Chapter 26
Gengar and Pikachu VS Kadabra and Alazam! The rematch of a lifetime!
Last time, Ash and his friends traveled to the Pokémon Tower in Lavender Town. His mission, to capture the Ghost Pokémon he needs to defeat the Psychic Pokémon of Sabrina. They soon found out about the Ghost in the Pokémon Tower and see that it was actually Marowak, Cubone's mother that was killed by Team Rocket, and kidnaps Mr. Fuji Our heroes found the ghost, Defeated Team Rocket while Jessie, James and Meowth chickened out and flees back to Saffron City, and in the end Ash and his friends rescued Mr. Fuji and Ash receives not only a PokéFlute, but a Gengar and a Cubone, while Pidgeotto was back at Professor Oak's helping him with his chores, and Now Ash is ready to face Sabrina in the biggest Pokémon showdown of his life.
Our heroes arrived back at Saffron City for Ash's rematch against Sabrina and the young man was more determined to win the Marsh Badge for sure and the Girls will do so as well. Ash took a deep breath and spoke.
"We've finally come back, everyone. This time, I feel like I can win, and not only that, but we'll show Sabrina who's stronger." Ash said
"Pikachu."
Makoto and Rei then walked and stood with Ash and looked at the view of the city and turned to him. "Well Ash, let's get you all trained up for you to be ready for the Gym." She said
"You will definitely get back at Sabrina as Well." Rei said
"Ready the bell, it's nearly time for round two at the Saffron City gym!" Minako cheered
"We know you will do your best." Ami smiled
"Indeed." Erika smiled
"Now let's go down to the City." Chibiusa said
"I heard that there's a Pokémon Dojo right next to the gym and maybe we can train there and help Ash and his Pokémon get stronger." Naru suggested
"Great idea, Naru!" Usagi smiled
"Yeah, with a Ghost Pokémon like Gengar, and We'll train Cubone to become stronger than any other Cubone." Ash said to the girls and turned to the city "All right! Come on everyone! Let's go down to Saffron City to the Dojo first to train, and then the Saffron City Gym to defeat Sabrina!"
Our heroes soon walked into Saffron City, Makoto lead the way since she wanted to see the Pokémon Dojo first to train there before Ash can take on Sabrina, everyone, went in to see a lot of guys with training gi and was barefoot.
"Wow, I can't believe that this is a Pokémon Dojo." Ash awed
"Pika."
"Well, that's the place I want to train with you because a Dojo can be for training sometimes." Makoto smiled at him and she called out "Hello! Is anybody here? We want to do some training for the Gym Battle and some extreme training at that!"
The Dojo Karate Master stepped forward and faces our heroes as he is the greatest master and spoke.
"Welcome, so this young man, his girls and their Pokémon wish to train with us eh?" Said the Karate Master "and why would you want to do so?"
"I want to train to face off against Sabrina, you see last time i got a first and humiliating defeat. But now I got a ghost type Pokémon I want to train before I go there." Ash spoke
"Pika!"
"Yeah, and we like to train too." Makoto said standing next to Ash "With the exception of Chibiusa and Erika due to Erika being a Gym leader and Chibiusa being too young to have a Pokémon."
"Pika."
"Very well, release your Pokémon and we will begin training." Said the Karate master
"Ok, Ash looks like we can do some really awesome training!" Makoto smiled
Ash, Ami, Makoto, Minako, Naru, Rei and Usagi all release their Pokémon from their PokéBalls and they begin some very great training, then the gang went to the other rooms to go change into their Training Gi, and once they're changed, they started training starting with Ash and Makoto, as she and the Karate Master helped trained Ash's New Gengar and Pikachu, with one of the Master's Abra decoys.
"Ok Ash, are you ready?" Makoto asked
"Ready!" Ash answered, and he turned to Gengar as he was very excited "Gengar, use Shadow Ball!"
Gengar charged and launched a purple ball directly at a few Abras knocking them out due to Psychic types being weak against Ghost types. Next is Pikachu, and he is ready for anything.
"Ok Pikachu, use Iron Tail on the Kadabras!" Ash commanded
"Pika! Chuuu… Pika!"
