied his two ninjato while Saizo raised his arms in a defensive stance. Saizo then made the first move.

"Gokuen Shou Ryudan!" Saizo shouted, sending a spherical bomb downwards towards Leonardo. The blue-masked turtle jumped out of the way to avoid it. Saizo then rushed over to a palm strike while focusing on Leonardo's ninjato. However, the latter did a backflip, not only out of the way of the attack, but also got into position for a diving kick.

Saizo quickly blocked the incoming attack, but while the guard was on-point, the sudden force still sent the sociophobic man onto his rear. Leonardo then ran forward to do a downward slash, but Saizo rolled backwards out of the way before kicking Leonardo in the head.

Leonardo staggered back before recovering just in time to raise his knee to block an elbow strike from Saizo. Leonardo then stabbed one of his ninjatos at Saizo, but he managed to catch it between his hands before Leonardo in the stomach. The twin swordsman staggered back as Saizo got ready.

"Seien Reshouzan!" Saizo shouted, doing an elbow strike forward with a wave of electricity in front of him. However, Leonardo recovered in time to raise his twin ninjato to block the incoming attack. Leonardo then swung his blades at Saizo, but the dark-haired ninja flipped backwards and landed on his feet before the two stared at each other.

Then, they both heard noises from the ground between them. They raised an eyebrow before looking down. Only for their pupils to shrink when they saw three grenades on the ground.

BOOM!

Chloe Valens winced as the explosions from the grenades sent both ninjas flying backwards.

"Ha! You see that!?" Solid Snake smirked, snapping his fingers. "I was hoping to get just one of them, but I managed to pull the wool under both of them!"

"I still can't believe you talked me into this…" Chloe muttered, shaking her head.

Snake's smirk vanished. "What? YOU were the one who decided that we should keep on double-teaming. And the section will be done if we wait until another pair is done."

Chloe let out a sigh. "Very well… I'll take the more-traditional ninja."

Snake's smirk returned. "And I will take the turtle!"

With that, they ran after their respective targets. Chloe then readied her sword as Saizo got up groaning.

"Demon Fang!" Chloe shouted, sending her sword and sending a shockwave towards Saizo. However, the ninja snapped out of his daze in time and got out of the way. But that was what Chloe expected.

"Shining Gale!" Chloe shouted, doing a thrust forward and knocking Saizo down again. The sociophobic man groaned before glaring at the guilty party.

"Ryu En Ha!" Saizo shouted, sending his palm out and sending a wave of electricity forward. Chloe easily swatted it away with her sword, but it was more than enough to give Saizo enough time to get up to his feet.

"Gokuen Shou Ryudan!" Saizo yelled, throwing a bomb at Chloe. The swordswoman's eyes bugged out before jumping to the side to avoid the explosion. …Only for the bomb to not go off. Saizo then ran forward and did a series of palm strikes and kicks to Chloe's face and stomach. Saizo then did a flip, kicking Chloe in the air and sending her flying into the air.

"Seien Reshouzan!" Saizo yelled, doing his electric lunge forward. However, Chloe managed to recover herself in midair before doing a downwards attack. This managed to clash with the attack. Saizo was taken back by this time, allowing Chloe to use another arte.

"Ram Strike!" Chloe shouted, swinging her sword like a baseball bat at Saizo, knocking the ninja to the ground. Chloe then ran over to finish the fight.

Until Saizo recovered and grabbed the fake bomb he threw to trick Chloe earlier and threw it forward. The bomb hit Chloe hard on the head, making her fall onto her back. Saizo got up before readying to strike Chloe while she was down.

Until he noticed that Chloe wasn't sitting back up. Raising an eyebrow, he walked over to see that Chloe was out.

"Huh. She is unconscious. Looks like I am the first Power Instinct person to get an elimination." Saizo mused.

Then, his eyes widened in realisation. Before having a dark smirk underneath his mask.

Meanwhile, Leonardo gritted his teeth before swinging his ninjato at Snake. The mercenary smirked before rolling to the side and kicking in the stomach, making the blue-mask turtle stagger back. Snake then followed up with a long sweeping kick, managing to get Leonardo off of his feet.

But not for long as he landed on his hands before flipping back onto his feet. Snake just scoffed before getting out a dagger and throwing it forward. Leonardo was taken back by this (Mainly because he rarely saw Snake use said dagger), but managed to use his ninjato to deflect it.

However, that was what Snake ran over and grabbed Leonardo before performing a takedown on him. Snake then crouched onto him and pulled his arm into an armbar. Leonardo winced in pain as he struggled to escape. He then managed to use his leg to spin himself around on his stomach, managing to get Snake off of him.

Snake grunted in annoyance before getting out a gun (Not a proper one, but a tranquiliser dart one) and aimed it. But Leonardo managed to roll to the side and managed to avoid it. Snake scoffed before putting away his gun, not wanting to take any chances with projectiles. Instead, Snake got out a grenade and threw out the pin before throwing it at Leonardo. However, the twin swordsman kicked it towards the ropes, destroying it.

"Do you really think that would stop me?" Leonardo challenged.

"Perhaps, you are right." Snake confessed. He then smirked. "But let's see you face up to a squad strike!"

With that, he got out a Smash Ball. Leonardo's eyes widened before readying his blades, but Snake got out his tranquiliser gun and aimed it to keep his opponent from getting too close. Leonardo growled before swinging both of his ninjatos forward

"SHINING CUTTER!"

Snake's smirk immediately vanished as Leonardo's slash sent out a crescent-shaped wave at the Smash Ball, destroying it immediately. Then, Leonardo was surrounded with a familiar glowing aura. Snake blinked twice before shifting his eyes towards the now-smirking turtle. He then slapped his forehead.

"Ugh, I forgot about Tournament Fighters!" Snake groaned.

"Oh, don't worry, I'll assure you that you won't forget that game anytime soon when I am done with you!" Leonardo boasted. "MILLENNIUM WAVE!"

With that, he sheathed both of his ninjatos and did a series of lightning-fast punches to Snake's face and chest. Not only that, but he was also sending phantom fists into Snake, adding to the assault. When the attack was done, Snake was sent flying over the ropes.

Snake landed in Danny Phantom where he sparked an odd friendship with the Box Ghost.

Soon, the aura over Leonardo cleared before nodding his head. He then turned to see what Saizo was doing with Chloe.

Immediately, he blinked twice before walking over.

"Um, what are you doing?" Leonardo asked.

"I am merely performing my part of our nodal pact." Saizo said, matter-of-factly.

"Um, nodal pact?" Leonardo said.

"I'll explain after I eliminate her." Saizo explained. He then nodded. "There. Now to get her over the ropes before she wakes up."

With that, the dark-haired man picked up Chloe and managed to throw her with enough strength to get her over the ropes.

Chloe landed in Final Fight 2. Particularly in the final boss room where Retu was, along with a tied-up Rena and Genryusai. Everyone stopped what they were doing before looking in the direction of her arrival. By this time, she woke up.

"Ugh… My head..." Chloe groaned before looking around. "Looks like I have gotten eliminated."

It was then she noticed everyone. Even though she was still dizzy, she knew injustice when she saw it.

"Hey!" Chloe roared before getting up and going into a stance. "You are that Mad Gear leader! You have a lot of nerve kidnapping two innocent people and holding them hostage! I will make you regret that along with your other crimes!"

