Elegant Bedroom, Hotel, Unknown Location, Unknown World...

Labored breaths filled the darkened room as a panting Severus Snape landed on his back beside his equally panting wife. The semi-darkness was a good indication of the time of day shifting from the end of their lunch stroll toward the coming of what should be dinner time. Raven hair curtained around the sallow pale face of the still winded Potions Professor as he took a few moments to look up at the ceiling. It was an interesting little vacation of sorts they had taken and it seemed to have contributed to bringing them closer together. His idea to get away from everything and just have it be the two of them was made via a drunken epiphany but it was a very well received idea none the less. Hermione appeared to be enjoying herself and the new found freedom from restraints due to the possibility of someone disapproving of her need for her husband. Snape found the ordeal just as freeing as she had. The constant strain and need to limit his time with his wife was getting to be quite a chore. Here they were free to do as they pleased with no unwanted interruptions. Hermione seemed at ease in this place as she scooted closer to her husband and maneuvered to rest her weary head along his exposed lean pale chest. Snape wrapped his arm around her, holding her body as close to his own as possible without having her towering over him. Everything was something of a whimsical blur when they arrived at their hotel room. An assortment of Muggle attire flew in every direction as they eagerly attempted to ravage one another due to mutual need. The chaotic state of their room with the duvet and pillows tossed about as casually as their clothing seemed amusing to the Potions Professor.

"I suppose we don't have much time left before we have to return." said Hermione breaking the silence that had fallen between them.

"No." agreed Snape in a rather lazy tone. "But, I'm not in much of a hurry to return."

"Neither am I." agreed Hermione pleased that they didn't have to rush back to Hogwarts so quickly.

Still delighted by the events of the day, as well as the ring she kept staring at even in the semi-darkened room. The fact that Severus Snape proposed to her had not fully sunk in as she had never in a million years would have expected this would be the reason he'd been so insistent about going away with her far from the prying eyes of everyone whom would take issue with his latest action. She wasn't even sure if Dumbledore knew the extend of her husband's plans when he was recruited to reluctantly assist them.

"Something on your mind, witch?" asked Snape still staring up at the ceiling while holding his wife close.

Hermione found herself caught off guard by her husband's question. She'd been thinking briefly about the future and what it would be like if they could live their lives without the war and having to return to Hogwarts.

"It's nothing." she replied lazily herself. "Just another fantasy of mine."

"Oh?" asked Snape with an arched brow despite her inability to see it. "Do tell."

"Severus, it's nothing really..." she attempted to convince him. "Just a passing thought...it's not like we can afford to actually do it...not now with the war going on."

"if there were no war...what would you see us doing at this very moment?" asked Snape not at all letting up on his intention to know what she'd been thinking about.

"If there were no war, I could see us living in a flat in London." said Hermione visualizing a life with her husband. "There would be no Hogwarts, or Wizarding wars, or anyone to bother us."

"Want to keep me to yourself do you?" asked Snape amused. "Although it does sound quite enticing with no dunderheads or Potter to get in the way, what else?"

Hermione thought for a moment, the minor distraction of listening to her husband's heart beat through his chest was welcome and altogether calming. She enjoyed these moments with him as much as any other time. Something about the quiet and the ease in which they seemed to fall into when alone together.

"Perhaps some children?" she said sweetly. "Not now of course, but in the distant future possibly."

Snape smirked in the darkness, he wondered if and when that topic would find it's way into their discussion.

"I suppose that would mean spending a good deal of time making them before hand." he said in a tone she didn't quite recognize. "Of course that would lead to you milking my cock every chance you got."

"Something tells me you'd like that." replied Hermione shifting her weight to now straddle her husband as he continued to lie on his back running his hands along her waist.

Snape let out something of a low hiss as he felt the slowly building warmth engulf his already rapidly engorging cock. He never had any intention of telling the witch just how much he enjoyed her shameless attempts at teasing him, she seemed to figure it out all on her own.

"Fuck..." hissed Snape attempting to keep his mind from clouding with returned lust. "What else?"

"Our respective careers would be stable, with me being your apprentice and you concocting new potions and patents." continued Hermione as she began to slowly shift her weight sliding ever so slightly along her husband's cock.