Pikachu countered the Kadabras with Iron tail knocking them out in the process Ash couldn't be more proud of his Pokémon and the training continues as he had Cubone go next. Cubone is reluctant to fight as he never battled before.
"Cubone, it's ok." Ash smoothed "I know you're scared to battle and you never had a battle in your life, but I promise it will be the best first battle you have ever had in your life."
Cubone looked at Ash and put on a brave smile and turned to the Kadabra and held up his bone as Makoto, the Karate Master and the Girls watch on.
"Cubone, gave that Kadabra a Bone rush." Ash commanded lightly
Cubone then charged at the Kadabra and gave it 2 hits on the head with his bone with Bone Rush only for it to knock it aside but Cubone got back up and Used Bone Rush by hitting it on the head two times once more knocking it out in the process.
After some hard training for a few hours the gang got back on their regular outfits and bid farewell to the karate master but before they go Ash and Makoto were given Hitmonchan and Hitmonlee and he was very proud of them on how they trained and tells Makoto that she is amazing at teaching Ash before his gym battles, they head their way to the Saffron City Gym, once they got there Ash was pumped and ready to go.
"Sabrina…. she was really dreadful… Because of that, me and Pikachu were completely done in by her… and made us feel like a joke…" Ash thought as has a flashback of his last battle with Sabrina "and it was my first loss… and because of me, we all got trappped inside Sabrina's toy box…. Inside, Sabrina looks like a poor innocent soul trapped in a bale of darkness…" and he had another flashback to when our heroes were almost flattened by Sabrina's Doll
He then looked at the girls who has been traveling with since he started his journey throughout the Kanto region and is always been there for him and Ami is more than proud to watch him win especially the tall busty brunette with rose earrings and the long raven haired shrine madien that helped him get back up on his feet. He then took a deep breath and spoke out loud.
"Well, I won't lose this time, because the joke's on Sabrina." Ash said "Cause I got a kick ass team with Gengar and Cubone with me!
"Pika Pikachu!"
"Now you're talking business." Makoto smiled "Now let's get in there and show Sabrina who's boss!"
"Rai, Raichu!"
"and we'll be cheering you on all the way." Rei said
"You worked so hard for this moment." Ami said "and it's very important to stay focused and not get stressed, and try to relax, and I'm sure the rest of the girls can cheer you on, right girls?"
Ash, Pikachu, Gengar, Cubone, Raichu, Makoto, Rei, Ami and Erika then turn and see everyone standing back and cheering Ash on with flags.
"Ash! Ash! He's our man! He'll crush Sabrina like a soda can! Yay, Ash!!!" cheered the two blondes, the pinknette, and Naru as well "Go give it your best shot, Ash!"
"Seriously, girls? Come on!" Luna groaned
"Stop goofing around!" Artemis shouted
"Aren't you even coming in with us?!" Ash shouted
"Pikachu?!"
"Ash, remember last time she wanted to play with us and pretended we were her bowling pins?" Chibiusa reminded
"Yeah, Sabrina is a little unpleasant." Usagi said
"And she almost bowled a strike, and almost killed us!" Minako whined
"It won't happen again, since Ash has got Gengar, and Psychic Types are weak against Ghost types." Ami reminded
Gengar then nodded as the girls are very positive that Ash is going to take Sabrina down and The boy sends out the rest of his Pokémon as they all materializes from their PokéBalls.
"Bulbasaur! Charmeleon! and Squirtle!" Ash called if all of us go together, there's nothing to fear! are you all ready to face Sabrina?"
"Pi Pikachu!"
All of Ash's Pokémon as well as the girls all nodded and agreed to face off against the Psychic type Gym Leader, but before they can, they hear a call from a Jogger from behind them in the distance.
"Wait!" The jogger called "Before you all head in the there, I need to talk to you all about something regarding Sabrina."
"Really? Ok, where do you want us to talk about her?" Ash asked
"And what about her that we don't know about her?" Ami asked politely.
The gang all went to a park at Saffron City and Ash, Pikachu, Ami and Usagi all sat down with the jogger to a bench as they discuss about Sabrina as all of the other Pokémon relax and play, The other girls then listen in.
