CYA: What Defines A Hero: Bad Path

this story revolves around the Entirety of Class 1A being isekai'd into the one-punch man world. The story contains light spoilers post-season 6. The story goes up until right after the psycho sister's arc so I guess spoilers for one punch season 3 as well. the alternative path on A03 is to be uploaded later here.

26. Month 2: Week 4: Calm before the storm

yeah so I guess I just decided that "bonus" chapters will just be chapters that cover a bunch of days in one like this one and the one back in chp10, and chp 13.. these become more of the standard for month three and four as we go to month 5 for the raid just to let everyone know.

Fan-mail: Class 1A

As the last week of the month began the class once again met up in the living room in preparation of their fan mail, all of them were fairly eager for what they got this time around as they all had been out in field more than they had the previous month especially toru, sero, and while he would never admit it but even Iida was also somewhat curious what the people would have to say about him he did make an effort to help around when he could although him being with flash and the way he would normally walk around could put a damper on things. And for the most part he was correct, the most prudent question asked of him was why was he walking so strangely most of the time which he only sighed at, other than that he got a little thank you cards from people he's helped and some of the more inquisitive types were wondering how his legs worked especially with the exhaust ports sticking out of the legs which he couldn't really fault any of them for all of the components of his legs were nearly completely different to make up for his mufflers being included like all quirks of their world. Some other letters he received were predictably about flash himself a lot and he meant a lot of them were revolving around if the hero had a girlfriend some even asking if he was into men but Iida had no answers to their questions despite his close proximity to the man he barely knew anything about him small talk was kept to a bare minimum only relaying the most important of information well more accurately any information that he may deem necessary which would sometimes would not include certain information because he believed that he should have "known better". Iida quickly just tossed most letters that were revolving around flash and instead focused on some of the others he's gotten.

Toru was at first eager to open up her letters but upon opening up the first one and reading it was about if she was really naked when out in the field and the very next letter was about the rumor of the mysterious naked crying child that haunted a certain street causing her to flush with embarrassment much to her boyfriends enjoyment as he laughed, she pouted and made him open up the letters that he had gotten and mostly it was fairly plain. Some thank yours here and there, surprisingly one of a seemingly desperate woman that called herself a sugar mommy which toru promptly took that one and shredded herself even before the boy was finished reading and some revolving around his tail and how it worked some people must have saw what happened in the park that day as they asked how it grew back so fast and was he part reptile or something like that which she laughed at. There were also two letters that were simply making fun of his tail in comparison to his other classmates, to the boys credit he tried to show that it didn't get to him but toru knew by how roughly he was grabbing the papers that it was still a sensitive topic for him especially when it came from a place that had no quirks to even begin with, she rubbed a hand over his arm while kissing his cheek to distract him from those two letters in particular as they continued to read.

Kirishima, kaminari, bakugo, and sero were opening up their letters together and nothing they received was of anything spicy or notable, the only thing of note was the name of bakugo's fan club was called dynamo's which was a fairly pathetic name and bakugo ensured that the leader of this fan club knew exactly that, kirishima said that since he felt that way he should maybe suggest one of his own and they'll probably accept it full hardy and after out a staunch reply. The explosive teen wrote done his reply but he didn't tell any of what he wrote and he guarded his response letter by stuffing it into his chest which was likely a challenge for one of them to dare and to even attempt to take it from him but none of them did. Sero was mostly focused on his letters; he assumed that he would get some hate mail given his circumstances and he certainly did. Some of them blaming him for all sorts of things, he guessed someone let slip that the sea folk that attacked the navy was also the creature that was roaming around K-city, as he expected a lot of the mail was calling him a monster sympathizer and the reasons some of their love one have died or gone missing and while their technically no proof of that, they just needed someone to pass the blame to and vent towards and he would take it on. He understood that he messed up and he doubted he could really ever make it right. Those letters were mostly ripped to shreds thanks to saren again only taking control of his body to stop his bouts of self pity when he was reminded of those incidents.

Kaminari didn't have much in terms of letters, he was stuck in the dojo a good majority of the time, the few letters he did receive were mostly talking about how cool his quirk is and how he could be like human generator and partially be access to limitless energy, well kaminari wouldn't take things that far but they did have a point that brought him to question something about their world if different occupations were allowed to use their quirks other than heroes than so many things could be better than they were…like their were four other electric based heroes in the school each of which were about as proficient as he was and the output each of them gave out could essentially powers likely thousands of homes if drive knights calculations were correct anyhow. Medicine and treatment could probably be leagues better as well and not to mention what momo could be capable of as drive knight loves to tell her how special she is. If he were actually a more friendly person he would have imagined that he was picking favorites kaminari thought but he usually said it like it was a pure fact not biased at all. Thinking of momo, he went to check over her and Jiro. Jiro had a good sum of letters and no doubt he know from her unease face that it was probably mostly about that concert she will be back up singing for sweet mask, he was sure that she would knock it out of the park regardless and he told her as such when he sat down next to the rocker girl. Unfortunately he couldn't be there for the live performance but he would try to watch it live if he could.

asui, uraraka, and midoriya were opening also some of their letters, the group of them had a good laugh at the fact that a couple of uraraka's letters actually had some condolences and best of wishes for her training under the tornado of terror , along with asui getting a couple of cute fan drawing of her in her new suit which despite how it looked she quite enjoyed the images. Midoriya got some mail to but they weren't so nice as theirs a couple of them were lambasting him about letting the hero hunter go, although there was some praise mixed in due to the lack of hero hunter activity as of late which they attributed to him but midoriya still wish he could have stopped him then and there, than bang wouldn't have to have left and he likely wouldn't potentially kill his former student. If Midoriya could just talk to him some more and understand, he feels that a lot of pain could be avoided for sure. Tokoyami had also gotten a letter this time from sigismund parents, this one was mostly addressed to him and the main purpose of the letter was to get their son to understand the dangers of being a hero, they had been attempting to stop him from becoming one all together but they recognized the position he was in and wanted to support him in whatever endeavor that he chose to pursue and tokoyami would honor their wishes well the next time he sees him which he believed would be later on in the day if he remembers their schedule correctly. There was a bit more conversation about the letters everyone got. The continent seemed to still be on edge with them capturing monsters unless it was koda however as people seemed to express interest in the two he had with him most days especially after that event with sweet mask the other day. Overall they still received more negative opinions than the ones prior due to a number of factors revolving around the stunt with sero, the hero hunter, and the currently disappearing monsters happening around.

Tastsumaki's weekend workout : Tastumaki's group, Darkshine's group, Flash's group, todoroki, momo

Momo and one shotter were busy patrolling around S-city coincidentally a number of other members of her class were in the city at the moment as well kirishima, sato, with their lower instructor bone and surprisingly todoroki however he was in the city for a different reason apparently one of the associations executives daughters had requested him to be apart of her "security detail" for the evening but a part of momo's mind doubted the actual severity of those claims. Since she was brought up in a wealthy household she knew some of the tricks of the trade when it came to business and their relationships with their executives or investors and given that the hero association was run in very much the same way they had to ensure that their investors were happy at all times so that they could keep in business especially the association since they don't generate much revenue of their own, so if an executive daughter wanted a date with a S-class hero that she found attractive, the association would undoubtedly agree to their request but phrase it as something more reasonable reason so they could get the hero to do it.

Momo shook her head and tried not to think of the association so negatively or think so lowly of the girl that todoroki was guarding…there was a high chance that she could be the target of numerous criminal looking to kidnap her for ransom of money due to who her parents were, it was part of the reason that momo was instructed never to brag about her wealth and if at all possible hide it at all cost in her case it was double compounded in the fact of her quirk allowed her to create anything which inevitably caused monetary concerns and her parents instructing of people who would attempt to take advantage of her, just like how that girl was currently taking advantage of her todoroki….wait did she just think "her" todoroki? She momentarily blushed to herself before quickly moving on with her thoughts. She tried to think with reason and not with emotion but when she had accidentally spotted the Heterochromia teen walking down the street with the girl clung to his arm almost purposefully rubbing herself against his arm to entice him she couldn't really help herself. She knew and fully admits that she found todoroki attractive most of the girls in not only their class but as well as Class B has admitted to such almost like it was an established fact but to do what the girl was doing and abusing her power was just wrong going by her flamboyant behavior she was under no fear of kidnappers and monster appearances have been widely fluctuating for the past couple of days so there likely wasn't any fear about that either, it had to be just to get closer to the teen in hopes of hitting things off with him.

But she miscalculated she asked for the meeting under the pretense of a job which meant he was completely serious in doing his mission not socializing not that he was to good with that to begin with when it came to some of his own friends let alone complete strangers, she watched with some satisfaction as todoroki separated himself from the girl, he didn't wrench his hand away as someone like bakugo probably would but just as respectfully as he could as he cased the area around them much to the girls annoyance, momo also took some mild satisfaction in the fact that her chest was larger than hers as she crossed her hands under them to emphasize them more to the teen but she doubted todoroki really noticed the intent and was just thinking that she was just being weird. Todoroki's lack of awareness was always charming in a way in that regard but a sudden gun barrel to the back of her head quickly brought her completely out of her thoughts on the pair below. One shotter had lectured her about getting distracted while on mission and how it could lead to her death luckily for her it wasn't an enemy but her teacher himself but that didn't mean that she was safe, her teacher instead opted for a weapons check and momo listed off the that state of her weapon it was on safety and her hands were off the trigger and the teacher merely nodded before removing his gun barrel from the back of her head she breathed an immediate calming sigh before it turned into a right shout of pain as she was shot in the leg instead punishment for being distracted he offered simply.

He also said he would have shot her in the back of her head if she failed the check up, given that her line of sight was trained straight on a civilian and a particularly important one at that even with the training rounds firing at her would lead to a whole heap of trouble and momo understood that, he also added that the only reason he shot her once was that he knew how he was like in his teenage years and romance so he let her off easy, making the girl flush with embarrassment, she had forgotten that their scopes are linked and he could peak in one what she was scoping at. She apologized for getting distracted and when she could feel the movement in her leg again the two of them got back to work. Given the more relaxed atmosphere happening around right now and the lack of monster assaults one shotter opted to take the girl "sight seeing" as he called it which was a code name for his target acquisition practice he would mark a target and give her a basic rundown of his the target and it was up to her to identify the person in the crowds of people in the city below and after acquiring her target she would than need to guess the correct opportunity to strike the target and the degree of which she would need to elevate her gun so that she lands the kill shot all which before he target got away..which in this case meant out of line of sight from the building they currently was on. Some targets were easier than others but predicting the correct time was the most difficult. She had to think about so many variables including the speed of her target relative to her bullet, avoiding civilian casualties and managing an escape route after her shot was fired.

She didn't actually have to fire her rifle to check if she was correct, one shotter would simply tell her if she was or not but the time to fire presented itself in the form of kirishima's group, they all had met up for a moment when they were on break and after some discussion they all decided to play a game within the city that would help with momo's training, one shotter agreed mostly to help the girl "get over" shooting human targets and with that for the most of the time bone, kirishima and sato were tasked with running around the city while momo would attempt to tail them and attack them from above while remaining sneaky about it. The heroes attempted to stay on the less busy streets when the situation allowed it but they didn't want to make things to easy for the girl as two of them ran around like mad men but she understood that both of them must have realize that their costumes made them stand out incredibly even in a crowded street so they instead to opt for speed to avoid her shots which they did for some time in fact, traditionally she would have to relocate after every shot but for this exercise it was mostly just revolving around accuracy and leading her shots, bone was the opposite of the other two his muted colors allowed him better opportunities at stealth sticking close to dark alleys and corners or sticking close to similarly looking people draped in black ironically enough the thing that gave him away was actually a fan of his that approached him and just as momo was able to zero in on the target and was about to pull the trigger a large momental rumble shook the entire area maybe even the city itself caused all fun activities and practice to be put on hold as the mountain that was a edge of the city suddenly collapsed and split open revealing three large rock creatures come out each about 30ft tall in size, momo wasted not time quickly summoning her improved sniper rifle and shot at the rock creatures directly hitting the humanoid one in the center of the head but the rock creature only paused for the briefest of moments before it regenerated and quickly proceeded unimpeded.

Bone, Sato, and Kirishima quickly sprinted down the street in hopes of trying to get the civilians out of the way of oncoming monsters, while momo needed to get closer to the creatures so she could use her more explosive weaponry, one shotter for his credit admit when he was beat if her Enhanced Sniper couldn't do much to them then his sure as hell wouldn't be much help either but he still came along just to ensure the people got out. As the crew got to ground zero bone's group had already had started to manage the evacuations effort as best they could meanwhile momo crafted two cannons to somewhat keep the creatures at bay but it was having minimal effect they would simply regrow the missing parts almost immediately the monsters were closing in closer and closer to the evacuating citizens until two of the closest monster were completely frozen over the third one was pushed back by large wave of flames. Todoroki touched down next to them but applause for the hero cut short as his ice started to fracture and break again and the panicked evacuation began once again but they were able to get them somewhat under control again as with the combined help of todoroki and momo were able to hold them off as the civilians escaped, when they were in the clear bone grouped return but due to the size difference they would make would probably be little but they did have useful information for them, if their hunch was correct than they were same or similar creatures that they encountered before and told them of their weakness which was a crystal which allowed them to regenerate and almost as if to confirm their theories the rock monsters almost exclusively started to target the trio when they spotted them.

The fighting seemingly never ended with their weakness in mind, they started to formulate plans of action given their large bodies the crystals were almost impossible to find without having to completely pulverize them first todoroki took up the slack in this regard using his concentrated hell flame attacks to slice and bisect the rock creatures which hopefully would pierce the crystal outright or insight into where the crystals are located and for one of the creatures he had cut off it's arms revealing the pink crystal within quick as ever the first one to fire on the target was one shotter his sniper shot ringing out and the attack landed but didn't completely shatter the crystal, surprising the other three as this must have meant that they were either tougher than before or had some sort of protective covering defending it. The fight became a useless struggle due to the monsters redefined teamwork momo and todoroki were the only ones who could damage them enough to reveal the crystals but they would cover for their down compatriot anytime momo would be successful in blowing a chunk off revealing the weak point it's compatriots would shield it with their own bodies.

they avoided actually attempting to swallow any of them and only wanted to crush them beneath their heel, todoroki and momo came together with a plan that would hopefully cause enough damage to two of the creatures that would allow them easy access to the last one, the two worked together to destroy one monster reducing it to a third of its original size and momo planted micro bombs all throughout the rocks that it would use to regenerate itself with the next one todoroki used his phosphorus white state to deliver a massive column of ice completely trapping the second but tiring him out for a moment as his body heats up. Leaving only the third that was chasing after the bone trio it turned to help it's trapped compatriot while momo set the explosions off on the first one completely dismantling it's incomplete state and revealing its weak point one shotter and momo both shot at the thing completely shattering the crystal in two pieces and the rocks fell to the ground lifeless.