Retu blinked twice at this.

He then started to laugh and point, much to the chagrin of the appalled Chloe.

"How dare you!? Are you so wrapped up in your twisted ways that you think that no one can defeat you!?" Chloe roared.

"Um, Miss?"

Chloe looked up at Rena and Genryusai who were looking at her with sympathetic faces.

"There is a mirror right there. You may want to look in it." Rena said, jerking her head to the side.

Chloe blinked twice at this, but she obliged and walked over to the mirror.

To see her face painted like she had a cracked iron mask on her face.

"AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!"

Imagine the surprise of Maki, Hagger and Carlos when they walked in a few minutes later to see the very people they were trying to rescue, unbound and helping clean Chloe's face while Retu laid on the ground with several lethal cuts all over his body.

Back in the arena, Leonardo looked in awe. "So whenever you guys beat each other in a fight, the winner doodles all over the loser's face."

"Indeed. While we take our battles seriously, we… Are still less serious than regular fighting games." Saizo admitted, crossing his arms.

"Oh, wow! I SO have to have that new rule with my brothers!" Leonardo grinned.

Then, the two heard zapping. They turned their heads to see Static charging himself with electricity to recover from the fight with Roy. Saizo blinked twice.

"Come on, Saizo. You can do it. You don't even have to go into detail. Just get to the point." Saizo said. "Leonardo?"

The ninja turtle turned his head. "Hm?"

"My knowledge on Static Shock is very limited, but the way he is charging himself up, he may have more than enough power to last three sections." Saizo suggested.

Leonardo paused at this. "That is a very good point. He may ironically be just as hard to take down as that baby Pokemon."

"If it is in your best interest, can we postpone our match so we could double-team against him?" Saizo asked.

"Oh, sure, that is actually a great idea! Trying to face that electromancer alone is basically a one-way trip into the portal! Let's go!" Leonardo nodded. "Master Splinter was right. I could learn a lot from other warriors and despite coming from an… Eccentric node, this guy is as cool as a cucumber."

Saizo returned the nod. "Whew. Nailed it! Talk about faking till you make it!"

Korra smirked before backflipping and landing on a ball literally made out of wind before riding it towards Rashid. However, the white-clad man easily flipped to the side. Korra then turned around to try to ram into Rashid, but the latter again flipped out of the way ahead. However, during said flip, Rashid did a downward kick forward.

However, Korra sent out her palm, sending a blast of wind forward at Rashid, sending him flying back. Rashid crashed on the ground hard. A mischievous glint appeared in Korra's eye as she ran over and trampled Rashid with her airball. After that, Rashid ended up flying up in the air, screaming at the top of his lungs. (From being pressed by the ground so hard by the airball that he was sent flying upwards).

Korra smirked before spinning her arms around and trapping Rashid in a tornado. At first, the Midden Eastern was sent spiralling around, but then he spun himself around on his own accord, creating a tornado around himself. This resulted in a burst of wind around him, cancelling the elements of both aeromancers.

Rashid then did another diving kick. Unlike last time, Korra was too taken off-guard by Rashid's recovery and took the kick to her face, knocking her down and making her airball disperse. Korra grunted in pain, but mostly annoyance before getting up to her feet and doing a punch engulfed by wind forward. But Rashid just smirked before jumping up, not over going over the attack, but also Korra, kicking her in the back.

Korra staggered forward before looking back stunned. "How are you able to use PARKOUR as a fighting style?"

Rashid just smirked at this. "Because Shotokan Karate normally gives you the power to shoot out fireballs."

Korra winced. "Alright, alright, you made your point."

"Besides, what is the point of fighting in general if you can't be flashy about it?" Rashid continued.

Korra smirked. "Also true! Okay, let's see how you make THIS flashy!"

With that, she sent out a wave of wind forward. However, Rashid did a side jump over said wave before rolling forward and kicking his foot out. Korra quickly grabbed it before throwing Rashid towards the turnbuckle using the wind to make the toss stronger. However, Rashid managed to recover in time and bounced off of the turnbuckle, harmlessly.

However, Korra then started to send a series of mini-tornados forward. Rashid's eyes bugged out as he proceeded to dodge around and leapt over the aero projectiles. Rashid then ran forward. Korra narrowed her eyes before pulling her hands to sent a large burst of wind forward.

Rashid just smirked before stopping himself and spinning upward with his own wind around him. This resulted in a large burst of wind around them.

"AAAAAIIIIIEEEEEEEEEE!"

Korra and Rashid's eyes widened before looking in the direction of the scream.

To see Chun-Li and Farah Oersted's dresses going upwards from the burst wind.

Korra and Rashid's pupils shrank with the latter's tan face turning red. A lot of men in the crowd started to cheer at this. Chun-Li and Farah tried to control their dresses, but to no avail. Soon, the wind ended. Chun-Li merely looked annoyed, but Farah's face was completely beet-red. And not just from embarrassment.

She then glared at Rashid. "You idiot… Free-for-all or not, you can't just send out attacks thinking that they won't affect innocent passersbys!"

"S-Sorry! We got a little over-excited and…" The Middle-Eastern man insisted, holding up his hands.

"Save it!" Farah spat before running forward. "Palm Strike!"

With that, she sent in a… palm strike into Rashid's chest, knocking him away. As Farah ran after her target, Korra looked on in shock while Chun-Li just looked annoyed.

Korra then looked at Chun-Li. "Aren't you going to help stop this overused cliche scene!?"

"Eh. Accident or not, Rashid had it coming." The Chinese woman shrugged, not really sympathetic towards her nodal companion.

Korra growled. "Oh, because NEITHER of you could not only kick high, but your most iconic attack ISN'T a move that's pretty much a free viewing for all of the men and lesbians watching!"

Chun-Li's face stayed the same at first, but her eyebrow twitched a bit. "...As long as we are without opponents, why not fight each other?"

Korra punched her palm. "Fine by me!"

With that, she sent out a fireball, seeing that she wasn't fighting Rashid at the moment. Chun-Li just narrowed her eyes.

"Kikoken!" Chun-Li shouted, sending her projectile as the fireball, cancelling each other. Korra then slammed her foot on the ground and created a lot of rocks to appear from the canvas before sending them forward. Chun-Li just did her kick barrage move at the rocks, breaking them easily.

Chun-Li then went on the offensive, rushing forward and continuing her kick barrage. Korra quickly blocked, but found herself being forced back. One final kick sent Korra skidding back towards the electric ropes. But Korra quickly pulled her hands back and used her lightning-bending to not only stop herself from skidding in the ropes, but also propel herself back towards Chun-Li.

"Spinning Bird Kick!" Chun-Li shouted, doing her spinning kick forward. However, Korra slid underneath the attack and sent up a mini-tornado at Chun-Li while she was moving past.

This resulted in the mini-tornado turning into a larger one because of Chun-Li's spinning. Said tornado flew high into the air and out of the ring. When the tornado ended up, one could also imagine Chun-Li's horror and bewilderment when she ended her attack and instead of still being in the arena, she was high up over the portal before falling like a rock.

Chun-Li landed in Steven Universe where she was forced to fend against Sugilite in the latter's first appearance. Fighting a violent, destructive giant woman was bad enough, but fighting a violent, destructive giant woman with a CERTAIN voice was bad enough.