"Long ago, Sabrina wasn't always such a mischievous girl." The jogger said
"What, you knew Sabrina, sir?" Ash asked
"Huh? Well, I've. I've heard stories about her." He said
A flashback begins to when Sabrina was young and first discovering what she and her psychic powers were capable of. Including bending silverware effortlessly and essentially breaking a silverware holder, to using her powers on a golf club to see what would happen, all while her parents told her to stop.
"Please, stop, Sabrina. That's enough." Sabrina's mother scolded
"Stop it, Sabrina. It's not a toy." Sabrina's father said while taking the golf club away from her.
However, instead of heeding her parents warnings, Sabrina used her psychic powers on her own family, as they float up in the air and tossed them into the wall.
"Sabrina started practicing her Psychic powers and she ended up being obsessed with it." The jogger said and as he told Sabrina's story, the flashback shows Sabrina using her powers to practically and literally melt her home, and turning only her mother into a doll right before his father's very eyes as he managed to escape.
"She didn't want to make friends. All she wanted was to be left alone to develop her powers." He continued as the flashback ends with Ash, Pikachu, Ami, Usagi and the girls all feeling horrible for Sabrina.
"And even the parents that tried to stop her were driven out by her powers, and she turned her mother into a doll right before her very eyes." He continued as he gets out a picture of Sabrina and her mother and father and gave it to Ash "Since then, Sabrina has had two faces: The strong Sabrina who doesn't lose to anybody, and the other with a lonely heart who loves to prank and desires friends. That doll she's always clinging onto is the form of Sabrina from before she polished her Psychic Powers."
"I'm starting to feel sorry for her. I really am." Ash said sadly
"I wish there was something we can do to have her come to her senses." Ami said "she needs to know what she's doing to her family and innocent people is wrong."
"That's the same picture that was in Sabrina's house." Said Usagi
"It's the same one alright." Ash said "If you have this picture, could it mean that you're…."
The Jogger then gulps in suprise and the thought "Do they know? They must have figured it out by now, along with the rest of them. After everything I've said, they must have figured out the truth about Sabrina and me. He must realize that I'm Sabrina's father. Especially the bluenette who is very intelligent…. We'll i guess I got to come out clean."
Before the young man can say anything, the jogger finally spoke up.
"I'm Sabrina's Father." He admitted
Upon hearing this everyone all cried in shock of what the Jogger just admitted.
"What?! You're her father?!" Ash and the girls cried
"Then why are you wearing a Jogging suit this whole time?" Ash asked
"Well, it's because that Sabrina doesn't nodice me and think I'm an ordinary Jogger and I was no Match for her even when I tried to talk her out of what she's doing." Sabrina's father said "and when you first lost your battle I felt bad for you kid."
"And I think the only way to rescue her mother is to defeat Sabrina, and make her know that her mother and her father truly loves her no matter what!" Ami said
"Damn it, i need to go back to the Saffron City Gym and face off against Sabrina and show her how strong I've become and win that Marsh Badge!" Ash said
"Pikachu!"
Just then as the gang were about to head to the Saffron City Gym 3 familiar faces came walking by, it was Haruka, Michiru and Setsuna who Ash hasn't seen since the Cafe when he was on a date with Makoto and Rei.
"Ash, you got some guts." Haruka said "and since you're ready to take on Sabrina. Me, Michiru and Setsuna will take you."
"That's right, we wanted to watch you win since you have the confidence." Michiru smiled
"Haruka, Michiru, Setsuna." Ash said "Please take me there. but there's something I got to do first."
"Take all the time you need." Setsuna said
Ash then walked over to Makoto and Rei and spoke as he want to talk to them.
"Mako, Rei, I want to say, thank you for helping me get back on my feet a few days ago." Ash thanked "In return, I want you both to close your eyes."
"Your welcome, Ashy." Makoto said as she closed her eyes
"It was our pleasure." Rei said as she closed her eyes as well
Ash then leaned on Makoto's forehead and kissed her on her forehead and he kissed Rei on her forehead which the other girls, the Pokémon, Sabrina's father react in shock and when the two girls opened their eyes and they realized that they have been kissed on their forehead by him their faces flushed pink.
"Uh…. Did you just kiss them on their foreheads?" Haruka asked
"A-Ash, whatcha do that for?" Rei asked gently
"Let me guess I guess you kissed us on our foreheads in return for helping you?" Makoto guessed happily
"Yeah, that's my way to say thank you, cause I think you both deserve it." Ash answered
"Pika pi."