The heroes' spirits were renewed by their victory if it wasn't for the shocking event that had transpired next seeing it's brother defeated the rock monster that was assisting the one get out of the todorki's ice did something least expected. it thrusted it's arm through the ice and into the other rock creature one shotter quickly saw glimpsed of crystal and fired but the shot was obstructed and it seemingly absorbed it within its body and soon enough it started to change and morph and become larger but it wasn't their as it's body fully formed and the spectacle wore off they all tried to stop the large behemoth from getting the fractured crystals together one shotter managed to get a shot off on one half of them moving it away allowing momo to shoot a cannon round at it destroying it completely but the monster actually managed to get the other half completely intact which effects were apparent it getting even larger the thing had to be about as tall as gigantomachia..it looked like a traditional devil with large rock shaped wings along with a large tail, draping down behind it combined with large horns on its head it grew a face and in another surprising event began to speak .

"Tremble with fear humans! I am the ultimate lifeform gigkigan, me and my brothers were rock formations that were buried in magma, we stored up energy for a thousand years and finally gained consciousness! You humans harvested and killed many of my mineral brothers and removed them from the natural world. My mission is to eradicate all human beings! You three will be the perfect start."

it yelled out before pointing it's massive finger at kirishiam's group, momo was stunned into silence by the appearance of this giant adversary her thoughts immediately flickering back to her time against that giant and all the destruction it caused and…it was all going to happen again..so much death and destruction again she thought as her body noticeably shivered, she didn't even realize one shotter was pulling her away as todoroki spoke something off in the far distance, the creature used it's tail to bat aside the an even more massive column of ice that todoroki unleashed the wind pressure carrying her and one shotter off their feet and sent spiraling into the air kirishima, sato and bone where their to stabilize them and get her back on their feet but she was more worried about todoroki he was basically at grstaound zero of the attack, her thoughts were answered when a large blast of flames burst forth from the dust and debris to attack the giant monster but it did nothing to the monster as it made its way down to reach down presumably to where he was in the smoke, he rose up from the ashes like a phoenix flames emanating through his whole body in his phosphorus red state, he pulled both of his arms back and shot them forth using his flashfire wave attack the attacked engulfed the creatures head in it's entirety and the flames got brighter and brighter until he finally let it settle when the heat became to much for himself, but even before the smoke cleared the things fist raised up and smacked todoroki out of the air he cushioned the blow by rolling with it using his flames to accelerate away before it caught up to him, he was going to be in for a hard landing but momo was their with a landing pad for him to crash into. The monster slowly walked menacingly in their direction.

"My sturdy arms will smash your mammalian bodies to bits ! I will smash, scatter, and pulverize unti-" the rest of the monsters sentenced died with the sound of harsh wind, a scream of anguish and one word.

"Silence!" as everyone stared aghast at the spontaneous tornado that completely pulverized it in its entirety.

"Guess the cavalry's here." one shotter remarked finally pulling momo attention away from the destroyed monster in his direction following his trail sight upwards where she found tatsumaki there and she was just putting down her one finger….there was no way right? She couldn't have done that with just one finger right, something as large and probably as strong as gigantomachia just evaporated like no big deal at all…it almost felt comical.

"Well done tatsumaki, thank you guy's as well for preventing casualties." a man in a suit with a widow's peak suddenly remarked below the glowing girl. Uraraka came up speed walking up to them checking if they were ok and for the most part they were todoroki was clutching his side in pain as he walked but he didn't think anything was broken at least he hoped

"You called me here for that? Couldn't someone else have done it? Frozen-phoenix I know you're new and all but shouldn't you be able to take care of this? Your part of the S-class now so you better shape up, quick! I can't have you going around giving us bad name! Pathetic!" Tatsumaki yelled over and Momo couldn't believe what she was hearing. Was this woman actually complaining just now? She rose quickly and was about to tell the little women off but todoroki's hand on her shoulder placated her.

"You're right, I need to get stronger…thank you for saving us." todoroki said simply and the little women just gave a grunt of acceptance before going on a whole mini tirade about how the association are relying on her for too many "small things'' and she had things to do with the weekend coming up before finishing up by saying that hero association is incompetent and flying off yanking uraraka along with her.

"Are you alright?" Todoroki asked even though he was the one still clutching his side and his voice was more horse than normal. Momo simply looked away from him for a moment as she spoke.

"You shouldn't let her talk to you like that." Momo said in a low voice.

"She's much like bakugo…you would find it better if you just go along with what they have to say instead of engaging with them.'' Todoroki said simply with a slight shrug of his shoulders.

"But isn't that disgraceful or cowardly? You got injured fighting that thing and she doesn't even care.`` Momo argued, her voice slightly angered.

"You can call it that, they sure will but I like to think of it as making life easier on myself." Todoroki said honestly and this actually got a chuckle from the girl making him smile but that smile just as quickly vanished back into a saddened expression.

"Are you ok?" Todoroki asked again noting the change and momo seemed to clear her head and come out of whatever was ailing as she looked back towards him with a forced smile.

"I'm fine todoroki thank you for your concern, but we should really get you checked out and see if your ok…is your dat- I mean mission done for the day?" momo questioned

"Don't worry I'll take care of it while you get him to the hospital." one shotter remarked simply and todoroki nodded his thanks after telling him what shelter he stashed her away in. With that done momo and todoroki got into an ambulance and drove away meanwhile bone, kirishima, sato went about helping clean up the mess made by the monster and to search for anyone that couldn't have made it out in time or trapped underneath some spare rubble.

Later that night

Momo was up late into the night well past when the others arrived slowly drinking some nice calming herbal tea, she had recently just woken up from a nightmare of that monster from earlier in the day no..not only that monster both of those monsters at the same time and hanging above it in the clouds was that glowing women just lounging above it all not stopping them…it made her just so angry and worthless at the same time she thought as she looked down in the tea cup.

"Mind if I join you?" a voice spooked her from her drink as she looked up and was surprised to see Todoroki standing there, her mind froze for a moment before responding.

"Umm of course not…do you want me to pour you a cup of tea?" Momo offered and Todoroki nodded his head and she did so as the boy sat down. She gave him the tea cup and they both sat in an awkward silence for a moment as Todoroki took a sip.

"So..why are you up so late." Momo guessed she would start with that obvious question to open up the floor.

"Well Mina told me you were down here and wanted to talk..I knew better of course but I still wanted to check up on you." Todoroki remarked simply, momo chuckled, while rolling eyes at the comment.

"Heh..I guess I should have expected something like that to happen when I saw them." Momo commenced simply.

"Are you ok? I didn't know you stayed out late like the others." Todoroki commented but Momo shook her head.

"No you are correct, it was just something else that was bothering me preventing me from sleeping and I came down here to get some tea hopping that would clear my mind." Momo remarked simply using a finger to coalesce around the rim of her cup of tea.

"Has it work- hold on, can you lift your legs for a moment?" todoroki asked the girl suddenly making her look at him with confusion but he only gave a reassuring nod and with that momo simply followed his instruction lifting her legs off the floor and just as they left the entire floor was soon covered in ice but before she could ask the boy what he was doing, a sudden scream from two well known girls caught her attention as suddenly standing their not even a couple feet away behind the counter lied mina and toru both of them were frozen up to the neck.

"If you want to join, then just say so." todoroki announced simply before he thawed the floor out again, allowing momo to put her feet down again as the two stared at the two introducers mina was looking away bashfully while toru expression was unreadable due to her being invisible but the two of them soon got the message and took their leave.

"How did you know that they were there?" Momo asked, Todoroki shrugged.

"It was mostly a guess, I think I'm catching on to more of their customs from now on." Todoroki commented there was again silence as momo took up her phone and started texting someone.

"What's up?" todoroki asked

"Nothing, just texting Jiro not to indulge them. Those two aren't nothing but persistent when it comes to things of this nature. Momo said and Todoroki merely nodded his head.

"So you said that something was keeping you up…was it a bad dream or nightmare perhaps?" Todoroki asked , making momo center back to the conversation at hand.

"Something like that…it's mostly just some dumb thoughts in my head after our battle." Momo remarked simply.

"I doubt that it is dumb if it's coming from you." Todoroki said honestly , making momo cheeks burn a slight red.

"Well maybe its…it's just that the monster that we fought today…it was the same size of that monster back home and….and tatsumaki beat it with just a swipe of her finger..(she let out an eerily sad chuckle as she gripped her tea cup a little harder.) can you imagine that all the things we had to go through the amount of destruction and collateral damage an…and de-deaths we had to go through just to knock that creature out and here is someone that could have just wiped it away without a care in the world and even worse than that claim that it was too easy and not even worth her time. It just makes our struggles seem ….idk…worthless/childish? It's hard to describe." Momo explained and instantly Todoroki knew what this was really about with that comparison. Momo still hasn't gotten over her grief of midnight in the liberation war but he decided to air on the side of caution and not attack that topic directly. He extended a hand placed it on top of hers remembering her doing something similar to him when they first got here he only hoped that it had the same comforting effect that it did to him back then.

"While it is true that miss tatsumaki is powerful and could have handle the situation better than we did back than…that shouldn't however be use to discredit us or our efforts…we tried our best and that's all we could have done and we stopped him….yes some people were lost among the way but their sacrifice brought us that victory to discredit it is to disrespect them." Todoroki said as he gave the girl hand a single squeeze before relinquishing his hold on it. Momo's eyes flashed wide for a moment in realization and for a moment looked to be about to tear up but she squashed it down.

'Thank you for that todoroki…it was well said….but I've decided something.`` Momo said before, determination replaced the sorrow in her eyes and she had grabbed both of Todoroki's hands with her own.

"What have you decided?" todoroki questioned curious

" I'm going to undergo artificial awakening surgery with drive knight." momo stated

"Is it safe?" was todoroki's immediate response, her heart throbbed at the fact that he was so concerned for her well being.

"Any major crippling side effects have dwindled down to less than a 3% chance of occurring and minor side effects are down to 60% chance of occurring. With what he believes is an 80% success rate of it awakening" momo clarified.

"Are you sure those are odds you're willing to take?" todoroki questioned a bit suspicious

"I….I need to ….the thing that I took most from today was that I'm still too weak." Momo remarked silently looking away but she turned back to him when she felt his hands gripping her own.

"You're not weak yaoyorozu, you're strong." Todoroki said seriously but the girl simply shook her head.

"No…I think my time here really showed how weak I truly am…heh it's funny isn't it we both got in off of recommendation but the gulf between us has only increased since we started UA." Momo said with another half hearted chuckle that made Todoroki feel like he was hurt.

"I don't think so…your strong yaoyorozu more than you realize…there's more to strengths than just your ability…I think you are strong because of your heart, your mind, and your fortitude not many people would have been able to do what you did in the war. It was your plan that brought down gigantomachia don't forget that.`` Todoroki said in affirmation and momo was mostly speechless so she let her body speak for her as she stood todoroki up and hugged him still trying to suppress the tears that threatened to run down her face, she pulled away to look the boy in the face and she didn't know if she was just seeing things or not but she swore that the usually stoic teen may have been blushing? She shot down a wave of excitement that shot through her body at the implication but wrote it off as a trick of the light.

"Thank you…that means a lot coming from you." Momo said and Todoroki nodded.

"So are you still going to go through with the surgery?" he questioned , momo sucked in a sharp breath but still nodded her head in confirmation before biting her lip in nerves she hoped he didn't take it the wrong way she truly did respect what he told her but she needed to do this so she added on.

"Yes….while I want to believe what you just said…just looking at the facts of the matter I believe it's just the best option for not only me but everyone going forwards…. We don't know what's completely happening back home so we don't know how bad it's really gotten there is a chance that gigantomachia can be back into play….so between him, a potential prime all for one, the other high end nomu, shigaraki, and….others." Momo tried to tiptoe around it.

"My brother, toya." Todoroki said stoically and momo simply nodded but realizing she had been holding onto his shoulders a bit too much she slid them down his arm before relinquishing her touch on the teen and sitting back down, prompting him to follow her lead.

"Combined with the dwindling number of heroes, I believe it's our best chance for the future. After me, drive knight should make use of any miscalculations to ensure an even higher level of safety for the next participant." momo said simply and todoroki did a slow but hesitant nod

"Then I'll respect your decision and hope for a good procedure…I have trust in your judgment and always will. ``Todoroki said with a smile as he looked at her and momo cheeks took on a red tone but returned it with a thanks and one of her own. with that out of the way momo asked him about his missions and as she assumed it was just indeed used just to go on a date with him as they went to the movies and than a mall next to buy things and asked todoroki for his opinion on outfits she wore, although todoroki being as straightforward as he is she imagined would have imagined that was a swell time if he participated to begin with. The two sat in each others company for a moment longer before calling it a night, todoroki once again told her how strong she was and let slip that midnight would be proud of her…which completely touched momo's heart and made her kiss the boy on the cheek in thanks absentmindedly, but after her brain caught up to her actions she did a quick retreat into her room as todoroki did a stunned retreat to his several seconds after.

The next day

"Hurry up, the target should be closed by." flash said to Iida struggling behind him, Iida was currently weighing a new weighted suit that now weighed in at 2000kg on top of that he currently had to hold up a large boulder that started out as broad as his chest above his his head while navigating through a thick dense of trees every time he dropped the boulder the hero would just make the thing even larger which didn't make sense and would only serve to make him drop it even more by the time the two of them got into the clearing that supposedly housed the monster in U-city many forest the boulders was about three times as large, just constantly questioned where he even got the rocks from but when asked he received no reply just the man continuing on with the task at hand it was a simple "extermination" mission that was handed to him by the association, the threat level was demon so he likely didn't have much of a chance of sparing the creatures life but with flash around he doubted that he would even give him the opportunity when he was assigned a mission he followed it to the letters if it was extermination of a target than he would kill that target without remorse.

