Timmy and Trixie have been dating for some time, but none of the parents of the two children know that, they then decided that that night Timmy would introduce Trixie to his parents and the next day he would meet Trixie's dad, but nothing was said about the girl's mother, they decided to tell her last, because they knew she would be the hardest to accept this relationship, that day Timmy went to tell his parents the news.

Timmy: Good morning mom, good morning dad.

Timmy's Mom and Dad: Good morning Timmy.

Timmy: I have a question, are you guys planning on going to some stupid place tonight?

Timmy's Dad: Well we were thinking about that, but then we heard that Vicky can't babysit tonight because of... Something involving vicious dogs, so we had to cancel.

Timmy's Mom: Why are you asking son?

Timmy: Well I wanted to introduce someone to you tonight.

Hearing that, Timmy's parents were curious.

Timmy's Mom and Dad: Who?

Timmy: Well... It's my girlfriend.

If they were already curious before, that last word Timmy said, only increased their curiosity even more, and deep down, his dad was proud.

Timmy's Mom: Girlfriend? You never told us you had a girlfriend.

Timmy: We started dating just a few weeks ago.

Timmy's Dad: That's my boy! Tell your old man, who's the lucky girl?

Timmy knew that if he just told his parents that Trixie was his girlfriend they wouldn't believe him at all, so Timmy decided to let them guess themselves.

Timmy: Believe me, if I told you, you wouldn't believe me, but I'll give you a hint, it's someone you know.

Timmy's Mom: You'll have to be more specific.

Timmy: She's in the same class as me.

With that second tip, Timmy's dad had an idea who his son was talking about.

Timmy's Dad: Ooh, I think I know, give me one more hint just to be sure.

Timmy: Okay, she has black hair.

Timmy's Dad: Just as I thought! It's Tootie.

Timmy: No, it's not her, it's a girl who... She's much taller than me.

His parents are confused, even though Timmy made it obvious who the girl was, they couldn't guess.

Timmy: Well I have to go now, I don't want to be late for school.

He leaves and leaves his parents confused trying to figure out who was that girl their son was talking about.

Timmy's Mom: Someone we know, who's in the same class as Timmy, has black hair and is much taller than him... Who do you think it is darling?

Timmy's Dad: I have no idea honey, the only girl I remember with those traits is Trixie Tang, but that's (he tries to hold back a laugh)... Just... (he starts laughing) IMPOSSIBLE.

Timmy's Mom: True, for a girl like her to date him, only if it's in a dream.

Timmy's Dad: I bet he's bluffing, but if hypothetically he isn't I'll do this. (he shrieks like a girl and faints) Hypothetically, of course.

While his parents were confused tinking about who the girl their son was talking about could be, Timmy got on the school bus and sat next to Trixie.

Trixie: Good morning Timmy.

Timmy: Good morning Trixie, are you ready for tonight?

Trixie: Yeah, I'm ready, I can't wait to meet your parents.

Timmy: Good, I told them I would introduce my girlfriend to them tonight, but they have no idea it's you, even though I made it obvious.

Timmy was still shocked about his parents not being able to guess who he was talking about, it was so obvious, anyone could guess.

Cosmo (disguised as a notebook): By the way, Wanda, who was that girl Timmy was talking about? Someone his parents know, who studies in the same class as him, has black hair and is much taller than him, who is this girl? (he starts to think) BOY, THAT'S A HARD ONE!

Okay... Almost anyone...

Wanda, who was also disguised as a notebook just looks at him and slaps her forehead.

Timmy: One more thing, Trixie, please don't be surprised if my dad faints and shrieks like a girl when he sees you, this is how he reacts when he sees something he doesn't believe.

Trixie: It's okay Timmy, I wonder if your parents will like me?

Timmy: I'm sure they will, after all, they always wanted a girl, you'll be like the daughter they never had, they'll definitely be surprised when they find out it's you, but once they get to know you better, I bet they'll like you almost as much as I do.

Trixie: I hope you're right, and remember, tomorrow is the day you'll meet my dad, don't worry I'm sure he'll like you.