Makoto and Rei looked on and they both smiled of what Ash did and said and giggled
"I'm very glad that we are able to help you out." Rei said "and the date was amazing!"
"Yeah! now come on man, let's get you to the gym to show Sabrina who's boss!" Makoto smiled
Soon everyone headed to the Saffron City Gym to give Sabrina a well deserved rematch against her Psychic type Pokémon, everyone went inside and onto the battlefield with Ami, Haruka, Makoto, Michiru, Minako, Naru, Erika, Chibiusa, Rei and Usagi watch on, and Luna, Artemis, Raichu and Pichu did the same as well. Ash, Pikachu, Cubone (who is now stronger than any other Cubone), Gengar, Charmeleon, Squirtle, Bulbasaur putted on their brave faces and the boy called out for Sabrina, as the lights in the stadium come on.
"Sabrina, I've come back to the Saffron City Gym to challenge you to an official all out Pokémon rematch!" Ash called
"Pika!"
"Yeah, Ash is all pumped up, and gotten stronger this time!" Makoto shouted
Sabrina's doll then giggled "a rematch with your Pokémon? Even if that Pikachu doesn't stand a chance against my 4 Pokémon?"
"It won't be like last time." Ash nodded "and the days of running away are long gone. This time, you won't have it so easy."
"Chu!"
"Man, she sure looks nerve racking." Haruka murmured
Sabrina levitates from her throne and floats to the battlefield, as she is there she lands on one side and she is about to send out her first Pokémon out. But spoke to the young man.
"So Have you returned for more humiliation?" She asked distastefully "Dispite what happened last time? Even if you do this hundreds of times, you can never defeat me."
"Well Damn it, I'm more than ready to battle with you then anything!" Ash shouted "Let's do it!"
"But first…." Sabrina smiled mischievously
She slowly waved her hands with her psychic powers to move statues as they wrapped their arms around the girls trapping them in them, Ash was shocked and alarmed when this happened and turned to the girls as they desperately struggled to get free.
"Hey, what is this?!" asked Usagi
"What the hell are you doing?!" Rei demanded
"I am trapping your girls into by the statues until you win. To make things more fun for me." Sabrina smiled
"Hey, let us out!" Haruka demanded "I'll come over there and kick your ass already if I had to!"
"Ash, you have to win this for us!" Ami cried "Just remember to stay focused and relax your mind and not think about too many things!"
"Yeah! You can do this, man!" Makoto cheered
"If you lose… you'll all have to be dolls and play with me." Sabrina's doll smiled "If you win, you will get the Marsh Badge and all be released."
"I really don't want to be a doll!" Chibiusa cried "I know I like to play with them but I don't want to be one!"
Ash looked at the girls as they are still struggling to get free, he then took a deep breath as he has to make a very difficult decision to risk his own life to save his friends.
"Take me instead!" Ash shouted bravely
"PIKA PI?!"
Upon hearing this, the girls, the moon cats and the two electric mouse Pokémon were shocked to hear that Ash is willing to risk it all, including his own life as Haruka shouts at him.
"Kid, what the hell are you doing?!" She shouted
"Please don't do this, Ash!" Ami begged
"Listen if you win only I get to be the doll, and then you can let the girls go!" Ash said
"Fool. Are you risking your own life to save the girls you like?" Sabrina glared as the boy would do something this risky "if you lose, only you are willing to be turned into my plaything? You are willing to do something this absurd?"
"Ashy, no!" Usagi wailed "I know you want to protect and defend us, but risking your life is worth it?!"
"You must not take that risk, young man!" Michiru cried "If you get turned into a doll we might never see you again!"
Ash looked at the girls begging him not to do something so reckless, however he felt like it needs to be done he then turned to the girls.
"Girls, listen! I know this is very risky and reckless, but it was my fault that we ended up in Sabrina's toy box to begin with!" Ash said "and I wouldn't forgive myself back then and I wouldn't eather if you all get turned into Sabrina's playthings and it is a risk I'll have to take." the he turned back to Sabrina. "Ok, Sabrina let's get this over with!"
"Very well, Slowbro, go." Sabrina called
Slowbro then materializes from it's PokéBall and Ash is ready to send out his first Pokémon.
