Morg: Heyo! This one is from AppleMuffin, who I could not contact anymore, but who I am still grateful to for the title!

~Ailurophile (Cat Lover)~

"You should really cut her off."

Ikuto looked up at where his sister was leaning against the doorframe to his office. "Cut who off from what?"
Rolling her eyes, Utau pushed off the frame to strut into the room. "That Amu girl. She's in here today adopting another cat. She has to have like twenty by now."

Ikuto snorted before shaking his head. "Amu only has three. If she takes one home today then it'll be her fourth. She just likes to come in and play with some of the cats sometimes."

"Yeah, I'm sure the reason she keeps coming back here is for the cats."

"What's that supposed to mean?"

Utau rolled her eyes again. "Ikuto, you can't be that dumb. That girl has the hots for you. She keeps coming back here because she thinks you're good-looking. She's not here for the cats."

Ikuto crossed his arms over his chest as he stared back at his sister. He did his best to keep his face straight. She didn't need to know that he and Amu had been out on several dates already. His sister had the bad habit of scaring away anyone he was interested in. "Amu is simply another ailurophile like me. I don't mind her company, regardless of whether she thinks I'm good-looking or not."

Utau scoffed and turned to leave when she heard a voice call out behind her.

"Ikuto? I'm going to head out. Text me later, okay?"

Smirking at his sister's shocked face, Ikuto got up from his desk to slip out of his office. "Hey, Amu, wait up."

Utau could only follow with her mouth hanging open as she found her brother leaning over the front counter and exchanging kisses with the girl Utau was sure was stalking him. "What is happening?"

Amu pulled away to blink at Utau a couple of times before smiling. "Hey, you must be Ikuto's sister. He's told me a lot about you."

Utau frowned before crossing her arms. "Well, he hasn't said anything about you."

Amu snorted at that. "Good, that means that we'll have plenty to talk about when we do hang out without him."

"No, Amu. Don't do that. Don't turn to the dark side."

Laughing, Amu leaned in for another kiss before patting Ikuto's head and turning to leave.

Utau leaned against the wall behind the counter before clearing her throat. "Just another cat lover, huh?"

"Shut up. You don't get to scare this one away. Amu is amazing."

Utau couldn't help but laugh at her brother's pout. "We'll see if she passes the test or not."

Ikuto could only sigh.

Morg: And there's that.