This was not without "training" him in way however unfortunately, anytime he would be sent on one of these mission with him , he would just force him into conflict with the creature even though a lot of the time he had no chance of actually defeating the monster and this time was no different as soon as the two of them entered into the clearing and immediately the rock he was holding evaporated into smaller pieces and dust that rained down upon his amour before he could even contemplate that though flash simply told him that the monster was approaching and to prepare for battle then suddenly disappearing from sight.

His disappearance was suddenly filled by the sound of crunching dirt and grass, Iida armor sounded an alarm and he dodged out of the way of the sound before his eyes even registered what the large creature looked like jumping out of the way as the creature's massive fist came down on where he once stood. His arms hung loosely in an action ready pose his arms were nearly numb and he could feel the stress with every movement he attempted. Now that he could get a good luck at the monster it was a humanoid boar type with giant tusk and three sharp diamond shaped eyelids…apparently this monster was originally a hunter but his hunting dog was killed by a wild boar and he became obsessed with killing boars which Iida found ironic seeing as how he turned into one but he guessed that's was what monsterizations did to people. But now the monster wanted to share that pain with other people to kill their loved ones and leave them alive to see how they cope with it. The creature rushed at Iida with an decent amount of speed given its size he dogged to the left as the creature slammed down another fist, Iida quickly sped around and attempted a kick but a strange thing happened the kick seemingly hit an invisible wall, he was so stunned by the incident that the monsters attack from the other hand nearly hit him but he managed to twist his body just enough to avoid the brunt of the blow but he still felt the graze, it through him slightly off balance but he stabilized after catching himself with a couple of flips.

The monster came at him again this time head down and mouth open wide , Iida side stepped the attack and turned his doge into another kick and hopped to hit the creature in the eye but again his attack was blocked by an invisible force, did this creature have some sort of force field that repel attacks he thought? But if that were the case then how could it hope to harm him and it didn't look technological enough to have such a thing, he thought for a moment as he tried to get some distance from the creature as it chased after him, he threw his arms out in front of him and used his arm mufflers as an extreme break the force slowing him down to a sudden stop surprising the monster and allowing Iida to land an elbow shot to one of its eyes as it past as he expected that attacked landed but was it because the monster didn't expect it or was it something else? He quired so before the monster could full recuperate he launched out with a kick to the back of the creatures head and it landed, ok maybe it was him not being aware of the danger which allowed it to connect so when the monster swiped its hand backwards at him where his last known location was and unlike what it expected for Iida to be behind him Iida opted instead to stay below and launch an upwards kick to the creatures chin it's eyes weren't focused on him so if his theory was correct his attack should land but again that invisible wall was their again and to put the his theory the shame the monster seemed to just notice him under him and kicked him away he condensed himself as much he could to diffuse some of the attack but its still hurts as he skidded across the ground.

But more than the attack he was just confused about what was happening, what sorcery of shielding would allow his knee to go through but his kick..to…not… a growl of anger slowly escaped his throat as he started to theorize on what was actually happening with the monster now , the two engaged two more times and each time Iida was able to land two solid punches on the creatures chin and tusk, he continued his theory crafting and was able to launch two kicks that landed but his third was blocked. So that was what the hero was playing at he figured but just as he was about to unfortunately continue in this charade the monster was suddenly bisected and disemboweled across the stomach and it's head slid off as it's body face planted forwards and just as fast enough flash was their on top of the corpse lazily sitting down on top of the creature sword perched in the crook of his shoulder.

"Took you long enough to figure it out." flash remarked simply.

"I really dislike you." Iida replied simply, treating his life like it's a game never got him no short of irritated, especially when it came to strong creatures like this one. It managed to land a solid hit on him that likely would have cracked a few bones if it wasn't for his armor and weighted suit.

"Many people do. Hurry up, call the association and tell them that the job is done." Flash said simply before throwing a large rock his way that was equally as large as the one he had before the fight began…Iida looked at the rock for a moment and sighed as he got his phone out.

Uninhabited Island off the cost of X-city

"Hello? What's the status?``Tatsumaki asked on the phone as she sent a tornado of rocks towards uravity, the brunette only solution to such an issue being to run away from the massive storm although Tatsumaki wasn't going to let that happen.

"Oh! Hello Miss tornado! We don't need you today!" the joyful agent on the phone responded to her.

"What!?" tatsumaki said a bit astonished

"We assigned a threat level demon to flashy flash and he defeated it in no time, so I guess…just enjoy your day off."

"Huh?! I never said I wanted a day off?" tatsumaki said simply.

"Ugh…but didn't you say that you were going to do something for the weekend? This should give you more time to plan." the worker argued.

"Tch, yeah ….whatever." tatsumaki said simply as she hung up the phone.

She guessed she could just practice with uravity a bit more while she checked her phone. The girl in question was completely in the eye of the storm that she created and getting tossed around and hit from all sides but she should figure out a way to escape it eventually she thought as she payed attention to her phone and any monster sightings that's been happening lately but every disaster sight that's been happening lately were mostly taken care of by the time the reporting was even done and what made matters worse it was mostly done by that non killing army folks as well so she could see the monsters in the reports. She went to check Z-city because surely that dangerous place usually had monsters crawling all over it but that two seemingly was beginning taken care of it by a combined effort it seemed some monsters were taken care by that pathic S-class from he other day and the rude brat from the picnic, there was a mysterious third helper that took out a couple of monsters each seemingly with nothing but one punch blowing holes straight through them but the reference to a bald hero led her to only two assumptions really that bald B-class that hung around demon cyborg or darkshine and given that it was z-city there talking about than it likely was that nobody, hmph.. It seems like he's at least good for something although she was curious about if he was really killing those monsters or was the cyborg secretly helping him to improve his image. She thought before shutting off her phone and storing it.

Uravity got out of the tornado by shooting out one of her orbs or she called them spirals now she guessed and pulling herself away, tatsumaki decided to change the tornado into a piercing spiral of rocks instead that chased the girl for the girls credit instead of dodging out of the way like she expected instead she simply threw all of her spirals to into the incoming attack whether she was being brave or just simply too tired to move anymore under the 14x gravity anymore she couldn't tell but she slightly rewards her and allowed her attack to be slightly altered, the spiral carried through and created a somewhat safe space for her to avoid the brunt of the assault but multiple rocks still skimmed her arms and legs as the attacked consumed her form completely by the time all the rocks passed by the girl was on the ground groaning in pain. Tatsumaki floated down to her unimpressed and..

"I'm bored" the girl let out as she levitated there.

"I'm….so….sorry…. to hear…that." Uraraka replied, still on the ground. Tatsumaki let the quip slide given that the girl was in no shape to keep moving; she released her hold on the girl not before spinning her rapidly in a soft punishment for her talking back.

"Your friends sure are busy today..all over the disaster news…unfortunately that leaves us with nothing but time on our hands…unfortunately and training all day is just getting boring." Tatsumaki said, uraraka sat up before putting a hand to her mouth to help subjugate the bile that was rising from her recent spin cycle and the quirk usage she finally managed to scarf down before being able to respond to the women.

"Well isn't that a good thing? Now you can do whatever you want for the day." uraraka announced.

"hmph …no that's just called slacking off." tatsumaki said indignantly

"Well…maybe we can continue training then?" uraraka remarked

"Your training mind you, which is starting to bore me to sleep." tatsumaki remarked simply again. Uraraka simply rolled her eyes at the girl's small tantrum but tried to think of something they could do. She was correct in the fact that "they" weren't training in the fact that both of them would improve so only she was benefiting from this. uraraka thought for a moment as she started to think of something they could do together to improve if being unproductive was such a problem for her she guessed that was another thing she and bakugo shared with each other, thinking of bakugo led her to think about his some would say best friend kirishima and what those two would do together and it immediately clicked about what her and tatsumaki could do to improve.

"What about we do some weight lifting?" uraraka suggested, and tatsumaki immediately scoffed

"Why would I want to do something so barbaric?" tatsumaki replied immediately dismissively.

``Well you could use it, the workout can't you?" uraraka said and she corrected herself as she saw tatsumaki powers mildly flare and she quickly held out her hands to placate the women.

"What I mean to say is that this can really help you. Think of it this way, your sister is better than you in this regard as well. -"

"Be careful of what you say next, don't think I won't find your boyfriend and launch him across the planet" tatsumaki remarked, pointing a threatening finger her way, uraraka slightly cringed back at the remark but continued forth she guessed bakugo comment from before is a sensitive topic for her.

"I'm talking about fighting, disregarding your powers..physically both of you are weaker than the average C-class hero." uraraka hesitantly explained as the woman's power continued to flare until her last sentence where it shined brightest and threw her off her feet lucky nothing was behind her so she could get her balance and stand again.

"Hah! You're lying!" Tatsumaki said dismissively as she glided down in front of her.

``Well how about a test, if you can beat me without any or your powers we can do something else, deal?" uraraka said with a smile and if she was correct about their matching personality types then she was sure the women wouldn't disagree and she was correct the green glow that typically surrounded the girl vanished and she finally saw the girls feet touch the ground in what seemed like the first time ever.

"Fine I'll humor you." tatsumaki said before cracking her knuckles, uraraka assumed the threat was supposed to be threatening but given the girl's small stature only looked cute but uraraka dare not laugh. uraraka got into position for around 3 meters away from tatsumaki and the two waited as uraraka touched a rock with her quirk and then released it, waiting for it to hit the ground and signal the start.

As the rock hit the ground it was tatsumaki who reacted first but just by the way the girl was running uraraka was definitely sure about her naivety in this type of thing, the girl nearly tripped up a handful of times on rocks or pot holes scattered about, not taking her own advice she realized but she guessed if your main mode of transportation is flight than it could be easily lost in context, when the small girl finally reach her, her punch was long and predictable a wide swing that uraraka easily blocked and countered holding onto the ensuing hand and sweeping the small girls feet from under her where she forcibly dragged the held arm behind her back pinning her down in a submission holds with her gun head martial arts. Tatsumaki struggled for a moment before uraraka let her go but as she expected the little women wanted to try again believing it to be a fluke and uraraka agreed and with a hint of guilty pleasure she beat the girl again and again until finally after the fifth attempt and admittedly rough takedown she was unceremoniously throw high into the air, where she hit a cloud which she would have imagined would have been like a bed not a somewhat soft wall but that may have been do to the speed and as soon as she was through it she was dragged right back down through it again, where she was accustomed by a "soft" blow by each of her spirals as the two of them flew off towards the association at large without a word said between them on their way but tatsumaki was definitely agitated hopefully she didn't cause to much damage in the building.

Uraraka was slightly surprised to see how many people were in the usual gym that kirishima, bone, and darkshine would train in, along with aforementioned people she was surprised that toru and ojiro were there along with jackie and charanko, and even mizuki. After initial greeting were out of the way, toru explained how she had just missed midoriya being their as the associate called him off to do a certain mission which made tatsumaki grumble a bit, sato was also their but he was quartered off by his teacher pig god as they to left to do his own training. After telling them about the reason why they were here darkshine seemed all too eager to take the small esper on and left urarak's training mostly up to her friends same thing like they did last time this time however mizuki was here to bring in some extra spice not only with being another girl in the gym besides toru and jackie but really giving her something to inspire to and her interactions with kirishima was always a small treat to watch, part of her wanted to tease mina with it but she held off and decided to just focus up on her training. mizuki, toru, Jackie and her all separated from the guys as they began their turn in the training arena, Mizuki and uraraka fighting styles were somewhat similar to each other so she was able to learn a lot more about grappling and wrestling as a whole. Conversely toru and jackie would practice more with each other during these segments given their martial arts teaching uraraka was surprised by finally seeing the whirlwind in action. To conclude their day the girls and the guys actually sparred against one another given the even odds. It was a mini tournament with the four guys and gals, while the girls lost there were no sore losers and everyone took the opportunity as a learning experience, well except for Jackie she was a bit of a sore loser.

VGS battles: Silverchain, Bakugo, Kirishima, Mina, Ojiro, Toru

Ojiro and toru were not just a bit surprised when their training sessions was suddenly interrupted by one of silver chain's clones the clones proceeding in between them and becking them forwards, the two shared a strange glance with each other before following along originally they thought something might have happened to bakugo but upon entering in they simply found him waiting their holding something in his hands for both of them knew exactly what the device was and the arena they were in was a flat ground gymnast type and a massive monitor in the background.

"You two sit down and listen up." bakugo said simply but was interrupted from going further.

"Shouldn't you wait until the other two arrive?" silver chain said simply next to him, surprising him as he looked at her with a raised eyebrow.

"Other two?" he questioned

"Indeed." the girl remarked simply and before bakugo could even wonder who she might be referring to a call from the doorway and some a small screech from the steps, the rapid clamps of the steps and the arm that so casually wrapped around his shoulders told him who this person was no one in their class was as bold in approaching him.

"Kirishima." he said simply shugging off the teens arm and that would mean the girly screech would only likely be from one other person if they were palling around with him at night and given that invisible was also excited by the entry.

"Both of you go and sit down with the others." bakugo said simply and kirishima and mina both did as asked.

"So what's up bakugo, what you bring us here for?" kirishima asked

"Yeah….are you here to tell us …that you and silver chain are going out!" Mina asked enthusiastically.

"Oh my god, look at the height difference they would look so adorable. silver chain how tall are you?" toru added on.

"6'8." the ninja replied simply, bakugo didn't respond to mina' query, merely looked at her with a deadpan expression before face palming and letting out an agitated sigh, he believed he would have to only deal with one of them but both would be a true testament to his patience.

"I was getting to that but first you two shut it none of that bullshit gossip here, I'll throw either one or both of you out and your partner won't be able to stop me." bakugo threatened first and foremost, making both mina and toru pout for a moment.

"I assume we're here because of the VGS you have in your hands?" ojiro remarked and bakugo nodded.

"VG what?" mina questioned being the only one their not familiar with the device and kirishima filled her in on the mechanics before bakugo continued.