Timmy: I hope so.

Trixie: Focus on making friends with him, that way it'll be easier when we tell my mom.

Timmy: I'll try to do that, but tomorrow, tonight it's your turn.

But that afternoon, Timmy remembered a detail for which he was not prepared, his relationship with Trixie was one of the best things that ever happened to him, so he wanted that night to be perfect.

Timmy: Guys, you have no idea how nervous I am.

Wanda: Why are you nervous Sport? Trixie's dad seems pretty nice.

Timmy: No, it's not that.

Cosmo: So is it Trixie's mom? I understand you, I heard there are even rehab clinics for those who receive Mrs. Tang's glares for a long time.

Timmy: No, I'm not worried about Trixie's parents, I can deal with them, what scares me is MY parents, I mean, you know how they are, what if they do something today that ruins my relationship with Trixie?

Cosmo: Cheer up Timmy, what's the worst thing that could happen? I mean, other than your crazy parents who might scare your girlfriend into never talking to you again.

This wasn't typical of Cosmo, why does he sometimes realize things so quickly, and sometimes it takes him so long to realize what's going on? And what he said only made Timmy more worried, luckily Wanda was there to calm him down.

Wanda: Timmy, Trixie likes you for who you are, and true love resists things like crazy parents, I know that very well.

Cosmo: What is that supposed to mean?

Timmy was still a little worried, but after Wanda's advice he was a little calmer, and a few minutes later, Trixie arrived, at the time that she and Timmy had agreed.

Timmy (looking out the window): She's here!

He goes downstairs and opens the door for her.

Timmy: Welcome Trixie, come on in.

She enters the house and they start walking until they find Timmy's parents.

Timmy: Mom, Dad I would like you to meet someone, this is my girlfriend Trixie Tang.

Trixie: Hi.

Timmy's parents look at her, still not believing that she was who Timmy said she was, until Timmy's dad looks closer and sees that his son was telling the truth, he then shrieks like a girl and faints, and seeing that, Trixie was a little surprised.

Trixie: When you said he would do that I didn't think you meant it literally.

Timmy's Mom: Oh don't worry, he does this whenever he sees something he doesn't believe, just throw some water on him and he wakes up.

She grabs a glass of water and throws it at Timmy's dad making him wake up.

Timmy's Dad: Wait a minute, are you really her?

Trixie: Yeah, it's me.

Timmy's Dad: But why would the richest, prettiest, most popular girl in town be interested in a boy like our son?

Timmy (sarcastically): Gee! Thanks dad.

Trixie: Please keep this a secret, but actually I'm not popular anymore.

Timmy: But she's still rich and pretty.

Trixie (blushing a little): Thanks Timmy, come with me, Timmy and I will explain everything.

Some time later, they go to the dining room, and Timmy and Trixie tell them how it all started, when they finished, Timmy's parents looked a little confused, but they were happy.

Timmy's Mom: So let me get this straight, Timmy pretended to be popular so you would like him, but then he realized he wasn't being himself, so he decided to tell the truth in front of the whole class and then you defended him because you were also tired of pretending to be someone you aren't, so you two started dating. I forgot something?

Timmy: No, that basically how it happened.

Timmy's Dad: But where did you get the popular clothes, Timmy?

Timmy: Um, internet?!

Timmy's Mom and Dad: Works for us.

Timmy's Mom: Sit down, dinner is almost ready.

They sit down and Timmy looks at his parents with that 'don't do anything stupid' look, suddenly someone knocks on the door, and when he sees who it is, Timmy is not happy, because he knew exactly his dad's reaction on seeing that person.

Timmy's Dad: Kids, don't look now but our evil neighbor Dinkleberg is nearby.

And as Timmy feared, his dad actually did what he expected, and when he said that Trixie got a little curious.

Trixie: Evil neighbor huh?

Timmy (in Trixie's ear): No, it's just that my dad hates this guy so much he started to say he was evil.

