Not knowing what was going on inside the hospital, a bunch of fairy reporters were already outside to talk about the new baby.
Fairy Heart: This is Fairy Heart with urgent news, the first fairy baby in thousands of years has finally been born, I can't even imagine the joy that is inside that hospital.

They enter the castle in costumes, Timmy was dressed as a knight, Trixie was in her Wonder Gal costume, Cosmo was in a Mexican food delivery costume, Wanda was in a Robin Hood costume, Blonda was in her nurse costume, and Jorgen was wearing a pink rabbit costume, which obviously made him very angry.

Really, Wanda wasn't the only one who developed maternal instincts, but just like the other time, the villains didn't feel threatened.
Anti-Cosmo: Oh, I'm so afraid, now if you don't mind, I'm going to collect little Fauntleroy's magic and use it to take over the universe.

HP: Yes, that part I understood, I also understood how the patented magic suckers suck the magic through the baby's pores.
Anti-Cosmo: The magic then flows through these tubes and arrives in our big evil anti-fairy wand, from where we can simply wish Fairy World was gone forever. And once all good is gone, our evil will rule the universe!
HP: What about Earth?

Timmy then takes one of the baby's bottles, and gives it to Wanda.
Timmy: Wanda Hood, catch and fire.
Wanda then shoots the bottle like an arrow, hitting the baby's mouth.
Wanda: Bull's eye!
Anti-Cosmo: Turner and Tang? You came all this way just to feed the baby?
HP: Oh we're so afraid, what do you think will happen now?
Trixie: I would say, lightning happens.
Anti-Cosmo and HP's arrogance proved to be their greatest weakness, after a while, the baby burped, and struck them with lightning.
This was the perfect opportunity, the baby tried to fly towards its parents, but Anti-Cosmo grabbed it.
Anti-Cosmo: Seize them!
And so, a bunch of anti-fairies and pixies fly towards our heroes, but that was all part of the plan.
Trixie: Take this!
In response to the enemy attack, Trixie uses Cosmo as a machine gun to shoot jelly at the anti-fairies and pixies, knocking them all down.
Cosmo: Bow to the jelly! Whoa, I can hear myself again. Oh I sound like an idiot, have I always sounded like that?
Timmy: Now let's get the wands back.
Trixie takes the lasso from her Wonder Gal costume and uses it to get the wands.
Seeing how the children's plan was working, even Jorgen was impressed.
Jorgen: Nice going Turner and Tang! It seems I underestimated you guys. Your ability with plans, combined with Timmy's wild ideas is simply...
Timmy and Trixie: DANCE BUNNY BOY, DANCE!
Jorgen: Alright, alright.
Jorgen still didn't understand why he was dressed as a rabbit, but he figured that was part of the plan, so he did as Timmy and Trixie said.
Jorgen (singing and dancing): La la la, li li li, I'm a big silly bunny. I'm so cute, yes it's true, I will shake my tail for you!
Seeing that funny dance, the baby starts laughing and a bunch of rabbits appear, one of them falls on top of Anti-Cosmo, causing him to let go of the baby.
Trixie: Great! Now make Daisy cry.
Jorgen: But how? I'm so fluffy and adorable.
Blonda: Leave it to me.
Without warning, Blonda grabs a giant syringe and stabs Jorgen with it, which makes him scream in pain.
Upon hearing this scream, the baby begins to cry, and the rabbits turn into a giant monstrous rabbit, which growls at the villains.
Anti-Cosmo: This will leave a mark...
The rabbit attacks the anti-fairies and the pixies, after which he destroys the big anti-fairy wand. Anti-Cosmo and HP try to run away, but Blonda ties them up in bandages.
Wanda: Okay, we've defeated Anti-Cosmo and HP, but how are we gonna save the universe?
Timmy: With lunch. Cosmo, give me a burrito.
Cosmo was dressed as a Mexican food delivery boy, so he gave Timmy a burrito, and Timmy gave it to the baby. When Jorgen saw that, he was worried.
Jorgen: Turner, are you crazy? Those burritos are way too spicy even for me.
Speaking of which, he had to go to the bathroom again.

Timmy tries to save the baby, but Jorgen poofs away before he can, and Timmy is shocked to see that Cosmo, Wanda, Blonda and Trixie don't seem worried.
Timmy: What got into you guys? He just took Lil' T, after everything we've been through. Where are the tears? The emotion?
Trixie: You mean this baby?
Timmy's questions were soon answered, Trixie showed him that she had the baby the whole time.
Timmy: He took the fake baby didn't he?
After all that, the baby was finally safe, so everyone went back to Timmy's house.
Now there was only one more thing they had to do.
Wanda: Well, after that big explosion, now is the perfect time for us to change it's diaper.
Blonda: We'll finally know what it is.
Finally, the moment of truth, they remove the baby's diaper, and that's when they see...
Everyone: It's a boy!
Trixie: So, what are we gonna name him?
While they were thinking of a name for the baby, he was saying "poof poof" the whole time, and that gave Timmy an idea.
