Chapter 31
The Legend of Dratini
Last time, Ash and the girls arrived at Fuchsia City for Their Next Gym match, first the found some information about the Legendary Golden Sword that our young hero wielded from the stone, as it seems like it has the same Power as the Legendary Silver Crystal as Minako destroyed the Diamond that Ami found at the Rock Tunnel, and while during training, Ash's Cubone evolved into a Marowak, Joined by Haruka, Michiru and Setsuna our heroes found the Fuchsia Gym and one by one they took on the gym leader Koga, with Ash getting a warm up from Aya, Koga's Sister and while battling Team Rocket when Ash beat Koga, Ash's Squirtle evolved into Wartortle and sent Team Rocket flying for revenge, after that Shiny Eevee joins the party and Ash and his friends won the Soul Badge, the 6th badge out of 8 to compete in the Pokémon League in the Indigo Plateau, and then our heroes the decided to do some activities in Fuchsia City including exploring the Safari Zone.
After earning a Soul badge at the Fuchsia City gym, our friends arrive at the Safari Zone, where the Nidoran play, the Tauros form a heard ran through the zone, the Magikarp are splashing and it's where they're sure to discover some new and unusual Pokémon. It was Ash's turn to lead the way to the entrance gate to the Safari Zone and the office first as they chit-chat on how many Pokémon are they going to get as Pikachu keeps a sharp eye on Ash's Legendary Golden Sword as he doesn't want it to fall into the wrong hands. Our heroes then arrived at the Gate that says "Pokémon Safari Zone" there is an office.
"Wow!" Usagi gasped happily "The Pokémon Safari Zone! I wonder how many I'll catch?"
"Who knows, we'll be lucky to find some really rare Pokémon that we've never seen before." Ami smiled "I'm planning to catch a Dratini a dragon type."
"Wow Ami, that's so awesome." Ash said "Im planing to catch every of 1 Pokémon that is present in the Safari Zone instead of duplicates."
"Pika Pikachu."
"Hey I wonder if there's a Tangela and a Venonat in the Zone cause I want some of my very own." Makoto said "Electric, Grass, Bug, Fighting and Water types are my specialty."
Minako walked up to the young man and whined a little "What about getting one more of the same Pokémon to trade with us?" Minako pouted "I was planning to trade you my Lapras."
"Minako, we should think before we trade." Rei sighed "and we should split into groups of three when we get 30 Safari Balls."
"That's a great idea, Rei!" Naru smiled
"I think getting the Soul Badge before we come here is worth it." Haruka said
"As he did his best, I'm guessing this is what we've all deserved." Setsuna smiled
"However we should knock on the warden's office's door and ask the person in charge of the Safari Zone to let him know that we want to explore the land." Michiru my suggested
"Allow me." Erika said
Erika walked towards the building and to the front door and knocked on it as she is done knocking the group comes a bit closer by her, and who answered the door is an old man who has an annoyed look on his face as he does not want any visitors today he then spoke as Erika went back to the group.
"What do you all want?" He asked rudely
The gang was caught off guard as they never expected him to act very rudely to his customers Ash spoke nervously
"W-We just wanted to explore the Safari Zone since there's a lot to do around Fuchsia City." Ash said
"Pika…"
"That is no way to be very rude to your customers to when they want to explore!" Haruka called out "We're just travelers that's all, What's your damn problem!?"
As the short haired female blonde called the man out for his behavior, instead of apologizing to them, he pulls out a firearm and pointed it at the gang as he spoke in a glaring and threatening tone.
"Do any of you want to get shot?" He asked
When the gang saw the firearm pointed at them they immediately jumped as the others backed away gulped as they felt threatened as they never did this much.
"H-He's got a gun!" Usagi stammered "We didn't do anything!"
"We come in peace!" Chibiusa stuttered
"Don't shoot!" Rei squeaked
"I don't want to get shot!" Makoto gulped
"W-We're sorry, P-Please don't shoot." Ash and Ami apologized
"Cha!!"
"Don't blow my head off!" Minako begged
"M-My bad." Haruka laughed nervously
The Old man relentsand took a deep breath that he saw and realize that the group are innocent bystanders and not harmful at all, he then puts his gun away much to the others' relief and he spoke to the group.
"Out of consideration for you all, I'll forgive you." He said "I'm Kaiser, the warden here at the Safari Zone. Follow me inside, another thing, I apologize for threatening you all."
Kaiser then lead the group inside the Office so he can except the offer of exploring the Safari Zone, the others then went in side to receive instructions and rules of the Safari Zone which Ash and Ami entering first with the rest of the girls enter last and Minako closed the door behind her.
Inside the warden's office while Ash and the girls are waiting, Kaiser then went to his cabinet and got out a few basket with 30 green Safari Balls and super rods except for Chibiusa who is too young to catch Pokémon, she has to stay with the gang at all times, he placed each basket on the desk one by one, the gang was delighted. Minako was growing impatient.
"Wow, Safari Balls and a Super Rod." Ash said and turned to the girls. "Take a look, girls one basket for each of us, 30 Safari Balls and a Super Rod."
"Pikachu."
"Except for me, I'm too young." Chibiusa pouted as she hugged her Pokémon Egg
Ash patted Chibiusa on her head. "Don't worry Chibiusa, you'll stick by us the entire time." He smoothed
"Yeah, even if you're too young to have a Pokémon, you have the Egg." Usagi said
"Mr. Kaiser, sir what are the instructions to the Safari game?" Ami asked nicely
He was about to explain the rules In a polite manner until Minako was more impatient then ever and she shoved Ash and Pikachu out of the way and went over to the desk.
"Ok! With these Safari Balls, we can get.." she said excitingly
As she reached for the basket, she was cut off by Kaiser who pulled a gun that he aimed at the gang earlier and the others were frighted as Ash and Pikachu got back up and was uneasy when he saw the gun being pointed again, and the old man was not happy again on how the blonde behaved, he explained the rules of the gang.
"Well, I'll say this from the very beginning until your blonde friend interrupted me." He said very sternly "These Safari Balls and the Super Rods you can only use in the Safari Zone. You can only use the 30 Safari Balls provided by the park.
You cannot attack or use items or status altering moves. And you cannot use any of your own PokéBalls."
"It's the gun again!" Rei whispers
He then points the gun at Ash's head to demonstrate his point. Making the gang even more frighted and threatened, Ash then gulped as he doesn't want to die, he is now hugged by Minako who is the one is being impatient, Ami and Usagi.
"If you break any of the rules, my thunderbolt will shoot, and this guy will die." He said
"I-I understand…" Ash gulped while sucking his hands up
"Chaaa…."
Haruka, Makoto and Rei however were cracking their knuckles because they are not going to take the threats from Kaiser very well and they will not Tolerate his threading Ash like that and they approched the young man, and before they are willing to defend him, Michiru saw a Picture of a young Kaiser with a Dratini and held it.
"Oh my, isn't this a Dratini?" Michiru asked them Ami and Setsuna walked over to her "Kaiser is a cute young man from his early days and the Dratini is cute as well."
"Let me see, Michiru." Ash said
"Pika."
"But, isn't Kaiser the one being taken with it?" Makoto asked "It looks like he's in a hillside of the Safari Zone and the watering hole."
"Raichu."
"He looks very young." Erika smiled
"And cute too." Minako giggled "just as cute as you Ash."
"I wonder if there's any Dratini in the Safari Zone?" Rei wondered
"I've heard rumors that there are Dratini here in the Safari Zone, however they're very rare." Ami said "I guess they were true after all, but I'm sure Kaiser doesn't want to talk about it."
