Caleb, a 16-year old teenager raised by his wealthy foster parents : Aston and Kerri, will have with the help of his friends lead his fellow classmates into becoming Champions of the Balance and stop Bowser's Brotherhood of Evil (Kudos to MegaCharles20's for inspiration of this story).

Wolverine uses his claws on a paper to shred it into a familiar cross or X, he then places it into a photo showing all the members of the Ultimate Multiverse Smash Bros Squad and he watches the photo with a smile.

Hello everyone and welcome to another reader request from "YOU ASKED FOR IT !" Said in unison Buster, Babs, Yakko, Wakko and Dot.

"Allow me to introduce the character who will present the chapter : Kari Kamiya (Digimon)". Introduced Yakko.

"Hello Yakko, as request from MegaCharles we have the chapter named "Light's Path" which will serve as a parody of the Classic Mode of SSBU and a spin-off for an upcoming fanfic : Digimon : Omniverse Fighting.

"And without further, we let you to... ENJOY THE SHOW !" Said in unison Buster, Babs, Yakko, Wakko and Dot.

Kari's POV's :

Hi everyone, my name is Kari's Kamiya, you know me as the Digidestined of Light and Tai younger sister in Digimon. Today my adventure will turn into a classic mode of SSBU, but before that, time to go to the best school of the world : The Academy of the Omniverse.

Another day begin in the Academy of the Omniverse, where students are working, some of them found the classes boring and are sleeping, while some of them takes notes during the class. Today's classes are Physics for morning and for afternoon : Jurassic Kart and between each class, lunch break.

In Physics, our students receives their text done a few days ago, some of them excelled while some of them failed, then it's lunch break.

In Jurassic Kart, our heroes do some Mario-kart like race in the world of Gigantosaurus.

Classic Mode :

Choose your character :

Kari Kamiya (Light's Path)

Battle 1 :

Kari with Gatomon teamed up with TK and Patamon vs DemiDevimon and Cozy Glow

I'll make you pay for backstabbing the Crusaders like that!" Kari said angrily towards Cozy Glow.

"Oh, taking so personal against those fillies, you didn't even save your wizard friend from death." Cozy Glow said taunting Kari but she ignored her words while glaring at the pegasus destroyer of innocence.

In combat Kari and TK uses their respective Digimon while Cozy Glow and DemiDevimon works together.

Clash time :

"You're the worst filly of the world !" Replied Kari.

"And you, the biggest pain in the neck !" Replied Cozy Glow.

(Attacker wins ! 25% of health restored to Kari)

End of Clash time :

In the winning animation of the clash Kari uses Gatomon who scratches at Cozy Glow's face.

Then Kari uses her Super Move : Sealing the Keeyhole ! Kari rushes through the evil pegasus, and shoots a beam from her Keyblade. Cozy Glow is caught in this beam or the keyhole-shaped portal that manifests at its end, which turns into a large, white door with the Tiny Toons logo on the front. The door closes and Kairi shoots a second beam into a keyhole on the door, then twists her Keyblade as if she is locking the door. Kairi then turns around, striking a pose and laughing triumphantly as the door explodes behind her.

Winner of the match : Tk and Kari.

Battle 2 :

They teamed up with TK and Patamon again, but Cody with Armadillomon, Suzy with Lopmon and Tommy Himi versus an army of Corrupts BlackTyranomon.

"We're small but we're powerful!" Kumamon said.

Battle 3 :

Kari with Gatomon teamed up with Fluttershy vs Silver's Ursaring and Croconaw
"Just because you three look so innocent, I won't show any mercy." Silver said sadistically.
"We'll see about that, you monster!" Gatomon said, glaring at Silver.
In the battle Fluttershy can performs the same movement which she used to knock down a bear and Spewart, I could bet Silver will jawdrop in shock after Fluttershy knocks out his Ursaring by twisting Ursaring's neck.

Winner of the match : Kari and Fluttershy

Battle 4 :

Light's duo teamed up with Kairi and Zelda vs Grandmaster Meio.
"Three pure lights gathered just in one place." Grandmaster Meio said.
"We won't let get you away with it!" Kairi said, glaring at Grandmaster Meio.

In battle Kari uses Gatomon, Kairi uses her keyblade and Zelda uses her moveset from SSBU.

Clash time :

"I shall reclaim the Triforce !" Replied Grandmaster Meio.

"not on my watch, Grandmaster Meio" Replied Zelda.