Snape hissed again before she felt him attempt to thrust forward desperate to feel more as she controlled the pace of this new exchange.

"The things you do to me Mrs. Snape are downright criminal." growled The Potions Professor as he gripped his wife's hips before slamming into her completely.

The moan that escaped Hermione's lips seemed to spur Snape on as he continued picking up the pace. It didn't take long before she was riding him outright gasping for breath as his grunts signaled the intensity of his need for her. Their previous round of coitus long forgotten as a new one demanded their mutual attention. Snape's eyes fell upon his wife with a flicker of heat behind them reflecting his thrusts as he continued to hold on to her. He didn't think it possible that she seemed to become more beautiful with each passing day and this was no exception. She would never know how he longed to make her every dream come true as far as her fantasy had been concerned. Yet there were things on the horizon that would make that nearly impossible to say the least, but he'd pretend...if only for tonight he'd pretend that every second of their shared vacation was the result of the life she wished for them.

"S-Severus..." moaned the nearly breathless witch as she continued to ride out her husband's rapid thrusts.

Ever the clever serpent, Snape used the new found momentum to maneuvered his body until Hermione found herself with her back pressed against the mattress. The gasping witch had been at a loss for words as the intensity of her husband's thrusts got the better of her rendering her speechless aside from a few gasps and occasional moans. Now fully in control, Snape continued to pound his wife into the mattress as he had hours before.

The tell tale sound of the headboard beating against the nearby wall was a good indication of his intensity. A series of searing kisses further contributed to Hermione's inability to respond via words as she clung to him, wrapping her legs around his body in a bid to hold him in place.

The blazing heat behind her amber eyes was a clear indication of her own increasing need for her husband and much sought after release on the rise.

Seconds gave way to minutes and minutes gave way to another collective few hours as Snape and Hermione continued to pass the time. The all too familiar tension in Snape's body gave Hermione all indication of what was to come.

"F-F-FUCKKK!" growled Snape feeling his release rip through him.

It wasn't very long before Hermione's soon followed causing her to yell out his name in the process. Panting once more and slick with sweat Snape met her gaze and her lips in a winded kiss. Despite the weakness he felt in his body, Snape made it a point to get Hermione's attention once more.

"I love you." he said softly.

"I love you too." she replied.

Another series of kisses saw to Snape rolling back onto his side of the bed.

"I wish I could give you everything you want and more." said Snape rolling onto his side to face his still panting wife.

Hermione treated him to a smile as his rough calloused hand moved along her cheek.

"I'm fine with what we have now...at this very moment." she said happily.

"It won't be like this for long." said Snape unintentionally putting a damper on things.

"I know." replied Hermione not wishing to discuss the inevitable.

Snape seemed to have other ideas as he sat up making it clear that he wasn't going to drop the discussion, not until he said what he needed to.

"Hermione." he began with a rather serious expression filed across his sallow pale face.

This serious demeanor had gotten Hermione's attention in the worst way.

"Is something wrong?" she asked not at all sure she truly wanted to know the answer to her question.

"T-There's nothing wrong...not like what you are thinking." Snape attempted to explain. "Although I am duty bound and cannot disclose the details of what is to come, I believe you of all people sure be weary of the future."

"Why do you say that?" asked Hermione still confused.

Snape sighed, this was proving to be rather difficult given the vow he'd taken but he knew that he owed Hermione at least something in terms of a warning. She'd had her heart dead set on them having a life together after all and it was a very real possibility that it would never happen.

"While I cannot disclose much, you should be weary of the coming days." replied The Potions Professor doing his best to issue a warning to his wife. "Rapid changes are coming and events have been set in motion that I cannot stop nor do I have control over them...just know that once it occurs that I in no way mean you any harm."

"What do you mean?" asked Hermione still confused about his words.

"What I mean is...I love you Hermione Granger." he began. "And no matter what happens know that I always will."

While it frustrated Snape to no end that he couldn't at least give a better hint as to what was yet to come, he wanted to make it abundantly clear that he had indeed loved his wife and would for the rest of his life.

"Severus..." said a nearly speechless Hermione.

Snape wrapped his arms around her once more as she rested her head against his chest. There in the dark, Snape and Hermione pondered the future and the dread of having to part ways now that their vacation was at an end.
