Turn 8; Recall Rehearsal

After Officer Masayoshi made sure Wendy and her friends were safe in the car. Masayoshi called for backup and let them know that she had evidence on Shiro crimes. As soon as backup arrived, they tried to arrest Shiro, but Fox and his team had already taken Shiro and disappeared like they weren't even there. As other officers checked the area for clues that didn't exist. Officer Masayoshi took the kids home. At David's house, Officer Masayoshi rang the doorbell, and after David opened the door, he learned what had just happened to Wendy and the others. David said to Officer Masayoshi. "Well, thank you for bringing Wendy home, Officer Massyoshi."

"No problem, sir. Good night and happy dreams." Officer Masayoshi said before she left. After Officer Masayoshi was gone, David shut the door and then turned to Wendy. He then said, with an angry look in his eyes, to Wendy. "What were you thinking?"

"I was helping James."

"I know what you did. I want to know why you would do something so dangerous! You and your friends could have been really hurt! I mean seriously, what were you thinking?!"

"That it would be easy."

"Easy? Easy?! EASY!? What makes you think it would have been easy?!"

"Because I have faced a lot more dangerous people and done more dangerous things before coming here."

"You have what and what!?" David said, grabbing his head with both hands. David then let go of his head and said to Wendy, now even more angry. "Wendy, you seriously expect me to believe that you have been doing dangerous things like that on a regular basis?"

"It's true."

"Well I don't. Because I don't believe your parents are ok with all of the dangerous stuff you do?"

"I don't have any parents." Wendy said, looking away with a sad look in her eyes. That caused David to sigh and calm down. David lowered himself to her level and said. "Look I'm sorry for making you sad and getting mad at you. I just got scared, after hearing that you did something very dangerous."

"Why were you scared?"

"Wendy, you are just a little kid. You shouldn't be putting yourself in danger."

"I'm used to it."

"And that scares me even more." David said feeling something inside him. David took a breath and continued to speak. "Wendy, as long as you're staying here. Please don't go running into danger."

"Why?"

"Because when you go home, not if, when you go home. I want it to be in one piece and not pieces. So please promise me you won't get into any more trouble. And if you are in trouble, tell me, so we can solve it together." David said and Wendy felt David construed. She smiled and said to David. "Ok, I promise David."

"Thank you Wendy. Now off to bed, you have been thrown a lot tonight."

"Ok, night David." Wendy said as she went to her room.

*Magic navigation miracle creation. Suddenly the world's in an uproar. Tiny revolution, a little evolution. Giving off light in a split second.* Wendy, who now had a Duel Disk on her left arm and was looking over Hokusei on a hill as the sun started to set, with Sofia and James. *The dream I'd always carried. Hidden away in my pocket.* Wendy then put a hand on her Fairy Tail mark and was feeling sad. *Is now unfolding before my eyes. I've been reborn.* Sofia then came up to Wendy and gave her a big hug, which made Wendy smile. *And the world's rule's are about to change.* During a raging thunder storm, people in masked clocks were walking down the street, leading them was Fox. In the city, Wendy visited three locations. A school, an old mansion and a beach. *Magic navigation miracle creation.* Wendy then turned on the Duel Disk and then placed a card on the Dual Blade. Soon a blue dragon with green fairy wings and then it fired a green light from its wings at Hieratic Sun Dragon Overlord of Heliopolis in front James. *Have a heart that believes.* Then Sofia was in front of DoSolfachord Coolia. On her right was a Rose/Prank in front of Prank-Kids Battle Butler. And on her left was a girl about Wendy's age with long brown hair, wearing a white long sleeve turtleneck in front of a machine that looked like a dragon. *Tiny revolution, a little evolution. No doubt at any time. C'mon, shake off hesitation and anxiety.* Wendy was then flying in the air on an aqua colored board that had a small jet engine under it. *With this hope in your chest, go forth to a light-filled tomorrow. Hello! My World! That's magic!* Kotodama was out of the card and fired red and blue magical beams out of her staff, the beams joined together and then in a flash multiple wizards that looked from the future appeared around her. *Hello! New World! Just like a pendulum.* Watching them was David, a man that looked like him, but was wearing a green suit and Olivia. *It keeps on swinging.* Then Wendy and a boy about Wendy's age with brown skin, black hair and eyes and was wearing brown leather armor, were trying to rescue a girl about Wendy's age wearing a white wedding dress in a tower. *And doesn't stop, not for a second. I'm rewriting that magic now. Let's head into the future.* Wendy then starts to fly over the horizon and the words Fairy Duelist.