Korra just looked in awe at what had just happened. She merely wanted to take Chun-Li out of her attack. She didn't know she could use her spinning against her.

"Welp… So much for balancing my traditional and accidental elimination ratio." Korra muttered. She then laughed. "But that one was so awesome this time that I don't really care!"

BZZZZZZZZT!

"AAAAAAIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEE!"

Korra's eyes bugged out before turning to the direction of the voice to see Farah lying face-first next to the ropes while having leg spasms. Standing over her was Rashid who had put hands over his mouth in shock. Korra put two and two together and winced.

"Dang, self-defence or not, you sure did a number on her." Korra frowned, walking over.

Rashid looked at Korra with a jump. "What!? No! I was merely dodging her attacks before she tried to do a hard tackle towards me! I didn't even know that she forced me towards the ropes until I moved out of the way!"

"Yeah, that sounds about right." The Avatar muttered, rolling her eyes. "Listen, you better eliminate her before she recovers. Considering her attitude just now, she will NOT acknowledge your honourable actions if you don't take advantage of this."

"Yeah, you are right." Rashid sighed before taking a deep breath. "YSAAR!"

With that, he spun his leg around, sending a larger tornado towards the downed Farah. The green-haired young woman was swooped up in the tornado before flying out of the ring.

Korra blinked twice. "Um, I know you said you like to do flashy things. But using one of your V-Triggers to eliminate someone who is already down is a bit extra, don't you think?"

Rashid looked at Korra in disbelief. "You have a better idea for me to throw her over the ropes WITHOUT any part of her body touching them!? Again!?"

Farah landed in the Pokemon Stadium 2 stage of Super Smash Bros. Unfortunately, it transformed into its Flying stage so she and her dress had to deal with more upward winds.

Baiken narrowed her eye with her good hand on the handle of her katana. She then got it out to block the incoming attack. Two tiny rapiers. Seeing that their double attack failed, Puss In Boots and Pura both ran around the two swung their rapiers at opposites. Baiken managed to block Puss' incoming attack, but Pura managed to land his attack on Baiken's leg.

Baiken grunted in pain and annoyance before kicking at Pura, but the tiger cub jumped back by the attack. Puss then jumped up and lunged forward, but Baiken easily managed to block the attack in time. Puss and Pura then proceeded to bounce around, trying to use hit-and-run tactics, but Baiken actually did a good job blocking the incoming barrage.

Then, Puss managed to find an opponent and slid underneath Baiken from behind, sending the pink-haired woman onto her rear. Pura smirked before pouncing forward. However, Baiken quickly held up her hand and grabbed the tiger cub before throwing him into Puss who was ready his own attack.

As the two felines laid on the ground, Baiken sheathed her katana. Then, a serrated blade appeared out of her armless sleeve. Puss and Pura yelped before running off in opposite directions to avoid said blade. Baiken retracted said blade before going on the offensive and swinging her katana towards Puss. The Spaniand saw the attack coming and flipped out of the way towards Pura's side.

Baiken raised an eyebrow. "You kittens are tougher than you look."

"Well, that is to be expected. I am a fully-grown cat and while HE is technically a kitten, he is still a TIGER cub." Puss retorted.

Pura proudly nodded his head.

"Tch. I may not have fought that many wild beasts, but the people I face are about the same as them." Baiken scoffed.

"...For some reason, I do NOT doubt that." Puss sighed, shaking his head.

With that, he and Pura decided to go on the offensive. With the former jumping up and lunging forward in mid-air while the latter took the ground. Baiken thought by jumping up and blocking Puss' airborne at. However, Pura made up for his initial miss by doing a series of slashes to Baiken's leg. Baiken grunted in pain before kicking Pura away.

"I have only one chance to use this… Better position myself right." Baiken mused, gritting her teeth.

As she said this, she raised her blade to block a barrage from Puss. Baiken then did a counter-slash, but Puss stepped to the side. Baiken swung again, but Puss managed to parry it. She then saw Pura running over.

Baiken then smirked before raising her leg up.

"TATAMI GAESHI!"

She then slammed her leg on the ground, sending a tatami mat flying up from the canvas for no reason. Around this time, Pura ran on the end that was launched upwards with it acting like a catapult.

"MMMMMEEEEEEOOOOOWWWWWW!"

BAM!

CRASH!

"OW!"

Puss' eyes widened in horror and even Baiken, who was smirking the entire time, looked in shock.

Shulk also looked in shock as Vector the Crocodile slowly got up. With Pura stuck on his face. Vector then slowly got up as Baiken, Puss, Shulk and Pura held their breaths. Finally, Vector grabbed Pura with one hand and pulled him off of his face. Before throwing him over the ropes and showing how annoyed he was.

"...Why is a section where its gimmick is basically just putting more emphasis on NOT going near the ropes THIS chaotic?" Vector muttered.

Shulk nervously chuckled. "I suppose that is just the state of these tournaments, no matter what the gimmick is."

Pura landed in Diddy Kong Racing where Timber challenged him to a race.

Baiken and Puss both looked in awe at what just happened. The latter then growled before glaring up at the guilty party. It took Baiken three seconds to notice Puss' death glare.

"You, indirectly or not, ruined my destined battle with that tiger!" Puss snapped.

"...I mean if it is any consolation, if I had my way, he would have flown straight over the ropes thus giving ME the elimination." Baiken said before shrugging her shoulders. "I guess neither of us got what we wanted in this section."

Puss hissed before getting on all fours and pouncing forward. Baiken's good eye bugged out before jumping to the side. Acting quickly, she sent out a giant Japanese bell attached to a rope into Puss' side, knocking him down.

Puss groaned before glaring up at Baiken. "I confess that I deserve that for letting my guard down, but I could assure you that the next hit you would land on me will not come easily."

"I know. That is why I did one of my new special moves from Strive." The one-eyed ronin smirked.

Puss raised an eyebrow. Then, she noticed that she hadn't retracted her bell yet. Having his eyes following the rope, he saw that the bell somehow wrapped around his leg. Puss blinked twice before grinning nervously.

"...Hey, what is a little trash talk between rivals?" Puss asked with his cat caked up in sweat.

Baiken's smirk grew largely as she grabbed the rope with her good hand and pulled on it, having Puss hang upside-down.

Meanwhile in the Sound Booth, Astaroth's pupil-less eyes lit up. "Ooh, goody! I get to make up for the lack of funny song changes this section!"

With that, he put on a particular song. Around the same time, Baiken was spinning Puss around over her like a lasso. Needless to say, Puss was screaming like a… Well, cat.

After a few spins, Baiken finally let Puss go and sent the poor cat flying straight out of the ring, shrieking the entire time.

Puss landed in Disney's The Three Musketeers where he made it the Four Musketeers.

(Sound Booth)

Astaroth laughed before looking down. "You two are missing out on all of the fun! That fight with the Spanish and tiger cub against the pink-haired ronin is more badass than it has any right to be!"

"I don't doubt that. But we have to make this perfect." Aila offered while crouching down. She then growled before glaring at Shadow.. "Though MAYBE, just maybe, we would be done earlier if SOMEBODY didn't stop squirming!"