For some reason Timmy's dad hates his neighbors the Dinklebergs, even though he did things like donating one of his kidneys to save his life, and that only made him more worried.

Dinkleberg: Good evening Turner, I got a million dollars as a reward for saving a cat from a burning house, so I thought I'd give half of the money to you.

Timmy's Dad: You monster, you are the worst neighbor ever, keep your dirty money for yourself!

Dinkleberg: All right, so I'll put it in Timmy's college fund.

Clearly Timmy's parents didn't realize that he wanted everything to be perfect that night.

Timmy's Mom (to Trixie): Sorry about that, my husband always does this, I don't understand why.

Trixie: No problem.

Timmy's Mom: Dinner is ready, help yourself.

They start to eat, but Timmy barely managed to eat it all as his mum's cooking was awful, he then looks at Trixie but she looks fine.

After a few minutes, as soon as everyone had finished dinner, Trixie said she had to go home, so Timmy decided to walk her home.

Trixie: I loved meeting you guys, but I have to go home now.

Timmy: I'm taking her home.

They leave and go to Trixie's house, but halfway there Timmy starts talking to her.

Timmy: I'm so sorry Trixie.

Trixie: What are you talking about Timmy?

Timmy: Tonight, everything that could have gone wrong, went wrong, my dad did that crazy thing with Mr. Dinkleberg, my mom is a terrible cook and...

Trixie understood exactly what he meant, he thought his parents had ruined the night, but she didn't think so, certainly this night was different from what she expected, and Timmy's parents did some strange things, but Trixie didn't care, it didn't bother her, and when she saw that Timmy was nervous she calmed him down.

Trixie: Stop it Timmy, sure your parents do some weird things but tell me which parents don't? And your mom won't win the title of best cook in the world, but her cooking is far from bad, that night was certainly very... Different, but if it's to be with you, it's totally worth it.

Timmy: So you understand me?

Trixie: Of course I do, I love you no matter what, and nothing will ever change that.

Timmy: I love you too.

They kiss again, but without realizing it, they were being watched by a short man with glasses and a blue suit, for those who don't recognize it, this was Trixie's dad.

Trixie's Dad: Am I bothering you two?

Timmy didn't recognize that man, but Trixie was very scared when she saw him, after all, what would a father think if he saw his 10 year old daughter kissing another guy in front of her house?

Trixie: Dad, I... I can explain...

Timmy: We're supposed to talk about this tomorrow, but since we're here what do we have to lose?

Trixie: Yeah let's do this, dad, this is my boyfriend Timmy Turner.

After that, Trixie's dad was shocked for a minute, but she and Timmy said they would tell him the whole story, and after they explained everything that happened, Trixie's dad smiled.

Trixie's Dad: Thank you Timmy.

Timmy was confused when he heard that, ok, Trixie had told him that her dad was calm, but even he didn't think it would be that easy.

Trixie's Dad: Allow me to explain, when Trixie was younger she didn't care about popularity at all, but when she got older her mom started filling her head with this nonsense and it made her forget what really matters, but thanks to you she's back to being my little girl and now I see that she's much happier.

Timmy: I'm very happy about that, but what your daughter did, she did on her own, I had nothing to do with it.

Trixie: Of course you did, I would've never done it without you, and you're right Dad, it was the best thing I ever did.

Trixie's Dad: Yeah, unfortunately my wife will be harder to convince, she's coming home next week so we can talk to her, but you're welcome here anytime Timmy.

Timmy really didn't have to worry about Trixie's dad, he was a great guy, and he and Timmy hit it off right away, he also talked to Trixie and said that no matter what happens, he'll take her side when they tell the truth to her mom.

One day, when Timmy was spending the day at Trixie's house, her mom showed up, everyone was shocked because they didn't expect her to come home that day, and she didn't like to see Timmy sitting on the couch next to Trixie.

Trixie's Mom: WHAT'S GOING ON HERE? WHO IS THIS BOY?

Trixie: Mother! I didn't know you were coming today...

Trixie's Dad: Honey, don't worry, we'll explain, this is...