"Pichu…"
"Oh, here he comes now." Naru said
Kaiser heard the gang talk about Dratini, he leaps forward and raced over to the girl with green wavy hair and yanked the picture away from her hand, catching her as well as the others off guard, he then lashed out.
"No!" He shouted "There aren't any Dratini!"
"I understand, sir." Ash said "I'm sure we can find some rare Pokémon out in the open-world Safari if we search high and low, right girls?"
Everyone agreed, however the only one how didn't is a certain blonde who tried to reach for the basket, she tried to argue otherwise angrily at the old man.
"But it's in the picture! Can't you tell, old man?!" Minako argued
Kaiser then reached for his gun and pulled the lever as it was loaded, this made the gang frightened even more. Especially Minako and she gulped and stuttered.
"Ok, Ok! I understand!" Minako stuttered
Haruka, Makoto and Rei has finally had enough of this and they stepped in front of Ash, Ami, Usagi and Minako, then Haruka grabbed Kaiser by his tie and just as he was about to pull two guns, Makoto and Rei snagged them away from him and tossed them aside as they both punched their fists to their palms, Kaiser gulped as his weapons are no use to him.
"Listen, and listen good." Haruka spoke in a threatening tone "We just about had enough of you being rude to your customers. and we won't take any of your threats lightly. I don't want to hurt old men, But If you ever point a gun at us again, I'll send you straight to hell."
Kaiser gulped again as he nodded his head yes, and Haruka let him go as he walked away and took the picture with him he went outside and closed the door behind him as he wants to be left alone, Ash was more worried than impressed they walked over to Makoto, Rei and Haruka, as Naru spoke.
"Woah, Why does Kaiser have to be so defensive like that?" She asked
"He doesn't want to talk about it as something bad happened to him." Ami said then turned to the three girls "Mako, Rei, Haruka, Please don't be so rough with Kaiser!"
"Yeah, he's an old man! Beside we'll get in trouble with Officer Jenny!" Ash begged
"Pika Pika!"
"But he was being rude to us when all we wanted to do is to go explore the Safari Zone!" Protested Makoto crossly
"Not to mention he threatened us with a gun and he pointed a gun at you're head!" Pointed out Haruka angrily "You want us to let him get away with it?"
Ash took a deep breath and calmed the girls down now that Kaiser got the message, and he suggested that they call Professor Oak that they arrived in the Safari Zone and ask him about Kaiser and why he is acting so grumpy, and everyone agreed.
Outside on the building porch, Kaiser stares at the Picture of a younger version of him and a Dratini, and took a deep breath as he feels remorse, and thought.
"Dratini, I'm sorry." He thought "You won't be disturbed ever again."
Back at the Building, Ash is prepared to Professor Oak that they made it to the Safari Zone after they visited the Pokémon Zoo and they won their Soul Badges at the Fuchsia City Gym, he phoned the Pokémon Professor and then sure enough, Professor Oak's face appeared on screen as everyone is ready to speak with him.
"Oh, hello Ash." Oak said "You just caught me right when I was preparing me some Okonomiyaki."
"Hi, Professor Oak." Ash greeted
"Pika!"
"Hi Professor Oak!" The girls greeted
"So, he's the Pokémon professor?" Haruka asked
"Why, yes young lady, who are you and your two friends that are with you?" Oak asked curiously
"Haruka Tenoh." She introduced
"My name is Michiru Kaioh." Michiru spoke
"Setsuna Meiou." She introduced
"Ash, I've seen you have been making some very good friends while on your journey and catching more Pokémon recently." Oak said "and I'm assuming that you and your friends have won each a Soul Badge?"
Ash then showed his six gym badges as well as the girls showed their badges, and he is quite impressed on how far he's come. "Yep, it was a great battle." He said "and I've been keeping my Golden Sword safe by the way."
"Professor Oak, we've got a question." Ami spoke "Do you know Kaiser by any chance?"
"Why yes Ami, I know Kaiser very well." The Pokémon Professor replied "Your a very intelligent young lady."
"Why would he say they there isn't any Dratini?" Usagi asked
"And why he's acting very grumpy?" Minako added
"Well, 30 years ago, Kaiser discovered the Legendary Pokémon Dratini." Oak explained "But afterwards, trainers from around the Kanto Region who heard rumors about it and they suddenly started intruding the Kanto Safari Zone, and they got every Pokémon that they can catch. And as a result, the Safari Sone was completely destroyed. Ever since then, the Safari Zone's rule to use 30 Safari Balls was established."
"That's awful, I really feel bad for him and the Dratini." Ami murmured "That's the reason why he is emotional."
"So what happened to Dratini?" Makoto asked
"In the end, it cannot be found." Oak replied "But a Photo remains. Even I don't know where it really is. After all, it's a legendary Pokémon."
When Professor Oak mention a 'Legendary Pokémon', Ash then remembered that he saw the legendary Pokémon, Ho-Oh from the beginning of his Pokémon Journey when Pikachu defeated the whole flock of Spearow, and then when he was on a date with Ami and Minako he remembers he saw a Brail of Ho-Oh while in the Celadon City Pokémon Museum, and when Oak sees Ash a bit distracted, he glared at the group.
"Well, what are you all waiting for?!" He shouted "Go get some more Pokémon! You haven't sent in any recent ones as of this time!"
"O-Ok, Professor." Ash agreed and showed him the basket of Safari Balls and a Super Rod "This time, I'll be sure to catch Pokémon I never seen before. and not just me, but the girls as well."
"Pikachu."
"Yes, we've been looking forward to catch some Pokémon." Ami agreed "and we're doing it in separate groups."
"I would like a Ditto!" Usagi giggled
"Looks like I could use a few." Haruka smiled
"Me too." Michiru said and Setsuna nodded
"I'm looking forward to it." Oak said "Good luck everyone and don't let that sword fall into the wrong hands." Professor Oak then hangs up and finish making his Okonomiyaki for lunch.
"Dratini, the Legendary Pokémon, huh?" Ash asked "I would like to see it, it reminded me on how I first saw a Legendary Pokémon, Ho-Oh."
"You saw, Ho-Oh huh?" Haruka asked
"Was it very beautiful and magnificent?" Michiru asked
As the young man explained to Haruka, Michiru and Setsuna about him seeing Ho-Oh, the gang are all talking about the groups they will form when they get inside the Safari Zone to catch different kinds of Pokémon, including tying to find the legendary Dratini which is the only Dragon type Pokémon in the Kanto Reigon.
Meanwhile, outside on top of the roof Team Rocket overhears the whole conversation that Ash had with Professor Oak and the gang discussing their adventure for the Safari Zone and to search for Dratini, the three criminals then comes up with an evil plan themselves while Jessie snickered.
"Did you two hear about the latest scoop?" Jessie asked
"But Jessie, the old west was over there ages ago before these cites are built." James replied "and Dratini is right here in the Safari Zone."
"She's not talking about the Old west, dumbass!" Meowth glared "If we can get a legendary Pokémon, there'll be coins thrown before cats."
"Could've said better myself, however I can't be satisfied with other that alone." Jessie said and then stood up and pointed at the Harrison "We'll be taking all of the Pokémon in the Safari Zone."
"You operate far higher on the scale of villainy!" Meowth cheered
James agreed and Jessie snickered as she came up with the best plan they had in a while. As she dreamed of having a Dratini as a pet in her dream pool where they swam with the fish and Magikarp.