"Hey, I am not used to wearing stuff like this!" The hedgehog scolded. "Seriously, I can't believe I let you guys talk me into this."

"Aw, come on! Out of us three, you are the only ones that have singing experience!" Aila scolded.

"I… Guess., but most of the Sonic cast haven't sung for a long while." Shadow frowned.

"Well, it is not like we could match up the original singer to the new song." Astaroth retorted. "Sure, we could go with the original song, but the new one is too much of a bop NOT to use."

"Also true… But…" Shadow said.

"And regardless of what you say…" Aila said.

She and Astaroth then crossed their arms while glaring down at Shadow.

"Letting a chance like this go to waste is simply out of the question." They said in unison.

Shadow paused before looking back and forth. He then groaned before looking down.

(Hotel; Lobby)

Cinder, Tiny and Mukai entered the lobby.

"Ugh, Tiny and friends took too long just to go back to lobby!" Tiny groaned.

"To be fair, maybe we would get here faster if you stopped growling at everyone and Cinder stopped… Forgive me for saying, but fanning the flames." Mukai scolded.

"It's not Tiny and Hothead's fault! Rude people always staring!" Tiny insisted.

"Maybe it is because you are a giant rock golem, a muscle-bound Tasmanian Tiger and a literal man on fire." Moseby snarked from the counter.

Tiny growled, Mukai narrowed his eyes while Cinder crossed his arms with a raised eyebrow.

"Wow. You got some balls for someone from a live-action slice-of-life sitcom." Cinder noted.

"Buddy, after all of the madness the twins directly or indirectly put me through, it more or less helped me prepare to work the lobby of a hotel full of dangerou fighters." Moseby said, waving it off.

Mukai blinked twice. "Yes, about that. Why are you working at THIS hotel? Isn't your drive for the Tipton Hotel?"

"Admittedly, I wanted to refuse the offer, but apparently London thought it was a good way to promote the Tipton hotel." Moseby noted with a sigh. "She said that if I go, we have to include the package deal and do a collaboration. And the strangest thing is that it WORKED. A lot of people are checking into Tipton hotels all over my node so it is only fair to hold my end of the bargain."

The three blinked twice at this.

"Tiny think deal is weird and shouldn't work." Tiny muttered.

"Moseby think Tiny is right, but here Moseby & Tiny are!" Moseby shrugged.

Mukai shook his head. "Let's just go."

Tiny and even Cinder silently agreed before the three walked off. Moseby again sighed before going back to his work. When the three walked out of his line of sight, they all made their way over to a painting. The three then looked at each other and nodded.

Tiny then lifted the painting, revealing a digit coder. While Tiny was still holding the painting, Cinder walked over and pushed a few buttons. Mukai on the other hand, looked around to make sure that no one was looking. Then, a side door opened up. The three then made their way inside before the door closed.

There, the majority of Oume's group were inside of the room. Said room was a large laboratory, though it definitely had better days."

"Ah! Cinder, welcome back." ARIA nodded.

"Yeah, yeah, I am just pissed that I was eliminated by a small cat." The flaming man muttered.

"I don't blame you for being angry, Cinder, you were doing a splendid job of burning Cortex's skin." Brio frowned. "It is a shame that your job is so short-lived."

"Um, right." Cinder said.

"Regardless, you still have the Piece?" Otane asked.

"Yep!" Cinder grinned.

With that, he reached in behind him and pulled out a yellow diamond-like gem.

"Splendid! Put it in the machine!" Brio offered.

Cinder nodded before walking over to a machine and put it on it. Then, a glass container descended onto it.

"Okay, it is time to harvest stellar energy!" Brio said before laughing. With that, he started to type on his keyboard.

"...I know that is a little too late to ask, but is this place stable enough to use the Star Extractor?" Mukai frowned.

"Oh, don't worry. This lab is more than a fixer-upper, but not all of it is destroyed to the point that the entire lab is unstable." Brio reassured.

"...Okay, I think we could all establish that Xero wasn't the brightest bulb in the box, but why would he just let that Dexter kid have his own lab?" Krizalid asked.

"I don't think even HE knew about it." Elliana frowned.

"Well, it is time to show Cortex and Oume what we can do!" Brio smirked before looking to the side. "Ripper Roo, pull the switch!"

The blue-furred kangaroo let out a laugh before hopping over to a lever and pulled on it. This started up electricity in the machine. Then, the Star Piece inside of the container started to float up while glowing.

Tiny and Moe's eyes lit up. "Prettyyyyyyy!"

Brio laughed. "It is working!"

"Really? But Cinder didn't do THAT well." Dhaos pointed out.

The pyromancer glared at Dhaos. "Wow, man. Okay, I am going to remember that when YOU enter the arena."

"It seems that as long as Cinder is able to impress some fans, it doesn't matter how well he does in the arena!" Brio mused.

"Heh! I knew it! Sure, getting eliminations would help, but putting on a show also helps!" Otane smiled. "And if we are already getting a good chunk of energy this early, just think what will happen when all of us go!"

"But would it be enough to beat Oume's team?" Moe asked. "I don't know about her, but I KNOW for a fact that Cortex is not going to take this lying down."

"Unfortunately, we can't say. But unlike Oume's team, we are actually not going out of our way to disturb people. Even if their plan would get more results on paper, it will have more people trying to stop them." Otane reassured.

Krizalid gave an unseen frown.

"Well. that may be right, but it isn't the quantity I am worried about when it comes to people trying to stop us."

(Dome; Hallway)

"BUREAAAAAA!" Barbatos Goetia shouted before a shoulder-charge forward. However, Samus Aran and Pikachu easily dodged by leaping to the side until he crashed into the wall. Samus and Pikachu then sent an uncharged charge shot and bolt of electricity into his back, crashing him into the wall.

Barbatos growled before peeling himself off and swinging his axe in a horizontal fashion. However, Samus curled up into a ball to roll out of the way. However, Barbatos was faster than he looked and recovered from his own attack before kicking Samus' Morph Ball like a soccer ball, knocking her away and sending her bouncing off of the walls like a pinball. Pikachu gasped in horror as Barbatos turned his attention towards him.

"My Road!" Barbatos shouted, doing a series of stomps hoping to trample Pikachu. However, the electric mouse quickly jumped out of the way of said stomps. While he was quick enough to avoid them, he found himself being shaken by the stomps. Seeing that Pikachu was not getting stomped, Barbatos kicked him away and sent him flying. Barbatos ran over to swing his axe at Pikachu.

Only for Samus to launch her a light blue energy beam to grab Pikachu and pull him out of harm's way, allowing Barbatos' attack to miss and hit the ground, creating an unlikely crater. Samus then pulled Pikachu to safety.

"Are you okay?" Samus asked, concerned. Pikachu nodded. "Good. Let's stop that guy!"

With that, she fired a missile at Barbatos. But the blue-haired man easily swatted the projectile away with his axe before dashing forward. Pikachu narrowed his eyes before crouching down and sent himself flying at Barbatos. The axe-wielder narrowed his eyes before swinging his weapon at the incoming Pikachu.

This resulted in a power struggle with each other. Then, an explosion happened sending both parties flying back. Barbatos crashed into a wall. He groaned before he was about to get up, but then a series of icy projectiles flew at him and froze his body, save for his head to said wall. Barbatos looked up to see Samus aiming her Arm Cannon at him while Pikachu ran to Samus' side.

