Arizona POV
It's Sunday morning, my favorite part of the week and even more now with Leah sleeping right next to me, i turn around and there she is, she has to be one of the most peaceful sleepers ever, her beautiful face completely relaxed, i take this moment to appreciate just how gorgeous she is.
After a while i get up to start making breakfast, she will need some food after last night, i put my airpods on and start the food making process, dancing around my kitchen.
I'm so focused on what i'm doing that it takes me a moment to realize Leah is standing against the frame of the kitchen door, wearing one of my oversized shirts, barefoot and her hair in a high messy bun.
"How long have you been standing there?" i ask shyly and she smiles
"enough to see you were enjoying yourself, but please don't stop" she says mirroring my smile, her beautiful eyes sparkle "Good morning by the way" she says walking towards me.
"Your eyes look particularly green right now" i say while looking up at her while she's hugging me, and they do they almost look emerald green, i've never seen her eyes this bright before
"I've never noticed...if they change" she says giving me a questioning look
"i like it, maybe they change depending on your mood" i say mirroring her questioning look "how are you feeling at the moment?" she smiles.
"Like we should dance together" she says grabbing my hand and spinning me around, i laugh and put one of my AirPods in her ear so she can hear the music too.
I can't stop giggling as we dance around the kitchen, she looks young and happy. I want to see this side of her more often, she's all smiles and she's watching me like i am some kind of prize, honestly her eyes look almost hungry. She waits for her perfect opportunity and grabs a hold of my waist while i spin and brings me close to her body, staring into each others eyes.

"Leah, breakfast will get cold" i say barely as she continues kissing my neck, God she is driving me crazy
"I have a different idea for breakfast" she says grabbing a handful of my behind, taking my airpod off with her other hand and it's a done deal, how could i ever say no to her, i'm sure the argument from last night made her feel some type of way but if this is the reaction i'm getting every time, we should argue more often.
She pulls me towards the bedroom but i have a better idea, i know she has done some things but i'm not sure what all she has done so this is my way of finding out. I pull my hand away from hers and she gives me a questioning look. Not taking my eyes away from hers, i walk back towards the kitchen island and i manage to sit on it without looking anywhere else but her eyes.
"What are you doing?" she asks walking towards me

Leah's POV
That was the best breakfast i've ever had and the food was good too, now we are watching TV, i'm sitting in between Arizona's legs my back against her front.
"What do you do on Sundays?" i ask turning around so i can see her
"not much, usually just rest and later i will do my work plan for the week, what about you?" she asks giving me questioning look
"Back home Sundays were for family, we would do things together, that's the only day of the week my parents make sure to stay home and not do any work, we all knew to clear our plans on Sunday, James would usually bring his girlfriend, here I don't do much sundays, only cleaning or laundry if it needs to be done" i say smiling
"Do you miss them?" she asks and i nod
"I miss my brothers" i admit thinking about them "its only 11am here that means it's 8am there, James is probably awake and already out of the house getting breakfast for everyone while Leo is still sleeping, i would usually go with James and we would come back to Leo still sleeping" i say remembering and smiling
"When will you see them?" she asks clearly interested
"Leo is coming next month, he's 17 he's coming to compete in the science nationals, his team won the regionals during summer so he will be staying with me while nationals take place" i say proudly, Leo might be wild but he is smart, and with my moms expectations we all have to be on top of our game.
"Is everyone in your family honor Roll or what?" she says smiling and continues explaining "I saw your application the day i saw you in my class, that's some impressive record you have"
"Thank you and that's very stalky of you" i say jokingly and it makes her laugh "remember when i told you my parents have worked to become economically comfortable?" she nods and i continue
"in exchange for us having everything we needed, we are expected to excel in what we do, whatever we wanted to study, James did business just like my parents and he works with them, i'm studying art but that's a personal choice not one my mother approves so on the side i'm also doing a business degree, Leo is in high school at Harvard-WestLake, he's a junior and he's also doing early college classes, school stuff always came easier for him, HWL was interested in him before he was even out of middle school so yeah, we all try to be on top because of my mom"
"Well it's very impressive, HWL is the hardest highschool to get into in the nation, plus tuition is expensive isn't it almost 50k?" she asks
"More than 50K, they gave him a scholarship for his grades so some of it it's paid for, books and other expenses can put him over the 50K per year" i explain and she gives me shocked look
"And your parents pay for all of it?" she asks even more shocked
"Yes" i nod and she's thinking
"That's some money!" she says and continues "is that how you manage to live alone, go to school and drive the car you drive?" she says giving me a questioning look.