Back with the group, Kaiser opened up the gate to the Safari Zone with Ash and the girls having Baskets of 30 Safari Balls and Super Rods in hand with Pikachu, Raichu, Pichu, the moon cats and Chibiusa who is holding her egg on their side, and they are about to do the Safari Game, Ash then turned to Kaiser.
"Thank you, Kaiser, we'll be going." Ash said
"Pika."
"Once you've used all of your Safari Balls, be sure to return here immediately." Kaiser said
"Ok!" Ash and the girls replied
"Yes sir!" Chibiusa giggled
"Pika!"
"Raichu!"
"Pichu!"
Before they can enter, they heard a voice from above, everyone ran to the side of the door, and looked up to the big Safari Zone sign to see it was Jessie, James and Meowth, the others looked annoyed especially Kaiser who glared at the three criminals.
"Team Rocket?!" The gang gasped
"You know these three?" Kaiser asked and glared to the three. "What the hell are you three doing up there? Get down right now!"
"And why are you three here, don't tell us your trying to steal Ash's Pikachu and Mako's Raichu again!" Rei glared
"We'll be getting down soon, old fart." Jessie said "So wait a little bit while we do our intros."
"Yes, when we come in the scene we must to our mottos at all times." James added
And with that they begin their mottos.
"Prepare for trouble!" Jessie began
"Make it double!" James continued
"To protect the world from devastation."
"To unite all people's within our nation."
"To denounce the evils of truth and love."
"To extend our reach to the stars above."
"Jessie!"
"James!"
However Kaiser doesn't want to hear their nonsense, so he pulled two guns out and aimed at Team Rocket and he is preparing to shoot them down, for not listening to him.
"I told you bastards to get the hell down!" He glared
He then fired at Team Rocket which scared them and they danced to avoid getting shot by the old man and they did their motto faster then ever in fear.
"T-T-Team Rocket, blast off at the speed of light!"
"S-S-S-Surrender now, or prepare to fight!!!"
"Meowth, I'm too young to die!!"
"Please don't shoot me!" Jessie feared
As Kaiser finally stopped shooting cause he is out of Ammo, James yanks his sister and Meowth and lifts them up on his shoulder, Jumps down the sign and opens up his parachute as he is always prepared for situations like that, until they fell flat on their faces making them groan in pain as the parachute fell on top of them as they struggled to get out, leaving everyone react in confusion, the three finally made it out with Jessie blushing and glared at Mewoth.
"We made it out, but you have a lot of nerve touching my chest you pervert!" Jessie said
"It was an accident!" Meowth gulped
"Anyway, this time we're going to challenge you brats and bratty girls to a fair and open fight." Jessie said
"Come on, your obviously lying." Minako scoffed rolling her eyes. "You're bigger liars than the Dark Kingdom."
"'Fair?' Pu-lease!" Makoto groaned "Every time you say that you use it as a crappy excuse to steal our Pokémon!"
"Pika Pika
"Rai Raichu."
"How about this? Which one of us will be able to get the most Pokémon here in the Safari Zone?" James asked "Compete with us."
"If you win, we promise not to get in your way ever again, and we'll leave your sword with you." Meowth said
"Really?" Usagi asked
"Yes, a warrior speaks not words of falsehood." Jessie said while she as well as James and Meowth are in yukatas
"Seems like your lying even more if you ask me." Haruka scoffed
"But since I aim to become the world's greatest Pokémon Master, I'm not gonna run away from a challenge." Ash said then he said with determination "I accept your challenge!"
"Us, too!" Usagi cried "However if you got back on your word, I'll punish you!"
Ash, Usagi, Ami and the rest of the girls got into action poses of honor while Pikachu, Raichu and Pichu lit up with thundershock in the background of excitement.
"Chu!"
The red haired criminal laughed "Well, that settles it." She said "However if you brats lose, we'll be taking all of your Pokémon with no regrets and we'll be taking your Legendary Golden Sword."
"Damn, that means they'll take Pikachu, Raichu and Pichu as well." Ash thought "Plus They'll take the Golden Sword, and Prince Satoshi will be mad."
"Come on, Ash!" Minako said stepping in. "We'll be sure to win, cause we will prove to those three idiots what we're made of!"
Ash then took a breath and smiled "Ok, Minako let's do it." He said "Justice always prevails anything."
Jessie then frowned "The damn brat is sure is brave. No wonder why he has a lot of ladies with him." She said "How long will be laughing for?"
"We'll, I say the same with you." Ash said "We won't care if you're left crying like babies afterwards."
"Pikachu."
"Yeah, we're going to catch a lot you hear?!" Rei shouted
"Ok everyone, let's start walking around to catch some rare Pokémon!" Usagi said
Everyone agreed to Usagi, and so our heroes set off into the Safari Zone area with Kaiser waiting for them when they're done with the Safari Game, with Jessie, James and Meowth laughing behind the gang's backs as they have got some diabolical plans for Kaiser to tell them everything.
Ash, Pikachu and the girls as well as the moon cats are walking down the Safari Zone in the Center Area to find out if there's any Pokémon coming and just when Usagi and Minako are about to complain that it's getting boring, sure enough, they see a heard of quadrupedal, bovine Pokémon. It is covered in light brown fur with a thick, darker brown mane around the neck. It has a rounded muzzle with a dark brown nose, small, triangular eyes, three gray bumps running vertically down its forehead, and a pair of curved, gray horns grow from atop its head. Each of its three black tails has a tuft of fur on the end, and there is a single gray hoof on each foot.
"Here come a heard of Pokémon, Ash." Usagi said
Ash got out his PokéDex out form his jacket, and he opened it and analyzed the Pokémon which ita radar and info came up which says: "Tauros, the Bull Pokémon, it's signature move is tackle. Die to their docile nature, they won't attack without being assaulted first."
"Yes, I'll get a Taruos at this rate." Ash said
"I wanted a Taruos so much, this is an opportunity to catch one." Makoto smiled
"Since me, Usagi, Mako and Rei have only 5 Pokémon on our team, Naru has like 4 and Haruka, Michiru and Setsuna have only 1 Pokémon on their teams," Minako said holding a Safari Ball "It will make perfect sense that we get more Pokémon for our team! So we can have 6 as well!"
"Ready, everyone?" Rei said holding her first Safari Ball
"Ready!" They all said
"Go, Safari Ball!" Ash called throwing the Safari Ball
"Let's go!" Usagi said throwing her's
"Make me proud!" Ami said tossing her Safari Ball
Taking aim for the heard of the Bull Pokémon, the gang each throwing their first Safari Balls at the Taruos heard and each one of them went inside the Safari Balls and after 3 wiggles they're all caught no problem. Ash and the others went to the Captured Safari Balls and Ash picked his up and smiled.
"Well that was easy," Ash said "almost as if there's little bit of effort to it."
"Pikachu."
"If we keep getting them like this, we'll be able to win against Team Rocket!" Makoto said "and best of all, I got a normal type on my team!"
"Rai Raichu!"
"Everyone, we shouldn't be carried away." Ami said "After all, we all do have limited Safari Balls, so we can't waste them all."
"She's right, even though we're able to catch each of the Tarous no problem, we have limited Balls." Haruka pointed out
"Anyway, let's split up into groups to see what we can find." Erika said "Ash will go with Naru, Usagi and Rei in Area 1, Ami will go with Mako, Minako and Chibiusa to Area 2. And I'll go with Haruka, Michiru and Setsuna in Area 3, Luna and Artemis meet you all by the water."