Barbatos then growled. "Look, I am just going to destroy the item shop and maybe kill the shopkeeper! How is that so wrong!?"

"Okay, first off, it is not YOUR call who gets to use items and who doesn't!" Samus scolded.

"And that is why your status as the poster girl for video game heroines is bloated!" Barbatos snapped. "You rely too much on your weapons instead of your natural ability and you are useless without them!"

Samus rolled her eyes behind her visor. "Would it do any good to point out how many times I have LOST my weapons and I had to work my way up to get them back?"

Barbatos didn't listen. He merely started to concentrate and letting out a shout, creating a burst of dark energy around him, breaking the ice immediately. Barbatos then got up and readied an arte!"

"Satsu Majinken!" Barbatos shouted, swinging his axe upwards and sending a large purple wave at the two. Samus and Pikachu ran around the projectile before rushing forward. However, Samus was going much slower, even more than usual. Barbatos readied his axe.

"Avalanche!" Barbatos shouted, swinging his axe downwards. However, Pikachu's tail glowed white before swinging it upwards. Despite the blatant size difference, it managed to clash in a perfect way. Barbatos growled before kicking forward, only for Pikachu to run off to the side. Barbatos was about to try again.

Until he noticed that Samus was charging up her arm cannon. Seeing that Pikachu was acting as a decoy, Barbatos rushed towards Samus. The bounty hunter's eyes widened before her helmet before she got ready to shoot the not-fully charged shot.

That was until a blur came between them, allowing Barbatos to charge in THEM instead.

"PREDICTABO!"

Geese Howard then used Barbatos' momentum against him before putting the latter's arm behind his back.

"Now! Finish your charging!" Geese shouted.

While startled by the sudden help, Samus nodded before continuing her charge. Pikachu, on the other hand, blinked twice before charging up electricity. However, Barbatos wasn't one to be restrained that easily and Barbatos headbutted Geese in the head before turning around and punching him to the ground. Barbatos then turned his attention back to Samus.

"PIKAAAAAAA!"

Barbatos' eyes widened before turning around to see Pikachu sending out a large bolt of electricity forward. Samus then took the time to sent out a fully-charged projectile just in time to hit it at the same time as Pikachu.

BOOM!

The two fully-charged projectiles collided with each other, resulting in a large explosion that sent Geese and Samus flying back. The two groaned after crashing on the ground. They then looked up a pile of smoke.

Only for it to clear to reveal Barbatos panting heavily while gripping his arm. However, he was still standing.

Samus rolled her eyes. "Serves us right for expecting that taking down the Tales version of Ridley would be easy!"

"Even if it is clear that we are winning." Geese smirked before crossing his hands against his chest and charging them in blue energy. "Well, do you feel confident taking all THREE of us on at the same time?"

Barbatos growled before shifting his eyes between the three. All of them were in their battle poses and looked ready to go.

"Fine… I will accept the defeat of this battle for now!" Barbatos admitted. "But here is, the war is not over! It will NEVER be over until I destroy that disgusting item shop and cleanse the tournament of its stupid items!"

With that, he turned around and ran off which was impressive seeing that he was still hurt. Pikachu, Samus and Geese blinked twice.

"...SOMEONE hates Casual Smash." Geese muttered.

"Boy, you have no idea how much we told that joke." Samus snarked. She then turned towards Geese. "Thanks for the help."

Pikachu happily nodded. "Pikachu!"

"It is no problem. I just wanted to be walking by." The crime boss reassured. He then paused. "Say, what were you doing before you were forced to fight Barbatos?"

Samus blinked twice at this. "Um, Pikachu and I were going to the Recovery Room to check up on Pichu."

Pikachu's face fell as his ears drooped, remembering what happened.

"I knew it, but I just wanted to make sure." Geese nodded. "Can I come and help?"

Samus raised an eyebrow. "Um, I know that you are not the worst villain in terms of personality, but I still have to ask. What's in it for you?"

"It is actually very simple." Geese said before going solemn. "Billy has been kidnapped."

Samus and Pikachu's eyes bugged out at this.

"I don't know if that and Pichu's rampage in the arena are related, but at this point, I am NOT leaving any stone unturned." Geese said.

Samus paused. "Well, since you put it THAT way."

Pikachu solemnly nodded.

"Good. Let's go." Geese nodded.

"Oh my stars and planets!"

The three turned to see Olimar and Steve walked over with a small crowd of Pikmin behind them.

"What happened here!?" Olimar exclaimed.

"Oh, nothing. Just Barbatos having his usual anti-item we are forced to fix up the damages." Samus said. She then paused. "Wait, you two were in the same section when Pichu appeared, right?"

"Right. But about that… We have a problem." Olimar frowned.

Samus rolled her eyes. "We know, we know. Pichu isn't listening to anyone and tries to attack anyone and anything that goes near him in the Recovery Room!"

Olimar shook his head.

"Worse! He didn't even APPEAR in the Recovery Room!"

Pikachu, Samus and Geese's eyes bugged out in horror.

(The Arena)

Max Brass stood in the arena while scanning around with a determined glare. Suddenly, he smirked before sending one of his belt-attached arms which had a brown and yellow boxing glove on it, to the side. A second later, a grunt of pain could be heard followed by a crashing noise. Then, Reptile appeared out of nowhere on his side while holding his stomach in pain.

"Aw, come on! How are you of all people able to sense me!?" Reptile winced, trying to get his wind back.

Max let out a hearty laugh. "Comrade, my friend and rival literally have invisibility as one of her skills! Fighting her gave me a lot of experience against it!"

Reptile merely growled before getting up to his feet and rushing forward. This managed to dash behind Max before he could blink and ended up elbowing Max in the back. The Commish staggered forward a couple of steps, but kicked his foot out back. But Reptile ran over said kick and latched onto Max, slashing him in the back.

Max cried out in pain before trying to reach out to grab Reptile. However, the green-clad lizardman moved out of the way and proceeded to slash all over Max's body while avoiding Max's attempts to grab him. The muscular man winced before he held still while Reptile was still clawing all over his body.

Suddenly, a blue shockwave surrounded Max which knocked Reptile back into the ropes. After having electricity surged through his body, he collapsed on the ground. He groaned before looking up. Much to his horror, Max was looking somehow MORE muscular than before.

Max then sent out a blue grenade-like boxing glove at Reptile. The Saurian yelped before scampering to the side. He then ran over and kicked at Max. But the Commish was somehow faster despite being bigger and easily dodged out of the way. While Reptile was stunned, Max sent out a flaming fist into Reptile's side.

Reptile flew through the air in pain before crashing on the ground. He groaned before looking up. Only to see Max's grenade fist heading towards Reptile yelped before rolling to the side, narrowly avoiding the explosion. Reptile then spat out a quick acid ball at Max, but the Commish got into a defensive stance, blocking the projectile with both of his hands.

Reptile winced. "Ugh, as much as I hate to admit it, but this guy isn't just full of hot air. I didn't think I had to unleash my secret weapon THIS soon."

Max then sent out a flaming fist forward. Reptile thought quickly by dodging the attack and grabbing onto the belts connecting Max and his fists.

"GET OVER HERE!"