Trixie's dad tried to talk to his wife about what was going on but Trixie stopped him, she knew this was something she should do.

Trixie: No Dad, I think I'm the one who has to say this. Mother, this is my boyfriend Timmy Turner.

For a while Trixie's mom is scared, but then she thinks that she just got confused, after all, there's no way that Trixie could have called that weirdo her boyfriend... Right?

Trixie's Mom: Sorry honey, I don't think I heard you right, it sounds like you said boyfriend.

Trixie: That's exactly what I said.

Trixie's Dad: Please honey, give him a chance, he's a great kid.

Upon hearing this, Trixie's mom faints, she wakes up a few minutes later, still shocked by what had just happened.

Trixie's Mom: I had a terrible nightmare, I dreamed that my daughter had given up being the popularity queen to date a pink hatted bucktooth weirdo and my husband was fine with that.

Trixie: It wasn't a dream mother, it really happened, but please let me explain...

Trixie's Mom: Explain? There's no explanation for this, after everything I've done for you, you want to let it all go for... HIM?

Everyone already knew that Trixie's mom would be angry at her daughter when she found out what she did, but Trixie was also tired of that, she had done things her mom's way for a long time, from now on she wanted to take her own choices.

Trixie: Yes, yes I will, you always wanted me to be popular, but you never asked for my opinion, I want to understand mother, why do you give so much importance to my popularity?

Trixie's Mom: Honey, you may not understand it now, but I guarantee you, when you're older, you'll thank me for this.

Again, the same answer she always got when asked that question, but Trixie was tired of letting her mom control her life.

Trixie: No I won't, because I won't do that kind of thing anymore, I'm gonna be myself from now on and I will keep dating Timmy.

Trixie's Mom: No way, I forbid it.

Trixie: I'm not asking your permission, this decision it's Timmy's and mine, and ours alone and we want to be together.

Trixie's Mom: We'll see about that, SECURITY! (the security guard appears) I want that pink hatted boy out of my house!

The security guard was about to grab Timmy, but just before he touched the boy, he heard a voice that ordered him to stop.

Trixie's Dad: STOP! This is my house too and I say he stays! Trixie, you mind if I speak privately with Timmy for a while?

Trixie: No problem daddy, in the meantime I have some things to say to you Mother.

Trixie's dad takes Timmy to another room, where he starts talking to the boy.

Trixie's Dad: Timmy my boy, you must be wondering why I like you so much while my wife hates you so much, am I right?

Timmy: Yeah, I was wondering that.

Trixie's Dad: It's because you remind me of a boy I knew when I was your age, this boy had a crush on the most popular girl in school, who today you know as Trixie's mom, but unfortunately she always looked down on him, as he was one of the unpopular group. It was only after many years of work and after doing things I'd rather not mention, that he was able to be with the person he loved the most.

Timmy: Now I get it.

Trixie's Dad: I don't want you to suffer as much as I did and also I see that you are a good boy, I see that Trixie is much happier now, and if she is happy I am too.

Timmy: Thanks Mr. Tang, but there's one thing I still don't understand, if Trixie's mom treated you so badly when you were kids why did you still like her?

Trixie's Dad: For the same reason you like Trixie, you always knew there was some good in that person, something you saw and no one else did, and that's why I didn't give up on her, plus, I'm not sure but I think that she only acted that way under her parents' influence, but the only way to find out would be if we could go back in time.

Timmy (in his head): Go back in time huh?

It was then that Timmy had an idea.

Meanwhile, Trixie was still arguing with her mom, and she was angrier than ever.

Trixie's Mom: Of all the boys why HIM? I mean, look at the size of those teeth.

Trixie: His teeth may be big, but his heart is even bigger and that's why I'm with him now, but of course you don't realize that because you're a cruel and shallow woman who only cares about what's on the outside, when what's on the inside is the most important.

Trixie's Mom: ENOUGH! I'm tired of this behavior young lady, go to your room now!

