I DON'T OWN ANYTHING
It have serena's pov and touya's pov... so,yeah...enjoy...
Serena's pov
"Touya, I have...this plan in mind " I said and he looked at me,he became little alarmed but I ignored it and continued "how about...we both work as team to eradicate kyohei and mei " "what!" he looked at me in total disbelief and continued to speak his next words "you helping me to eradicate kyohei and mei from the list of candidates " I nodded with a smile on my face.
"Why would you of all people would do so?" he asked "because,..." for a moment I closed my eyes and the picture of that smiling and laughing touko came in my mind,then I opened my eyes and looked at him, and continued "I want to see touko,...smiling again,...and think about it if you became the leader and if fortunately she woke up...then-" "enough..." he was looking at his feet and said "what proof do you have...about what you said just now " I was not surprised by his question, if I would have been in his place I would have doubted too.
"I will create a contract, which we both will sign and if I betrayed you then-" " then what...do aunt grace knows about this" his question took me off guard because he knows my mom,considering her attitude everybody in the family could say that this plan was something we can call as 'underhanded tactics '.
Underhanded tactics are not allowed in our family...though there was a time when they used to do but our great grandfather framed it as something which can cause rift between 'but this internal war to become heir apparent and eventually leader is also something which is causing a rift between us'. Suddenly the door opened and we both looked at door, it was mei,uncle zen and asahi along with my brother and...mom plus there was even grandfather.
"Serena...so you were going to use underhanded tactics after all,huh" mei said this and from the bottom of my heart I'd had this feeling of punching her on face and breaking that damned smirk. "It...it is not something what y-" "we heard it,serena " kyohei said 'crap...I am dead meat now...' I looked at mom,she was glaring at me like she wanted to kill me and calem...he was just looking worried...like he wanted to protect me but can't help.
Calem always sat by my side when mom used to hit me ,he always calmed me down. "Touya " grandfather speaked, looking towards touya "what punishment do you want me to give her" "touya,...you want her to be kicked out " if those words might have came from uncle asahi or aunt yuuki, I wouldn't have been shocked...but listening it from your own mom was quite hurting.
"None" "Huh!?" everybody including me were shocked to hear his answer "bu...but why?" mom asked " because...I don't feel the need" I noticed that he motioned towards his father, like he is signaling something and it seems he understood, at the same time grandfather also seemed to understand and he nodded. "Okay,..if touya says so" "wha..." mom got shocked "enough " he said,I looked at touya then turned to calem,he was quite satisfied and little happy.
"Come on,serena it's getting too late" calem said and I went with him.
Touya's pov
I stopped them from getting removed from the family...but why,because she is my sister, no...is it because she mentioned touko or because she also had the same dream as me,of seeing touko smiling again...the main reason I want to become the leader is that touko will be happy but what are the chances she will wake up.
I nodded in left right direction as if explaining myself that the last part is impossible. I did it because it was also a kind of training, the leader must never take decisions that will hurt his people...though it was the first half, I don't know what was second so I let it be for now and went to sleep.
Next morning we were set to leave for unova. I reached at evening 4:30 pm. The trip was tiring and I went to take a shower. From inside I heard my phone's notification bell and thought it might be from mom. I checked it and they were from dawn asking if I came back, I replied her and she gave me the details about the days I was not there.
They seemed normal until she send one message..."why didn't you told me about anything related to touko" I was shocked, panic struck me 'how does she know about touko ' ,she asked me to come tell her tomorrow in student council president room before our lectures starts.
I reached on time, she reached shortly after. We sat on the couches opposite to each other, she quickly and quietly poured two cups of coffee and was ready to listen "so...how to start this..." I mostly mumbled this to myself and decided where to start from. I started with giving her my background first "...so my dad is the Asahi Takahashi, he is famous and number one businessman in whole unova, my mom is yuuki takahashi,she is now my dad's company's CEO,...and touko about whom you asked..." I stopped and looked at her,she was curious, she was a little tensed and a light blush was there.
"...She is my younger sister, Touko Takahashi,...four years ago she got into an..." "I am listening touya ,don't stop mid sentence...what happened four years ago?" she spoke up,first time after entering this room. I inhaled deeply and exhaled calmly after that,a way to calm my nerves. "Four years ago she got into a terrible accident...due to which she is in coma " this was the first time in years I tried saying this in one tone but it seems that was a total failure because I again stopped in mid sentence.
I looked at her for her reaction but there was nothing ,her eyes were behind her bangs. "From how much time...were you hiding those memories in your book" I was shocked that she found out but then again when I was gone the keys of the student council room and student council president room was with her,so without a doubt she might have found it somehow.
"How is she...?" she asked "don't know...since two years I have not met her" I replied "...why?" she asked "huh.." "why didn't you met her for two years!?" "because...I was not prepared " I rubbed my hands and looked in another direction "until three years back..whenever I saw her,I used to cry...I think a small part of me was even thinking that she will wake up because I am not there...but...".
"Let's meet her" my eyes widened "but.." she stood up from her place and grabbed both my hands and said "please...please " she said "okay,..." I suddenly felt the urge of suggesting this idea in my mind "how about we both and our friends come too..." her smile even grew bigger "if that's what you want then I don't have any problem ". She seemed little down but immediately changed her expression.
We told this to everybody in our group and everybody agreed. We decided that it should be on this sunday and I didn't mind that. I was about to text mom but stopped and opened the call log and tapped on her phone number ,it ranged for some time then mom picked up.
"why if it isn't touya " I heard mom's soft voice, "mom,I...along with my friends am coming home on Sunday to meet touko..." I said "she didn't answered anything for a moment but then she started "re...really...touya this isn't any kind of joke, right? it's not a dream either right...?" she is happy..so, so happy she is thinking it as dream or something else. "No,it is real..mom" I said.
'This sunday, I will be coming to meet you touko '.
Done...next chapter finally touko in physical form but ...she will remain in coma... ...so...enjoy...