"Now do the be long." Artemis said
"And don't get lost in the Safari Zone." Luna said
And the gang agreed to split up into three groups, in Ash's group. He, Pikachu, Usagi, Rei and Naru all walked around the Safari Zone in Area 1 to see what Pokémon they can find. And then they see a Rhyhorn eating some grass while hiding behind the bushes, Ash then got out his PokéDex and analyzed it with the PokéDex radar and info came up which says: "Rhyhorn, the Spikes Pokémon. It's covered in a tough armor, giving it's tackle attack an extraordinary destructive power."
"Be careful, Ashy." Naru warned "If Rhyhorn starts running wild, things will get really scary."
"Ok Naru, so who wants to catch one?" Ash asked the girls.
"Maybe you should catch one." Usagi said
"Yeah, you deserve one." Rei pointed out
"Go for it." Naru smiled
"Thanks, Girls." He said then he gets ready "Go, Safari Ball!"
Taking aim for the spikes Pokémon while he isn't looking Ash tosses the Safari Ball at the Rhyhorn and once it tapped him by the horn, it went inside the ball, and after three wobbles, the Rhyhorn is caught, Ash picked up the Safari Ball and the girls went to him and smiled.
"This will be a peace of cake." Ash said and the Safari Ball glowed and it disappeared to Professor Oak's lab "and to the Professor's you go"
"Wow, that wasn't so tough to get." Rei said
"Hey, Guys!" Naru said "I see a Pokémon, quick to the bushes!"
The gang hid behind the bushes and looked afar and while hiding, they see a Ditto, a pink blob-like Pokémon with vestigial facial features. It is often referred to as amorphous, but has a relatively consistent appearance in official artwork, including two small nubs on its "head", a few soft lumps at its base, and two pseudopod-like protrusions in place of arms. The face consists of beady eyes and a simple mouth; almost always pulled into a smile. Ditto is laying in the sun relaxing.
"Wow, a Ditto." Usagi whispered delightfully and got out her Safari Ball "I want to catch it. Ok, aim for the Ditto, don't let it see you Usagi, or it will be scared and run away."
"Let's just hope that you don't miss." Rei said snootingly "because your sense of direction and aim is so bad."
"Rei, don't be so mean!" She snapped quietly "How would you like it if I insulted you for your aim?!"
Ash then breaks up the fight "Girls, please no fighting, we're supposed to be having fun. And focus on beating Team Rocket." He smoothed
"Chu.."
They both calmed down, and Usagi is ready to throw her Safari Ball.
"Go, Safari Ball!" She called
She then tosses the Ball at the Transform Pokémon and it went inside the Ball, and after 3 wiggles it was caught, Usagi is overjoyed to see the Pokémon she wanted to catch in the Safari Zone, and she picked up the ball and giggled.
"Well, I guess your aim is not off." Rei admitted
"Yep, and with that I got me a Ditto!" She smiled "and then I got 6 Pokémon on my team."
"I'm really proud of you, Usagi." Ash said patting her on the back
"Pika! Pika Pikachu!"
Pikachu points to another Pokémon and the hid behind the bushes to where it's at. And what is there that delighted Rei is a two-headed, bipedal avian Pokémon. Each head has a long sharp beak and two beady black eyes. It has a bristly, down-like covering of brown feathers on its body and both heads. A male has black flexible necks, whereas a female has brown necks; both genders have brown legs. Each foot has four digits ending in a sharp claw. Both heads have an identical brain. However, it is believed that on occasion they may possess different brains. It is also theorized that the two heads communicate with some form of telepathy for coordination. Even when sleeping or nourishing itself with food and water, one head is always awake and alert and keeps a keen eye out for enemies.
"A DoDuo." Rei smiled holding her Next Safari Ball "Maybe I can get a flying type on my team."
"Go for it, Rei." Ash insisted the shrine maiden
"Ok, Ashy." Rei giggled "Go Safari Ball!"
Aiming for the two headed Pokémon, Rei tosses her Safari Ball at it, and the ball hit them and they went inside the ball, after a few wiggles, the DoDuo is now caught. The happy shrine maiden picked up her Safari Ball.
"This is starting to get fun!" Rei said hugging the young man
"Yeah, we haven't teamed up with you in a while now, and thanks to you, we're extending our teams!" Usagi said
"I'm glad that you all got to team up as a group with me." Ash smiled
"Pikachu."
"Ok, My turn!" Naru said
They then see a pink, ovoid Pokémon with stubby arms and dark pink feet. It has tiny eyes and three hair-like growths on each side of its head. The tufts of hair have dark pink tips. On the center of its belly is a dark pink pouch that contains a single white egg. The egg is said to be very nutritious and it lays several new ones every day. Finally, it has a short tail. They are like the ones Nurse Joy and Ami has and Naru was excited to get one of her very own."
"A Chansey!" Naru said "Nurse Joy and Ami have one, except Ami's is shiny. I'm ready to get one of my very own."
"Go Safari Ball!" Naru called
Naru took aim and tosses he Safari Ball at the Lucky Egg Pokémon and then she went into the Safari Ball, after a few Shakes, Chansey was caught, Naru was really overjoyed that she got her 5th Pokémon and she is right about to catch up with Ash, Ami, Usagi and Rei in terms building Pokémon teams, Naru picked up her new Pokémon.
"Wow, I can't believe that Me and Ami have Chanseys now." Naru said "Only 1 more and I have a full team."
"Great Job, Naru." Ash congratulated
"Pikachu."
"This is amazing. I'm having the best Safari Game ever!" Usagi cheered
"Me too, but we have to keep going if we want to get 30 Pokémon to beat Team Rocket." Rei reminded "Ashy, lead the way."
So Ash lead the three girls around Area 1 in the Safari Zone to catch more Pokémon they never seen before, Usagi and Rei have 6 Pokémon in their teams and Naru is catching up to them so she too can have a full team just like them.
Meanwhile at group two at Area 2, Ami, Pichu, Makoto, Minako and Chibiusa are roaming around in the area to see what they can find, Chibiusa kept holding on to her Pokémon Egg as the Bluenette was using the Super Rod to catch a water type Pokémon while the others watched her.
Suddenly Ami's super rod has gotten a bite. "Girls, I got something, come help me fish it out, cause it's a big one!" Ami cried
"Pichu!"
Makoto, Minako, Pichu and Chibiusa all went over to the bluenette and they all helped her with the Super Rod and what Ami fished out is a is a crustacean Pokémon resembling a crab. Its strong shell covers the outside of its body, featuring a red upper half and a light tan lower half. Its upper half is topped with six tall, thin spikes that resemble a crown. Its light tan arms are also connected to its upper body. Its lower half doubles as its jaw with six fangs overlapping its upper body. Its two outer fangs are much larger than the inner four and are roughly half as tall as it's entire body. Its hips visibly protrude from its lower body and connect to its four long, thin legs. Each leg has a single, claw-like foot. and Its left claw is roughly twice as large as the other and is as hard as steel.
The girls were amazed that Ami fished out Krabby's evolved form, Kingler. maybe one day, Ash can evolve his Krabby, Ami got her second Safari Ball and is ready to catch it.
"Oh my goodness, A Kingler!" Ami gasped "The evolved form of Krabby."
"Pichu!"
"Ami, it looks like you got the best one." Minako said "as they say: 'a big crustacean a day keeps the krabbies away!'"