(Defender wins ! 25% of health restored to Kari, Kairi and Zelda)

End of Clash time :

In the winning animation of the clash Zelda uses Din's fire which burns GrandMaster Meio.

Then Kari and Kairi uses their Super Move : Sealing the Keyhole ! The two girls rushes through GrandMaster Meio, and shoots a beam from their Keyblade. GrandMaster Meio is caught in this beam or the keyhole-shaped portal that manifests at its end, which turns into a large, white door with the Tiny Toons logo on the front. The door closes and Kari and Kairi shoots a second beam into a keyhole on the door, then twists their Keyblade as if they locking the door. The two girls then turns around, striking a pose and laughing triumphantly as the door explodes behind her. Followed by Zelda using her Super Move : Triforce of Wisdom ! Zelda traps GrandMaster Meio with the Triforce of Wisdom itself. It is only able to affect one opponent at any given time. However, it is notoriously hard to escape from due to the size and strength of the move's vacuum hitboxes, making it almost guaranteed for an opponent to get caught within it, and when Zelda performs the final blow, it can also deal some damage to nearby opponents that aren't trapped on the Triforce. If the moves ends with the trapped opponent below 100%, they are sent flying out; otherwise, the opponent is instantly KO'd. As the move itself deals 67%, it can guarantee a KO at very low percents, specifically starting at 34%. As a result of its strengths, it is rather infamous for being extremely effective in a 1v1 setting, and some consider it to be the best Super Moves in Digimon : Omniverse Fight.

Battle 5 :

Kari with Gatomon teamed up with Amy Rose, Cream with Cheese and Cosmo vs Zeena
"I will enjoy beating you, like the witch that you really are!" Kari said, glaring the female Zeti.
"I'll teach you a lesson that you will never forget, you spoiled brat!" Zeena snarled.

In battle Kari uses Gatomon, Cosmo uses her Keyblade, Cream uses Cheese and Amy her Piko-Piko Hammer.

Clash time :

"Your Sonic will be much happier as a robot" Replied Zeena.

"not on my watch, Zeena" Replied Amy Rose.

(Defender wins ! 25% of health restored to Kari, Amy, Cream and Cosmo)

End of Clash time :

In the winning animation of the clash Amy uses her Piko-Piko hammer to bashes Zeena.

Then Kari and Cosmo uses their Super Move : Sealing the Keyhole ! The two girls rushes through Zeena, and shoots a beam from their Keyblade. GrandMaster Meio is caught in this beam or the keyhole-shaped portal that manifests at its end, which turns into a large, white door with the Tiny Toons logo on the front. The door closes and Kari and Kairi shoots a second beam into a keyhole on the door, then twists their Keyblade as if they locking the door. The two girls then turns around, striking a pose and laughing triumphantly as the door explodes behind her. Followed by Amy using her Super Move : Piko-Piko Rush ! The Super Move is similar to Kirby's Giga Slash buy Amy uses her trusted Piko-Piko Hammer.

Winner of the match : Kari, Amy, Cream and Cosmo.

Battle 6 :

Kari with Gatomon teamed up with TK with Patamon, Izzy with Tentomon, Girl Sora with Biyomon, Mimi with Palmon, Yolei with Hawkmon, Takato with Guilmon, Rika with Renamon, Jeri with Leomon, Suzy with Lopmon, Takuya, Zoe, Yoshino with Lalamon, Nene with Sparrowmon, May and Dawn vs Laylamon.
"Wow, look at 'em go!" Takato said.
"Women are really scary when they're angry. Remind me not to get on Zoe's bad side." Aldamon said in shock and awe.
"I know I shouldn't watch this… but… I can't take my eyes off it!" Izzy said.
Kari is yelling in encouragement.
"Get her Kazemon, knock that witch's block off, go!" Kari called out.

Final Battle : Maleficent + Maleficent Dragon Form
Team members for Kari and Gatomon: Caleb with Mew and Veemon (dark blue), Sara with Koraidon, Aria with Lunamon, Luke with Absol and Dracomon, Mario, Luigi, Matt with Gabumon, TK with Patamon, Henry with Terriermon, Suzy with Lopmon, Takuya, Shinya, May with her little brother Max, Clemont, Bonnie, Ash with Pikachu, Tyson with his Pikachu, Lillie, Gladion, Tanjiro, Nezuko, Applejack, Apple Bloom, Rarity, Sweetie Belle, Rainbow Dash, Scootaloo, Twilight, Spike and Diamond Tiara.
"Now, shall you deal with ME, o heroes, and all the powers of HELL!" Maleficent said after being beaten in the first battle and before transforming to her Dragon Form.