"Bulbasaur, I Choose You!" Ash called
Ash tosses Bulbasaur's PokéBall and he materializes from it's PokéBall and he stared down Slowbro, as the girls look on Ash as they knew about Ash's new strategy of starts off with a grass type against a water type.
"Ash, be very careful!" Erika warned
"Slowbro, surf." The physic type gym leader commanded
Slowbro unleashed a big wave at Bulbasaur, washing it away but barely does any damage Bulbasaur then got up and faced the water Pokémon
"Bulbasaur, vine whip!" Ash commanded
Bulbasaur got out his vines and whipped Slowbro two times and because Bulbasaur got stronger cause of the Pokémon Dojo training, and Water types are weak against Grass types Slowbro is out, leaving Sabrina stunned and the girls cheering Ash on.
"Looks like Ash is back on track!" Makoto whooped happily "Your the best of the best!"
"Ashy, Ashy, he's out man!" Usagi, Minako and Chibiusa cheered like cheerleaders "Crush Sabrina like a soda can! And if he can't do it no one can!"
"That's the way, Ashy! You can do it!" Ami smiled
"Looks like I underestimated him a little." Haruka smiled "Looks like we get to watch his battle this close up. Wait a minute, the Prince of the Golden Sun never gave up on the battles he's in."
"The young man is amazing. I'm glad that he's back up on his feet." Michiru said
"It seems like we see Ash as a younger brother figure." Setsuna said "However if he loses we might never see him again, I really hope he is careful."
Setsuna was stunned as she recalls Slowbro "Water, Water everywhere. But damn it looks like I underestimated him, Slowbro return."
As Slowbro went back to it's PokéBall she gets out Jynx's PokéBall next.
"Jynx, go." She said
Jynx then materializes from her PokéBall and Ash recalls Bulbasaur and is ready to choose his next Pokémon, Shiny Charmeleon.
"Charmeleon, I Choose You!" Ash called
Charmeleon then materializes from his PokéBall and sparkles came out of it.
"Jynx, Ice punch." She commanded
Jynx charges up her fist as it is freezing and lunged at the fire type Shiny Pokémon, Luckily Charmeleon dodges it just in time as the punch hits the ground, Ash then gets ready to give Charmeleon a command.
"Charmeleon, Flamethrower!" Ash commanded
Charmeleon then charged its fire power and launched the fire at the Ice type Pokémon and it was super effective, and because it was stronger Jynx is knocked out and the girls cheered him on.
"Wow, it looks like Ashy can win this and he won't become a doll!" Usagi cheered
"That's our boy, if he wins, us girls are going to give him an all way kiss attack!" Minako cheered
Sabrina the recalls Jynx as she saw Ash grew stronger. "Jynx return."
As Jynx went back into her PokéBall, she had a good look at Ash and how he has grown and then she is about to send out her 3rd Pokémon out.
"Mr. Mime, go." She called
Mr. Mime then materializes from itself PokéBall while Ash recalls Charmeleon and sends out Cubone because it is his very first battle and it wants to battle Sabrina to help Ash out.
"Cubone, I Choose You!" Ash called
Cubone then materializes from his PokéBall and gave Mr. Mime a angry stare, the girls as well as the 3 Electric mouse Pokémon and the moon cats are shocked that he sented out Cubone which is a good against psychic types.
"Cubone is a good Pokémon to use." Rei said "Its a good thing Ash has got him so he doesn't get lonely anymore."
"Mr. Mime, Psychic." Sabrina said
Mr. Mime's eyes then glow and Cubone a beam of Psychic came out of his eyes and Cubone fell down but he's not knocked out as he got back up, and held his bone up like a sword.
"Cubone, use Bonemerang!" Ash commanded
"Cubone then then tossed his bone at Mr. Mime like a boomerang and it hit very hard at him and Mr. Mime is almost knocked out as he got back up.
"Mr. Mime, double slap." She commanded
Mr. Mime slapped Cubone two times in a row but it was not enough for the ground type Pokémon, as he is about to prepare for the next attack.
"Cubone, finish off Mr. Mime with headbutt!" Ash commanded
Cubone ducked his head and ran towards Mr. Mime and hit him with his headbutt which sends him flying backwards and onto the ground, knocking him out in the process.
