Snape's Quarters, Hogwarts Castle, Wizarding World...

Slamming his hand against the hard oak wood desk that was formerly lined with folders and various parchments, Severus Snape did his best to quell his increasingly rampant temper. He'd had enough of the toad-faced witch before hand but her audacity to try and drug his wife of all people with veritaserum. It would have surely been their undoing had she succeeded, but it just so happened the stock was low due to his neglecting to brew more prior to his two day vacation with Hermione. Snape's mind was racing with a series of what if scenarios and vast outcomes for a few moments before he took note of a message sent to him via a familiar owl belonging only to Lucius Malfoy. Snape took the parchment rewarding the bird and found that his day was only going to get worse it seemed. The Dark Lord was planning something and given Harry Potter's rather lazy message about Sirius Black being kidnapped it all began to make sense. Snape contacted The Order Of Phoenix including the founding member Dumbledore in record time. He knew that it wouldn't belong before his presence was needed elsewhere if Lucius' message was any indication to the upcoming events. Much to Snape's chargin, Sirius Black himself had answered his message at 12 Grimmauld place and if that meant Black was safe and sound in his own home that Potter was no doubt leading himself and anyone foolish enough to follow him into a well sprung trap.

HERMIONE!

Potter was apparently doing everything in his power to get Snape's wife killed and it only served to make the dour wizard wish he had indeed proceeded to poison the idiotic boy for all the trouble he caused.

"DAMN IT!" growled Snape before he scrambled to send a final message to The Order Of Phoenix members.

Just as he finished and just as he knew it would the dark mark began to burn as the despot summoned him and the other death eaters to The Ministry Of Magic Offices. Lucius had barely managed to send off the message at great personal risk to himself and Snape hoped the timely warning had been enough. Unsure of what he'd find when he arrived, Snape left Hogwarts in a cloud of black smoke as he'd already been dressed in the appropriate attire.

The ivory mask covered his face and once more Severus Snape The Potions Professor became another death eater in service to The Dark Lord.

HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

The Artifacts Department ,The Ministry Of Magic Building, Wizarding World...

Hermione found herself unable to control her breathing as she found herself face to face with one of Voldemort's infamous death eaters. The rows of artifacts and round crystal orbs that surrounded them was quite the unnerving site and even less an ideal place to fight in. Harry managed to secure the one about him and Voldemort only for Lucius Malfoy to step out of the shadows accompanied for the first time by a deranged dark witch whom he addressed as Bellatrix, Bellatrix LeStrange. The very same Bellatrix LeStrange whom had been charged with torturing poor Neville Longbottom's parents until they were no longer able to function as regular people. She did her best to protect her friends even going so far as to damage a good deal of artifacts as she attacked the death eater whom had been stalking her since she found herself trapped in the maze of glass orbs and artifacts.

While Hermione had not been aware of the identity of the death eater that stalked her, He was very well acquainted with her as she'd been his wife and his concern for her continued to mount as the altercation began to escalate. Severus Snape did what he could to keep his wife out of the main chamber until she managed to use the artifacts against him. Dazed and very annoyed, he charged after her wanting more than anything to drag her out of harms way and to hex Harry Potter at the same time.

Finally out of the sight of the death eater that stalked her, Hermione managed to follow Harry into the main chamber where he and Lucius Malfoy were in a bit of a stand off. Lucius appeared to not wished to harm Harry whom had only intensified hatred towards the Senior Malfoy.

"Potter, give me the prophecy." insisted Lucius not at all wishing to harm the boy, not that it would have been allowed in the first place.

Harry glared at Lucius before noting Hermione's appearance behind him. He gripped the glowing glass orb a few moments before looking back at Lucius Malfoy.

"That's it Potter, just...hand me the orb." instructed Lucius.

Enraged Harry didn't wish to give the Senior Malfoy the satisfaction tossing it onto the ground as Lucius attempted to dive for it only for it to shatter just as a familiar voice alerted everyone to it's presence.

"Get the hell away from my Godson." said the voice of Sirius Black.

Lucius barely had any time to register where the voice had come from before he was unceremoniously knocked to the ground via a wayward punch from his wife's elder cousin.

"Sirius!" shouted a very relieved Harry Potter.

All at once death eaters and Order members began to combat one another throwing spells in every direction.

It seemed the tide had been turning in favor of good until the unseemly cackle of one Bellatrix LeStrange echoed throughout the room and Sirius Black was struck via a strange red wave of light and knocked back into an ancient Ministry artifact. Harry had barely a moment to adjust to the shock before Sirius fell into the veil and died before his very eyes. Remus Lupin grabbed a distraught Harry and attempted to calm him only for the boy to break free and rush off after the cackling witch whom had murdered his godfather.

Hermione Granger lost track of Harry then as she found herself engaging in combat with a death eater whom had cornered her during the battle. She had not been able to shake the feeling that whomever it was, was the same death eater she faced beforehand in the maze of artifacts.

She attempted to get the upper hand in this engagement, but this time the death eater would not let up and before she knew it everything had gone dark as she fell to the ground.