"Please, no puns, Minako." Makoto sighed dumbfoundingly at the blonde
"Ok, Go Safari Ball!" Ami called
Ami tossed the Safari Ball to the Pincer Pokémon and the ball landed and it went inside the Safari Ball. and after 3 wiggles, Kingler was caught with no problems whatsoever. The bluenette looked at her newly caught Kingler and smiled
"Well, I guess I got another water type." Ami said then her Safari Ball glows and disappears to Professor Oak's lab "Well, it looks like your off to Professor Oak's lab."
"Pichu."
"You're so lucky, Ami." Chibiusa said "You got the biggest Kingler. When Ash evolves his Krabby it'll be just as big as yours."
"Thank you Chibiusa." Ami thanked "and by the look of your Pokémon Egg it's going to hatch anytime by the end of the day."
"You think so?" The little pinknette asked "i wonder what kind of Pokémon will it be?"
"Who knows?" Makoto chimed in "Maybe a Charmander or a Bulbasaur or something really cute."
"Rai Rai Raichu!"
Makoto's Raichu then spots a Pokémon nearby, the four girls followed the big electric mouse Pokémon and they hid behind the bushes, and what Pokémon she saw was a Tangela, the same Pokémon that Erika had.
"Wow, a Tangela." Makoto giggled "I always wanted one and I'll have the same one Erika has."
"Well, what are you waiting for, Mako?" Minako demanded "While we're hiding in the bushes, you catch it!"
"Ok, Go Safari Ball!" Makoto said while taking aim
She then tosses the her second Safari Ball at the blue, seaweed-like vine Pokémon and the it went into the Safari Ball, and after a three Shakes it was caught with no problem. She then picked up the ball and held it.
"Well, looks like I got a Tangela." Makoto smiled
"Raichu."
"It looks like we're making very good progress on catching." Ami said "If we keep this up, Mako. You as well as Minako, Naru, Haruka, Michiru, Setsuna, Usagi and Rei will all have 6 Pokémon on your teams."
"Piii."
"Ami, stand back, I'm about to catch this next one!" Minako said with confidence while holding her Safari Ball.
Minako saw a Cubone walking by and he laid down on the grass and enjoying the sun, while the blonde is very excited to catch her a Cubone.
"Go Safari Ball!" She said
She then tosses the Safari Ball and Cubone went inside, after a few Shakes, Cubone was caught with no issues. The blonde then picked up the ball and held it and smiled.
"I got a Cubone." Minako said
"Come on, girls let's keep looking for more, so we can defeat Team Rocket." Ami said
"Pichu!"
"I wonder if I can catch a Venonat or a Venomoth of my own, since Koga and Aya have them." Makoto wondered
So group two then walked around Area 2 of the Safari Zone while Chibiusa held onto her Egg and now letting it drop, while Ami lead the way to make sure not to get lost. Chibiusa suggested that Ami should catch a Kangaskan next, even a Shiny one, and Ami giggled and agreed.
Meanwhile in Area 3 where group three are, Haruka, Erika, Michiru and Setsuna are hiding in the bushes and they spot a bipedal, insectoid Pokémon. It is primarily green with thin, cream-colored sections between its head, thorax, and abdomen. The abdomen of a female will be slightly larger than that of a male. It has narrow eyes and three points on the back of its somewhat reptilian head. Its forearms consist of large, white scythes, which it uses for hunting as well as fighting. On its thighs are spikes of fur, and it has three clawed toes on its large feet. Two pairs of cream-colored wings extend from its back.
"A Scyther, Huh?" Haruka asked while getting her second Safari Ball "In that case, I'll catch it."
"Careful, Haruka." warned Michiru "Before you catch it I need you to know that Scythers are well known for their Scythes that can cut you like Scissors on Paper."
"Ok Michiru, But I'll train it." Haruka said while taking aim "Go Safari Ball!"
She then tosses her Safari Ball at the Mantis Pokémon and it went inside the ball, after a few shakes, the Scyther was caught then Haruka now has two Pokémon on her team, Michiru, Setsuna and Erika were impressed.
"Well, that was easy." Haruka said while holding up her Safari Ball. "Because we met Ash, we'll have a full team in a flash."
"I think we should let Setsuna catch a Pokémon next." Erika suggested
"That's right she is the gym leader after all." Setsuna smiled
"So, Erika why is it that you always go with Mr. Ketchum?" Michiru asked "are you in love with him?"
Erika's cheeks immediately flushed pink "W-Well, I felt this very warm felling in my heart." She explained "I think of him as my lovely prince sometimes."
Before Michiru can speak, an orange, insectoid Pokémon that has been completely overtaken by the parasitic mushroom on its back. It has a small head with pure white eyes and a segmented body that is mostly hidden by the mushroom. It has three pairs of legs with the foremost pair forming large pincers. The fungus growing on its back has a large red cap with yellow spots throughout.
"A Parasect." Setsuna said while holding her Safari Ball
"Well, it's ready to crawl away, you better catch it." Haruka teased
Setsuna then tossed the Safari Ball to the big Mushroom Pokémon and it went inside. After a few wiggles, Parasect was caught. The long green haired woman picked up the ball and smiled. Then as they continued their search, Michiru decided to head to the Pond to fish for a Water Type Pokémon.
Then Erika came back when she caught a Exeggcute which is a Pokémon resembling six light pink eggs, usually seen arranged with five heads huddled around a sixth. Each "head" has a slightly different facial expression, but each face has triangular eyes with tiny black pupils and a small mouth. Each shell has some cracks, and one member of the bundle usually has its yellow insides or brain exposed. More numerous cracks are a sign that it is close to evolution. Despite looking like eggs, Exeggcute is actually more closely related to plant seeds. It is believed to carry genes of plants and other species.
"Well, Erika you came back quickly." Haruka said
"That's right, and while Setsuna was catching a Parasect, I manage to get a Eggecute and it's so cute." Erika smiled "All of us are making very good progress, next time I have some time to do the Gym, I'll have a full team of grass types."
"Well, it looks like grass types are your specialty."Michiru giggled while fishing "Just like Mako's especially when it comes to Electric and Fighting types."
When Michiru suddenly got a bite she fished out a Goldeen, like the one Ami has but it's in Professor Oak's lab, Michiru the took aim and then she Tosses her Safari Ball at Goldeen and it went inside the Ball, after a few shakes, the Goldfish Pokémon was caught, and Michiru smiled as she got another member of her team and the four continued roaming around Area 3 of the Safari Zone.
Back at the warden's office where Team Rocket are now there. Jessie observes the group from afar while James and Meowth are holding Kaiser hostage while James holding a firearm and points it at Kaiser's head and Meowth was snickering evilly.
"Well, the twerps has formed into three groups, we'll be taking everything either way." Jessie laughed "Yet he still fights with all of his might."
"We'll then, Old fart do you want to tell us….." James said while pointing a gun at Kaiser's head
"…..Where Dratini is? Or do we have to Shoot ya?" Meowth said
Jessie walked to Kaiser while she gives him a seductive tone and holds a gun "Well then, Mister, would you be a good boy and tell us where Dratini, the Legendary Pokémon is?" She asked in a teasing tone "However if you don't tell us, we're going to have to execute you."
She then points a gun at the Old Man's head, making him even more nervous, as he remembers that Haruka threatened to slug him a while back, he gulped as his life is on the line and then spoke to the Woman.
