I DON'T OWN ANYTHING

Guess what I have decided to write 'Touya's paradise: kotone edition ' for winter break, hope it will become interesting for you all...well the title is different though...enjoy...

Touya's pov

Kyohei, mei and uncle reached home at nearly eight 'o clock and calem, serena and aunt grace reached at ten 'o clock. They all greeted grandfather and went to their rooms. Obviously as cheren mentioned earlier, we didn't met at all until the sunday night when the dinner was set.

Everyone was wearing kimono, mine was black with golden color design on it,mom's was light pink with many flower pattern on it,though I and touko have taken looks and personality of our father,the caring nature and our soft side is from our mother. Dad's kimono is similar to mine but the patterns on it are different from mine and the color is glittering blue. Others were wearing different colors though which I ignored to notice.

"How are touko's condition?" this was from aunt grace,though it was directed to dad, I knew that he will never respond back but surprisingly he did "what do you think? if she would have been any better, she would have came with us " "I believe I asked a simple question but it seems you couldn't answer it directly in 'yes or no' ". "I don't feel the need to do it" dad replied " you don't even give the address of the hospital where she is!" uncle zen said this, talking in between of the conversation between two siblings .

"Why do you want to know!?" dad replied in little annoyed tone " because she is my niece " "you remembered it quite early " "Asahi!" everybody looked towards grandfather, he didn't angrily called dad's name but because he wanted him to control himself,he continued "now I think you should tell them where touko is admitted" he said in his usual calm tone "but..dad they-" "Asahi" this time it was grandmother 'damn everybody in my family sure loves talking in between '.

Dad didn't said anything for a minute and mom gave him a worried look. "She..." he spoke up, honestly I'd had hoped he would never say them where she is but the decisions aren't in my hands "she is in hospital in castelia itself,...health care hospital ,opposite to unity pier " he said half heartedly "what will you do now...when you know where she is, will you come to meet her...or you'll plan to 'how can you kill her?'" he asked.

No response from anybody present there ,calem spoke up "it has been four years...we also wish to see our sibling, even though there is a distance between us it doesn't matter to me" everybody looked at him and aunt was particularly glaring at him "what does that suppose to mean?" mom asked "we asked touya when we went to school about anything related to touko, but he didn't even replied..so I presumed that there is a distance between us that's why he didn't said anything " I knew it,I knew he would say this to everyone that we are in same school.

'This bastard will never let me live peacefully, idiot ' "touya calem is in your school " dad asked, everybody were looking at me as if I have married and had children "yes,even serena, kyohei and mei are in my school " I said "why didn't you said that to us" mom said, she became even more concerned "I thought it was not at all important...and either way they just talked to me once " I replied. "Oh,I hadn't had expected that the heir will decide what to tell the leader " he said in a mocking tone,obviously I made a poker face and continued eating my food "didn't you got anything to say,or you-" "stop it ,calem" it was kyohei who stopped him.

"Why are you getting in between? don't you know that because of your mo-" "ENOUGH!" grandfather shouted, everybody including maids and servants stopped and looked at him. "Calem,don't cross the limits, touya is not saying anything doesn't mean you won against him...but that means he thinks you are not someone with whom he should debate and that is what a heir apparent must do.

This was the exact reason I tried controlling myself, if I would have been hyper then my title as heir apparent would have been taken down and calem would have became heir apparent as he is older than serena,kyohei mei and touko. "Calem,I will give you one chance, if you didn't fixed your behavior I would be obliged to kick you out of family". There was a silence for a moment then aunt grace spoke up "I apologize to you,father ".

Grandfather didn't said anything only nodded and the rest of the dinner went quietly,there was a tension in air but after a while we all went to our rooms. This dinner was mainly set by grandfather because he wanted to keep everybody in check, it includes behavior, etiquette,how we maintain our emotions, that's why this is a major event in our family.

Because of today's event calem's position is in jeopardy, kyohei have chances to take over his position 'but kyohei don't stand a chance against me' I will try my best to maintain my position as heir apparent. At about two o'clock at midnight someone knocked my door, I opened it slowly only to see that serena was standing, looking down as if she is regretting something or looking something, she looked up at me and opened her mouth to say something but stopped and started reconsidering her words.

"You know, I am not interested in seeing you standing in front of me, neither do I have any time to because I want to sleep " I was about to close the door but she stopped it and I looked at her. "I wanted to talk to you" she said and looked inside my room then again turned to look at me in eyes "...can I come in?" "if only this is not some nasty plot against me" she didn't said anything neither does she reacted in a way I'd expected her to. I let her come in and she looked out in the garden "this garden...sure looks pretty " she said suddenly and then towards me "you are not the only one who miss touko...I was her si...I am her sister...and I know you are getting ready to chew me off because I said that sentence " 'she knows I will yet...' .

Serena's pov

10 years ago, ecruteak city

I was sitting in my room, I was getting bored because all adults were busy preparing for event and calem was with them because mom insisted him to be by her side for some help. "Are you sitting alone?" a girl ,one year younger than me came by and sat near me. She is touko, uncle asahi's only daughter and second child.

"Yes" I said little coldly because I wanted to drive her away from me or else mom will get angry "will you play with me?" she asked, it seems it doesn't matter to her whether I talked coldly or not "no,don't want to" I said and hoped she will get hurt and run away but it seems she is quite stubborn because she stayed and kept looking at me and then sat beside me.

"Why are you sitting next to me ?" "because sister is alone " she said and for a moment I had that warm feeling, it was like she is near to me 'no,it is not a good feeling ' I must think about how to impress my mom or how to become someone liable enough to be a heir apparent. "I don't need your company " I said in annoyed tone "but...I don't want to see you alone " she said in soft and sweet voice 'don't...please...don't be so nice to me '.

"Touko...!" I heard aunt yuuki calling her, she came near my room's door and looked in opposite direction first then towards us,her worried expression turned in relived one,she came inside and looked at me with a blank expression then turned to her daughter and said "touko, how many times do I have to explain you to stay near mom,dad or touya" she picked her up and went towards their room.

Later at night I went near their room to see what happened to touko, I thought she would have gotten some beating but what I saw is she was putting her head on her mom's lap and fell asleep because aunt was singing a sweet lullaby for her.

Present day

I was jealous at that time,because even at her age my mom used to yell at me and beat me. Touko was the only one who treated me like a human and not like a machine or a puppet . Yet I never gave her any attention, she tried giving her hand to me so I will stop working like puppet that my mom will use, and I was fool that never understood anything .

Today I will tell the my plans to touya, I will because I want to. He is standing in front of me, waiting for me to continue. 'Yes, I will '.
