In the futuristic car Crash Bandicoot and Skip Edison were sitting on the seats. Crash was in the driver's seat while Skip was in the passenger's seat. They were somehow talking. He was driving down the road. To him, however, was indeed real. "You can drop me off in my place if you want." Skip said. "Ok then." Crash said. After driving about for an hour, the car stopped at Skip's apartment. He got out of the car and walked in. "See ya." He continued driving down the streets when his cyber phone rang. "Damn It. What now." It was Stella Terrell. "Crash you there?" Stella said. "Yeah. I'm here." He coughed. "Looks like you might have been drunk or something." "Eh. I knew that." As the day continued. The call ended.

He somehow made new friends including Skip, The Greens, Stella, and possibly many more.

Someone looked directly at him. Crash looked back at the being. "What do you want?" Crash asked. He then spoke. He told him that this is the future. Underneath the city is a cyber railway that connects the entire city of Cyberia Prime. There are Pine Airport, City Park, Neon Central, West Auburn and Sliver Street. As Ian Bell continued. Crash looked around. "I don't think so. Right now. I must be somewhere." He spoke.

"Ok then. Well, I might be off now." Ian said. He walked past Crash. Crash meanwhile was in the black market slowly walking. The human instantly wondered what might happen if anything went wrong. He can hear them chatting throughout the market. He remembered that he had awakened in a strange room in the apartment he was in the device still in him. Later, he realized that the market was filled with shops and other kinds of stuff. He saw a food court there in the center. Ranging from ramen to futuristic food and everything in between.

It was overcast at the time. Night has already fallen. The place was filled with cyborgs and humans. He sat at the food court table. While eating Crash saw something in his eye. He somehow spotted something which he thought was a cyborg. No one is likely a Cylad at least. He was standing there in the human research facility. Dr. Bentley Riggs have put the cybernetic eye on Crash. "You are the property of Cylad Industries." Bentley said. He was sitting in the hovercraft he had found. It was driving towards the apartment megabuilding H09. The car then parked inside the parking lot beneath the building.

Crash got out and walked to the door. He grabs the cyberkey from his wallet and inserts it. The door opened. Walked in and went to the hallway after he walked upstairs. Once he has entered his room, he takes off the jacket and puts it on the chair in front of the desk. "I better stop thinking of the past and go fucking forward." Crash said. He went to his closet, changed clothes then went to bed and lay down.

The night continued and he slept. The cyber crystal began pulsing through the arm and then the rest of his body. Hours later the sun rose on the outskirts of the city Crash got up from his bed went to the closet and changed clothes. He then puts on the jacket which is sitting on the chair. After eating breakfast. He walked outside. He was still in the block. There were people in the same block he was in now. The walls are now covered with holographic displays as well.

The entire building is filled with apartments, shops, restaurants, and offices.

Holographic advisements are around the city as well. He was in the Eastbrook city district where he went to the black market there. Crash realized that magic has already become extinct and has been replaced with more highly advanced cyberware. Cyber crystals are dangerous as long its in the human skin. He can hear hovercrafts hovering above the city skyline. Crash began searching for weapons and each section has several weapons. He has a new set of fingerless gloves there were black and gray.

"Is there anything you want?" a man asked. He shakes his head is a no. Already in his thirties.

Crash knew that someone or something could threaten the entire city. The planet was once a radioactive wasteland, now it has become a megacity and the entire population stands currently at 500,000. He wonders if people from other parts of the world would ever live here.

Not knowing that there is a power source somewhere in the city itself. Police are cautiously the traffic at a pace. He is still living in the cyberworld he has done over the years. He might have been supposed to do Crash have to meet his contact.

His cyber phone in the pocket ranged. It was Cole Wilson. "Crash you still here man?" he spoke. "Of course." He continued to walk. "You have to meet me in about 15 minutes." "Got it." Crash said. The call ended. He walked for about ten minutes now. He then saw Otis Norman sat on the table with a group.

"Don't come here often do ya. Hehe. I like new faces." "Its good to see you, Otis." Crash said.

"Really? I guess you have come to the right place. Anyway, you should come with me. I will take you around and show you the ropes. You should come." Otis said. As Crash walked towards Mr. Wilson, he spotted him walking down the sidewalk. "Crash my man you made it. You arrived. Look I know I have been here for quite some time."

He sighed. "I get it now." They are all after this source of cyber energy. But first he has to get to know the city. He has to learn its layout. He has to learn its secrets. He even must learn everything about it. He already became one of them. A cyberian.

The human began to doze off. It began to boot up. "Biochip activated." "It means that you are now a part of it."

"You will meet with many people. You will experience many things. I'll show you all the information you need to know." He still has the cyberware in his body. Everyone has now been modified by the cyber technology.

Still in the underworld Crash paced through the crowds. There are abandoned lookouts in that area. He has possibly known what Michael Noble said. He never has a normal life. His life was always full of adventures. He has been the hero many times now. But now everything has changed.

"Don't be fooled by propaganda only on N27. your trusted source for news." Voices heard in other languages. He has to be there.

Author's Note: I blame both the Phantom Liberty DLC and the Crash Team Rumble trailers for this.

What lies await for the cybernetic human eastern barren bandicoot? All will be answered in the next chapter.

Until then later.