After Wendy shut the door to her room. She noticed a letter on her bed. Wendy signed and opened it. The letter said. "Hello Wendy. Now before you get mad, I tried to warn you about Shiro in the last letter, but you destroyed it. But I have some good news. Hachurui, The Reptile Type-Maker you won in your duel with Shiro, is actually a key to return you back home. If you don't believe me, then read The Wish of the Makers."

"Why?"

"If you are asking why, you'll understand when you read it. Good night, Wendy." The letter said, causing Wendy to sigh in frustration, before she went to bed. The following day after school, during Music Club. Sofia had started a meeting for all the members. "Alright everyone listen up. Two weeks from now, we are going to hold a band concert. Each of your bands will perform one song, and if you don't have a band. Come talk to me and we'll figure something out."

"She must be very excited." Prank said as she, Rose and Wendy were sitting next to the door. "About what?" James said as he walked into the room. Wendy got up and said to him. "James? What are you doing here?"

"Well after Principal Beiri learned what happened yesterday. To say she wasn't very happy with me, would be an understatement. She gave me two choices, I can either join this club or something else I would rather not talk about."

"That is our mom alright." Rose said and Sofia joined them. After James explained why he was here, Sofia said to them. "It's good to have you here, but why does Principal Beiri want you to be in the same club as her daughter's?"

"Mom, trust you and Wendy. That's why he is here." Rose said before Sofia said. "Ok, now I have a question for you all?"

"What is it Sofia?" Wendy said as all of the other Music Club members were leaving. They all walked away from the door and Sofia said to them. "Well, I know you three aren't part of any band. So the four of us will be one band, but I don't know if you guys have any experience with music."

"We don't have any experience." Prank said for her and Rose. James said, looking out the window. "I also don't have any experience with music."

"Wendy please tell me that you do have any experience with music?" Sofia said and Wendy nodded her head yes. Rose then said to Wendy. "You do?"

"Yes. I sing with my friend Sherria. We were very popular and called The Sky Sisters."

"Great! You can be our lead singer. I'll play guitar and be your backup singer. James, I think you will love bass. Rose and Prank, I think you guys will rock the drums. And don't worry, I will teach you all how to use them."

"You know how to play them?" Rose said and Sofia said. "Yeah, when I discovered my love of music, I learned how to play every instrument. So I can totally teach you."

"Cool, but isn't this space too small for all of the bands?" Prank said before Sofia said. "Yes, that's why I need to talk to Principal Beiri and ask her if we can use the roof for practice."

"Do you want us to come along? Rose said and Sofia shook her head no. "It will be fine. Oh, and don't worry about instruments. Some will be ready for you guys tomorrow."

"Ok, see you then." James said as he left the room. "I guess it's still going to take some time for him to warm up to us." Wendy said, looking at the door. "I don't know, but hopefully soon. Now if you'll excuse me. I'm going to be late for my meeting with Principal Beiri." Sofia said as she left them too. Rose then got up and said. "Well, we better be going home too."

"Wait!? Rose, I need your help." Wendy said getting up. Prank then gasped and said to Wendy. "But what about me?"

"Well I…?"

"I understand. You need the smart and awesome one of this fabulous duo. Instead of the dumb and lame one."

"No… Uh, you are awesome to Prank it's just, uh…?" Wendy said as Prank started to cry. Rose then slapped her and Prank on the back of the head and Rose said to Wendy. "Wendy, Prank is just pulling your leg. She understands that you want to talk to me and isn't insulted."

"Sis? Why did you have to say that?"

"Because you were making Wendy panic. Now be quiet and let Wendy talk."

"Ok, bye Wendy." Prank said as she went deep into Rose's head. Rose then said to Wendy. "Sorry about that. So what do you want to talk about?"

"It's fine and I'm wondering if you have ever heard of a book called "The Wish of the Makers?"

"The Wish of the Makers?" Rose said before she started to think. After a few seconds, Rose said to her. "Oh yeah. I remember that fairy tale, back when I was a little kid. But why are you asking me about that?"