"D-Didn't you three want to challenge those guys to a fair and open fight?" He asked nervously
Jessie then laughed mockingly "This is our way of doing things dirty." She said
"We do misdeeds in a fair and orderly manner." James said
Kaiser was angry he then shot up and lashed out at the three criminals "You jackasses! Not only did you lied to me, but you lied to the kid and his girls as well!" Kaiser glared
"Hey, you Old Fart, sit down now!" James demanded while holding him
Kaiser knocked him down "Shut Up!" He shouted
"Arbok, come on out and use wrap!" Jessie said sending out her Pokémon
The Cobra Pokémon when materializes from it's PokéBall, Arbok lunges at the stubborn Old Man and wrapped him around in his coils trapping him instantly while he struggled to get free from Arbok's coils.
"He's too lively for his old age." Meowth complimented
Jessie then walked over to the trapped Old man with a seductive smile on her face and spoke. "You're a wonderful, energetic old man," she smiled "if you tell us where Dratini is, I'll go out with you and let you rest on my boobies."
Kaiser's pervy side takes charge and smiled wile blushing "Could we make it a relationship Mabye?" He asked
Jessie then got into her ganguro girl outfit "No way, like, seriously?" She asked "Asking for such things right away is totally not cool. But if we can have Dratini, I think I might seriously want to try out match-making for a bit, what do you say?"
"No, I don't like ganguros." Kaiser resisted as Jessie fell flat on her back dumbfoundingly.
James has had enough as he decided to do the Good Cop Bad Cop in an interrogation as he slammed his hands on the table andJames is dressed up as a cop and Meowth dressed up as a detective with a mustache.
"The evidence is clear!" James snapped "Be a good by and tell us!"
Kaiser turned his head away "I know nothing." He resisted
Meowth walked over to the old man and put his hand on his shoulder "What about your mother back at home?" He asked "You shouldn't make her worry too much."
Jessie walked in holding a radio while it's playing "Meowth's Song A.K.A. Nyarth no Uta" Meowth then gets a bowl of Ramen and Kaiser was beginning to cry as he thought about his mother and how she is worried about him.
"I'm so sorry, Mr. Detective." He sniffled "I'll confess everything…."
And then he lashed out at Team Rocket as they leaned over to him "….Over my dead body!!"
"Damn you old man!" James snapped "We give you an once and you take a mile!"
"Since you refuse to talk You're making us use our latest ultimate weapon!" Jessie shouted
As Mewoth pushes the button on his remote and what came out of the walls bursting it open was a tickle mecha with six arms making him confused.
"What is that?!" He demanded
"This week's ultimate, startling, mean-spirited mecha." Jessie said "We dug ourselves deeper and deeper into debt orderly make this creation."
"What are you planning to do?" Kaiser asked
"We're going to make you talk, with this robot." Meowth said
He pushed the button again as the Mecha charged over to Kaiser, grabbed every body part and it took off his shoe and the robot started to tickle him a lot.
"Come on, hurry up and tell us where Dratini is." James said
"If you don't, you'll be really die of laughter." Jessie smiled
"Ok, Ok, I'll tell you!" He laughed
Kaiser told Team Rocket that Dratini is at Dragon Valley in the end of the Safari Zone as the Machine continues to tickle him, after hearing all of this, Jessie, James and Meowth all raced down there in the Safari Zone to search for the Dragon Type Pokémon, leaving behind a laughing Kaiser.
Back in the Safari Zone in the central area at the pond, Luna and Artemis were alerted as they heard a scream from Kaiser from inside his office that he's being tickled to death by Team Rocket's machine and Team Rocket rushing to Dragon Valley to take Dratini after telling them everything.
"Not good!" Luna said "Kaiser's in danger, and he's been taken advantage of!"
"Team Rocket must've been behind this." Artemis scowled "They've lied to Ash and the girls into a fair fight so that they can distract them to get to Dratini!"
"We have to warn them!" Luna shouted as she tired to run to Area 1 until was stopped by Artemis
"Luna, wait!" He said "We've agreed to the gang that we wait for them here!"
Before Luna can argue otherwise, all three groups came back to the cats, Ash, Pikachu, Raichu, Pichu, Ami, Erika, Naru, Makoto, Minako, Rei and Usagi, Haruka, Michiru and Setsuna all each caught a Chansey, Nidorina, Nidorino, Scyther, Pinsir, Tangela, Rhyhorn, Exeggcute, Venonat, Venomoth, Paras, Parasect, Magikarp, Poliwag (Ami has one in her team), Goldeen, Psyduck, Slowpoke, DoDuo and Cubone. Minako didn't catch a Nidorino as she pouted like a child, Ash was alerted immediately.
"We heard a scream from Kaiser, What's going on?!" Ash demanded
"Team Rocket pressured Kaiser into telling them where Dratini is while you are all hunting in the Safari Zone!" Luna said
"WHAT?!" Everyone shouted
"Team Rocket lied about playing fair?!" Ash shouted
"Damn it!" Makoto snapped while punching her fist into her palm "They went behind our backs and try to get Dratini! I would like to give them a knuckle sandwich they'll never forget!"
"We need to find the three, and put a stop to their plans!" Naru said angrily
"And just when I was about to catch me a Nidorino?! Come on!" Minako snapped
Suddenly Ami saw Kaiser walk by and appears before them while they are talking, still being tickled by the mecha the gang think that Team Rocket did this to him.
"Kaiser, Team Rocket did this to you, didn't they?" She asked
"Y-Yes!" He laughed "Get this thing off me! Ha! Ha! Ha!"
"Pikachu, help us out, and use ThunderBolt to turn the machine off!" Ash said
"You too, Pichu. but use Thunder shock!" Ami said
"Use Thunderbolt with Pikachu, Raichu." Makoto said to her Pokémon
"Pikachu!"
"Pikaaa….
"Rai…"
"Pi.."
"..Chu!!"
All three of the electric mouse Pokémon's cheeks lit up with lightning and they launched their attacks onto the Machine deactivating it in the process and shocked Kaiser by accident, when they stopped, The Machine fell down, and then Kaiser. Ash rushed over to the Old man and helped him upon his feet.
"Kaiser, are you ok?" The boy asked "We heard everything, Team Rocket pressured you into telling them where Dratini is?"
"Yes, young man." Kaiser said "They're heading to Dragon Valley."
"Dragon Valley? That's the deepest of the Safari Zone." Minako wondered
"I heard about Dragon Valley, it's a secret place very deep in the Safari Zone where mostly Dragon and water type Pokémon are at." Ami said "Don't worry Kaiser, we'll do everything we can to stop the three goons."
"Ok, Girls, let's go!" Ash said
"Pika!"
"Right!" Everyone agreed
So Ash and the gang raced off after Team Rocket and Kaiser decided to catch up to them, while racing off to get Team Rocket Ash, Luna and Artemis tells the girls to transform into the Sailor Guardians and they do so while Ash cursed at the trio of Criminals saying that he will get revenge at them.
Meanwhile, The three criminals are now at the lake of Dragon Vally, where it's in the Gorge with water and big tall spikes surrounded by the water, the lake inhabited by Dratini, James and Meowth don scuba gear and attempt to find Dratini, while Jessie waits for them above. She asks the two have hey found Dratin yet, and they replied with "Not yet." Suddenly, a Dratini emerges from the water and reveals itself to Jessie.
"T-There it is!" She cried "It's no good. It's just too cute, Do whatever you want with me!"
She then steps and kneels down on the air supply pipe, causing James and Meowth to struggle to breathe and they tried not to drown.
"I can't breathe!" James shouted
"I can't take it!" Meowth cried
In the surface, the Rocket girl calls for the Dratini to come closer to her.
"Come on, That's a good Dratini." Jessie smoothed Come on, Come on. What's the matter? Don't be shy." The she thought "Just a little more and I'll get Dratini."