"I'm doing this to see where everyone stands…the demon cyborg said that I could keep it but more than that I had him give me some extra data with monsters that him and his masters faced along with restoring the enemies he got from me and todoroki, I also got midoriya information as well. Each monster or foe has a designated number on the list; it's a rough estimation of all the opponents abilities together, the opponents are separated into the hero association categories so it allows for easier grouping.`` Bakugo explained.

"Ooh what number are you bakugo? Or I guess I should say what's the highest number you've beaten" kirishima questioned

"100 but it was a near thing…I can confidently speak on the data..given the fact that I recently fought and beat that same monster out in the real world…while not a complete one to one creation it was good enough." bakugo remarked simply and everyone nodded their heads in understanding.

"What number are you silverchain?" Ojiro asked

"1200. To be more clear you should not look at the number as a traditional line as if you were counting but an actual number that can go within the hundreths degree of error , it is truly remarkable" the ninja said simply and everyone whistled at the number, but bakugo looking even more agitated continued on before even more conversation could be had about what that truly entailed bakugo simply was going to demonstrate for them.

"Tail! You're up first…you're the strongest of the other extras so you should be a good benchmark for the others." bakugo yelled.

"His name is ojiro."toru defended but bakugo merely rolled his eyes, ojiro tapped the girls arm signaling off that it was ok as he went up to the center to take the device.

"I'm starting out with a threat from our world, a high wolf…the hero killer stain rated 1.33 ir if on the demon scale 0.00133" bakugo announced and this truly got everyone's attention.

" Wait, what are you saying?..that would mean that in comparison to you, ojiro is…" toro started to say before trailing off and not saying any more as she looked at his discouraged face however kirishima was too busy on his phone using his calculator to find an accurate answer to read the room.

"That's a difference of over 75,000 ….are you sure that's right man? That's fairly hard to believe." kirishima said simply but bakugo shrugged his shoulders.

"Believe what you want, tail your up. Go for it." he remarked stepping away and playing the screen for a moment.

"Wait, who had information on the hero killer stain?" Mina questioned.

"Who do you think? Midoriya, Todoroki, and Iida of course. They were all there and the ones that actually defeated him" bakugo remarked simply making the group gasp for a moment but before they could talk more about it silver chain pried in with a question of her own.

"Judging by the terms you used and their reaction I assume this hero killer's defeat was mis-reported why?" the ninja asked simply and bakugo only quirked an eyebrow at her.

"You're smarter than them, I'm sure you could figure out why." bakugo remarked simply

"Hey!" kirishima remarked in offense.

" pretty strange to see bakugo complimenting people…'' Mina said in a teasing tone.

"What did I say in the beginning pinky." bakugo said in threat

"What? You think you can make fun of us and we're supposed to just take it?" Mina argued, bakugo let out a low growl of irritation but said nothing else as he turned away.

"I can only assume it was to protect the heroes reputation of those that he felled in battle." silver chain remarked after a quick moment of thought.

"Exactly, how would it look like for the 30 or so heroes he assassinated or beaten if it was found out that he was caught by three teens that haven't even gotten their hero license yet." bakugo remarked, silver chain simply nodded in confirmation before all of them turned their attention to the large screen.

The simulation was inside a darkly lit alleyway the source of light was too natural almost like a fire happening in the distance and the faintest of moon light. Ojiro slowly made his way through the alley before looking up and narrowly dodging out of the way of knives shooting down at him, he than had barely enough time to dodge out of the way of a downwards sword thrust by the villain, he continued his assault and launched out which ojiro parried and snapped out with one of his own that knocked the villain back but even while doing so the villain threw even more knives at ojiro which he blocked with his tail the metal tech mesh also transferring over to him in the simulation. The villain charged forwards like a demon with his red scarf trailing behind him and his red eyes blazing with bloodlust he swung his sword horizontally across ojiro middle forcing the teen backwards, ojiro jumped back from the attack but simultaneously used his tail to wrap around the hunters leg dragging it forwards to trip him up which worked but the hunter was a agile fighter quickly restabilizing and attempting to stab ojiro's tail into the ground but he was able to avoid such a fate and successfully drew the hunters attention away from his body allowing him to score a wicked punch on the man's face, sending him skirting back a bit before he stabilized again. The two stared at each other for a moment, sizing each other up before they engaged each other once more, a punch blocked, a sword swing parried, kicks traded between the other, the fight was almost even but ojiro held a slight advantage until the hero killer did a soccer styled bicycle kick, that ojiro was able to block but under his foot shot out a knife that scored a gash across his face but surprisingly to everyone else his next move was not concerned with the hero killer himself but the knife that landed past him, turning to follow the knife which left himself open for a follow up attack of more throwing knives which he properly blocked most with his tail but one got through stabbing him in the upper shoulder causing him to jerk back in that direction and using his tail to jump back and away creating space but as he saw the man reach for the bloody knife and pick it up the simulation ended their and restarted.

"What? Did he just give up after that?" Kirishima asked

"No, he knew that the match was over after stain got a hold of that bloody knife he knows how his quirk operates. You got two more chances tail!" bakugo explained simply before yelling out to ojiro who nodded his head in confirmation. The second match was much like the first but this time ojiro was doing even better than before with every exchange his counters and deflects became more and more fluid slipping through the villains guard before the final exchange where he used his tail to bust right through the hunters sword and strike him directly in the side of the head making the villain completely crumple into the alley wall and slump down unconscious. Ojiro won and the very first person that was clapping for him was toru who had actually stood up to do so making everyone else look at her before she slowly stopped, ojiro had taken off the headset and a small blush across his face at his girlfriend's theatrics.

"Impressive… bakugo needed five attempts to get his first win." silver chain remarked surprising everyone, even bakugo himself, who sent a side glare to the ninja who remained indifferent.

"Wait but didn't bakugo say he was rated 100?" Mina questioned.

"He did it without using his quirk is what she is leaving out." ojiro commented looking at bakugo directly who looked back but nodded.

"Oh ..fighting the hero killer quirkless yeah I guess, that makes more sense." kirishima added.

"You still beat him ojiro, even if you did take a second time that's a really big win. You even held back still." toru said in support, she could tell the news wasn't exactly pleasant for the boy to hear and he smiled for a moment at her before bakugo cut in again.

"Oh yeah you do have that awakening of your don't you, well might as well put that to the test as well. This new opponent are two of them, a bitch of a duo called the serpenters they were a part of hummaraize. This is a new bracket from before low tiger. 8.8 or .0088 on the demon scale" bakugo said and ojiro nodded as he took the headset back and put it on.

This time the landscape was clear rocky place in front of a large cave entrance what they guessed was the humurize secrete headquarters but ojiro didn't have any time to think about that as two metallic whips suddenly sprung out at him and the best he could do was attempt to dodge out of the way and was rewarded with blood splattering from his chest as the blades skimmed across his chest, he was trying to flip back to create space and he managed three before he faltered landing on a knee as he clutched his chest, the pain from the blades felt abnormally real for him but he managed to step up again as the two opponents stood across from him laughing like they were hyenas, given how much he struggled against stain and these guys were harder he wasted no time in going into his awakening state just as the twins charged at him their long whip blade like hands trailing behind them before lashing out ojiro was able to dodge out of the way of their attacks and used his tail to wrap around one of their bladed hands one of the enemies attempted to stab through his tail to peel it off but the tech mesh spared him but his other tail didn't fare better as the other one stab through that one but was stopped before it pieced completely through, ojiro fought through the pain and swung the tail that held onto one of the seperenters arms and crashed him into his sibling's arm popping it out of his tail and sending both spiralign to the ground. Ojiro knew that they needed to separate before they could retract their bladed arms unless they run the risk of hurting each other so he continued his attack jumping high into the air with a double tail jump before spinning coming to crash down on top of both of them shot out a their bladed hands that were free to but ojiro tech mesh shielded tail was able to divert it away from him as he came down with a double tail slam on to their chest.

He made a hasty retreat as he tried to get his breathing to remain steady from what he can remember a lot of humurize were trigger users so these guys were likely no exception and he was right the two opponent slowly rose from the ground like the dead and quickly injected their necks with a serum and their arm blades grew even larger and more sharp along with their bodies taking on hideous growth as more elongated blades exploded from their backs each now having 6 in total. Ojiro got into his stance and with that round two of the battle was on, the battle was intense three continued to do battle for another 3 minutes ojiro this time struggling to keep up with the twins team work every parry would be answered with a stab or spear to the back from the opposite side an attack would always be answered by two of three tentacles from the other and defense was just as difficult pulling them each of other out of harm's way or skewering the offending appendage and pulling it away, the battle came down to a really gruesome sight the twins had ojiro suspended both his tails hangs loosely with multiple puncture wounds throughout mirroring most of his body but he still struggled in their grasp but that only made the cuts on his arms even more severe the twins stabbed him completely through the chest and head as the battle closed with his lost but just as the defeat screen popped the scenario restarted once again.

"Last try tails!" bakugo called out.

"He seems to have reached his limit." silver chain pointed out.

"I wouldn't underestimate him if I were you." toru said matter of factly.

" Does he have something that is past his awakening?" kirishima questioned

"I wouldn't want to spoil the surprise." toru said with a smirk although they couldn't see it. An everyone turned their attention back to the screen, were shocked when ojiro was present but he had no tails and he was noticeably larger and more bulky than normal what also surprised kirishima and mina was the speed he show he completely avoided the cheap shot the twins landed last time before speeding towards one to fast for him to react and sending a punch to his chest that completely went through his opponent, the actions surprised ojiro himself as he seemingly panic for a moment but was able body enough to duck the swing of the partner and which was enraged from the death of it's sibling but ojiro spinning kick soon put an end to it's tantrum and anger as well taking it's head clean off. While dead it did not give him the victory just yet however but instead the twins were resummoned else where completely who in their trigger forms this time around the second round began, this one was much more even than before but ojiro maintained a comfortable advantage against both twins and won after a short exchange in 5 minutes a lot less brutally this time around. He took off the headset and breathed out an exhausted breath.

"Not bad tail, not bad at all, bonus points for the brutal finish, those guys were really annoying when I fought them the first time. Take a break, kirishima you're up next.' bakugo said as he took the headset and gestured for the red head to come up.

As ojiro sat down, toru was on him at that moment.

"Look at you! And you were worried about not being strong, you were fantastic out there. You even got some praise from bakugo of all people, '' toru exclaimed excitedly, pecking the boy on the lips making him flush massively.

"Yeah …I guess you're right." ojiro said rubbing the back of his head although he knew that the others were likely still far above him, it did put some peace to his mind. While bakugo took the time to explain something to kirishima, Mina used this opportunity to strike.

"Hey silver chain? What do you think of bakugo?" Mina asked in a near whisper.

"He shows a lot of potential and is a fierce warrior if not a bit too deadset in his ways." silverchain explained.

"...not what I was asking about but like feelings wise? You have hung out a lot since the time we've been here so what are your thoughts?" Mina tried to pry for more and the girl simply looked at her for a moment before responding.

"I assume you refer to romantic feelings correct? If so, nothing really he has admirable qualities but I'm simply doing what my clan has instructed me to do." she remarked simply. Mina was satisfied by the answer in just ignoring the first part and honing in on the second part which meant that there was a chance.

"So like these qualities you refer to, do you think he's cute or attractive?" mina continued

"Yes, in the general conventional terms he is indeed attractive. Do you not think so yourself?" the girl remarked and this stumped mina for a moment.

"I guess." mina said

"Yeah same here…and don't give me that look ojiro, don't you think silver chain is hot?" the girl said as she answered, turning to look at her boyfriend who was looking at her with suspicion but when the question was put unto him he relented, blushed and then looked away.

"I guess…point taken." ojiro murmured

"But don't you think his personality is a bit much?" Mina questioned but silverchain merely shrugged.

"To some it could be to others it will not, personally it has its benefits and downsides just like anyone else." the girl remarked , and mina definitely felt like there was a chance with that even if it was just a blanket statement.

"What do you like to do for fun?" toru asked a follow up question to the girl. Surprisingly the girl had to take a moment to speculate about this for quite some time even after bakugo returned to sitting down and kirishima match against the serpenters played out the hardened user winning the match on his first try rather easily causing bakugo to change the opponent to something harder much harder in fact upwards of 100 or .1 on the demon scale.

"I guess that…I like to meditate." silver chain said simply which completely floored mina and toru that it took her that long to come up with.

" something I don't know… more outside with others presumably." toru suggested, silver chain gave her a glance.

"Is this about the planning that you're conducting?" silver chain asked simply making toru completely remain silent for a moment before finding her voice.

"What…what are you talking about…I have no clue what this plan you're referring to is." toru said not too inconspicuously.

" you and the other blonde one, kaminari are planning-" silver chains voice was silenced by the sudden light block pushing in her lips.

" nope…we're doing nothing, how about we just drop this topic all together and just watch the rest of the matches." toru said finally nervously as she released the block of light against the girl's lips.

"Very well , although I shall say, that whatever outcome you are looking for is unlikely to work." silver chain remarked simply as she turned back to the screen as bakugo made his way back over. Mina was curious what the girl was talking about and hounded toru for answers not even paying attention to the kirishima's performance much to the red head's slight disappointment although he was happy that he was able to get to about .3 in the demon scale before he couldn't go on anymore and the matches were just too difficult for him.

After kirishima was toru turn, bakugo remarked that since she was the weakest of the class then he would start her off easier than the others first working her way past some nameless thug and monsters low tier wolf level monsters and she managed to get through them with some difficulty. The next target on the list for her was a criminal by the name of gentle criminal he was rated .00026 on the demon scale, the fight between them was fairly unorthodox given the way gentle fought toru struggled with predicting and landing attacks on him, he could make everything have elastic properties quirk which could affect even toru's light constructs. Toru's natural invisibility was mostly disabled in these simulations as bakugo wanted to truly see what the girl was made of, not how many "cheap" shots she could land to take out an enemy so all enemies knew of her exact location as if she was fully visible. The fight was mostly hard fought game of keep away, until toru simply had enough and enclosed both of them in a light dome even if he could make it elastic it wouldn't matter as he was trap forcing the confrontation into more close quarters type of angle but maintaining the barrier while fighting was incredibly strenuous and slowed her down allowing her to be hit by moves that she had no reason to be hit by, this ultimately culminated in her lost but a close one.