Trixie: NO! Since I was 5, all you've done is make me act like someone I'm not, just so I'd be popular and you can brag to your friends that you have a perfect daughter, and when I try to be myself you get mad at me like I did something wrong, I HATE YOU!

Trixie's Mom: Oh yeah? It's reciprocal!

Both Trixie and her mother regretted their words the moment they said them, but when Trixie heard what her mother said, every rage she had returned instantly, she left the house in anger, and Timmy saw her leaving, she looked sad, so he decided to follow her.

Timmy: Trixie, Trixie, what happened?

Trixie: I will never forgive my mom for what she said, she said she hates me! MY OWN MOTHER!

Timmy: Trixie, I'm so sorry about that, I'm sure your mom didn't mean it... She'll apologize to you, I'm sure...

Trixie: Thanks Timmy, you always try to make me feel better, speaking of which, how did things go with my dad?

Timmy: Great, actually he said your mom wasn't always like this so if we go back in time maybe we can change that.

Trixie: That's a great idea!... Yeah, I know time travel can be dangerous, but I think it's worth a try.

Timmy: Cosmo, Wanda, it's up to you.

The fairies raise their wands and poof Timmy's time scooter, they then use it to travel back to the 70's.

Timmy: Here we are, in the 70's.

Trixie: Look, it's our school in the '70s.

Timmy: Yeah, and... Look at that, it's your dad when he was a kid.

Just as he told Timmy, as a child Trixie's dad was not rich, and was among the least popular at school, Timmy saw him talking to some of his friends, and looking at them, Timmy saw that it was AJ's dad and Chester's dad Bucky, and also...

Trixie: Timmy, isn't that your dad?

Timmy: Yeah it's him, wow, who knew our parents were friends as kids? That's awesome!

They decided to stay there and watch what the boys were talking about.

Trixie's Dad: It's today guys, today I'm finally gonna get her to go out with me.

AJ's Dad: Tang, dude, you've tried this so many times, why don't you just move on?

Trixie's Dad: Look, I know it sounds crazy, but this time it will work, and I swear I'm still gonna marry her.

Bucky (sarcastically): Yeah right, and I'm gonna be the greatest baseball player in history.

Timmy's Dad: Look man, I believe in you, see that chick on the swing? I'm still gonna get her to date me, marry me, and have a stupid kid with me.

The girl he points to is obviously Timmy's mom, she was sitting on the swing when another boy came over and started talking to her.

Timmy's Dad: GRRRR, Dinkleberg...

Trixie's Dad: Thanks Turner, good luck to you.

Timmy's Dad: You too.

While they were talking, Timmy and Trixie were hiding behind a bush listening to the whole conversation, so they found out where Trixie's mom lived.

However, when they got close to the mansion where she lived, they realized that someone was watching them.

Trixie: That's weird, I think someone's watching us.

They saw that there was someone behind a tree, but when they looked, it seemed that there was no one, but suddenly, they heard another noise behind a rock, they couldn't see exactly who it was, but Timmy realized that it was a girl.

Timmy: Could it be her?

Trixie: Let's surround her, I have a plan.

Timmy then went to where the girl was, but when he arrived she was no longer there, she went behind another tree, but then, Trixie got her.

Trixie: Now we got you.

Timmy: You won't hide from us anymore.

The girl then started to cry, and when Trixie looked into her face she realized it was none other than her mom.

Trixie's Mom (crying): No, please, if my friends find out I like spies they'll think I'm weird, please don't tell anyone...

Timmy: Don't worry, we won't tell anyone.

Trixie: Yeah, he's right, so, Mother... I mean, girl I've never seen in my life, I see you like spies.

Trixie's Mom: Yup.

Trixie (in her head): Well, that explains how she always manages to sneak into my room without me noticing.

Timmy: But I could also see that you don't want others to know about it.

Trixie's Mom: You know, my family is really rich, and there's this boy they want me to marry, so they say I have to act in a specific way, and they'd be really mad if people at school found out about that, especially my mom.

It was then that Trixie saw that she wasn't so different from her mom, in fact they were very similar, and what her mom was doing, she was just doing what her mom did to her when she was a child, now it all made sense.