Suddenly, before Jessie is about to snag Dratini, James and Meowth Rise above of the water, due to them struggling to breathe, this causes the Dragon Pokémon to dive back into the water, Jessie mopes and she glared that the two for ruining her chance to get the Legendary Pokémon.
"You dumbasses! She snapped "You two are so damn useless! I was so close! Just a little teensy bit and I would've had to get it!"
But Meowth has something up his sleeve and he's holding some electric dynamite "In that case, we'll use the Team Rocket's special underwater stun bomb." Meowth explicit "That way, we'll get all of the Water type Pokémon in the lake in one go."
Jessie and James are interested in that plan "All of them in one shot?" They both said
"That's right, Meowth." He nodded
Suddenly a certain powerful disc of lightning came flaying directly at the three criminals, they managed to get out of the way in time which the disc smashed into one of the rocks, Team Rocket look to the other side of the like to see Ash, Pikachu, Raichu, Pichu, Naru, Erika, Kaiser and the Inner and Outer Sailor Guardians glaring at them.
"How dare you invade the Safari Zone and Dratini's home?" Sailor Moon demanded "it's absolutely unforgivable!"
"And even without Safari Balls?" Sailor Jupiter chided "that's absolutely dirty!"
"Kaiser told us everything that's been going on! and you'll pay for your evil deeds!" Ash glared and the Guardians as well as Ash did their mottos
"I am the Pretty Guardian, who fights for love and for Justice! I am Sailor Moon!" She introduced
"I am the Pretty Guardian, who fights for love and intelligence! I am Sailor Mercury! Douse yourself in water and repent!" Mercury continued
"Protected by Mars, the planet of fire. The Guardian of War. I am Sailor Mars! In the name of Mars, I'll chastise you!" Mars said
"Protected by Jupiter, the planet of thunder. The Guardian of Protection. I am Sailor Jupiter! I will fill you with much regret, it will leave you numb!" Jupiter said
"I am the Pretty Guardian who fights for Love and Beauty. I am Sailor Venus! Allow me to punish you with the power of love!" Venus called
"I am the Pretty Guardian trainee who fights for love and for justice. I am Sailor Chibi Moon. And now in the name of the future moon I'll punish you." Sailor Chibi Moon said
"Answering the call from the new era, Sailor Uranus, here to fight with brilliance!" Sailor Uranus proclaimed
"Also answering the call from the new era, Sailor Neptune. Here to fight with elegance." Sailor Neptune spoke
"Protected by Pluto the planet of underworld, I am Sailor Pluto." Sailor Pluto spoke
"And finally, Protected by the Earth and the Sun, I am Ash Ketchum from the town of Pallet!" Ash continued
"And now in the name of the moon…" Sailor Moon said
"We'll punish you!" All of them finished
"Pi Pikachu!"
"Raichu!"
"Pi Pichu!"
Team Rocket mocked them anyways and is prepared to drop the Electric Bomb and to knock out the Pokémon.
"Playing dirty is one our Special skills." Jessie scoffed "More importantly, we're you able to get any Pokémon, you little Brat, Bratty girls and the Sailor Brats?"
Ash and the girls showed the idiotic criminals their baskets of Safari Balls with their caught Pokémon to show them the evidence. They are all different kinds of Pokémon.
"He'll yeah, we were able to get every different kinds of Pokémon, even ones we didn't have yet." Ash said
"That's right, looks like we won your Challange." Sailor Moon giggled smirky
"Speaking of Which…." Sailor Jupiter began
"You used it as an excuse to lie to us, Take advantage of an old man and try to steal Dratini!" Sailor Uranus finished harshly
Jessie doesn't care "Damn right, we did. we now we turned the tables on you! once this bomb goes off, all the water Pokémon will be knocked out!"
She then tosses the Bomb to the lake while the gang watches in horror especially Kaiser who knows Dratini is down there, he dives into the water after it. Alerted Ash tries to go down with him to help out only to get stopped by Sailor Moon and Sailor Mercury.
"Pika Pi!"
"Girls, he needs our help!" Ash shouted
"But if you jump in there after him…" Sailor Moon began
"….You'll die along with him!" Sailor Mercury finished
Ash told the girls that he'll be fine "Don't worry, girls I'll be ok." He said with a confident grin spreading on his cheeks
"Ash, where is all of this coming from?!" Demanded Sailor Uranus. "You'll get killed! we almost lost you, we're not going to lose you again!"
"Sailor Venus said that 'Justice always prevails' before we entered the Safari Zone and caught every Pokémon that we can find." Ash said as he turned his hat.
"Ok Ash, but just in case you can't make it out of the water. Sailor Mercury will pull you up from the water." Sailor Mars sighed
Everyone nodded Ash took off his shoes and he dove under the water while Sailor Mercury sent out Staryu to led Ash and Kaiser a hand. In the water The old man swam down the water as far as he can, while trying to finding the Bomb.
"Where's the bomb?" He thought to himself "I have to hurry up and go for a breath."
Then he saw Ash with Staryu making a dive too, the Boy turned to the Star Pokémon.
"Staryu, take Kaiser and go on ahead of me." Ash thought
With orders from Ash, Staryu took Kaiser and lifted him up to the surface while Ash swam down to find the Bomb as fast at he could as he had to do this for Kaiser who has continued to protect the Pokémon for 30 years. He then sees the Bomb that has one minute left. He grabs it and he swam back up as fast as he could. On the surface, the others are worried for Ash and Kaiser, Suddenly the Old man appears from the water with Staryu.
"Pika!"
"Where's Ash?" The girls demanded
"He went down to grab the bomb on his own." Kaiser replied
"WHAT?!" The girls screamed
Sailor Mercury was the most worried for him "I have to go in after and save him!" She cried
"I'm coming too!" Sailor Mars chimed
"Pichu!"
"Don't worry Pichu, me and Sailor Mars are going to be ok." Sailor Mercury smoothed

"Good luck." Sailor Neptune said
She then took off her boots and dove into the water after him with Sailor Mars on her tail as she took off her heels as the two Guardians dove underwater. Underwater, Ash tried to swim up to the surface as fast as he could, unfortunately he ran out of air as he slowly sank down the deep lake. Suddenly the Guardian of water and the Guardian of fire took a hold of Ash, Sailor Mercury took ahold of his hand while Sailor Mars wrapped her arm around him as they swam up to the surface as fast as they can. Up on the surface a storm begins making a Giant whirlpool the lake's waters, and then a blue light A bright blue light beams through the whirlpool. And in that Beam emerges is a long, serpentine Pokémon with sky blue scales and a white underside. It has a rounded snout, oval purple eyes, and a small, white horn on its forehead. On each side of its head is a small, stylized wing, which is white and curves into a swirl at the base. Three blue, crystal orbs adorn its body: one on its neck and two on its tail.
"Th-That's…" Kaiser began
"D-D-Dragonair…" Sailor Jupiter finished
"Raichu…"
The bright beam then fades, the skies clear up and a Rainbow appears and Ash, Sailor Mercury and Sailor Mars are on Dragonair's back and Ash is holding the Bomb.
"ASH, SAILOR MERCURY, SAILOR MARS!" The girls and the Guardians cried in joy
"They're ok!" Sailor Moon shouted with joy
"Pika Pi!"
"Pichu!"
"It's the Legendary Pokémon, Dragonair." Kaiser awed
Then Ash's PokéDex has info on Dragonair and it says: "Dragonair, the Dragon Pokémon. A legendary Pokémon that can freely make it rain or snow, it's said to be able to fly even though it does not have wings."