The group minus bakugo, even silver chain, said she fought well and with some more concentration she could likely transfer that ability to an attack if she really tried. Ojiro took things a step further and approached the girl who was somewhat distraught by the results but ojiro approached and talked to her about why she was holding back and getting what he meant. A noticeable shudder went through her body just imagining what the effects would be like her thoughts dwelling back to the incident that happened between them. Ojiro first tried to calm her down by mentioning that it was just a simulation and that it wasn't real which worked slightly to calm the girl down, the next thing he mentioned was that technically she technically didn't have to use it on him in particular she could attempt to use it something else instead not wanting give her the complete answer so she could figure it out herself and after a little more coxing toru agreed and ran the simulation again.

This time around toru took her time she knew how the opponent fought and could more easily come up with solutions or counters, when he used his trampoline she was able to stop her assent by summoning a light platform behind her, if he made the air elastic she was able to cut through it with the whirlwind, she was finally able to pin down the criminal and used her light redaction to completely blind him allowing her to land a solid combo against the target before jumping back and repositioning he was down but not out as a sudden pink aura surrounded him and he sprang to life faster than ever before toru was just able to block the punch he sent her way that scitted her across the street, the trees were used as makeshift spring boards as he bounced around all around her slamming into her again and again as he passed by, she used her light refraction to blind the culprit briefly tripping him up but toru was simply not fast enough to capitalize allowing him to move again and strike her in the side before kicking her up into the air and slamming down with his gravity sandwich attack, toru was able to briefly create a light shield to block the direct attack but the force still forced her down to the earth where she was unceremonisly stepped on and defeated.

The gallery once again commended her effort and bakugo even remarked that she shouldn't feel that bad as she won the first round at least the second round skyrockets his power up to that of 1.30 or .0013 on the demon scale. ojiro , mina , kirishima gave her a round of applause as she came back over to sit down, ojiro wrapped an arm around and said that technically she was always at a deficit given that her true advantage was already taken a away and she shouldn't feel bad about her loss against such a powerful opponent given that he would likely struggle somewhat to win against him especially given the match up difference. Toru somewhat brightened at her boyfriend's words as the two shared a side hug and rooted for Mina's turn. Mina for being one of the more athletic girl in the class bakugo decided to start her off on where toru stopped at, her battle against gentle was little more skewed given she already know how the person fought and what he was like and she held no calms of killing inside of simulation like toru did, so with her unique style of fighting along with her acid gloves she was able to get through the first level relatively fine, the second level was trickier however he was just to fast for mina to really catch up with her acid even with child emperors enhancements she couldn't get a proper lock on to fire before the villain moved elsewhere and do to the unstable area her flow that she used for her dance was constantly interrupted throwing her blocks and dodges off. Mina eventually went full scorched earth and zapped all of the trees in the surrounding area to give gentle less room to maneuver but even without them he was still incredibly fast and with his quirk he could continue to travel in unexpected angles even without the trees leading to her eventual loss three times in a row.

The four of them all took their turns with the device another couple of times before bakugo called and read out the scores that the machine gave them.

Garou's Return

Jackie, ojiro, and toru were getting some extra training in during the night charanko having bailed out saying that he needed to get something done for the day in the park. Which ojiro was a bit bummed about given that now he technically didn't have a regular sparring partner that actually mirrored his martial arts. Instead of training by himself however the two girl had him covered for the most part he would practice and train against the two of them at the same time to ensure that he stays sharp, jackie would ensure that they stayed focus the entire time and no "couple stuff" which mostly stemmed from the fact that Sero was originally their but when it became apparent to even toru of all the people that the boy was too much of a distraction for jackie they had to send him away much to both of their complaints.

Ojiro was a bit surprised when he suddenly got a call from Shoji who had still been away with the tank tops but what he told him surprised him even more. Some of the tank toppers were tipped off by the police about a guy that resembled garou that was found in Z-city Grand Park, which was coincidentally where charanko was or was that really a coincidence? He thought as he thanked Shoji for the call and quickly went to go and leave, inevitably he was stopped by toru asking about what was wrong and what happened, he argued about lying to her but opted to tell the truth and how he worried for charanko's safety and believes he about to do something stupid involving garou, unsurprisingly toru wanted to go with him to ensure that he was ok, he wanted to argue but he didn't want to waste to much time debating it, the two of them looked to jackie to what she would do and she said that she would go along as well, despite being from a rival dojo she held respect for the old guy, which she called him much to his annoyance.

The three of them quickly made their way towards the bottom of the association towards the train system as they passed by a window the three of them briefly stopped by as they saw a bolt of green electricity fly outside of the base and zoom away. Ojiro got them back on track and told them that what they saw was likely midoriya he had texted him while they were running, he wanted him to go get bang if he was able to just in case something does happen.

Z-City grand park

Garou walked through the park angry and agitated ready to continue on with his hunt, he had to admit he was a little surprised by the gap between him and that kid, he knew the S-class were filled with supposedly monstrous individuals that made standard hero's look normal but to be completely overpowered like that and to take so much damage from a single hit proved that he may have underestimated them at least somewhat he would now be more cautions in running into the S-class heroes at least those that were higher than the kid himself maybe testing himself against the lower half wouldn't sound so bad, but that brought him to his thought about that group of theirs they had a second member in the S-class cold-heat or something like that but he didn't know if he should hunt him or not if the opportunity arises.

hmm, the non-killing army in a sense they are his antithesis he hunts heroes but doesn't kill them they attempt to capture monsters if ever possible but they weren't too dismissive of not killing them depending on the type that was which make them somewhat of hypocrites in his eyes although he had no qualms of killing other monsters but that was mostly to establish dominance the one thing universal with monsters was that they all respected strength in some shape or form so to become the ultimate monster meant to crush everything else under his foot heroes and monsters alike but unlike him most monsters were unstable animalistic in their approach he disliked the way the world all hamphisted them together in a way as evil but some were just walking disasters waiting to happen killing and destroying indiscriminately without a purpose or goal which only made them the bullies instead of the bullied which was why garou held no sympathy towards their deaths or killing them himself.

He thought about some more and still couldn't truly come to a conclusive answer on if he should hunt them or not when he thought about most of them were C-class anyways fighting them wouldn't really do anything for him normally but he guessed in his injured state any class of hero would do fighting through the pain is just another road in getting stronger, maybe he could snatch one of them and talk and see what their goals really are with this whole non-killing gimmick they have going on he questioned for a moment before snapping back to the moment. As he walked down dark passage in the park and spotting the perfect prey for his next hunt..he believed this was a C-class hero so he likely wouldn't be much of a challenge even in his current state but he needed to crush more heroes so that he could become even more monstrous in not only the eyes of the world but himself.

"You're a hero right? That means it's hunting time." Garou remarked at the man who was pedaling towards him with his bike.

"I am mumen rider, what do you mean hunting?" mumen rider asked

"You are going to be a stepping stone for me to become a true monster. " garou remarked

"We found you!" came a voice behind garou as a group of men started to emerge from behind some bushes leading to the street.

"We got a bone to pick you , garou!" tank top vegetarian remarked but was soon punched in the face just as the words left his lips, the other tank toppers were stunned as they didn't even see the man move.

"You want payback vegetarian? Even after I spared your life the first time? Now you're just gonna throw it away and you brought friends well I guess they all will die too. die, ``Garou remarked before getting ready to charge again but before he could something big hit him from the side sending him sprawling back before he stabilized and caught himself blood started to leak down his jaw and he could feel some of his old wounds reopen but he was still able enough to stand up.

"You chose the wrong prey hunter, no one hurts my followers." tank master said his fist smoking from the impact that he dealt, garou senses flared recognizing who this was.

"Wooo an S-class. I caught a big one today!" garou yelled in a slight bluff, truthfully a part of him wanted to avoid the S-class now wanting to be 100% before taking another of them on but he guessed that was no longer an option but judging from that hit just now he was sure of something that kid was way stronger this guy is nothing…he could fight him …no he could crush him. Garou thought as a sadistic smirk made its way to his lips.

Ojiro had tried to get into contact with charanko several times already to no avail, it was going straight to voicemail and his text were not being left on seen, the group of three didn't really know where exactly everything would be going down so they all decided to break off and go separate ways in the park to find the adult if he was even there in the first place. Ojiro hoped he wasn't as it would only prove that bang was right in his assessment of his disciple but ojiro would have hoped that he would have calmed down he thought him texting him about training together outside of the dojo was a testament to that but here he likely was and he must have knew that at his current level he still wouldn't have been a match for garou so what does he hope to prove? His prayers were and his hunch was indeed correct Jackie had found charanko first but between the two he was stronger and she couldn't stop him from reaching his destination, ojiro and toru quickly caught up and approached the teen finally making him stop in his tracks.

"What are you doing here?" charanko asked simply glaring at ojiro

"Stopping you from making a mistake, you're not going to accomplish anything by meeting him." ojiro said, staring back.

"So you're saying I'm too weak to do anything? To just let that man run around and continue to disgrace bang's name by using his martial arts to hurt innocent people?" charanko replied and ojiro took a moment and did a dejected nod of the head, charanko looked at him shocked.

"Aren't you a hero? don't you care if your fellow heroes get hurt, maybe even killed!...or is that because you and your friends are safe the reason you'll let him continue to go free?" charanko said, his voice rising before dropping into an inquisitive tone.

"That has nothing to do with it and you know that." toru interjected with agitation.

"I just know how to accept the facts…if you go there nothing will happen, we're simply too weak to do anything bang is on his way, we just have to wait until he arrives." ojiro said

"It will be too late by then!" charanko shouted back even more aggressively. But before any more debate could be had the rapid shuffling and thumps of fighting caught their ears and as they investigated all four were shocked at what they were seeing garou was currently pummeling about half of the tank top army and worst yet tank top master was on the ground some distance away.

Bang's dojo

"Bang are your affairs in order?" bomb asked

"I don't have family and neither do you." bang pointed out

"Don't be ridiculous. I said goodbye to hundreds of pupils." bomb countered

"Dropping so many students just to help me your benevolence still astounds me older brother." bang said.

"Hmph he would have come for my dojo anyways, are you ready for tonight's patrol?" bomb asked

"Yes, it would be time but we should remain cautious." bang replied but the sound of the door screeching open stopped all further conversation.

"Bang, it's garou he's in the grand park." midoriya in his 100% full cowling form said in the doorway and no words were said as all midoriya felt was a rabid blood lust seeped out from the man and the wind suddenly blow right past him along with a second wind which he assumed was his brother he quickly went off to follow after the two closing the door behind him as he went.

Grand park

"Do you still wanna sit here and do nothing?" charanko pressed as he looked over at ojiro's grimacing face viewing the brutality of the beat down.

"We can't just let him get away with this, didn't you tell me to focus on what motivates me? This is it , this is the greatest stain on bang's reputation and looks he's injured right now tank master didn't go out without a fight." charanko argued

"I don't want to sound crazy like him but this could be our only chance to capture him as well, bang and most likely bomb as well is on their way. We don't need to beat him, just delay him." Jackie argued also in support.

"It still seems too risky if you ask me." toru said and the last deciding opinion was left to ojiro as the last tank top army member went down his painful scream ringing through his ears as his body crumpled to the floor as blood erupted from his mouth, nose , and ear drums.

Garou had just got done beating the last tank jockey squad and it was in that moment that he could finally tell that his cause was just, as he felt the pain of his injuries past and new cloud over his body he also felt himself grow, he spared a glance to the tank top master one more time but the S-class hero was done for not that it mattered he already adapted to his simplistic fighting style he wouldn't be able to land another attack on him ever again. He let out a simple bloodstained chuckle before looking down at his bloody fist and smiled, he needed more, more heroes to keep progressing. He gave one last glance around to see if anyone still wanted to challenge him and then started to walk away or he would have if he didn't suddenly bump into nothing but empty air.. What the hell he thought before he checked again and sure enough there was a seemingly invisible wall preventing him from moving forwards so he stepped backwards and quickly found that, that way was blocked as well moving sideways proved the same problem in fact he if he didn't know any better the walls were closing in on him and surrounding him, doing the most natural thing to do in the situation he knocked his fist back as much as he could given the sudden cramped space and punch the invisible wall in front of him, he was surprised that the thing shattered almost like glass, he heard a shriek of anguish and immediately turned to the source.

Ojiro quickly sucked in his teeth and he and charanko quickly stepped out of the bushes in front of garou.

"You dojo defiler! You don't deserve to use the water stream rock smashing fist!" charanko angrily, but garou ignored him and focused in on silver wukong.

"I hope you're just the clean up crew because I don't know if you realize it but that's tank top master laying their on his ass behind you." garou taunted, pointing behind him, with a blood stain smirk. Ojiro took a quick glance but shook his head.

"A hero wouldn't just let you get away with this…even if we may not stand a chance…I'll still give it my all." ojiro declared as he and charanko got into the water streams stance. Garou snarled for a moment that if he couldn't even inspire fear in people like this then that just proved that he still had a long way to go before he could become a true monster. He flexed his muscles for a moment but he didn't mirror or offer them the courtesy of a stance he didn't need to use the geezer techniques to beat these two novices.

"It's your funeral if you want to join the body count, I won't stop you." garou remarked steadily as he took a single breath and waited for them to charge at him but just as they did his vision suddenly vanished and soon after he was assaulted by a kick to the right cheek this made him even more confused and hinted at there being more than just the two of them that came out.

which made sense that shrek was too girly in nature to come from either of the two teens that came out. He couldn't see but he could feel as the three of them attacked him over and over again they were like little nats bites all over his body except for the sudden extra bite from what he assumed was wukongs tail. After enduring a few morse strikes garou planned his counter attack waiting for an attack and then quickly moving his arm to wrap around the ensuing appendage and grabbing hold and squeezing causing pain screams of anguish to emerge from whoever he had grabbed as he felt the bone begin to tighten and rattle, the same quickly happened to the others as well grabbing a hold of what he felt like a leg and the last one being caught underneath his foot pressing deeper and deeper into his spine. All three let out pained screams as he started to exert more power on each appendage.