"Wow, that's one tough Cubone." Haruka wowed "He must've trained it to get more stronger, Mabye I could battle him one day."
"Haruka, we should wait till the right time to battle a young man like Mr. Ash Ketchum, for which we are not ready to battle him yet." Michiru said
"All right, Ash!" Makoto cheered "Now all he has to do is to defeat Kadabra and the Marsh Badge is his and we're all next to face her!"
"I had a vision." Setsuna thought "That young man could look like the prince we've been searching while in the Kanto Region, I felt like we helped him before."
"Damn, Mr. Mime return." Sabrina said
Mr. Mime retuned or his PokéBall as Sabrina save her last Pokémon for last that Ash could not defeat last time but since he had a Ghost type Pokémon he has the upper hand.
"I've save this one for last." Sabrina said "Kadabra, go."
Kadabra then materializes from his PokéBall and making the girls worry about what happen last time that Ash faced Kadabra and Ami called out for the young man who is winning.
"Ash, this is the perfect time to call in on Gengar! Some of you're Pokémon won't stand a chance against Kadabra, Pikachu, Gengar and Charmeleon has a good chance though." Ami called
"Right, lovely Bookworm!" Ash agreed calls Cubone back "Cubone return!"
Cubone then went back into his PokéBall as it did a great job, However before Ash was about to send Gengar out to battle, Pikachu steps in to battle as he wants to get back at Kadabra for what he did to him and Ash last time.
"Pikachu, what are you doing?" Ash asked while is alarmed
"Pi Pika!"
"You want to battle next?" He asked
The girls are now surprised at Pikachu.
"Pikachu, wait! I know you want to go next but you'll get battered again by Kadabra!" Rei shouted
"Girls, I think Pikachu wants to battle next because he wants to get back at Kadabra for what he did to him last time." Ami reminded
"Pikachu, You're a real pal! Thank you!" Ash thanked while being touched
"Just as I predicted. The Pikachu is willing to go next then again, The mouse is waiting till Kadabra evolves mid battle and Ganger can win and then Operation: Payback will be complete." Haruka thought
"Ok Pikachu, use Thundershock!" Ash commanded
"Pika…CHU!!!"
"Kadabra, Teleport." Sabrina commanded
Pikachu unleashes Huge amounts of Lightning at Kadabra, but Kadabra disappears before the attack can land, as Pikachu tries again and again to land a hit, but to no avail.
"That Kadabra's fast with that Teleport!" Minako cried "as they say 'Teleport while you still can!'"
"Bad timing, Minako." Said Erika
"Kadabra, Psybeam." Sabrina commanded
Kadabra teleported back to Pikachu and stared him down and his eyes started glowing and used Psybeam and it made Pikachu go swirly eyed and it knocked Pikachu backward, but he got back up.
"Oh no! Pikachu!" Ami cried
"Hang in there, Pikachu! Come back at Kadabra with your Thunder!"
"Pikachu. PIKAAAAACHUUUUU!!!!!"
Pikachu's cheeks filled up with so much electricity and he launches a powerful Thunder and it Hit Kadabra really hard, so much to the point that it was almost knocked out as he was burned to a crisp, the girls were amazed by his new strategy.
"That's the way, Pikachu!" Ash cheered
"Way to go, Pikachu!" Usagi cheered "That was amazing!"
"Ash is actually be able to win! We all trained very hard for this moment, I'm so proud of him." Ami smiled
"Go! Go! Ashy, Go! Do you're best and rule the world!" Minako cheered while holding fans
"It actually hit, damn that is one powerful Pikachu." Haruka thought
Ami then looked at Sabrina and she knew what the Gym leader is going to do when her Pokémon is at her low health.
"Recover." Sabrina commanded
Just as quickly as Kadabra was burned to a crisp, it healed itself in no time but barely making Ash, and the others react in horror.
"Recover, I knew it!" Ami thought "Whenever you're Pokémon's health gets low you either use recover or rest and get all your heath back. Ash I think its a good time to send out your Gengar."
"Crap, I forgot about that move!" Makoto cried "That Kadabra must be at level 31 or higher in order to learn that!"