With that, Reptile tried to pull on the belts as hard as he could. However, all he did was pulled towards Max. Reptile continued to try to pull, despite it being clear that Max won the power struggle.

The muscular man blinked twice behind his mask. "Umm…"

"OH, FOR FUCK'S SAKE!"

Max (and everyone else in the arena) jumped before turning to see Scorpion angrily standing up.

"THIS IS WHERE I DRAW THE FUCKING LINE! FOR YEARS, I WATCHED THESE AMATEURS RIP-OFF MY SIGNATURE MOVE AND LINE! AND HALF OF THEM DON'T EVEN DO IT RIGHT!" Scorpion roared.

Sub-Zero winced before looking around at everyone staring at him. "Scorpion, please…"

"BUT THIS IS TOO MUCH! YOU KNOW ME, REPTILE! YOU KNOW THAT NOT EVERYONE COULD BE MY MOVE AND SAY MY LINE!" Scorpion ranted. "I SWEAR WHEN MORTAL KOMBAT 12 COMES OUT AND YOU ARE IN IT, I WILL MAKE SURE THAT YOU WILL DIE A HORRIBLE DEATH!"

"Dude, calm down!" Larcen Tyler frowned. "Even the fighters are watching us!"

"I WILL NOT CALM DOWN! REPTILE HAVE USED THE MOST PATHETIC IMITATION OF MY MOVE I HAVE EVEN SEEN! THAT'S IT! I AM GOING TO GOING TO THE READY ROOM SO I COULD…"

That was when Scorpion started to float up into the air with sparkles around him. An annoyed Millennium Star floated next to him.

"H-Hey! Put me down!" Scorpion demanded.

The Millennium Star narrowed his eyes. "With pleasure!"

With that, he dropped Scorpion…Over the railing and straight into the portal, screaming in fury the entire time.

Scorpion landed on the Hoth planet of Star Wars. His rage managed to turn the frozen wasteland into a barren wasteland in a matter of minutes.

Everyone looked with slack jaws at what had just happened.

"W-What?" Max said, finally.

Suddenly, he felt something hit his back and suddenly, he was sent flying up into the air. Reptile smirked behind his mask before summoning a ball of green slime-like energy before sending it forward. It hit Max while he was falling which sent him flying into the air. Reptile then jumped up and did a drop kick to Max, knocking him out of the ring.

Max landed in My Hero Academia where he got into an arm-wrestling match with All Might.

Reptile gracefully landed on his feet before dusting his hands together while everyone looked dumbstruck. Wolf O'Donnell and Wolfrun then walked over to him.

"...You did that on purpose just so everyone, especially your opponent would be too distracted to do anything, didn't you?" Wolf O'Donnell asked.

"Yyyyyyep." Reptile said, proudly.

"Heh. Neat." Wolfrun smirked.

"Woah, woah, woah, woah, WOAH! Time out!" Antonov yelled, making a T with his hands and glaring up at the Announcer's Booth. "What's up with that!? He cheated!"

"Oh, yeah?" Reptile asked, crossing his arms. "How?"

"You used Scorpion as a distraction! You used outside help!" Antonov snapped before glaring up at the Announcer's Booth. "Disqualify him just like Xero disqualified Pit!"

"Actually, what Reptile did was legit." Drake explained.

Antonov's eyes bugged out. "WHAT!?"

"It's true. Pit got disqualified for having Palutena as support in the arena." Drake added. "HOWEVER, that is because Palutena was IN the arena, even though she is long eliminated."

"Scorpion was in the audience and while he did threaten to enter the arena, it is clear that his intention was not to hurt, but help." Ashley explained. "Why would we penalise someone for giving himself a DISADVANTAGE?."

"But… But…" Antonov sputtered.

"Didn't check all of the rules, huh?" Reptile taunted. "What do you expect from someone who lets someone enter his tournament with an ATTACK HAWK?"

"He DOES have a point." Yuri piped up.

Antonov paused. "You know what? If you genuinely think that what Reptile did was legit, then I won't question it any further. But if YOU won't take him out of the arena."

He then glared at Reptile.

"...Then, I will." Antonov said with a surprisingly dark tone.

"Bring it!" Reptile smirked, beckoning Antonov to go forward.

The Russian man growled before running forward at the same time, Reptile snapped his fingers. Antonov then punched his fist out, Reptile easily jumped out of the way. However, upon doing so, Antonov started to cough.

Turning his head, he saw that Reptile's entire body was covered with green gas.

"W-What the?" Antonov asked.

"It is part of my Noxious variation." Reptile smirked. "I cover myself with a noxious gas and last time I checked, you don't have any projectiles. What are you going to do?"

Antonov paused for a moment. He then turned around and walked over. Reptile smugly crossed his arms.

Suddenly, Antonov turned around and ran forward, making Reptile's unseen smirk vanish. He then promptly grabbed Reptile and lifted him over his head.

"H-Hey! What are you doing!?" Reptile demanded.

Surprisingly, Antonov didn't say anything. He merely threw Reptile as hard as he could towards the nearest ropes and out of the ring. Antonov just glared in the direction of Reptile before taking off his hat and fanning it in front of him.

A few seconds later, he exhaled before putting his hands on his knees.

"Ha.. What's the point of having a Damage Over Time aura if I could just toss you as soon as possible?" Antonov smirked between pants.

Reptile landed in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Ironically enough, he landed next to a scorpion, startling it and when he got up, said scorpion stung him and made him pass out and fall onto his face.

Wolfrun blinked twice. "Well, THAT was a thing."

"Eh. I'll give it a 7 out of 10." Wolf O'Donnell said, waving it off.

Wolfrun then looked at his fellow lupine with a smirk. "I mean it is still making you fight normally so I guess you are right."

Wolf O'Donnell immediately growled before punching at Wolfrun. However, the transformed fairy easily caught the fist before sending Wolf O'Donnell stagger forward before him and slamming his elbow into his back. Wolf O'Donnell grunted in pain before spinning around with his foot outstretched, but Wolfrun easily jumped avoiding it.

"Ha! No wonder you could only get clumsy eliminations at the Tournament of Kikai!" Wolfrun taunted. "That is the ONLY way you could get eliminations!"

"Okay, you know what!? I don't even give a crap about what I did to Rosalina and Lucas there!" Wolf O'Donnell roared. "But the former, Megaman, Ken and Pikachu gave me grief even though they were there at the second Battle of the Luminaries! You weren't there, but you should know how messed up things were thanks to Soul Calibur and Soul Edge!"

"I mean… You are not wrong…" Wolfrun shrugged. "However, you are always boasting about yourself sooo… What does that make you?"

Wolf O'Donnell was about to snap again. Until he noticed something. Wolfrun was side-stepping slowly. Wolf also saw where they were in the arena.

Wolf O'Donnell then narrowed his good eye. "I am going to make you shut up personally seeing that you can't do it on your own!"

Wolfrun let out a mirthless laugh. "I like to see you try, old man!"

Wolf O'Donnell growled before doing a series of claw swipes forward, but Wolfrun managed to jump back and avoid most of them. However, one slash found itself on his chest. Wolf O'Donnell then kicked Wolfrun in the spot where he was slashed hard. Wolfrun staggered back while holding his chest while Wolf O'Donnell rushed over.