"Whichever one of you took my vision away, return it now or I'll make sure to crush your bones to paste." garou yelled out into the darkness but his threat worked and soon enough his vision slowly came back and he noticed that in front of him laid another person this one wearing nothing but a martial arts uniform and by nothing he mean that he couldn't see anything but the clothes no skin or even a face which meant that this was another one of those non-killing army brats. His face darkened even more maybe giving them that message made them a little to brave, he took a look at who he was holding where and realized that underneath him was wukong he was stepping on his tail and pressing it into his back, he had the other boy by the arm while the leg he held belonged to a dark skinned girl with a similar dojo uniform to invisible girl and getting a better look at it, he realize that it belonged to the old farts brothers students.

"Let them go!" garou heard the girl desperate plea which snapped him back to her and he obliged although a bit roughly he picked up both of the people he held in his arms and smacked them into each other before kicking ojiro up with his foot and then kicking him into the other two that were falling sending them sprawling towards the invisible girl who would have been hit as well by the three but she created a makeshift cushion for the three as they fell.

She went to make sure that all of them were ok, they all managed to stand up again and face him.

"So now what's your plan huh? It's clear as day you can't beat me.`` Garou remarked with a smug grin. But they still opposed him, the four launched themselves at the creature and garou repaid in kind, he was playing with them mostly this time however he wanted to actually witness bombs martial arts they were likely novices as well but he could probably figure the rest out on his own. As he danced around he heard a whisper of wind and dodged his head out of the way but not completely a a slice mark made its way to his cheek while it was a shallow cut garou was fascinated by the potential it could reach, the dark skinned one was the one that dealt the blow and for her troubles she received a gut punch that completely sent her spiraling into the trees down, garou quickly swiped his leg up and hit the large hair one in the side of the head making him faceplant in right into the rock wall next to them. Garou next target was the invisible girl she had been annoying through the encounter taking his vision away sporadically throughout but a sudden blow actually pushed him back at least somewhat, it was silver wukong again this time however his tails were nowhere to be found he and he looked somewhat bigger? But to garou it was nothing to be concerned about they scraped for a few more seconds before he tripped him up and punched him directly in the chest forcing him down to the ground with a resounding crack before kicking him again and again while there, he normally didn't pick on the weak but this was to set an example to the others of their little group, while he hasn't decided to hunt them yet if they dare try to oppose him this is what would happen to them. He did one more kick before he was surprised by a shining light, looking up he noticed that emerging from the invisible girl was a large pillar of light rising high into the night sky at first he believed it was an attack but his senses thought better of it as he felt something wasn't right and he quickly ran away as fast as he could.

It was 30 seconds later that midoriya, bomb, and bang arrived.

"It's a slaughter." bomb remarked as he looked at the scene splayed out in front of them.

"Bang do you know where he may appear next?" midoriya asked as he checked over the bodies but before bang could respond he heard crying off in the distance and walked a few feet trying to locate the source but he couldn't see anything, it was bomb and midoriya that rushed past him and suddenly disappeared from his sight being absorbed into something with a slight ripple of affect noting their entrance, bang approached and enter and was shocked and angered at what he saw on the ground young toru was crying, hovering over an unconscious and severely beaten ojiro midoriya was simply standing over her them protectively as he let the girl weep, bomb on the other hand was taking care of his own apprentice although the girl was more concerned about toru despite the pain she was going through.

"Ba-bang…." bang snapped his head over to the familiar voice, there he found charanko the upper right portion of his face showed blood but he couldn't see his face as the apprentice didn't look him in the eyes.

"I'm …sorry bang..I-it was all my fault…this was all me." Charanko remarked, his voice oozing regret and sadness, he could see tears falling from his face as he remained knelt down. Bang approached.

"Charanko." bang's His voice was venomous in nature and filled with disappointment, before he could do anything however he felt a tug on one of his wrist he turned to find midoriya he was still in his full cowling state bang assumed that the child was angry and wanted to attack him for this incident and he would allow it, he said that he would protect his friends but they still ended up hurt but no attack was forthcoming as he opened his eyes and saw that the boy had powered down and held something out to him.

"It's not your fault or yours charanko ….I'm sure ojiro decided this of his own accord, he knew the likely consequences. bang….I respect your decision on trying to do this yourself and to take care of your own problem but at least allow us to help you…we will be your eyes and ears if any of us spots him we will be able to tell you the cities he's in by paging you with this pager.'' Midoriya explained handing the device to the old man who accepted it.

"I…thank you so much…your help would be gratefully appreciated, I will get revenge for your friend and my apprentice." bang swore and midoriya only nodded as he finally pried toru away from ojiro's form enough for the paramedic to cart him away to the nearest hospital with the rest of the tank toppers.

Two days later Hero association hospital

Saitama came walking into a sterilized hospital room, he had approached the bed side of an acquaintance of his Satoru, who was injured previously.

"I didn't think that you would come and visit, I'm so happy saitama." mumen rider remarked

" yeah, um …can I put these bananas down here." Saitama remarked casually and proceeded to do so before he took one and started to eat it.

"Those were for you?" Satoru asked, surprised.

" It was all over the news, you know? A sudden monster beating up a dozen heroes.`` Saitama said seemingly ignoring his question before taking a banana and handing it to the bed ridden but the conversation completely negated his appetite so he declined the fruit at least for now.

"The hero association called him a monster but it was a human, or something that heavily resembles one at least." Satoru remarked simply.

"Oh so he was just some punk?" saitama inquired

"no , he's strong, he's a horribly strong human." Satoru said in contemplation

"Oh? Is he as strong as the fish monster?" saitama questioned

"Ugh…while the deep sea king was strong, his strength was different it was-"

"Technique" a sudden voice said in a neighboring flat , Satoru completely recognized the voice and quickly pulled the current that separated their two beds.

"He uses advanced martial arts….bang truly trained a demon." the man said absentmindedly

"Ugh and who is that?" saitama asked Satoru

"That's the S-class hero tank top master." Satoru replied

"Oh! Your the guy that was in the news as well you got beat up the most!" Saitama boasted loudly as if it was something to be proud of.

"That's because I stood my ground the most!" tank top master yelled back immediately. Before grabbing at his damaged head from the exertion.

"Agh … damit, I can't believe that kid beat me, but his skills were vicious most of the time. I beat most of the opponents I encountered withone punch. Tank master remarked and this immediately gained saitama's interest going over next to the hero and offering him a banana and wanting him to explain further.

"He dodged, parried, and blocked all of my attacks, the strength of your attack doesn't matter if it can't hit its target. He countered and anticipated my moves and returned the damage back two fold. he also incapacitated physical functions using joint and vital spots. In short, his martial art was made to defeat heroes. I don't know if how much he's changed since bang taught him or bang's martial arts is simply that dangerous but I do know that if no one puts a stop to him soon the bodies will continue to pile up. A self styled monster that hunts heroes is a problem that could shake society to its very core. Once I'm prepared I fully intend to take revenge." tank top master said

"Hero hunting huh? Well if he's having fun beating up on S-class heroes , then it's only a matter of time before he comes looking for me!" saitama said loudly mostly to himself with a grin on his face but no one in the current hospital room really responded to him so he took that as his moment to leave, now he was curious about martial arts and wanted to experience it himself and as if he wished upon a star the perfect person came before him as the old man rushed through the hallway just to be halted in his tracks by saitama grabbing a hold of his arm.

"Ow, ow, ow." ojiro remarked as he just started to flutter his eyes open just to feel something pressed against his face and water marks leaking down dropping down on his face and he quickly realize who it was, he couldn't move his arms or legs but he could still move his tail to pat the girl on the head signaling to her that he was well..not alright but he was alive at least. Toru let go and sat into the chair next to his bed still sniffing as she made words to speak.

"I'm ok, toru." ojiro said to comfort the girl.

"No. you're not." came her immediate reply and ojiro simply let out a painful chuckle as he used his tail to caress the girl's face and wipe away some stray tears.

"You're right about that I guess, what happened?" ojiro asked as he relished in the feeling of toru messaging his tail before she stopped.

"I managed to scare garou away by broadcasting our location. We got you to the hospital soon after that and you've been out for two days since." toru said in a shaky voice, two days ojiro muttered to himself.

"Do we know what happened to garou?" ojiro questioned

"No, but he's still out there hunting heroes. More people have been injured…..don't tell me you still want to fight that monster.`` Toru said, her voice breaking up somewhat.

"No … I just guess my gamble didn't pay off." ojiro said, shaking his head and before toru could reply however two others entered the room.

"Oh look, monkey boy is up!" Jackie remarked as her and charanko came into the scene carrying snacks and drinks, setting them down. They were slightly injured as well; Charanko had bandages wrapped around the top of his head and Jackie couldn't quite hide the struggle in her stride as she moved.

"I'm so sorry man, you got hurt because of my stupidity. Bang was right all along." charanko remarked dejectedly.

"It was my choice to do so, You were right just because we may not have a chance to win we shouldn't just throw in the towel." ojiro remarked.

"I'm glad that you see it that way, because let me tell you, your girlfriend here was hell these past two days, I swear during practice she was going to take my head off." Jackie commented with laughter elbowing the girl in the chair.

"I wasn't that mean." toru remarked, slightly embarrassed.

"Oh really? Charanko your thoughts on that?" jackie pried…but he merely just rubbed the back of his head while looking away bashfully.

"She wasn't that bad…and anything that she did was properly deserved, while you may not agree…I truly disappointed bang with that stunt and got you hurt…you understood the danger but still went along with me to protect me just like bang wanted you to. Your much more worthy of being his student than I am right now and for that reason…I don't even want to participate in the super fight tournament anymore.`` Charanko said earnestly, taking out his super fight tournament and about to throw it in the trash but he was stopped by a hand.

"Bang?" charanko exclaimed as the olderman took the invitation.

" it is good that you realize the errors of your way's…you're becoming more and more of a martial artist by the day." bang complimented.

"You honor me with your praise." charanko quickly replied, nodding his head. Bang quickly turned around and offered the ticket to saitama.

"Here, you take this saitama unfortunately due to the times I can't offer to teach you myself but you should be able to enter into the super fights tournament with this and experience some of the greatest martial artists on the planet there as well." bang said, offering the ticket to him, he took it and was completely baffled by the prize for the tournament 3 million yen.

"Thanks. Best of luck to you old dude and tail guy.`` Saitama remarked as he walked away.

"Just don't try and impersonate me! You can just spectate from the sidelines." charanko called after as the bald man was leaving. With him gone the rest of the group all began to converse briefly amongst themselves about the current state of affairs and bang once again apologized for his former apprentices actions both of them in fact. When the conversation was proving to simply die down into rather idle chatter, Jackie took the opportunity to usher both of the other gentlemen out of the room so that toru and ojiro could have some alone time she said leaving with a wink. Toru gave a soft chuckle and a roll of her eyes but thanked the girl nonetheless. As the other made their exit the two that remained sat in silence for a moment apparently due to the nature of how worried his classmates were and also probably due to them needing special "in the know" doctors to treat them he was left alone in the large hospital.

"How is everyone else doing?" ojiro asked.

"Oh…everyone's doing fine I suppose…momo still isn't back from her operation yet so on top of you…a lot of them are just worried about everything going on, even todoroki is noticeably off kilter about it but me and mina are pretty sure it's mostly about momo." toru remarked with a half hearted chuckle before going into silence once more but ojiro heard more sniffling coming from the empty air coming next to him.

"I….I was so worried….in that moment I thought…I thought..he was going to…" toru began but was silenced as ojiro stretched an arm to comfort her and pulled her head closer to him, she allowed him to do so and he pressed her forehead on his.

"I'm alive ok….stressing out over hypotheticals will only make you worry more…..besides killing isn't really garou's thing." ojiro ended with a half quip and while the girl didn't relax completely he felt her breath steady once more as he felt a peck on his lips, he momentarily pondered how it would look like for him to be kissing empty air and how crazy he must look like to an on looker, but than his mind also went to the fact that he was actually was kissing empty air and what that signified for the girl next to him as a notable blush completely overwhelmed his face.

"Umm…not that I don't want you here or anything but….but what are you …. Why are you naked?" ojiro asked, his voice steadily shrinking down as he took several side glances at the girl..who said nothing for several moments before letting out a laugh . It was comforting for him to hear given how sad she had just been prior and he felt a quick kiss on the cheek before she finally responded to him.

"Well…you may be sorry to hear this pervert but I'm not naked at all!" toru exclaimed as excitement entered her tone.

"Oh really? Does that mean that your suit was completed?" ojiro questioned

"Mhhm." toru said but her voice was further away and he felt a hand ghost across his leg before tickling his foot and retreating and soon enough he was able to see her completely and was surprised by her looks.

"I wanted you to be the first person to get to see it. How does it look? Does it make my butt look big?" toru said before turning around and shaking her butt at him for a moment before turning back around with a teasing grin on her face, ojiro face noticeably brightened red at the teasing.

"I think you look beautiful" he replied simply this time making the girl flush from the praise, toru new suit was like her hair mostly green, it was very form fitting so it left very little to the imagination but it also had seemingly plant like theme going on with the top of the collar of her uniform coalescing upwards and wrapping around her head like the end of an orchid flower into the back of her hair unlike most of the suit which consisted of light green and yellow that blended together the collar was a vibrant red color, this vibrant red was located a few other places like her fist, knees, elbows, and boots.

"That's not all! feel it but watch those hands.`` Toru offered, going back over to just across from him, ojiro raised his hand and felt the fabric and was surprised that it was outright cold to the touch.

"Yup, this suit also hides my heat signature. And my collar can even enclose around my head as well to block it there as well.`` Toru remarked and true to her word as she slid her hands up and over her collar that slowly came together and wrapped around her head, leaving no sign of her eyes.

"Can you even see out of that?" ojiro questioned, the girl nodded.

"Yeah I can. It's transparent on the inside for me to get good luck through.`` Toru said, simply tapping him on the nose to confirm before pushing the thing back down to hang around her collar again loosely

"Well I really think it looks great. And if as long as you're satisfied with it then I'm happy." ojiro said offering the girl a smile and she smiled back but wrinkled her nose a bit.