"Oh, hu…? I just like fairy tales, and I haven't heard that one yet." Wendy said not wanting Rose to know about the letter she received last night. Rose knew something was wrong, but didn't push it and help Wendy find the book in the school library. After that they both went home and when Wendy got home, she started to read the book.

For the following week, after school on the roof, all bands were practicing. And thanks Sofia helped, Rose and Prank learn to play the drums and James learn to play the bass. Right now they were practicing together and they were good, but not great yet. Once they were done, Sofia clapped her hands and said to them. "You guys were great."

"Thanks." Prank said as Rose got off the seat. James then put down the bass and said to Sofia. "Is Wendy going to join us today?"

"No, she isn't." Sofia said as she put her guitar down. And what they were talking about was the truth, Wendy has been ignoring them all week. Rose then said to Sofia and James. "Are you sure? I've seen her around school."

"She is coming to school, but she's gone as soon as school is over. I also think that she isn't getting enough sleep" Sofia said before she took a seat. Rose looked at James and said. "This is all your fault."

"What? Why me?"

"She ignored us after you used her to take down Shiro." Rose said as they all remembered Wendy taking Shiro down.

Flashback

"Go Ezra, Inferno Fairy Slash!" Wendy said as Ezra cut the pink head of Cerberhydra off, with a fire sword. That caused the other two heads to gasp as the pink head burned away. She then flew up, drove down and cut off the aqua head, which burned away too. She then flew back to Wendy and charged right at the brown head, cutting it down the middle and then cut the body in half. Cerberhydra then exploded, causing Shiro to be sent flying as he screamed in defeat.

Present

"Hey I need someone to help and Wendy did ok in our Duel. But now that I think about it, she seemed like she was new to Dueling?" James said before Prank said as she, Rose and Sofia remembered Wendy and Pranks first duel. "Yeah, during our Duel she didn't know what Fusion Summoning was, which we all learn in elementary school."

Flashback

Prank then said taking out a card from her hand. "Now by sending one card from my Hand to the Graveyard, I can add the Spell Card Polymerization to my Hand and I'll play it right now." Prank's Deck shot out a card and showed Wendy the card. The card had two orange monsters in a blue spiral. Wendy didn't know what it was, but Sofia because she said. "Wendy watch out."

"For what?"

"For her Fusion Monster!"

"What's a Fusion Monster?" Wendy said, causing Sofia to realize that she forgot to teach Wendy about the other types of monsters in the Extra Deck, minus Link Monsters. "Here let me show you. I fuse my two Prank-Kids Lampsies that are in my Hand." Prank said as two red kids with fire for hair appeared on the field,

Prank-Kids Lampsies / Fire / Level 3 / Pyro, Effect / ATK 1500 / DEF 500

"Now watch as two kid's of fire create an engine of chaos." (Prank's Hand 2) Prank said as a spiral appeared above them and the two Lampsies entered it. Then they spin around in it and a purple light appears out of it. Prank then said, clapping her hands. "I Fusion Summon, Level 5 Prank-Kids Rocket Ride." Then a rocket with a wicked smile and eye appeared on the field, with both Lampsies on its back.

Present

"Yeah, I remember that. Because after that you took over Wendy training and I felt like I was left behind." Sofia said, causing James to say to Sofia. "Wait? You trained Wendy?"

"Yes."

"Didn't she already know how to duel?"

"Actually, no. She didn't have a Deck or a Duel Disk when I met her." Sofia said remembering the conversation after Ashly left the room.

Flashback

Sofia and Wendy were all that was left in the Music Room. Wendy helped Sofia up and Sofia said. "Why did you do that?"

"You were in trouble, I had to help."

"Thanks, but now you have to face Ashley in a duel tomorrow and her cards back a lot of firepower and I mean that literally."

"So we are going to fight using cards?"

"Yeah, wait? Do you have a Deck?"

"No."

"Do you have a Duel Disk?"

"No."

"Have you ever heard of Duel Monster before?

"No." Wendy said and Sofia took a deep breath.

Present

"How can that be? Everyone has learned Dual Monster in elementary school, just like my little sister is doing right now."

"I didn't know you had a sister?" Rose said before Prank said to James. "Are you cold to her too?"

"No! And let's not get off topic."