Suddenly, Wolfrun inhaled and sent a gust of wind forward. Wolf O'Donnell yelled in surprise as he was sent flying back before skidding back on his back. The one-eyed pilot groaned before sitting up to see Wolfrun strutting over with one hand on his feet. Wolf O'Donnell growled before getting out his blaster.

Wolf O'Donnell then fired some shots at Wolfrun, but the latter easily dodged the shots due to how slow they were. Wolf O'Donnell finally had enough before pouncing at Wolfrun. The long-haired wolf just let out a laugh before jumping out of the way. Wolf O'Donnell then continued to pounce at him with Wolfrun jumping away from him.

Then, Wolf O'Donnell got ready for one final pounce. Wolfrun's smirk grew large as he stood in his spot. Wolf O'Donnell then sprang forward and immediately Wolfrun jumped to the side to reveal that he was purposefully leading his fellow lupine towards the electric ropes, using Wolf O'Donnell anger against him.

So imagine his surprise when Wolf O'Donnell didn't pounce straight into the ropes, but into his stomach, not only knocking the wind out of him, but sending HIM into the ropes. As Wolfrun cried out in pain, Wolf O'Donnell stood up with a smirk as he watched Wolfrun collapse on his hands and knees.

"Nice try, kid. But I eventually saw your plan have me charge like a raging bull into the ropes from a mile away." Wolf O'Donnell said.

With that, he crouched down towards the downed Wolfrun and started to charge up energy. A second later, he flew upwards with blue energy surrounding, taking Wolfrun with him and striking him multiple times before he was sent flying over the ropes. After Wolf landed on the ground, he let out a deep sigh.

"As much as I hate to admit, but if he was a little more subtle, I would have fallen for his trap hook, line and sinker." Wolf admitted. "Can't be acting like a rookie here."

Wolfrun landed in Hoodwinked! Where he ended up getting roped in with Wolf W. Wolf and Twitchy's plans to catch the goody bandit.

Velvet Crowe ran at Sagat and spun her legs at the latter with her blade out. However, despite it being foolish to block blades unarmed, Sagat managed to do a decent job blocking the blows. When the attack ended, Sagat sent out two elbows in Velvet's face before knocking away with a kick. Velvet was sent flying back before sprawling on her back, but flipped back onto her feet.

"Tiger!" Sagat shouted, sending a crescent-shaped projectile forward. Velvet easily dodged it, but Sagat proceeded to send out a series of Tiger Shots at different angles. Velvet then ran over, dodging as many projectiles as she could. Sagat narrowed his eyes and readied a Tiger Uppercut or Tiger Knee.

"Shadow Flow!" Velvet shouted, holding out her palm and creating a sphere of darkness around Sagat. As the Muay Thai practitioner was hit multiple times, Velvet got out her blade and slashed at Sagat, knocking him down. Velvet then leapt onto and tried to punch him, but Sagat thought quickly and blocked the blow.

However, Velvet continued the assault by getting out her blade and slashing at him. Sagat continued to block, but not even he could guard against a blade forever. Acting quickly, he found an opening and punched his fist out, catching Velvet in the face. Sagat then took the time to shove Velvet off of him. The two then got up before glaring at each other.

"And I thought I played for keeps." Sagat muttered.

"Buddy, if you played my game, how I am fighting is mild compared to what I do in there." Velvet retorted. "We don't even have a proper arena in comparison to other Tales games."

Sagat scoffed. "Even still, it is going to take more than aggression to take the king down!"

"Perhaps, but can the king withstand the aggression of a THERION?" Velvet challenged. "DEVOUR!

With that, her left hand turned into a monstrous red and black claw before slashing at Sagat. The one-eyed man merely narrowed his eye before raising his arms to block the slash. While the guard was a success, he found himself staggering back. Velvet then ran over and slashed her claw at Sagat.

However, Sagat managed to recover in time before doing a roundhouse kick to Velvet's face, knocking her away. Sagat then jumped back a few feet as Velvet got back onto her feet. Sagat then proceeded to do a series of Tiger Shots forward. However, unlike before, Velvet was slashing at them, throwing them immediately. Sagat's eyes bugged out realising that he was in trouble.

"Tiger Knee!" Sagat shouted, lunging forward with his knee, but Velvet raised her claw to catch said knee and grabbed it. Sagat cried out in pain before quickly punching Velvet in the face, making the dark-haired woman let out. Sagat then proceeded to do a series of punches and kicks, not letting Velvet have a chance to use her claw.

Unfortunately for him, when Velvet's claw was out, her power increases the more she LOSES health. Velvet showed this before finding an opening and stabbing the ground with her claw and creating a burst of dark red and black energy. This sent Sagat flying back before falling on his back. Sagat then got up groaning. Only to see Velvet rushing over.

"Discord!" Velvet shouted.

With that, she did three powerful slashes while crying out in agony to Sagat. After the third slash, Sagat was sent flying over the ropes and out of the ring.

Sagat landed in Tekken where he got into a match with Fahkumram.

Static Shock narrowed his eyes before sending out a stream of electricity forward. However, Leonardo and Saizo Hattori easily ran out of the way on opposite sides. They then both tried to rush towards Static, but the electromancer tried to hit them both at once. Leonardo was forced to block the stream aimed at him, but Saizo was about to strike him.

"Chou Upper!"

That was the sound of Yuri Sakazaki running in and doing a jumping uppercut to Saizo's chin, sending him up in the air. Leonardo looked in shock as Saizo collapsed on the ground before glaring at Yuri.

"Hey, what is the big idea!?" Leonardo snapped.

Yuri returned the glare. "Do you know how much hell Pichu was causing us in the last section!? Let Static have THIS section for getting rid of him!"

"Look, I know that he deserves praise and all…" Leonardo admitted before rolling his eyes. "But sorry for not letting him get enough power to last over five sections!"

"You sure as hell wouldn't be saying that if YOU were in said section!" Yuri scolded.

Static shook his head. "It's fine, Yuri. I could see where they were coming from. Regardless, I am not going to sit back and let them eliminate me. Could you take one of my attackers at least."

"Gladly." Yuri said before punching at Saizo. The ninja blocked the blow and was sent skidding back on his feet.

Static looked at Leonardo with a smirk. "Looks like it is you and me."

The twin swordsman just scoffed before running forward. Static just created a wall of electricity before pushing it over forward. Leonardo just narrowed his eyes further and jumped up.

"Endless Screw!" Leonardo shouted, spinning out with his ninjatos out. This managed to navigate upwards and avoid the advancing wall. Static just sent out a bolt of electricity at Leonardo while he was recovering his own attack. However, Leonardo acted quickly when he got out of his move and swung his ninjato downwards.

This actually DEFLECTED the lightning back to Static. The dark-skinned superhero's eyes bugged out before taking the bolt to the chest, knocking him down. Leonardo smirked as he landed on the ground. Sure, Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl fighters using their ability to grab projectiles is much easier, but something having the ability to simply deflect them was enough.

Static slowly got up before growling and punching the ground, sending another burst of electricity around him. However, unlike Roy, Leonardo saw it coming and readied himself.

"Shining Cutter!" Leonardo shouted, sending an arcing projectile forward towards the incoming surge. This resulted in the spot that the projectile hit to make a burst in the wall. Leonardo then ran over and leapt through it before rolling into a kneeling position. Static gritted his teeth before creating two blades out of electricity.