Sabrina's and Kadabra's eyes began glowing and suddenly Kadabra started glowing as it was ready to evolve. Kadabra then evolved into his final form, Alakazam which as a large mustache, it also has a long, thin snout, narrow eyes, ear-like spikes extending from the top of its head, and an additional spike protruding from each cheek. Covering its yellow, skeletal body are brown armor-like sections over its chest, shoulders, forearms, and knees. There are three toes on each foot, each of which has a white claw. Two of the toes face forward, while one faces backwards. It wields a silver spoon in each hand, which act as amplifiers for its psychic abilities.
"Oh my god!" Ash gasped in horror "He evolved into Alakazam!"
Pikachu ran back to Ash and he got out Gengar's PokéBall and took a deep breath as he is not ready to lose again.
"Recover my ass!" Ash shouted "Gengar, go!"
Gengar then materializes from his PokéBall and he and Alakazam then looked at each other ready to battle to the death.
"H-H-He evolved!" Rei studdered
"Ok, Gengar, let's show this newly evolved bastard who's boss!" Ash said
"Pika Pi."
"Alakazam, Psybeam." Sabrina commanded
Alakazam used the same attack that did Pikachu but Gengar ended up dodging it and left the Pokémon confused as it was ready to make an attack since Alakazam healed itself but barely.
"Gengar, use Shadow ball!" Ash commanded
Gengar charged up a purple ball filled with Ghost energy and launched it at Alakazam, the hit causes the newly evolved Pokémon tho get sent flying backward and slammed into the wall out of bounds, and finally knocking it out in the process, Sabrina was stunned.
"Alakazam is unable to battle! Gengar is the winner!" The announcer called "Which means the victor goes to Ash Ketchum from Pallet Town!"
"We….We won, Gengar!" Ash cheered "That was amazing!"
"Pika Pi!"
The other girls from the back all cheered Ash on as well for his sweet victory against Sabrina. Ami, Rei and Makoto are the most proud of the young man.
"You did it Ashy! Way to go!" Makoto cheered
"You beat Sabrina!" Rei cried
"Ash, you are able to stay focused and not worry about anything and stay calm, and relax a little more and not get so upset." Ami smiled kindly "and because of that he defeat the hardest Gym leaders in all of the Kanto Region, and we should do the same. I'm so proud of you Ash."
"You did you're best Ash!" Chibiusa cired
"Ok, Sabrina, I defeated you fair and square, so please let my friends out of your trap." Ash said
"Pikachu."
"Yeah, it's getting a little cramped in here!" Haruka struggled
"Yeah, fulfill your promise!" Minako shouted
Sabrina had an evil smile as she laughed mischievously and the gang looked at her suspiciously as she is hiding something from them then Sabrina's Father showed up to watch.
"I don't remember making such a silly promise like that." Sabrina said distastefully
Ash was livid and alarmed and the others were shocked and angry at Sabrina for lying to them even though Ash won fair and square.
"What did you say?!" Usagi snapped
"You dirty liar!" Rei shouted
"You said that when Ash wins against you, you get to not only give him the Marsh Badge but let us go!" Ami reminded
"Pikachu!"
"Sabrina….are you this damn heartless?" Ash asked angrily and he shouted "Are you really pulling our legs to turn us onto your goddamn playthings regardless if I win against you?! just like you did to your mother a long time ago?!
Sabrina's look turned from evil smile and heartless into a shocked and suprised gasped face and she then remembers what she did to her mother and father when she was little and hearing Ash continuing on.
"Remember, Sabrina... when you were younger, your parents want to do what's best for you and help you with you're psychic powers!" Ash continued "But instead of being reasonable, you decided to not only turn your mother into a doll, but you melted your own house and chased away your father!"
Sabrina see's what Ash is telling her is true as her heart comes back from being gone for so long and she feels remorse for what she did to her only mother and her eyes started to water as a drop landed on her doll as it slowly begins to vanish away due to Sabrina's heart waking up and a another and another.
"Kid, what are you doing?!" Haruka asked
"Ash is making Sabrina what she's doing is wrong." Ami said "He's trying to help Sabrina rediscover the human part of her heart."
"Don't you see Sabrina?" Ash continued while smoothing it out "Your family really loves you… you can get you're mother back if you would use your powers to turn her back to normal."