Trixie: Well, if it's any consolation, I know what it's like, I also have a mom who does the same thing to me, and I know we just met, but I would like us to make a deal, you know, from a girl who has problems with the mom to another.

Trixie's Mom: Sure, what is it?

However, just as Trixie was about to speak, they heard another woman's voice, and she didn't sound happy.

?: Get away from them!

Upon hearing that, Timmy and Trixie immediately poofed away, and watched the scene where they couldn't be seen by anyone.

Trixie's Mom: Mother!

Trixie's Grandma: What are you doing? Didn't I tell you this spy thing isn't for you? How do you intend to marry the son of the Buxaplenty like that?

Timmy: Buxaplenty?

Timmy was very familiar with the name Trixie's grandma had mentioned, a name he didn't like one bit.

Trixie's Mom: But mother, I don't want to marry him, I like that other boy from my school... Tang, I think.

Trixie's Grandma: WHAT? That boy is not for you, have you seen his family? They barely have money for food, I knew public school would be bad for you, get ready, next year you're going to private school.

Trixie's Mom: What? No, I like this school.

Trixie's Grandma: Honey, I'm doing this for your own good, believe me, one day you'll thank me for this.

Trixie's mom enters the house crying, and when she sees that, Trixie feels bad for her, it's true that her mom wasn't the best person in the world, but she only was that way, because that's how she was raised, all she needed was to know there is another way, she already knew what to do.

Trixie: Timmy, now we can go back, I have to say some things to my mom.

Timmy: Okay then.

They return to the present, and Trixie goes to talk to her mom, who was in her room sitting on the bed.

Trixie: Mom I... I just wanted to say that... I don't hate you... I was angry at the time, and I said something that I didn't really mean, the truth is... I love you...

Hearing that, Trixie's mom smiled, got up from the bed, and hugged her daughter.

Trixie's Mom: Honey, I love you too, and I'm sorry I was too hard on you earlier.

Trixie: It's okay, now I understand why you acted like that, you just did what your mom did to you when you were my age.

Upon hearing that, Trixie's mom's expression completely changed, and all that anger she was feeling before came back.

Trixie's Mom: What did you say?

Trixie: Yeah, I know about Grandma and how she treated you when you were young, but you don't have to be like that, you can learn from her mistakes, you...

Trixie's Mom: How DARE you compare me to my mom? You have no idea what you're talking about, I am NOTHING like her!

Trixie: No, sorry, I didn't mean that, I just...

Trixie's Mom: Get out...

Trixie: But Mom...

Trixie's Mom: GO AWAY! NOW!

Even for Trixie this was a shock, she had never seen her mom this angry, and she knew it would last for some time, so she left the house again and went to talk to Timmy.

Trixie: Timmy I don't know what happened, when I started talking to her it seemed like everything would be fine, but when I told her about her mom she got mad.

Wanda: You know kids, sometimes, time is the best medicine.

Timmy: You're right Wanda, I'm sure things will get better between you and your mom, Trixie.

Trixie: I hope so, I don't want my mom to be mad at me my whole life, but I also don't want to break up with you.

They kiss again.

After that day, things between Trixie and her mom changed drastically, if before they even spent some time together, now Trixie's mom simply ignored her daughter completely, and on the days that the two were alone at home, she forbade Trixie from leaving the house to see Timmy.

Timmy: That's it guys, another chapter is over.

Trixie: Will my mom realize how wrong she was and apologize to me and Timmy?

Writer: Maybe, but it won't be anytime soon.

Timmy: You again, what are you planning for the next chapters?

Writer: Well, I think if you remember the original story, the next chapter will be the first of many original episodes that will be remade in this story.

Trixie: Oh yeah, and I even know what episode it will be.

Writer: Yeah I know you do, and I think you guys know what happens after that too.

Timmy: Yeah, but what about you? What do you think will happen?

Wanda: Read and find out.

Cosmo: CONTINUES IN THE NEXT CHAPTER.