"I'm not completely satisfied with it. It can hide my heat signature and has sound dampening tech in the boots but I still don't know how to get around motion sensors so I can steal from a bank.`` Toru said and both of them laughed at the joke.

"Well I'm sure you'll figure it out eventually." ojiro remarked but before they could continue on with their conversation, toru got a text from mina, complimenting her suit and how she sees that ojiro is awake now, she only held confusion for one moment before she figured out who actually told her these things and turned to look at jackie taking presumably a photo of them in the doorway the girl mentioned that her quirk was leaking out into the hallway causing a very confused few set of glances for the people that walked by and that mina told her to tell her of any developments that had happened between the two of them. Toru let out a chuckle and dissipated her awakening much to ojiro's displeasure but he let it slide for now as him and toru sent a video to the class talking about him finally waking up which garnered the usual reissuances and happy healings, and of course a couple of others will come visit him soon when they had the time.

Garou Just got done beating up a couple of three C-class heroes aggravated by the fact that even after beating up tank top master and his goons along with being on the the hero association bounty board as an S-class criminal he still not getting any of the respect that he deserves were the heroes really just that fearless or were the heroes of the lower classes really just that dumb? This latest incursion really just put even more emphasis on the fact that he just wasn't monstrous enough but he struggled to see what he was lacking no matter how many heroes he beat they still didn't fear him…was it because he was being too soft? Or did they not take him seriously because he didn't kill? It made some semblance of sense his threat would likely be under that of any monster due to him never killing any of his victims which would give all the heroes a sense of security whenever they encountered him because in truth all it would mean was just a trip to the hospital for however long their injuries needed, he knew due to the advancements in technology unless he really exerted himself their broken bones could be repaired in time. He pondered about killing again, it wasn't the first time it crossed his mind but no matter how hard he tried he couldn't bring himself to do it every time he would attempt to approach that edge his body just failed to execute even against criminals.

His body must recognize something that he doesn't. Once he crosses that line there's no going back and he wants to be fully prepared when that moment finally arrives. For now he would settle on the fact that the association did indeed call him a monster instead of a human but he knew that it was equally likely so that they could cover for the tank top master defeat an S-class being beaten by a "human" would probably cause a massive rock up for their apparent super powers, which mean that to truly established himself he needed to defeat an S-class hero in broad day light in front of the public. A wicked grin grew on his face just imagining it but that would be for some other time for now he was pondering on his next prey who would hunt next anything above C-class would do. They offered little for his improvement. Garou was walking and happened to spot a boy sitting on a park bench but what actually interested him was what he was reading, which was a hero guide.

"What, you got their kid?" garou remarked as he silently perched up behind the boy but despite his cut up and likely menacing appearance the boy paid it no mind as he responded with glee.

"Oh this! This is a hero guide.. This was the latest edition but they're coming out with a new one soon. But this one is special to me because I got lighting genji's autograph, see here. He partols my neighborhood, eventually I want to get all of the lighting's autographs including voltens." the boy remarked, showing garou the autograph in question.

"That's cool..You should take me to your neighborhood. I would like to get an autograph myself." garou remarked

"Ok! Do you like hero's old dude?" the kid asked

"Yeah, something like that…they're a big help to me. that hero guide looks pretty useful it has the heroes faces and stats, you should lend it to me for a week." garou said simply as he sat down next to the kid.

"No way, you'll probably take it." the kid remarked holding the book close to his chest defensively.

"Aw come on man, don't be that way. Do I really look like the kind of person to steal from a kid?" garou asked

"Well I literally just met you old dude so I don't know what type of person you are." the kid countered.

"Hmph, fair point I guess there…well How about to build some trust you let me see it for a minute." garou offered and after a little bit of hesitance the boy slowly held the book out for him to grab and garou quickly did so taking the book and opening it up to view the contents but stopped when he saw something interesting.

"This book even have a section for monsters and urban legends? Cool!" garou exclaimed with enthusiasm.

"I don't like that section. I find it pretty scary." the kid remarked

"I like scary things the scarier the better." garou replied, looking through the list of monsters.

"You got really weird taste, old dude." the kid remarked simply but garou wasn't listening to him as he scanned through the entries

"I hope I'm able to get into here one day." garou spoke absentmindedly

"You want to become a hero too old dude? Me too but I'm not really athletic." the kid remarked glumly which was contrasted by garou seemingly annoyed expression.

"Well that's a good thing." garou replied simply as the kid took the book back from his hands.

"That's fairly mean of you to say, old dude. I still haven't given up on it." the kid said but garou merely stood up. He spent enough time talking and from the book he found the location and time that the A-class hero golden ball will be so it was hunting time.

"Well I should be going, but I'll be back to take a look at that book again." garou remarked

"Oh umm sure thing!" the kid said happily.

"And another thing don't call me old dude, I'm still a teenager." garou said simply.

"Humm? What did you say something?" The kid jokes miming an old man with slight hearing. Garou let out a growl of annoyance.

"Beat it brat!" he yelled as he turned away and continued on his way.

Garou found his prey exactly where the book said he would be and briefly pondered the issue of personal space but maybe information in the book wasn't always looked over by the heroes themselves that included them and was just a factoid that people knew about them as well. He entered the bar and walked up to his target. He was a bit regretful that his target seemed to be a bit tipsy but after some persuasion and slicing his current drink in half, golden ball agreed to follow him. He took the hero straight to the nearest alley and gotten near to the end before turning around to quiet the heroes drunken ramblings but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise as the hero wasn't completely drunk not to know who he was, he had launched an attack from behind that he narrowly avoided scoring his second scar on his other cheek that bled down his face but he missed weather that was because of his skill or the heroes semi drunken state he didn't know but he wouldn't let the hero get another chance. But just as he thought that the hero changed his approached this time not aiming at him but around him and in the next blink of an eye the shot that clear missed came back a struck him in the leg penetrating completely through and out the other end but the blow missed in vital areas which meant the hero was definitely off his game.

But now he knew his game, so that meant there would be no other chance for the hero to surprise him and to truly demonstrate that fact as the hero unleashed a barrage of golden balls at each reflecting off the walls of the alley's form different angles he was able to read them dodging each with as minimal movement as possible to conserve energy just in case another hero popped up out of nowhere but it was also all he could do not to take needles injuries. He had to give that one invisible girl some of the credit as well her reducing and turning off his vision actually helped him better accommodate for night time fights which he used to his advantage now but even with all that the hero still had one more shot left if the book and his headcount of the balls he were dodging was correct and it was as the hero fired one last final shot at him which if he kept holding back definitely would have connected..hmph he never imagined a simple A-class hero would drive him to use that old bastards technique but here he was as he diverted the attack back into a different one and quickly did the same to the other balls that floated and bounced around him until all of them crashed toward the alley floor and judging by the heroes frightened and stunned form that was his last golden ball which meant it was over for him.

Just as garou took a step forwards towards the hero an handkerchief flew past him and from it poofed a sword garou took a jump back as a shadow jumped past the hero grabbed the sword and took multiple swipes at him, due to the speed and surprise he could get away scott free his close had numerous tears in them from where sword swipes drew a little too close to home but him fighting that ninja seemed to work out for him, the swordsman didn't draw a single drop of blood from his body only ripped his clothes. The A-class hero spring mustachio, apparently the two had prior engagement to meet out for drinks so he came searching for him when he wasn't there. They believe that since his leg was injured that meant he would be at a disadvantage but given what he read about mustachio in that book, this narrow alley was also to his disadvantage but apparently that wasn't entirely true as the swordsmans launched at him slashing with such speed that it took up the entire alleyway which force him into one direction but upwards and it soon clicked on why he chose that approach as he remembered the man's signature technique the tomboy he watched as his sword condensed on itself before shooting upwards just like the book said it would he wouldn't be able to avoid the attack completely but he could reduce the chance of completely becoming a shish kabob.

He extended his hand as quickly as possible and just as he felt the steel penetrate and spear through his hand and he quickly threw it to the side as the attack continued and slid down the attack and struck the man in the face with his other fist sending him spiraling into some garbage cans.

It was sad really if he didn't hold himself back by following the social restrictions the two of them may have had a decent fight but one thing was for sure he was completely used to blade wielding opponents at this point, hell if he could he wanted to test that theory against that ninja from before.

"You shouldn't get cocky, you won't get away with this for long." golden ball remarked simply still standing there.

"But I'll keep getting stronger so try to beat me if you can, until then I'll be cocky all I like!" garou remarked, sticking up a finger at the man as he walked away laughing, leaving the hero to only grimace and get his friend from under the garbage.

Garou soon walked out of the alley into the hustle and bustling street, he was pretty excited from those two heroes he actually was able to get stronger from encountering them and he just found his reason why he doesn't kill heroes so in the obvious advent that they come back at him stronger than before he could improve again once he crushed them once more in an everlasting cycle not only would he actually give him something to do while he's actually at the top it would reaffirm to everyone that he was still the strongest monster when he got their. His day was slightly ruined when he ran into a man who said he was also part of the hero association and was "fighting on the front lines" but it was clear as day that the man was full of it and the two women that were with him were obviously just there for his money but when he mentioned sweet mask it did peak his interest but just not enough to spare him from his despicable tactics of trying to use his connections to gain affection from girls so he offered the man his own kind of kiss on the cheek, one that included all five of his knuckles as he quickly moved on. He surprised that he's still able to walk around freely without being harassed he guessed that not many people actually look at the hero association bounty boards for updates and just assume a hero will take care of it but Going from his battle with the A-class to that really dampened his mood he didn't even feeling like hunting anymore that guy from supposedly from the association was so lame.

"Oh, just the one I was looking for." garou heard someone speak behind him, he turned his head to look and clearly saw some plain looking bald guy looking right at him, he didn't look like anyone in the book so he must be some low rank upstart trying to quickly rise by beating him or he could have been with that other guy he just beat up, in either case it didn't matter I show him what happens when he underestimates me. Garou thought as he quickly whirled on the hero with a karate chop straight to his chest but he was shocked to see that it did absolutely nothing to the hero in question. Did he hold back too much? But before he could ponder anymore a counter chop to his neck took him completely out of the fight, dropping his body like a sack of bricks as he watched the ball headed man go back to shopping and get a wig of some kind. The next thing garou knew when he woke up was that he was suddenly being carried by someone from what he could vaguely hear was some more C-class heroes talking about turning him in and he quickly dash any hopes of that when he woke up and instantly defeated them. He rubbed the back of his neck for a moment and wondered about what happened to him last night these pissants sure as hell couldn't have been the one to knock him out as he look at the body of three heroes at his feet she shook his head and popped his neck before just moving on, he didn't know if anyone else would be coming along shortly if they radioed him in.

Three Days later

"You called kacchan?" Midoriya said as he sped over to the training area where bakugo said to meet him at, he was surprised that tokoyami and todoroki were also there as well.

"I'm sure pink cheeks have already told you about what we're doing so just shut up and sit down with the rest of them, half and half I need you to actually focus here and stop worrying about ponytail, she's already back and will be on her feet by tomorrow." bakugo responded roughly to both of them, midoriya simply nodded while proceeding to sit down.

"Sorry that I actually seem to care about our classmates' health." Todoroki snapped back unexpectedly, earning a harsh silence to come across most of them. Bakugo actually smirked at the remark.

"It's been a while since I heard you like that, got to admit you sound a lot better that way." bakugo remarked simply before bringing up the device and going over what they were doing bakugo had over the course of the week steadily brought in everyone else from their class to participate and see where they were at and as expected most of them couldn't even get past stain which bakugo didn't lambasted them for in the moment but wanted to make sure the people present understood where they stood when it came to back home and the fight taking place their most of them would be useless, Iida and kirishima were light exceptions to the rule as well as the tail boy, along with jiro and kaminari he pleasantly surprised that jiro able to get past him he would have added koda to the list as well he was surprised him slightly given what he could do with his feedback ability but going off what the quite kid told him about to match the same highs he could achieve with the monsters would require a exponentially staggering amount of animals to draw the same power which would decrease his chances in actual combat back home. After bakugo finished explaining everything it was silver chain that spoke first.

"I'm surprised that you waited this long to select them, aren't these your most powerful companions? They would reasonably provide the best combat data to take from." silver chain said.

"Maybe he didn't choose us because we're all stronger than him!" dark shadow said emerging from tokoyami whom simply shook his head.

" dark shadow please." Midoriya begged knowing how that type of talk could set bakugo off but surprisingly he didn't immediately yell back like he normally would have although midoriya could tell by the angry expression and heated glare.

"No, I'm being serious! I may not have been there myself but I know of shining lights experiences and she beat this guy in a battle. Bet he didn't tell anyone that." dark shadow remarked with a smug tone and when bakugo made no room to deny the claims only balling his fist in even more anger as micro explosions were let out of his palms.

"She got lucky that's all, don't think I can't still beat you however." bakugo said, making a threatening finger at the shadow monster.

"Oh big man, only winning when he has a quirk advantage, maybe she is just a bad matchup for you." the ghost commented back echoing his own word back at him, bakugo was really struggling not to blow up this time around and made worse by todoroki's comment.

"Your inferiority to us aside, we should probably carry on to the actual reason we're here. ``Bakugo breathed in a heavy breath and exhaled from his mouth.

"Right, since the shadow wants to talk so much , you two can go first…your first opponents going to be asterius and after that the giant turtle that we fought game-berus , you'll likely stop their but in case you don't the next fight would be with(he tossed a glance over to todoroki)...endeavor." bakugo finished getting a noticeably jolt from the teens eyes but it quickly quieted back down as Tokoyami came back up to the stage and took the headset and put it on. Bakugo walked over with silverchain to sit down.

"You have done better at controlling your emotions." silver chain remarked as they sat down.

"If I didn't know any better I would have guessed that you set them up to that." bakugo snarled out.

"Well it is good that you know better, since I have not communicated with your classmates without your presence as you have asked for." silver chain replied simply and bakugo just let out a grunt of approval as the group went to watch the battle between tokoyami and the minotaur.