Sabrina's doll then disappears as Sabrina starts crying as she finally realizes what she did to her family was wrong as she was all alone.
"Mom!" Sabrina wailed "I'm so sorry mom! I missed you! I'll bring you back!"
She waved up her hands and used her Psychic powers to not only tunred her mother back to normal but set the girls free from the statues as well, Sabrina's Mother and Father then ran up to their daughter and while in tears, Sabrina threw her arms around her family for a hug. Usagi, Ami and the girls then ran up to Ash who had made Sabrina come to her senses, and wrapped their arms around him starting with Ami and one by one the gurls then did the same for a group hug as Pikachu, Raichu, Pichu and the moon cats watch on.
"Ashy, you did it! You not only won but you helped Sabrina rediscover the human part of her heart!" Ami said
"That was so brave!" Erika smiled
"And for that, you get our seven way kiss attack!" Usagi giggled
And with that all 7 girls of Ash's group all kisses his cheeks for a kiss attack while Ash's cheeks flushed pink as Haruka, Michiru and Setsuna couldn't help but giggle After the kiss attack, Sabrina walked over to Ash with a Marsh Badge in hand is about to congratulate him for his bravery.
"Ash Ketchum, in honor of you defending me and waking up my heart and helping me reuniting with my family again, I reward you with the Marsh Badge." Sabrina smiled placing the Marsh Badge on Ash's hands.
"Thank you Sabrina." Ash thanked as he held up the badge "Yeah! I got the Marsh Badge!"
"Pi Pikachu!"
"And it's a huge win too!" Ami and Usagi cheered
"Only 3 more To go!" Makoto and Rei cheered
And after the girls excluding Erika, Chibiusa, Haruka, Michiru And Setsuna battling Sabrina later on and winning the same badge Ash got, our heroes are now outside the gym waving goodbye to Sabrina and her family, and Sabrina started a new life and a kinder Gym Leader.
"Thank you for everything!" Sabrina's Father waved
"Have a good journey!" Sabrina's mother waved
"Goodbye, everyone!" Sabrina waved
"Take care of yourselves!" Ash said
"Pika!"
"Have a wonderful time!" Ami waved
"Pichu!"
"Bye bye!" Chibiusa said
"Goodbye!" Usagi said
"I think Sabrina's going to be a cheerful, sweeter and a serious Gym Leader from now on." Ami said
Ash then smiled at the bluenette and looked at his new Marsh Badge and Makoto and Rei smiled at him.
"Hey, Ash that Marsh badge puts you one step further along the road to the Pokémon League." Makoto said "You only got three more badges left and you can compete."
"Be proud that you got the badge, Ash. Besides, having Sabrina come to her senses was amazing of you and also risking your life to save us is very bold." Rei said "and thank you for the kiss on the forehead."
Before Ash could respond, Haruka interrupted them and they stood by the sidewalk looking very serious of what Ash did and Team Rocket by Silph Co. and what plans is there to come.
"Haruka, Michiru, Setsuna. You three look serious." Ash said
"Pika?"
"Ash, I don't want to interrupt your victory, and though it is true that you saved us, but you really had to risk yourself to defend us eather way?" Haruka asked
Ash gasps and then spoke "But I…."
"You did save our lives…." Michiru said
"…..However that was very reckless of you for giving yourself up to Sabrina." Setsuna finished
Ash then feels guilty of what he did, however the three then smiled.
"But that took a lot of guts for a guy like you to pull off." Haruka said "You did good, man."
"However, we have some trouble at Silph Co. Team Rocket is about to come up with a plan to take over The Kanto Region." Michiru said
"What are we waiting for?" Ash said "Let's get to the Pokémon Center and heal our Pokémon so we can be ready to go!"
"Pika!"
"Right!" The gang responded
"What are you planing this time, Giovanni and Queen Beryl?" Luna asked
With a little help from Gengar, Ash was able to defeat Sabrina and win a Marsh badge making Ash and the girls get 5 out of 8 Badges! Will they get another badge in Fushsia City? And what adventures will our friends find along the way? Those answers aren't yet written in stone. As they got the Pokémon Center to get prepared for the Silph Co. to defeat Giovanni and Queen Beryl! Will they beat them? Find out as the Journey Continues!