Leonardo just scoffed. "Taking ME on in twin swordsmanship?"

With that, he ran forward with Static riding forward on his Static Saucer. The two then locked their respective twin swords with each other, resulting in a firework display of sparks. The two then tried to shove against each other. However, Static was winning by virtue of being on a flying vehicle. Then, Static shoved Leonardo back and had him fall onto his shell. Static smirked before flying over.

However, Leonardo spun on his shell forward towards the approaching Static, knocking him off of his saucer. Leonardo then leapt back onto his feet. Static acted out of desperation and sent a lightning bolt at the turtle. However, Leonardo caught it before throwing it at Static, shocking him. It didn't hurt that much, but it was more than enough to stun him.

"Endless Screw!" Leonardo yelled, spinning around and hitting Static multiple times before sending the electromancer over the ropes. Leonardo then crouched down and picked up the Static Saucer to throw it out of the ring.

Static landed in Dead by Daylight where he fended off against the Doctor, making the Survivors' trial much easier.

By this time, Leonardo already saw who the final fighter eliminated was, but for the sake of story-telling, let's pretend that it was happening around the same time as Leonardo versus Static.

"Ko-Ou Ken!"

"Ryu En Ha!"

An orange energy ball and an electric wave clashed with each other, cancelling the both of them. Yuri and Saizo glared at each other before the former rushed over and kicking forward. However, Saizo blocked the attack and grabbed her leg to send her spinning on the mat. Saizo then jumped up in the air.

"Shinku Senpuzan!" Saizo shouted, engulfing himself in fire before barreling downwards. Yuri yelped before scampering to the side to avoid the attack.

"Really? A fiery Phoenix Arrow?" Yuri asked in disbelief while getting up. "I swear if he has a projectile deflector, I am going to be peeved!"

Meanwhile, Saizo quickly recovered from his own attack before dashing at Yuri. The brunette yelped before raising arms to block a series of punches and kicks. Seeing that the direct approach was failing, Saizo did a spinning kick to block Yuri onto her rear. Saizo then went back on the attack.

"Saiha!" Yuri shouted, creating her energy shield while she was still on her rear. The attack hit Saizo a few times before he was sent flying back onto his back. Yuri then jumped onto her feet before flipping forward and landing on top of Saizo's stomach, knocking the wind out of him.

As Yuri got up, Saizo also did so, but slowly while holding his stomach. Yuri then punched forward, but Saizo easily jumped back to avoid it. When he got his wind back, Saizo leapt up into the air forward. However, Yuri did the same time and when they got close, Yuri grabbed Saizo, turned him upside-down and spiked into the canvas. While Saizo was initially dazed by this at first, when he regained his senses, he blinked twice.

"...Was that an Izuna Drop?" Saizo asked, finally.

"That;s right! Because news flash! That move isn't restricted to just ninjas!" Yuri smirked as the two got up. "Face it, you are not going to surprise me! I faced many ninjas! Hell, one of my regular teammates, Mai, IS a ninja!"

"...Isn't the point of being a ninja is to AVOID alerting attention if that is the case?" Saizo asked. He then shook his head before looking up. Only to see Yuri rushing over. Saizo's eyes bugged out ducking underneath an attempted grab. Saizo then headbutted Yuri in the stomach.

Yuri staggered back holding her stomach. Saizo crouched down and put his hand on the canvas. Suddenly, his shadow moved away from him and towards Yuri while she was recovering. The moment that the shadow connected with Yuri's foot, the shadow turned into a literal shadowy clone of Saizo holding kunai making her yelp. Yuri was about to get ready to run away.

Until Saizo took advantage of Yuri's shock and ran behind her before grabbing her in a full nelson, giving the shadow clone full reign to swing its kunai at her multiple times. After a few slashes (while giving this unfitting high-pitched battle cry), the shadow clone vanished. With Yuri stunned, Saizo threw himself onto his back while putting his feet on Yuri's own back before using the momentum to toss Yuri over the ropes.

Yuri landed in Pinna Park of Super Mario Sunshine where she spent the next ten minutes on the roller coaster.

Saizo sighed in relief before standing up straight.

"Woah, did you see that!?"

"Yeah, he actually eliminated Yuri Sakazaki early on"

"Not that she was eliminated THAT early, but compared to her record at the Tournament of Kikai, that is still a surprise."

"And that is not getting into the fact that he is from one of the most obscure nodes in the tournament!"

Saizo's pupils shrank before turning to see ALL of the remaining fighters looking at him. Leonardo gave a congratulating smirk while Vector rubbed his chin in thought. Antonov and Rashid's eyes sparkled in awe while Simon crossed his arms, wondering if what Saizo did was some kind of dark magic. Korra narrowed her eyes, seeing Saizo as a threat while Shulk wondered what Monado Art he should use to counter him. Even the more proud fighters like Wolf, Velvet and Baiken raised an eyebrow, surprised that Saizo managed to do it. Saizo blinked twice.

"Oh, crap! I was so busy trying to get eliminations for my node that I didn't realise that I was directing attention to myself!" Saizo thought. "What am I going to do!? What am I going to do!?"

Thankfully, before Saizo could have a panic attack, he was distracted by the familiar white aura surrounding everyone before putting the fighters on star platforms. The following platforms disappeared.

Velvet. Korra. Baiken. Rashid. Simon. Wolf. And Shulk. Which left Leonardo, Antonov, Vector and Saizo.

"Ha! I knew that the people would want the Champion of KoF to be the Superstar of his debut section!" Antonov grinned. "My only gripe is that I don't want to pick because there are so many options!"

"Yeah, I have a couple of ideas in mind and I don't know if I should pick just one and mesh them together." Leonardo nodded.

"Well, that is why we are giving 100% every section." Vector chuckled. "We ALL want to be the Superstar!"

"I don't want to be the Superstar! I don't want to be the Superstar! I don't want to be the Superstar!" Saizo thought.

Then, Antonov's platform disappeared, much to his disappointment. Then, Saizo's platform disappeared, much to his delight.

"Ha! The next Superstar is going to be a reptile!" Leonardo smirked.

"Heh! And here I was thinking that the first non-human fighter will have fur instead of scales!" Vector laughed while crossing his arms.

Leonardo blinked twice. "Steve is a human?"

Vector's grin vanished. "You know what I mean…"

Despite the awkward exchange just now, both reptiles looked excited.

Then, one platform fell.

"Congratulations, Leonardo!" The Millennium Star announced.

The blue-masked turtle smiled before bowing to the audience.

"Thank you everyone! Even though the love for the TMNT hasn't faltered even after all of these years, I, nay, Raphael, Donatello, Michelangelo and I appreciate all of your support!" He explained. "In any other words…"

With that, he held up three fingers. He then started to count them down with a smirk. When he reached one, everyone shouted at the same time as him.

"COWABUNGA!"

Reptilian Power: The top two slots have been filled by Leonardo and Vector, a turtle and crocodile respectively. Also, while Reptile failed to survive the section, it is still worth noting that he will get an elimination as well.

Action Speaks Louder Than Words: Not only is Saizo the first Power Instinct fighter to get an elimination, but he also managed to get TWO of them in one section. Especially impressive compared to his own extraverted nodal companions, Sissy and Angela.