"And what is the topic?" Prank said before James said. "Wendy. We actually don't know a thing about her."

"We do know that she is a kind hearted person, who will help anyone." Sofia said before Prank said. "And is kind of clumsy." They all laughed a little, thinking of the moment she fell down. They stopped when James said to them. "Still we don't know where she came from or who she really is."

"I think I know someone who could help." Sofia said before she pulled her phone out of the bag. She found Buzz's number and called him. He told her that he would take her and ther others to David's house. They went to David's house after Sofia let the other members go home for the day. Once they got there, Buzz drove away and Sofia rang the doorbell. After a few seconds Wendy, who looked like she wasn't getting enough sleep, opened the door and saw everyone. Wendy then said to them. "Hey guys, what are you doing here?"

"We need to talk to you?" Sofia said as they all saw Wendy trying not to fall down. Wendy then said to them. "Is this about the concert, don't worry. I've been reading and singing the lyrics of the song ."

"Good to know, but that is not why we are here." Prank said before Rose said. "Yeah, we are worried about you."

"There is nothing to worry about." Wendy said as she walked up to them, only to trip and fall down. "WENDY!" Sofia said as she helped Wendy up. Wendy was out cold and had a red mark on her forehead. As James took the lead and the girls helped Wendy inside and up into her room. Rose then said to James. "How do you know this is her room?"

"The paper trail." James said, pointing to a trail of paper from Wendy's room to the front door. "What is this stuff?" Rose said as she was going to pick one up. But Sofia stopped her and said. "Let's put Wendy in bed first."

"Ok." Rose said as they opened the door and saw even more paper everywhere, even some on her bed. James cleared it up and the girls put her to bed. After a few hours, Wendy woke up in her bed, saw Sofia, Rose, Prank and James looking at her, and all of the papers were stacked into a pile on Wendy's desk. "Ow! What happened?" Wendy said get up from the bed. James then said to her. "You tripped and hit the ground. Nothing too bad, but because you were so tired, you knocked out. So Sofia and Rose carried you to bed."

"Oh, thanks." Wendy said as she tried to get up, but Rose stopped her. "No, you need to rest." Prank said, but Wendy didn't listen to her. Wendy then said to them. "But I still have work to do."

"How does looking at past top tier Duelists count as work?" James said, picking up a few pieces of papers. "I'm looking for some cards." Wendy said as she took the paper away from James. "What cards?"

"The Maker Cards." Wendy said before Rose said. "So you are looking for cards like Kotodama, The Spellcaster Type-Maker you have and Hachurui, The Reptile Type-Maker Shiro has?"

"Actually, I have Hachurui now." Wendy said, pulling out Hachurui, The Reptile Type-Maker from her Deck. "How did you get that?" Sofia said, causing Wendy to remember what happened after the Duel with Shiro.

Flashback

Shiro hit the ground hard, so he lost conscience, but was not hurt. And soon Shiro and Wendy were surrounded by darkness. A light excited Shiro and a card came out of his Deck, then flew to Wendy. When they got close to Wendy, she saw the card was Hachurui, The Reptile Type-Maker. And while Hachurui, The Reptile Type-Maker entered Wendy's Deck, the light entered Wendy.

Present

"I don't know how it got there. It just was." Wendy said lying to her friends. They knew Wendy was lying, so Sofia got closer to her and said to her. "Wendy, we know you are lying. Why can't you tell us what's wrong?"

"You won't believe me."

"Try us." James said what all of Wendy's friends were thinking. Wendy sighed and said to them. "The truth is I am from another world."

"What? No way." Rose said and before Wendy could say anything, the doorbell rang. James quickly ran down stairs and just as quickly came back with a small box and a small letter on it. James threw it to Wendy and said. "It's for you."

"It must be from my client." Wendy said before reading the letter out loud. "Dear Wendy. I had a feeling that your friends won't believe you about being from another world, so I prepared this device to help." Sofia then opened the box and inside was a blue sphere with red lines coming from a red button. Prank picked up the sphere and said. "I wonder what this does?"

"No, don't!" Rose said, but Prank had control of her arms and pressed the button. The red lines opened up, then closed quickly, causing the sphere to jump out of Rose's hands and land on the floor. The red lines stopped the sphere and the sphere created a flash. They all covered their eyes and when it was over, they found themselves in a big building full of colorful people. James then said to Wendy. "Where are we?"