"The car was almost paid fully by me, my dad insisted on giving me a quarter of the price but they do pay for school. I don't pay rent for my apartment because my parents own the building, they agreed to only let me pay some rent after i finish with university" her mouth is open and i continue
"When i said they wanted to be economically comfortable i meant it, i'm pretty sure they have enough money for several lifetimes now but it's never enough for my parents, they want to build generational wealth, they had James young and from there they have worked their ass off, i keep telling them they could retire but neither of them wants to, and truly they would both go crazy without jobs"
"How old are they?" she asks
"Both 42, they were highschool sweethearts and had James when they were 18, after that they started working and didn't had me until almost 4 years later, when they had already bought their first home, now they have so many properties i'm not sure how they keep track of them" i finish explaining and i can see her thinking hard
"So you have never struggled financially?" she asks and i shake my head
"No, never" i continue explaining "Dad loves spending money, if he could he would spend it all on family vacations and cars, my mother in the other hand is smart when it comes to Money, she didn't spoiled us too much growing up, or i'll say she did but there was always some kind of compromise that needed to be made in order to get what we wanted, she balances dad spending because she controls the money coming in and out"
"They make a good team then, what type of compromises did you had to make?" she asks
"I've made too many compromises to count with her" i say laughing and I add "sometimes small sometimes big, per say we had people that cooked and cleaned for us, but only the common areas, she wouldn't let them clean our rooms because it was important that we took care of our rooms, also for cooking we had people cook every single day for us and at least two times a week i had to cook with them, she would stop working early those days so she could be a part of it too, for school, the only way she would let me take art as my major was to do business as my minor in case the art didn't work i can always work with them like James does"
"she seems very structured, and strict but also fair" I can tell she's looking for the right words "Is she why you haven't told them?" she asks with a softer tone of voice
"Well to start... i'm their only daughter, mom has talked about my wedding day since i can remember, she has always dreamed this perfect life for me so naturally i couldn't tell her I wasn't interested, they have gay friends and business partners and they respect them equally, is just not ok if it's in the family, i'm closer to my dad so i think he would take it better than her, she will hit the roof, it's just a matter of when i'm ready for her to kick me out of her family" i say with a sad smile
"i'm so sorry Leah" she says giving me soft kiss in the cheek
"It's fine, now that that i live far from home is a lot easier to be myself than it was there" i finish explaining and my cell buzzes on the coffee table, Ashleys name across the screen. Arizona motions for me to take it and she heads for the restroom.
"Hi Ash" i say smiling even though she can't see me
"Well, Hello stranger!, where have you been all weekend? anyways are we still doing the physics workbook today?"
"not much just work, and yes, what time do you want to meet?"
"Say 4pm?"
"That works, I'll send you my address, see you later"
"See you" ending the call i turn around to find Arizona walking back from the restroom
"it was Ashley, i have to go home, remember i told you i was doing some physics work with her" she nods and i start gathering my stuff and getting ready to leave
"just take the shirt with you, its fine" she says smiling when she finds me changing in the room.
"Are you sure?" i ask and she nods
"about to leave her place i give her a soft kiss before heading for the door" and she gives me one of her dimpled smiles
"I'll see you tomorrow beautiful" she says smiling and giving me a soft kiss
"I'll see you, thank you for an amazing morning" i say before giving her one last kiss and she blushes
"Anytime" she says winking and smiling while i head for my car, closing her door when i drive off.