The battle was rather simple, tokoyami held an edge in most attributes but was worse off in the experience department. Despite it being currently night time and dark shadow being out the simulation was in the day and he was fighting with shining light instead the two of them fought together tokoyami dawning that golden armor of his to do battle the two traded blows for a moment tokoyami getting through the astrerious defenses more often than not leaving searing marks on his body from every slash as the wound would instantly cauterize which actually help the fight drag on, tokoyami wasn't too proficient at sword fighting as the creature however so the creature was able to land some blows of his own but that armor was incredibly resilient allowing him to shrug off the blows rather easily. Tokoyami wanted to finish the match without actually killing the monster but even having it's legs render useless it still wanted to fight and refused to kneel after a time shining light finished it off ending the battle in his victory. Bakugo merely scoffed at the display before changing it to the next monster on the list without further commentary.

The next creature was the giant turtle this was tokoyami's first time actually seeing the creature conscious, and it was on him immediately the creature launched at him with a stream of fire, shining light quickly spanned it's large bow in front of tokoyami ablating the fire for at least for some time, when the creature unleashed it's lightning attack in conjunction he withstood it in fact the added lighting supercharged shining light enough to shoot the spinning bow through the attack dispelling both and striking one of the turtles center head lodging their. The creature noticeably cringed at the attack and swipe at it's head to clear the foreign object, tokoyami combined with shining light and quickly launched off avoiding the blue beam that exited out of its mouth, the attacks were too plentiful however striking him multiple times across his body but he managed to get close enough to score a slice across one of the turtles head before dodging out of the way to of another attack and retrieving his discarded bow. They fought the turtle for sometime but ultimately were unable to beat it, getting eaten by the creature during the battle's conclusion. While somewhat satisfied with the result bakugo still fulfilled the raven boys request that if he could change the parameters of the system truing it to midday but after some arguments for dark shadow changing it to night time instead which he did so.

The ensuing fight was much closer well than before although still at a somewhat disadvantage due to the monster elemental attacks even tokoyami's new ragnarok juggernaut form didn't help him out and he was soon finished off with a combined elemental strike from the beats although he did better than their entire group did when they encountered it todoroki noted. Changing the system to mid day instead made the result skew more in tokoyami favor, his flaming angelic form dancing and wading through the fire monster attack and cutting off its head entirely before coming down on it straight through the shell and out again. Even bakugo was stunned by the sudden increase in strength but he didn't join in the praise that the other three did for him.

The last challenge that he had for him was endeavor which he surely thought he failed against and knowing his own limitations tokoyami wanted to start the first round immediately during mid day. The two of them were like flaming men angels though the sky, endeavor was stronger, faster and more experiences so his attacks would often get through most of the time but tokoyami's blades were still dangerous to the hero and in the end the match concluded with tokoyami getting fried after the hero purposely let himself be stabbed in the gut and in retaliation used his prominence burn to completely cook tokoyami. The group clapped for his efforts and even bakugo compliment how strong he was with caveat being the time of day that is.

"How many people do you have stored in their kacchan?" midoriya asked

"Everyone , everyone the classes ever faced before actually..well unless they are below that of wolf then I figure those were worthless data points to really consider everyone should be aiming higher than random mooks. Half and half you're up. " bakugo responded simply as he took the headset and pointed to Todoroki who went up to take the headset next.

"Your start out with the same opponent, but your next will be different. It will be wolfram, that metal controlling guy that attacked I-island and apparently one of all for one lackey now as well, then game-berus I'm sure you're curious how you match up now.`` Bakugo remarked and Todoroki simply nodded, taking her headset.

The first match was rather easy for the fire-ice teen the monster really lacked the range to effectively deal with him and lacked the speed to ignore such a disadvantage eventually he simply wore the creature down with a mix of his fire and ice attacks before finally being able to freeze the creature entirely ending the match in his victory, bakugo muttered under his breath that he was a coward but silverchain rebuffed him stating that there was nothing cowardly beating an enemy with by taking advantage of their weaknesses and that his pride as a fighter could lead to an early death she remarked simply making bakugo scowl in anger but he relented to her judgment. The next battle between wolfram was simulated on the same field as the battle on I-island. The battle initially started out with todoroki on the defenses using his Ice to block the metal cubes that were coming at him or evaporating them completely by using his fire side but in his base state it was all he could do but block and dodge around the many metal cubes and tentacles flying around to attack him he entered into his phosphorus red state and similar to his father he unleashed a torrent of flames that completely enshrouded his body, these flames were burning at an entity so strong that the metal tentacles that he tried to ensnare the teen with would simply burn away. The battle came to an ultimate conclusion where wolfram used that Giant cube to fully crush the teen in mid flight but todoroki counted the attack with a large hell's sword the massive sword cut straight through the giant metal cube and the surprise of which allowed todoroki to completely finish off wolfram himself.

Midoriya was shocked by the display remembering the battle himself and his double detroit smash with all might to finish off the villain but here todoroki did it alone and he was proud if he was being honest, he always knew todoroki was strong but this was still an hopeful development, kacchan seemed less than amused by the development but said nothing and todoroki continued on with the next battler while he tried valiantly he couldn't defeat the turtle no matter what trick or form he tried the beast was just too much for him but he didn't mind that much he was still getting stronger after all. Next up was midoriya but bakugo wanted to make something clear before he began.

"Midoriya I already know where you're likely to be thanks to the cyborg. You're in a completely different bracket than the rest of us, you're going to the dragon level enemies in terms of scale that they were doing, it's in the thousands range genos said that you would 2,000 specifically and for comparison that turtle was at four hundred but don't go thinking things are a simple as the numbers make it seem endeavor was at 700 and the incomplete shigaraki was only at 750 in comparison but it still took a lot to from everyone involved to take that monster down. The difference in number may seem small but it still could be an order of magnitude in difference in actuality" bakugo remarked simply casting a glance over towards tokoyami.

"I see." midoriya remarked in thought, shigaraki was on the device as well which made sense given he has all of their combat data.

"The first person you're going to fight will be a monster that the association called beefcake at 1.8 or 1,800 , the next will be that monster from before carnage kabuto at 2 or 2,000, and finally prime all might at another 2 or 2,000. There are actually monsters stronger than that but…it just scales to high to actually bother with it won't help.

"There were monsters that were stronger than all might? Where did you get data on them?" midoriya immediately questioned

"Yeah , just because all might was the strongest on our world doesn't mean he would hold a candle to things elsewhere in the universe and presumably it came from that caped baldy" bakugo remarked a bit angrily just saying those left a sour taste in his mouth.

"Who?" midoriya questioned

"He's referring to Saitama, geno's master." Todoroki explained and than Midoriya remembered the bald man..he completely toyed with the simulation of Shigaraki that one time, I guess if these simulations were right then that scene made sense now.

Midoriya was stunned by his first opponent it was just so massive much bigger than even gigantomachia it was an incredible difficulty to even find a decent place to land his attacks on the giant using his float he was able to at least get up to the massive behemoths head and using his black whip he was able to avoid most of the creatures massive strikes and completely return with some of his own if anything it' size was an incredible detriment in the battle as he was simply to fast for the giant to hit. The next battle was one he was familiar with the next kabuto was strong, fast, and intelligent in his base state that was when he was angered and went into his carnage mode he was morso straight forward and aggressive but midoriya was able to overcome that with his versatility filling the room with smoke and completely hammering away front he creatures blind spots over and over again while fading in and out of it, he finished the monster off with a pseudo one million percent Detroit smash straight to the creatures face.

The last enemy he was actually more scared of but he realized that part of the reason for that was likely his admiration for the hero, in every metric they were even if not he was superior especially with fajin but still that untouchable status plagued his mind throughout his fight with the former number one hero somethings he definitely should have saw coming and fighting his former mentor really informed him why his fighting style was the way it was and how easy it was to read, all might for all his strength and power was highly predictable and his attacks easily telegraphed, his fighting style was more suited for a spectacle than actual combat he now realized which made some sense given that in their world he didn't really need to try that much as not many people could challenge him but here it wasn't so clear cut so he needed to learn and learn he did, the fight between former mentor and student was hard fought but midoriya stopped simply matching him blow for blow and started to include lessons he's learned as he arrived here and the fight became much easier which he ended the same way that he did kabuto with pseudo one million percent Detroit smash straight to all mights face mirroring his time in the test with bakugo but unlike that time all might flew away and stayed down defeated.

Once midoriya took the headset off both tokoyami and todoroki was staring at him with wide eyes and open mouths at what they just witnessed bakugo he could tell was also surprised but he hid it with his long glare and angry expression, his fist were balled up so tight that midoriya thought he was going to lash out at any moment but he did not merely coming up to him and taking the headset and fiddling with the controls for a moment and assigning some new targets. And shoving the device back into his hands.

"These next three are tougher, way tougher than them…the first one was vaccine man it has a number of 20 or 20,000 next is Geryuganshoop he has a number of 31 or 31,000, next up was a true monster of a creature originally it completely broke the things and it technically still does it number was in the billions but I rounded it down to the least possible thing I could so the thing didn't break which is 500 or 500,000." bakugo remarked simply and stared at him with wide eyes and Midoriya immediately looked at him quizzically.

"Are you saying that there exists a person that was thousands of times stronger than all might? And Saitama fought him and won?" midoriya questioned with disbelief but bakugo shrugged his shoulders.

"I don't know, I asked him about it and said that Boros was strong probably the strongest person he's faced since he became a hero. He said that he was the "denominator of the universe." but I'm sure the idiot meant dominator." bakugo mentioned roughly his voice low. Midoriya slowly nodded his head and put the headset back on and attempted these new adversaries and it was nothing but a slaughter nothing he did worked he would lose each time and with seemingly little difficulty on the part of the monster when it was his time against boros he was unable to do much of anything against the creature but once it took it's armor off the simulation simply crashed and went dead leaving midoriya feeling …afraid, was the universe really full of people like that? What if they had arrived at their word?, what could any of them have possibly done to stop that man from doing whatever it wanted, even if the heroes and villains teamed up could they have done anything to stop it?

Bakugo sensed Midoriya's unease as he took the headset from him before stating.

"We don't know if this boros guy was actually that strong, caped baldly could just have a very active imagination which can probably tamper with the machines statistics. Genos readings are technically the only hard line facts given he can measure precise metrics with his scanners all the rest are estimations really. There was even one higher than boros believe it or not. It was off the charts likely in the trillions but it was in two different places at the same time and had drastically different sizes and the other one was much lower still a demon but even lower than some of our villains like muscular it was only rated a mere 14, I believe it's name was subterranean king or something like that." bakugo said and this gained tokoyami attention.

"Wait but that doesn't make sense? Saitama and genos claimed to have no knowledge of fighting the Subterranean people." tokoyami quickly pointed out bakugo merely shrugged his shoulders.

"The guy probably can't remember what he had for breakfast today. He's an even bigger idiot than kaminari." bakugo insulted.

"May I have a chance to fight with the creature?" Tokoyami questioned immediately, with some slight seriousness added to his tone .

"Sure knock yourself out where pretty much done here anyways." bakugo commented.

"Did you figure something out tokoyami?" midoriya questioned

"Maybe. Subterraneans that were assassinated by that monster group, they told us that their home was raided by this group and they had escaped the ensuing conflict. It was a genocide likely because they resisted. If we can find their home we may be able to locate their base and if the king truly did make an appearance somewhere prior than surely their base must have been close by." tokoyami reasoned and midoriya nodded his head in understanding but bakugo was slightly confused about his foundation of the connection but midoriya explained that he was away when they were having the discussion originally.

Bakugo set up the fight and put on the headset, like bakugo said the monster itself wasn't much of anything but he simply needed to delay the thing while he investigated his immediate surroundings and he instantly found a familiarity with them that he couldn't quite catch he looked around for a moment until the device simply shut off and he took it off to see bakugo standing there in front of him.

"It's the idiots house I've been around enough to know what his apartment looks like." bakugo responded and Todoroki agreed.

"Yes it's starting to make sense now, the inhabited zone would make the perfect area and given that the king and its people are an underground race means that they're below the earth and wouldn't be easy to find unless you know that." tokoyami pondered out loud.

"It's a start, we should inform the association as soon as we can, we still don't know the goals of the gathering of monsters but I don't see it being any good." midoriya commented and tokoyami agreed as the two of them made their way out shortly followed after by todoroki. tokoyami asked if he could take the device as evidence for their claims and he allowed it, leaving only silver chain and him there in the giant room.

"So much information to process. The elders should be pleased." the girl remarked as she was done taking her notes and put the paper away, it looked like a feature length novel of things she had written down bakugo was curious but he didn't want to pry into her business.

"So can we get back to training now?" bakugo questioned

"Sure, your body should have healed back up to full health as of now. I assume you're going to want to triple the efforts of when we previously left off" silver chain remarked , in the flat tone of hers. In truth it was actually silver chain that was the one the posed the idea of doing this assignment with his classmates, mostly due to him "overworking" himself with their training everyday and that he needed to learn when to take breaks so that his body could fully repair and build upon the likely damaged tissue and muscles , if he only deconstruct the muscles every time without giving the an opportunity for them to grow back and reform stronger he will never truly know where he lied in strength and like always she was right he's only been able to go up to 110 despite his previous progress.

"Quintuple it." bakugo said simply and the girl looked at him for a moment before doing what he guessed was a gesture of a sigh as her shoulder slightly dropped before straightening out again.

"Very well, however I do have a request if you may." silver chain said to speak of Bakugo's interest.

"What is it?" bakugo asked

"I would like to meet this saitama for myself..would you mind setting a meeting with him? I would like to test him myself." silver chain asked.

"Sure I guess I can make that happen, the idiot is not much of a conventional person though so don't expect to get much from the guy."

"I'll ensure to keep my expectations low, for now however I assume you want to get to your training as soon as possible." silver chain remarked simply standing up and bakugo grinned as several explosions emerged from his hands.

"You're damn right I do!" bakugo yelled before launching himself at the girl.

Well it should be no surprise what comes next chapter so see you all next month! for the monster association attack! obviously given the amount of characters perspective we won't be able to get it all done in one chapter so were going to be breaking it up into parts currently it's five parts but that could maybe condensed down to four(pepelaugh nope it's five parts) if I simply don't have enough creativity to come up with some other characters stuff.

for anyone curious the demon scale is essentially a megatons worth of tnt scale. just going off the feats I've seen calced around for OPM cast and scaling for the MHA ones, although some could argue that others are too high or low but eh, that's where I have them for now.