"It's so beautiful.." Sailor Mercury said with happiness
"….I can't believe we get to see a dragon Pokémon and ride one!" Sailor Mars smiled
Ash then turned to Team Rocket "Hey, Team Rocket, I believe this belongs to you." He said
The boy then tossed the Bomb back to Team Rocket which landed on Jessie's hands, and then, the timer reached zero and first it began to flash, and then it blew up as it sent Team Rocket flying and blasting off.
"Team Rocket's blasting off again!" The three shouted while flying to the distance.
After Team Rocket blasted off, Ash, Sailor Mercury and Sailor Mars returns to the Girls, the three mouse Pokémon, The moon cats and the Inner and Outer Guardians on shore. Dragonair approaches Kaiser who is also on dry land, he then looked at the Dragon Pokémon and he remembers the same Pokémon he took care of a long time ago.
"Y-Your..." he said then he had a flashback of his younger self petting the Dratini "It would be nice if you'd be able to live here in peace, I'm sure of it."
The it cuts back to Kaiser looking at Dragonair to see that it's finally grown up and he smiled. "I knew it, you're the one from back then." He said then he bagan to cry as the Dragon Pokémon hugged the old man and the Pokémon began to cry too "You grew up so fast."
Suddenly a Dratini appears next to Dragonair and swims to the Old man who is happy to have a reunion with his friend as he was suprised to see another Dratini.
"A Dratini!" He said "Could this be your child? As the Pokémon nodded yes
"T-This is really touching isn't it?" Sailor Moon asked in tears as Ash hugged the crying Sailor Guardian
"I would love to be able to have reunions like this with Pokémon I raised." Sailor Mercury said
"Me too." Ash said
"Pika."
"Us too." The girls agreed
Ash, Naru, Erika, the Inner and Outer Guardians as well as The mouse Pokémon and moon cats watched the Old Man and the Dragon Pokémon are moved to tears by their reunion after so many years. And after their reunion they all head back to the entrance to the Safari Zone with Dragonair following and Dratini raiding on Dragonair's back.
After that, everyone (The guardians leaving and transformed back) all went Back to the warden's office, Ash calls Professor Oak on the Video phone about the time they had in the Safari Zone. (With a few parts excluded) as Dratini watched from the window for some reason, he began to have a liking for Ash and Kaiser wants to tell him about it when he's done. Minako wants to trade one of her extra Nidorina since she caught another one by accident.
"We promise, we won't tell anyone that we met Dratini and Dragonair." Ash said
"It would be bad if the Safari Zone got wercked again like it did in the past." Ami pointed out
"Yeah, the Safari Zone would be the "Trashed Zone." Rei joked
"You've all grown up pretty well yourselves." Oak smiled
"Of course, Professor." Ash replied "I helped the girls expand their teams."
"That's great news, Ash. By the way, Ash did you send me any Pokémon?" Oak asked "Especially from the Safari Zone?"
"Yeah, I sent them over earlier, especially my Marowak." Ash said "So I think they should be there by now. And I also promised her to trade."
When Oak sees the Pokémon that he sent over, he sees a Scyther doing some hedges, Tauros running in place in the backyard with Chansey, Nidorina, Pinsir, Tangela, Rhyhorn, Exeggcute, Venonat, Paras, Parasect, DoDuo, Slowpoke and in the water he sees that Ash caught a Magikarp, Poliwag, Goldeen and Psyduck. Oak was very impressed on how much Ash caught. And he was more surprised that the girls sent their Caught Pokémon from the Safari Zone to join Ash's Pokémon
"Oh my, Ash!" Oak smiled "You and your fiends caught a lot of Pokémon back there! You must've been lucky!"
"Yep, we searched high and low for each Pokémon we could find." Makoto said
The blonde with the Red bow walked over to the young man while holding her Lapras' Pokéball
"Ashy, would you trade your Nidorino for my Lapras?" She asks "I'm sure you deserve it more than me."
"Whatever you want, Goddess of Love." Ash smiled
"Pika!"
The two head over to the Trading machine to do a trade, Minako placed Lapras on one side, while Ash placed Nidorino on the other, he then presses the button to start the trade the Pokémon appears onscreen and the. The trade is Complete. Lapras is Ash's now, and Minako finally has a Nidorino.
"Yay!" Minako cheered as she hugged Ash "Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!"
"You're welcome, Minako." Aah said as he hugged her back
Suddenly Chibiusa felt the Pokémon egg wobbling and it starts to crack. "Gah! Everyone, Something's happening to my Egg!" She cried which everyone turned to the little girl.
"Pika!"
"Chibiusa, it's getting ready to hatch." Ami said
"I wondered what's it going to be!" Usagi giggled
"Whoever that Pokemon looks at first will start thinking their the parent!" Naru thought
"Maybe a..." Makoto squealed
"Mako, you gotta be patient about these things." Haruka scolded
The Egg that Chibiusa is holding finally hatches, what hatched is a Togepi which is a small, light-yellow Pokémon with a round body that is still encased in its eggshell. Togepi does not shed its shell. The Egg has red and blue shapes on it. Togepi has stubby hands and round feet with two toes each. Togepi has black eyes and five spikes on its head that seem to form a crown. It also has semi-oval, brown pads on the soles of its feet. Togepi yawns, and opens its eyes for the first time to see Chibiusa holding it, at first it looked confused and then it looked happy when it looked at The little pink haired bunny.
"It's so cute!" Chibiusa awed as she hugged the new Pokémon "Its a Togepi! I love it so much already!"
"Pika.."
"Congratulations, Chibiusa." Ash said patting her on her back "You got yourself your first Pokémon."
"Thank you, Ash" she thanked while snuggling on her Togepi who it snuggled back. Now me and Ami have little Pokémon."
Togepi is taking a liking to the Pink haired bunny who rescued it from Giovanni and Queen Beryl and she was taking good care of the egg ever since then. Chibiusa still holds on to Togepi like a baby and promises to herself and the Pokémon to take very good care of it no matter what the cause is.
After Chibiusa gets Togepi and Minako got a Nidorino from a trade from Ash and his friends bid farewell to Kaiser and heading their way to Celadon City for upcoming festival, little do they know Dratini was on Ash's shoulder as he nuzzles on his cheek due it being a liking to him, Kaiser then smiled as he had a Change of heart from a grumpy old man, to a happy old man.
"Dratini, Whatcha doing?" Ash asked
"Pika?"
"Ash, I think Dratini wants to go with you." Kaiser said "He would be a great Pokémon to your team."
"Yeah, you can have a Dragon type on your party." Makoto suggested
"Ok Dratini, welcome to the team." Ash smiled as he got out an empty PokéBall as he sent Lapras to Professor Oak's before he left
Dratini tapped his nose to the button of the Ball and the Dragon Pokémon went inside and it was caught, Ash has now officially caught a Dragon Type Pokémon and everyone congratulated him the same time that they congratulated Chibiusa for her Togepi.
"Take care, Everyone!" Kaiser said waving goodbye
"Goodbye!" Everyone said also waving goodbye
"Bye Bye!" Chibiusa waved and her Togepi waved too
"Pika!"
"Raichu!"
"Pichu!"
The Safari Zone had all sorts of Rare and unusual Pokémon along with a kind-hearted man. Perhaps there will be a day when the gang returns there. Dragonair and Kaiser saw the gang leave and they head their way to Celadon City but first they must get through the bike bridge, plus they'll have to get some bikes from the nearby bike Center. Will they reach their way back to Celadon? Find out as the Journey Continues!