"We are in the Fairy Tail Guild Hall in Magnolia. This is my home."

"And is that you?" Prank said pointing at another Wendy, who was just sitting and reading a book. Wendy then said as she looked at the other Wendy. "Yes… What? This couldn't be…?" Sofia looked at Wendy and said. "Could be what?"

"Hey Wendy, look at this?" A blue cat that looked like Fairy Code; Happy flew to her and gave her a piece of paper. Sofia looked at Wendy and said. "Wendy what is going on?"

"This is the day before I came to this world." Wendy said before a white cat with wing that looked like Fairy Code; Carla, a two girls one looked like Fairy Code; Erza and one looked like Fairy Code; Lucy, two guy, one that looked like Fairy Code; Natsu and the other one looked like Fairy Code; Gray, all of them didn't have wings and they were all walking up to Wendy. Rose then said to Wendy. "Who are these people Wendy, and why do they look like your Fairy Code monsters?"

"These are my friends and they are what the Fairy Code monsters are based on." Wendy said before Erza said to past Wendy. "Looks like someone has a request for you Wendy."

"I wonder why they need you." Natsu said before Gray said. "Maybe because they don't want their town destroyed, Flame-Brain."

"What was the Ice-Spriper!" Natsu said as they both got ready to fight. James looked at Wendy and said. "Do those two fight a lot?"

"Yes, but Erza usually stops them before they get out of hand." Wendy said as Erza broke up the fight. Lucy then said to Wendy as they both looked at the letter. "So, what does it say?"

"Wendy Marvell, I have a request for you. I can not give you the details right, but if you accept this quest, please read the name of the card included with this request. If you don't, please throw the card out the window." Wendy said as Erza, who had just beat the two guys up, said to her. "This is a weird request."

"What card was it?" James said and Wendy said. "Kotodama, The Spellcaster-Type Maker." That surprised them and Lucy said to past Wendy. "What is the reward?"

"It says "Unimageable Wealth." Past Wendy said before Carla said. "I wonder what that means?"

"Read the card and let's see what happened." Happy said, giving Wendy the card. As her friend started to argue on what to do, Wendy looked at the card and read its name. "Kotodama, The Spellcaster-Type Maker?" Then a flash started to appear out of the card and around her. As the light disappeared, Wendy was gone. "WENDY!" All of her friends yelled worried for her. The sphere then stopped working and they were all backed into Wendy's room. James then said, taking the letter. "Give me that. …The device is called a Record Sphere. It records a moment in time, and this moment is the moment you agreed to my job. Job? What job?"

"I don't know. I have never met the client, he or she just sent these letters to me."

"Do you trusted this person?" Rose said before Wendy said. "I didn't at first. But he or she told me to use Kotodama in my duel with Ashley and I won. He or she told me to look for Prank and not only did it help the Music Club, but I made two new friends. He or she tried to warn me about Shiro. And he or she has told me how to get home."

"Wait? You're stuck here?" Sofia said and Wendy nodded yes. Rose then said to Wendy. "I still don't believe you, but what did your client say that caused you to put space between us?"

"He or she didn't want me to put space between us, I did after reading this book."

"What book?" Sofia said as Wendy got off the bed. She then walked over to her desk and picked up a book. Rose looked at the book and said. "Wait! The Wish of the Makers? How did this book cause you to put space between us?"

"Listen." Wendy said as she opened the book and started to read it. "Once upon a time, a young boy found himself lost in another world full of monsters. Alone and scared, he wished someone would save him. Thankfully 23 wizards, each with a cloak of a different monster type and each had a staff that had seven jewels of different colors, appeared around him. The leader of them, a female, asked the boy if he wanted to go home. The boy said yes and they all created a portal back to his home. Before the boy left, he asked the leader for her name and her name was Kotodama, The Spellcaster-Type Maker."

"What? Is that the name of your card?" Sofia said as Wendy closed the book. Wendy then said to her. "Yes, and after reading this. I know I need to find the other 21 Type Maker, so I can wish to go home."

"And that is going to be hard." Rose said as she put down her phone. They all looked at her and Rose said. "I just looked up Kotodama and Hachurui. I found that there is no data on them."