In her battle, Maleficent (Dragon Form) uses her powers and attacks of her boss in Dragon Form from KH and KH : BBS video games.

When Maleficent is in the verge of being defeated, our heroes uses their final attacks : Orb of Light for Caleb, Sara, Aria and Luke, Magical Burst for Twilight and Spike, Buck Rampage for Applejack, Sonic Rainboom for Rainbow Dash, Cristallic Laser for Rarity and Diamond Tiara, The Stare for Fluttershy, Cupcake Barrage for Pinkie Pie, Final CMC for Scootaloo, Sweetie Belle, Portal Sky Drop for Starlight, Final Mario for Mario, Poltergust G-00 for Luigi, Sealing the Keyhole for the Digidestined, Triple Finish for the Pokemon Heroes, Hinokami Kagura (Dance of the Fire God) for Tanjiro, Sealing the Keyhole for the Digidestined and Triple Finish for the Pokemon Heroes.

A dialogue after the battle.
"It was the siblings love that defeated you." Kari said.
"I will NOT be defeated by something as insignificant as love, specially from siblings!" Maleficent said.
"You don't even know the first thing about it. You're too clouded by darkness to see that there is something greater, just like my love towards my sister." Tai said.
"You can try all you want, but you will NEVER separate me from my brother." Kari said.
"Perhaps, but remember one thing: As long as there is light, there will be DARKNESS! And in time, many more will be drawn to it, and they will all belong to US!" Maleficent said as she disappears in green and black flames while laughing evilly.
After she disappeared.
"Spikey-Wikey, thanks for saving me from that evil dragon." Rarity said.
"You're welcome, Rarity." Spike said while blushing.

Then Rarity kissed Spike a lot in the face, at the scene Henry covered Suzy and Sweetie Belle's eyes as the baby dragon had kiss marks in his face.

Before we finish this chapter, we have 2 post-chapter scenes and without further ado, here they are :

Post-chapter scene 1 :

Sara (New OC), Silver the Hedgehog, Big, Diamond Tiara, Cait Sith, Vincent, Barret, Red XIII, Firion, Luneth, Cecil Harvey, Bartz Klauser, Terra Branford, Zidane, Tidus, Sackboy, Himura Kenshin, Neku, Shiki, Dream Eaters (Necho Cat, Electricorn and Ryu Dragon), 2B, Tifa, Aerith, Leon, Yuffie, Ren Amamiya/Joker, Ann Takamaki/Panther, Ryuji Sakamoto/Skull, Morgana, Makoto Niijima/Queen, Haru Okumura/Noir, Yusuke Kitagawa/Fox and Terry fight against Gaston, Lefou and Sugimura. Just when Lefou was about to finish Diamond Tiara, something pokes him in the butt and pushes A tom the cat scream, the item in question is a scepter shaped like a sun, holding it is a young man with dark hair and brown eyes, he has a camera around his neck, in a pocket, 2 Colt Python Revolvers and has a sun mask covering his face and a black coat.

"Hope i'm not too late for the party, right, Joker ?" Asks the young man before revealing himself to the villains.

"Time to bring out the Sun !" Said the Young man while rushing towards the villains.

Post-chapter scene 2 (Thanks again ToanTakeri for requesting me this post-chapter scene).

Isaac Clarke, Cloud, Spike (Ape Escape), Crash Bandicoot, Ratchet & Clank, Geo and Sonia, Sly Cooper, Dante, Sir Daniel Fortesque, Jak and Daxter, Kratos and Joey and Ellie (The Last of Us) are fighting against Zeus (God of War), Sephiroth, Specter, Dr. Cortex, Dr. Nefarious, Master Xehanort, Virgil, Zavok, Baron Praxis, Sweet Tooth and Radec until someone appears to help the heroes. Aries Sterle, an multiverse traveller from far advanced technology unniverse. He's have a bow that shoot star or cosmic energy arrows, he's join the academy to improve his fighting skill. His personality are calm, collected, and friendly, he's know the stars and constellation. He's close friend to Geo Stellar because they have star themed in anime and fighting too.

Alright guys, another chapter finished, before critizing me, this chapter is a what-if SSBU Classic mode concerning the Digidestined of Light : Kari Kamiya, so hoping you're cool with that.