"Why? I thought you didn't believe her?" James said before Prank said. "Will, I do. And even if Rose doesn't believe her. We want to help my friend get home."

"Well, I'll help too." James said and Wendy said. "You will?"

"Yeah, I have a feeling you are going to be facing strong opponents. And that gets me excited." James said with a wicked smile. The girls backed away from him a little and Sofia said to Wendy. "You see all of us are backing you up."

"Then I better start backing you guys up too."

"Ok, but first get some sleep. Tomorrow we will look for the other 21 Type Makers and get ready for our concert." Sofia said with a smile. Wendy smiled back at her friends, before she went to sleep. They all stayed with Wendy until it started to get dark. But not one of them knew that they were not the only ones looking for Type Makers.

That night, Fox was sitting at a round table with Red Knight, Tiger, Zero and three empty seats. Tiger and Zero were yelling at Fox about the hunt last week. Red Knight saw how annoyed Fox was and then yelled at both of them. "BE QUITE!" That shut them up and Fox said. "Thank you Red. Now I understand your points Tiger and Zero. While the hunt for the Type Makers are proving less successful then our capture hunts." Then a group of people with white masks and each had a number on their masks entered the room with some rice balls and tea. Tiger then said to Zero. "Yeah. Plus your tech hasn't even found one."

"Be quite Crazy Cat." Zero said, taking a rice ball and putting it into his mouth. Before Tiger could say anything, Fox stopped her and said as he picked up his tea. "Now, this meeting is not about the hunts. This is about Darkwing."

"Yeah, your son is causing quite the problem, Zero." Red Knight said as Fox drank his tea. Zero turned to Red Knight and said. "You know what is like for him, Red Knight. After all, your daughter White Knight and your son Black Knight are in the same position as him."

"We all know what it is like for him, but he is getting out of control. He is not even here for the meeting." Tiger said before Zero said. "The same could be said for White and Black Knight."

"But they are on Kita and they are with the other young Hunters." Fox said as he put down his drink. He whipped his mouth clean and said. "While Darkwing is not only M.I.A. with a few of the young Hunters, but is causing problems on the other islands." Fox then pressed buttons on the table and a screen appeared in the middle and showed a new report of an unknown group of people that had ransacked card stores all over Hokuto. As the masked people with numbers took the dish away, Tiger said to Fox. "Shouldn't we be stopping him and his team?"

"Not yet. Let Darkwing and his team collect Type Makers in not hidden locations. Like this one." Fox said, showing a picture of a museum flier. "The Museum of Hokusei, one of the Legendary Duelist desks, has Maindo, The Psychic-Type Maker."

"It should be easy to steal. The museum is having a concert for the new music wing they just opened and they are having the Music Club from Hokusei Middle School put on the show." Tiger said not knowing that a guy with a number 78 on his mask was listening to them. Red Knight then said to Tiger. "That is a bad idea. Thanks to Darkwing and his team. All locations with cards are on high alert now, so a team can't sneak into the museum."

"Don't worry, We, the Shadow Hunters, will have all Type Makers one way or another." Fox said as number 78 left, not knowing Fox knew he was listening to them. 78 turned on his phone and called someone. The person picked up and said. "This is Darkwing."

"Sir, it's 78. I have news about some Type Makers."

"Then speak."

"Two are with a young girl and another is being held in a museum, but I don't know what desk has it."

"I'll give you one of Zero trackers. It should reach you by next week."

"That's perfect sir. There will be a concert held at the museum. I can sneak in and out without no one the wiser."

"Ok, oh and one more thing. Get it done." Darkwing said as he hung up the phone. Back in Darkwing base, he put down the phone and picked up a card that said. "Doragon, The Dragon-Type Maker."

*Please tell it again, this story that I love. I don't mind if it's just a dream.* Wendy was in her room at David house. *If yesterday is past and done, today will pass by too. It makes it seem so fast we'll get there right away!* Wendy was crossing off dates with a pen on her calendar. *Even as time passes, my heart is gonna keep on beating. These are the things that never change!* Wendy put down the pen and looked out of her bedroom window and looked over the city. *Please tell it again, this story that I love. Even if it's a dream, I will always believe and keep moving on! Would you please let me hear your voice ring out again? Those feelings deep down in my heart are feelings that never will change! I'll be here waiting for you.* Wendy then turned off the light and went to bed.
